"Then it's my turn!" Gongenzaka yelled as he drew.
"Yes, one of Yuya's best friend… he as many great memories of you…" Odd-Eyes mocked.
"And that's still you!"
"Again… another human rejects my existence…"
"We don't want to reject you but you're trying to eradicate everything!" Masumi interrupted. "Yuzu had a living spirit inside of her as well, we see her as two people…. but since you've removed Yuya, we have no choice but to get him back!"
"And I the man Gongenzaka will begin with this! Since I have no Spells or Traps in my graveyard, I can Special Summon this card from my hand. Appear Superheavy Samurai Big Waraji in defence Mode!" The monster was a gold and green machine with red eyes and a yellow metallic face.

"He can be used as two tributes! I use him to Tribute Summon Big Benkei in!" Benkei was a tall machine dressed like a human with black and orange amour.

"Now remember this card, Yuya?!" Gongenzaka yelled.
"Yuya is no longer here! He was a shell for me! Once you accept that you will be much better off!" Odd-Eyes hit back.
"I refuse to believe that! Benkei can be switched to defence when he's summoned!" Gongenzaka said as his Monster did just that. "I equip it with Superheavy Samurai Soulshield Wall!" Benkei gained a long green shield with yellow symbols running down the front. "This increases his defence by 1200!"
Benkei DEF: 4700
"If you know anything from Yuya then you'll know my Benkei can attack in defence! Wipe out Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon, Benkei!"
Benkei charged forward and slammed the shield into Odd-Eye's Monster form, wiping it out. Odd-Eyes was sent flying back from the blast.

"I use my Continuous Trap!" Odd-Eyes hit back. "Odd-Eyes Rise! Once per turn when an Odd-Eyes Pendulum Monster is destroyed I can summon another from my deck with a different name! Appear Odd-Eyes Phantom Dragon!" This Odd-Eyes was a blue dragon with skeleton armour with different coloured gems around it.

"And just like that I get what I desire! I use Ancient One Ritual!"
"Which means….. he has Ancient One in his hand already?!" Masumi stated.
"That's the thing about absorbing my brother… I get his cards! Be gone Odd-Eyes Phantom Dragon and say hello to Ancient One Ritual Dragon!" Odd-Eyes said as his second Monster flew into the blue circle which formed around him.
Emerging from the sky flew down the dark blue dragon with blue orbs on its legs. It unleashed a bloodcurdling scream.

"Ancient One's effect! All Monsters with a level five or higher are destroyed!" Ancient One unleashed dark blue static from its wings and wiped out Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon and Benkei.
"Ancient One gains 300 attack for each Monster who is level five or higher in our graves! You have two!"

"And since Odd-Eyes was destroyed, Odd-Eyes Rise activates! Appear Odd-Eyes Arc Pendulum Dragon!" It was a sliver dragon with a crystal shaped like Yuya's pendulum coming out of its back.

"Damnit…." Masumi gritted her teeth.
"What shall I strike with first…. How about Arc Pendulum!" Odd-Eyes commanded as his sliver dragon form powered up the energy in the crystal on its back. It then unleashed the energy from its back sending Masumi and Gongenzaka across the floor.

"Ancient One, end them!"
"We won't allow you to, Odd-Eyes… we're not finished with you!" Gongenzaka yelled. "If I took damage and I have no Spells or Traps in my graveyard, I can summon Superheavy Samurai Prepped Defense!"

"You won't be able to use anymore effects, Gongenzaka!" Odd-Eyes hit back. "Masumi will fill your graveyard up with Spell!"
"I know but we have to take that chance!" he replied.
"I play Double Fusion!" Masumi showed a card with two Polymerzation spirals on it. "I pay 500 lifepoints and I can Fusion Summon from my hand or field twice this turn!"

"I fuse "Gem-Knight Tourmaline and Gem-Knight Obsidian in my hand! Go Fusion Summon!" A yellow warrior and a dark knight fused together. "Appear Gem-Knight Topaz!" An orange knight with a green cape appeared.

"I use Double Fusion once more… I fuse Tourmaline and Topaz! By fusing the power of one shining gem with another, I can build a new path! I Fusion Summon the Fusion-Pendulum Monster, Gem Knight: King Golden Quartz!" Shinning from the sky a tall golden warrior emerged. He had a long red cape while he carried huge blade.

