"Very well outsider!" Cobra yelled as his duel disk activated as well.
"I was an outsider to my very own dimension while stuck in Arcadia so what you say isn't exactly false!"

"Not quite. When a Skeleton Knight is destroyed, Sword-Men can be summoned and it gains 1000 attack!"

"A Union deck?"
"Exactly! I add A-Assault Core and summon it!" A yellow machine shaped like a scorpion emerged.

"I use the Continuous Spell Frontline Base. I can summon a level four or lower Union Monster from my hand. I summon B-Buster Drake!" A green dragon with cannons on its back appeared.
B-Buster Drake ATK: 1500 DEF: 1800 Light/Machine/Union/LVL 4
"Next I use Foolish Burial to send a Monster from my deck to the graveyard! I send C-Crush Wyvern!" The Monster was a purple lizard with wings.
"He has everything in place…." Marina said.
"I banish my two Unions from the field and C-Crush from my graveyard to Fusion Summon without needing a Fusion Card! Join together to Fusion Summon ABC-Dragon Buster!" The machine formed with the yellow base of Assault while Buster and Crush Wyvern joined to form the cannons which lay on top. Wyvern's wings remained on the back of the Fusion Monster.

"I use the Spell Unauthorized Reactivation! I target a Machine Monster and equip a Union Monster from my hand or deck to it but the Union Monster can't be summoned this turn. I equip it with another A-Assault Core from my deck! And when it's equipped to a Monster, it prevents it from being affected by your Monster's card effects!"
"That Monster has a strong effect, Mercy!" Marina said. "It can banish a card during any turn if he discards a card."
"Yes and I'll do that right now! I discard C-Crush Wyvern from my hand to banish your Sword-Men!" Dragon Buster fired rapid shots from its canon as Sword-Men was removed from play. "Now I'll attack directly!"
The blasts fired once more as Mercy took the damage.

"I use Dragon Buster's other effect! I can tribute this card and summon three Light Machine Monsters which I banished!"
"You can disassemble them?!"
"Yes I can! Now return my machines!" Dragon Buster split up and fired into its three separate components in defence position.

"Union Hanger lets me equip B-Buster from my deck to C-Crush! Now it's unaffected by Spell Cards!"
"I attack B-Buster!" Skeleton Knight slammed this sword down onto the machine which wiped it out. "I use a Trap! Skull Knight Sacrifice allows me to destroy my Commander and one of your Monsters! I destroy your Wyvern!"
Commander dissolved and so did C-Crush.
"Dragon Buster can be summoned via my graveyard… thanks for helping to put more materials in there!" Cobra smirked.
"I'm not done! When a Skeleton Knight is destroyed I can summon Skeleton Knights from my graveyard! Return Sword-Men, Reaper and Horse-Men!" All three appeared in defence position.

"Time to end this! I draw!" Cobra looked at his card. "And I have just what I need! I summon C-Crush!"

"This will be enough! I banish my first three ABC's to the graveyard to Fusion Summon a second Dragon Buster!" The Monsters fired into the sky and a second ABC emerged.

"I then banish my second set of ABC's to summon my third and final Dragon Buster!"

"Union Hanger activates! I equip Union Striker from my deck to my second ABC!" The dragon gained sliver armour. "When equipped to a Monster this allows me to attack all your Monsters at once but you take no damage from the battles. Also you're unable to activate any effects when this Monster attacks!"
"Which doesn't matter as there all in defence but he now has a second ABC on the field…" Marina noted with gritted teeth.
"Exactly! ABC-Dragon Buster attacks all your Skeleton Knights and they can't resurrect this time!"
ABC fired its double canons and wiped out all of Mercy's Monsters in one swoop.
"Now I attack directly with my other ABC!"
"I use my Trap! Skeleton Rush! When I'm attacked directly graveyard, I can summon one Skeleton Knight in defence! Appear Reaper!"

The blast wiped out the boned Monster and now Mercy had a glint of confidence in her eye.
"Now it starts! Reaper's destruction brings back my Monsters!"

"Even if Cobra brings back his ABC's, they would still be destroyed!" Marina noted. The dark hole appeared and each of the Monsters inside was sucked in.
"I banish Skeleton Rush! I banish material from my graveyard to Synchro Summon! I banish Commander, Horse-Men and Foot Solider!"

A green light shot from the sky and a skeleton multi-headed beast emerged.

"4000?!"
"Hydra will finish it off!" Mercy yelled as the beast fired itself into Cobra who was sent flying across the prison floor.

"Mercy, help me move him into a cell." Marina said as she moved Ryo to the side.
….
A few minutes later Cobra was locked up in a cell.
"Do you really think you will be able to escape this place?" Cobra said.
"We can take any guards." Marina said.
"That might be so but you don't have the time!"
"We'll see." Mercy added.
"We need to free the rest of the children in these cells." Marina said as she looked at the few who were caged in. They were weak looking along with the already injured Ryo.
"I have to use my power to at least allow them to be able to move again, like Ryo." Mercy said.
"But the guards will come and check down here soon." Marina said.
"Yeah but we have no choice. We'll just duel them if they come."
"What about…. the footage….?" Ryo asked.
"Our duel disks will have recorded what we've seen down here but…. do we have enough time to get it back to Reiji and the others?" Marina replied.
"You will have to go." Mercy said. "I can handle things down here plus Ryo will be recovered in a little while."
"Understood."
Reiji
Reiji, Reira and Yusho were inside the small portal room. The doors were being guarded by the escapees from the re-education centre.
The door opened and showed Marina with her duel disk out.
"We have footage of the abused prisoners." Marina said.
"Great work." Reiji said.
"We also have an extra detail." Yusho said.
"What is it?" Marina questioned.
"It's this." In the room was Mina as well who had come from the Doctor's laboratory.
"You beat your father?"
"Yeah I did…. but I had to seal him away…. but I had no other choice." Mina replied.
"What is it?"
"It's footage of…. Cobra, my father and Leo overseeing…. electrotherapy of several Academia students…. including Battle Beast to make him more… primal…" Mina stuttered.
"That's…. barbaric."
"That's not everything, Marina." Reiji explained.
"We saw…. Serena…. she was…." Yusho added.
"Was what?!"
"You need to see it to believe it…." Mina said as she hit the computer which showed Serena being zapped at a young age during the first year of Academia's formation.
Marina saw the young girl she had know from the Fusion orphanage have the first of many shocks which was designed to turn her into the Academia warrior of today.
"This…." Marina could barely struggle to say any words. Mina shut the footage off.
"I'm sorry." Yusho said.
"I left Serena…. I need to get her!" Marina ran out of the room before anyone could stop her. She pushed past the guards outside.
"No!" Reiji screamed. "She'll blow our cover!"
"We can't worry about that now. We need to get this footage out." Mina said.
Yuzu, Rin, Ray
The three girls followed their spirits where they sensed Ciel and the others down the long hallway. As they ran they heard an alert go out across the castle.
"We've been spotted!" Ray yelled.
"It doesn't matter. This was always the plan. The others will hold them off." Yuzu replied.
"On the left!" the spirits yelled.
The three stopped outside some giant doors. These doors were much more similar to normal castle doors than the modern sliding ones of the other rooms.
"Let's go." Yuzu said as she pushed them open with the help of Rin and saw before their eyes was Leo's throne room which was empty.
"Where…. where are they?" Rin said.
"I…. I don't know…" Warrior said. "I sense them but…."
Reiji
"We've taken over the Academia signal. This will broadcast across the dimension." Reiji said as he worked against the clock with the alarm bellowing in the background.
"It's uploaded." Mina replied on the other computer.
"And send!" Yusho said as he hit the button on a console.
As Yusho sent it they heard large screaming coming from outside. The door opened and there was Obelisk Force holding the cards of the carded re-education centre people.
Yusho, Reiji, Reira and Mina all activated their duel disks.
Mercy
Mercy had been able to open the cells with keys which Marina had found on Cobra and help the students begin recovering. She was working her powers on the final student as she heard steps come from behind her.
"Come out of the cell now!" said the voice. Mercy took a breath in and came out to see all the exits were blocked by several Obelisk Blue students.
"I'm trying to heal your fellow student!" Mercy yelled.
"Heal?" the male said.
"Look at them!" Mercy pointed to each cell and then to Ryo of the abuse they had suffered in the cells.
"What… what is all of this?" said another student.
"This is what your schools does your fellow students!"
"It doesn't matter!" said the third.
"We can't let them treat us like this?!" said the second.
"If you're having any doubt….!"
"If you have any doubt, you can ask me." Appearing behind the students was Ryo who had finally stood up with duel disk in hand.
Fusion Dimension
Gongenzaka, Masumi, Gloria and Grace had reunited on the mainland and saw increased activity of Academia forces.
"Something must have happened…" Masumi said.
"Yeah but we know our next job." Gongenzaka replied.
"Where on earth could they be though?" Grace asked.
….
Odd-Eyes and Starving Venom landed where Clear Wing had dropped from the cage. It was another forest and the two brothers looked on at Clear Wing in Yugo's body.
"I see I've finally been let loose….." Clear Wing said.
"What happened to you?" Starving asked.
"I've been locked up since Yugo got caught in the Synchro Dimension…. waiting to get out…"
"This is a trap." Odd-Eyes said.
"Of course it is… but I'm prepared to play whatever game they want to gain control!" Clear Wing smirked.
Around the area the three dragons felt a rumble. They saw a dome appear from the grounds which sealed them in.
"Ha! I guess we're trapped once again…." Starving said.
"Well then…. we shall end this once and for all before we head for Dark Rebellion!"
"We?" Starving replied as he his fists lit up in purple. He fired a dark spikes at Odd-Eyes which pinned him against the doom wall.
"What is this?!" he yelled.
"Absorbing the spirits of those Amazoness' had a bit of use!"
"I have the power of Ancient One and Sin!" Odd-Eyes yelled as he tried to power his way out.
"True… but I'll finish this duel long before you break out!" Starving locked onto Clear Wing.
"But only Odd-Eyes can fuse!"
"Once again, Brother…. you're the slow one…. I had a duel with Odd-Eyes… let's just say it ended with a share of the power…. he's not the only one who absorb now!"