"It's pointless! Quartz's effect allows me to summon a Fusion Monster from my extra deck and all your Monsters lose attack equal to that Monster's attack! Appear I summon Gem-Knight Lady Brilliant Diamond!" A female knight in grey amour appeared.

"You all lose 3400 attack!" Quartz lit up in a golden light as each dragon powered down.

"Go, Quartz! Attack Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon!"
"Even beating me won't free Yuya! But you won't even get to that stage! Odd-Eyes Rise has one more effect! By sending an Odd-Eyes in my extra deck back to my deck I can negate an attack on an Odd-Eyes Monster! I send Phantom back!"
As Odd-Eyes returned his other form, a bright blue force field blocked Quartz.
"I set one card and end my turn." Masumi replied.

"Time to end this!" Odd-Eyes drew. "I use Pendulum Card Burst! I destroy two face up Pendulum Monsters! I destroy Arc Pendulum and myself to draw two cards! And when they are Odd-Rise lets me summon another one from my deck! Appear Odd-Eyes Phantasma Dragon!"
"Phantasma?" Gongenzaka replied as sliver dragon emerged with green and red orbs on both wings.

"Next I use the Pendulum effect of Dragonpit Magician! I discard a Pendulum Monster to destroy a Spell or Trap! I discard Odd-Eyes Mirage Dragon!"
Dragonpit's staff lit up and it fired a yellow beam at the set card. Masumi gritted her teeth as her Trap was wiped out.
"That was… Brilliant Spark…. you would've inflicted damage to me when you had a Monster destroyed… shame it would've worked!"
"But you still can't overtake my two strong Fusion Monsters!" she hit back.
"I can and I will! I attack Lady Brilliant Diamond with Phantasma! And now Phantasma's effect! I lower your Monster's attack by 1000 for each Odd-Eyes in my extra deck!"
"What?!" Masumi and Gongenzaka replied as the sliver dragon lit up and fired beams from its orbs to power down the Fusion Monster.

"End it!" Odd-Eyes yelled as Phantasma slashed through it with its sharp wings. The explosion sent the two duelists flying backwards.

"Now stay down humans." Odd-Eyes said.
"Yuya…. please….!" Gongenzaka gasped.
Odd-Eyes ignored him and saw Clear Wing in the cage being held up by the helicopter. He bent down and launched himself into the air as a red beam.
The helicopter dropped the cage from the air and quickly flew away. The dragons redirected to go after Clear Wing who was now dropping into another forest.
Academia – Doctor's Laboratory
"See, Mina…. they took the bait." the Doctor smugly said as he and Mina watched the action on a holoscreen.
"I already did that… numerous times… plus you know they're far too strong for anything you've got planned."
"We've contained Clear Wing for this long, by using an upgraded call; we have more than enough to keep them!"
"Why did you want me to see this before we dueled?" Mina replied.
"That you were wrong to leave my side. You wanted everything Academia could offer!"
"I'm not that person anymore…. I rediscovered myself…. before I could do anything that made me unable to come back from… but you…. you already crossed that line!"
"By planting bugs into all the students… it's a very fair system! Once those of Obelisk Blue move up to a higher rank, we remove them due to their loyalty has been proven."
"Is that all you see…. ranks? Order? Control?!"
"That's exactly how a society will be. It's what we lacked during the war… now Leo Akaba has brought that to our world. Five dimensions are messy, creating a new one unified world is much better for evolution."
"We would never have worked well together, you love order…. I despise it! Now let's get on with this!"

Mercy
Marina and Mercy crept into a corridor with their duel disks each recording their every step.
"How exactly do we get to the jails?" Mercy whispered.
"This time the students will be in class, in those classrooms on the side." she pointed out. "If what Reiji said was true, the Doctor is occupied with his daughter so there's no one monitoring the CCTV at the moment. This is our only chance."
"And the jails will prove to the public that Academia is corrupt and evil?"
"It will be. It's the room they…. test things out on people…. it's nearby…. we'll be found out soon enough… we just need to hope those people you saved from re-education can keep Obelisk Force away from Reiji and Yusho."
As they walked along they saw inside the classrooms of all ranks being taught on white screen boards. On the doors they had different tags including
"Fusion Summoning"
"Combinations"
"Countering"
There were also many more. The students studied every aspect of dueling along with fitness in the gyms. There was no space left unturned to create the best.

A giant brown parasite appeared with large green horns. It had deep, dark red eyes and its body was purple. It had red markings across it.

"It gains 1000 attack and defence for each Parasite used to Fusion Summon it!"

"Then you know what's next, Mina! Fusion Parasite equips itself to my King and if my King would be destroyed by battle or card effect, Fusion Parasite can take the hit instead!"

"Then I draw!" Mina yelled. I play Terraforming! I can add a Field Spell from my deck! I add and play Magical Meltdown!"A red circle spun around the two. "First when activated I can add Aleister the Invoker to my hand." Mina added it and summoned him. A white roped magician appeared with a long staff.

"I use Aleister's effect! When summoned, I can add the Spell Invocation to my hand from my deck. And as you know I can use Invocation to Fusion Summon using Monsters in your graveyard and my field! I fuse Aleister alongside a Fusion Parasite in your graveyard!"
"So you will use my parasites!"
"For something useful for once! I Fusion Summon Invoked Caliga in defence!" A demon which walked on all fours appeared. It was purple with black wings on its front legs.
Invoked Caliga ATK: 1000 DEF: 1800 Dark/Beast/Fusion/LVL 4
"We can only attack with one Monster while Caliga is on the field. Also we can only activate one Monster's effect on the field! Now I use Shaddoll Fusion! I fuse Shaddoll Dragon and Beast!" Both Dark Monsters spun around in a second spiral.
"Appear before me, El Shaddoll Winda!" A green haired female in a purple outfit appeared on top of a dragon. It seemed to be its tamer.
El Shaddoll Winda ATK: 2200 DEF: 800 Dark/Spellcaster/Fusion/LVL 5
"Since I can only use one effect…. I'll use this! Since I sent Dragon allows me to destroy a Spell or Trap when I send it to the graveyard! Fusion Parasite is equipped to Parasite King so it counts! I wipe out your bug!"
A dark shadow shot forward in the form of Dragon and engulfed Parasite King, wiping out the equipped Monster.
"I use my Trap! Power Parasite! I equip a Fusion Parasite to my Parasite King and it gains 300 attack!"
"Annoying…" Mina gritted her teeth as Parasite King was again protected by the bug.

"Winda is also immune to card effects and we can only Special Summon once while she's on the field. But I'm not done with that! I return Invocation back to my deck from my graveyard! This allows me to return the banished Aleister the Invoker back to my hand!""
"But now you can't use Aleister's effect from your hand as Caliga prevents anymore!"
"Yes but only while he's on the field! I play Spell, The Book of the Law! I tribute Caliga and now I can summon another Invoked with a different attribute and this counts as a Fusion Summon! Appear the Fire Monster, Invoked Magellanica!"
A rocky golem appeared from the ground. It had one eye.

"And since Caliga is gone, I can use effects again! I attack King with Magellanica!"
Magellanica fired rapid flame balls from its back which landed around Parasite King, the equipped Fusion Parasite was destroyed instead of King but the Doctor took the damage.

"Winda attacks directly and I send Aleister to increase her attack by 1000!"
Winda ATK: 3200
Winda fired a dark blast from her staff and it wiped out Parasite King with ease.

"I use my second Trap!" the Doctor replied. "Parasite Reign! I can summon all three Fusion Parasites from anywhere on my field when a Parasite Fusion Monster is destroyed!"
"What?!"
"You should've stayed around, Mina! You would've known otherwise!" Appearing in front of the Doctor were three Fusion Parasites. One summoned from his deck, graveyard and the other one which was banished.

"I draw!" he yelled. "I play Parasite Reward! I draw cards equal to the amount of Parasite Monsters on my field!" The Doctor drew three. "My Spell Parasite Infection! I equip one of my Parasites to your Monster!"
One of the bugs launched onto Winda and stuck its claws into her back causing Winda to gain red eyes.
"I play the Continuous Spell Parasite Factory! I target a Monster you control equipped with Fusion Parasite and one of my Fusion Parasites; I can now Fusion Summon with them!"
"You're removing Winda for a Fusion Summon?!"
"Yes dear daughter, now prepare to witness my true pride! I Fusion Summon, Parasite Queen!" Winda and the Parasites spun in the whirlpool and out came a huge insect with a purple shell. It had a green body with orange markings.
Parasite Queen ATK: 1800 DEF: 1000 Dark/Insect/Fusion/LVL 8
"This card is now unaffected by card effects thanks to Parasite Factory and now my two Fusion Parasites in my graveyard are equipped to Queen!" Each bug reappeared and latched onto Queen. "Now Queen's effect gives her 300 more attack for each Fusion Parasite on the field! Including the two equipped!"
Queen ATK: 2700
"I use Parasite Queen's effect! I equip a Fusion Parasite onto Invoked Magellanica!"A Parasite let go of Queen and attached itself onto Magellanica. "Queen reduces the attack of all Monsters except herself by 800!"
"What?!"
Magellancia ATK: 2200
"Now you finally use of your father's works, Mina!"
"But I can still use its effect to prevent destruction!"
"Why is why I play my other Spell, Parasite Poison! If you have a Fusion Parasite equipped to your Monster, you can't activate its effects!"
"What?!"
"Parasite Queen, attack Magellancia!" The Doctor commanded as it fired a purple poison from its mouth, wiping out Mina's Monster.
Mina LP: 4000 – 3500
"Since Fusion Parasite was destroyed… Queen loses 300 attack however…." Mina replied.
Queen ATK: 2400
"I banish Parasite Poison! If a Fusion Parasite entered my graveyard this turn, I can equip a Fusion Parasite from my graveyard and the field to my Queen!"
"You're bugs are annoying….." The Fusion Parasite in his graveyard and the one remaining on the field attached to Parasite Queen.

"Now you're wide open! I use my final Quick Play Spell! Parasite Maneuver! I can attack again! Go my Queen!" Queen fired another blast towards Mina and the blast sent her flying against the wall.

"I end my turn, Mina! My Queen has all three Fusion Parasites and you have nothing. You ran away from Academia and me…. and now I'll bring you your reward!"
"I…. don't think so!" Mina stumbled back to the field. "You're still threatening to card me?"
"You broke all ties with me, Mina. You betrayed me."
"That shouldn't matter…. but now I'm glad you did…. you're not the father I knew… you're just one driven insane!"
"No. Leo Akaba saw my genius and we agreed with our ideals!"
"You created bugs to control people…. one of those bugs was used to kill Himika Akaba…. I'm just sorry no one was around to save you before they saved me." Mina replied.
"Just make your move!"

"I draw! If Parasite Queen can't be affected by card effect and those bugs are stopping it from being destroyed… I have one choice! I use Monster Reborn! Return Magellanica!" The flaming demon returned.
Invoked Magellanica ATK: 3000 DEF: 3300 Earth/Rock/Fusion/LVL 8
"I attack Parasite Queen! And now I use my own Spell, Battle Fusion! Magellancia gains attack equal to the Monster it's attacking!" Magellanica charged forward as it increased in strength.
Magellancia ATK: 5700
"That card?! So this is how it ends… yet I regret nothing."
Magellanica slashed Parasite Queen in halve causing it to explode. The explosion caused all the tanks of Fusion Parasites around the laboratory to be destroyed.
Doctor LP: 2100 – 0 Mina Wins
The Doctor lay on the floor as he saw all his work destroyed.
"You won…. Mina… but this changes nothing."
"Now you're creepy obsession with controlling people ends!"
"Nothing is creepy with wanting order, Mina! Leo will still win…. I've helped him win this war! So do it, turn me into a card!"
"I'm not like that anymore!"
"You have no choice! Or when I recover, I'll just get back up!" The Doctor smirked.
"You really like taunting your own daughter?!"
"The daughter I loved died! I was proud of you once!"
"The father I loved died as well….." Mina held out her duel disk and hit the button. A bright purple light lit up as she sealed the Doctor.
Yuzu, Ray, Rin
The three girls reached the end of the tunnel via the mountain entrance into Academia. There was a giant steel door which blocked them from entering.
"We'll smash it open." Yuzu said as she was about to summon Monsters.
"I don't think that would be a great idea…." said a strong voice from behind.
It was Saunders, he and a team of Obelisk Blue duelists appeared on a holoscreen behind them.
"Who are you?" Yuzu shouted.
"The man who'll bring you three down.. literally!"
The three felt a rumble come from the ground and before they could react the floor opened up, sending the three plummeting.
A/N
Fitted two duels into this one and to answer the guest, they are dormant inside.
The angels will be coming, I do promise that and Yuzu, Ray, Rin will take main attention now.
Mercy will also being dueling in the chapter after next.
Then will go to Standard as Yuto is still there. Then this all comes to a final standoff!
