A bunch of Fic ideas that I had but don't plan on writing. Most are Naruto Fics but there are others in the mix (there will be a crossover and a One Piece for sure). Each chapter will be a different Fic idea. All of them are up for adoption, the only thing that I ask in return is that you PM me if you write any of them so I can read it too! You don't even need to credit me lol.

RAMENHEADS

I had the idea for this story because I wanted to write a NARUTO x INO Fic. It proved to be a challenge, though. My first difficulty was to find a way for the two to bond. I mean, their backgrounds are simply too different for them to become close naturally. I needed to create a situation where they would actually notice each other (kinda the same way of OG Naruto and Hinata, you know? But different, of course). I also wanted to do something uniqueish… It would be no fun to make them bond over their mutual interest over plants, like tons of Fics do (it is a great idea, though! I am not criticizing it; I am just saying that I wanted to do something different). So, that's what I came up with:

Ino LOVED ramen! For the Yamanaka heir, it was the one food that could be considered divine. Unfortunately, for her, ramen was considered something to be beneath for someone of her status. As the heir of one of the "noble" shinobi clans, there were numerous things that would bring shame to her family if she was seen doing. And that included eating ramen. Needless to say, the blonde girl found it all to be bullshit. Still, she wouldn't risk behaving anything less than a proper clan heir.

There was another fact that kept Ino away from ramen longer than she thought necessary: Sasuke-kun! Ok, the boy never actually told her not to eat her precious ramen (well, he never properly spoke to her, for that matter… Nothing beyond irritated grunts or rude and impolite short responses). But, one day, she heard a rumor that the brooding boy had a preference for skinny girls. And so, Ino's painful and unnecessary diet began, depriving her from the food of the Gods.

Still, not even Ino's crush could keep her away from the golden noodles for long. Once a month, she would disguise herself (she couldn't risk making a Henge no Jutsu, for it could fail or be disrupted by any experienced enough shinobi) and eat all the ramen she could at her favorite stand: Ichiraku's Ramen! (I imagine her disguise as something really stereotypical; Trench coat, wig, a hat, sun glasses and a fake nose lol). The father and daughter duo that ran the place knew of her, and Ino would be ever grateful to them for keeping her secret (By the way, I know that the whole thing of ramen being considered not good enough for Ino's status is lame as fuck, but I wanted some other reason for her to disguise herself beyond her crush for Sasuke… And that was the best I could think of, lol).

One day, during her monthly feast, Ino was taken off-guard when one of her classmates suddenly appeared at the holy grounds that Ichiraku's was; Uzumaki Naruto. Ino had never interacted much with the boy, even if she found his pranks funny and his bravado somewhat inspiring. She did find odd that most children would simply avoid him and most teachers ignore his existence. He was, ultimately, a good kid. Kind in his own clumsy way. And that's why she couldn't understand why some parents would tell their children to stay away from him (she overheard some a few times) saying that he was bad news. Her parents never did so… She felt bad for the boy, even if he never seemed fazed by this treatment.

At the moment, though, Ino was sweating cold, fearing that her fellow blonde would recognize her. Naruto, at his end, hadn't even noticed the girl by his side, as he ordered a large number of bowls of ramen. It was only when he started eating that he noticed a tense Ino (that he didn't recognize). Naruto offered the "stranger" a big smile and introduced himself. The panicking Ino looked in all directions, trying to find a way out or inspiration to not blow her cover up. Then, her eyes met a small plaque at the back of the shop's kitchen, one that held the name of the current holder of the record of most bowls eaten: Kushina.

The disguised Yamanaka quickly turned back to Naruto and introduced herself simply as "Kushina". Naruto was overjoyed to finally meet someone of his age that wouldn't ignore him. But, seconds later, he became pensive, muttering that he had seen/heard the girl's name somewhere. As his eyes wandered dangerously close to the kitchen, Ayame swiftly snatched the plaque out of the wall, faster than Uchiha Madara's eyes could ever hope to keep up, and stored it somewhere safe, winking at a grateful looking "Kushina". Eventually, Naruto shrugged and resumed conversation with his new friend. At first, "Kushina" was tense, but soon Naruto's cheerfulness broke her nervous shell. They became fast friends and, of course, their main subject was ramen.

Ino found herself to be very comfortable around her classmate and, to her own surprise, she invited him to meet again next month, which he was more than happy to agree to. As she waited for their next meeting, Ino had to resist the itch to talk with Naruto in class. She managed, though, for she couldn't afford her secret to be revealed.

Naruto and "Kushina" met several times, and not only at Ichiraku's. Ino always had so much fun just talking with the whiskered boy that they began to meet regularly, almost every day, eventually, at some unused training ground (Ino had to come up with an excuse as to why she only could eat ramen once a month).

As time passed the blonde duo became closer and closer. Eventually, they became close enough to reveal some personal details about themselves. On that day, Ino was sent into a loop, for when "Kushina" casually asked Naruto if he liked someone (thinking that she already knew the answer) his response shook her foundations: Yamanaka Ino, a classmate of his.

Of course, the girl was beyond confused and it took everything from her to not show it. Eventually, she managed to talk again and asked Naruto who this "Ino girl" was and why he liked her. She was expecting him to say that it was Haruno Sakura the girl he liked, for he was constantly asking said girl out, even when she rejected every single time (rather unnecessarily forceful and rudely, in Ino's opinion).

Naruto began a passionate monologue of how pretty and, most importantly, kind Ino was. Naruto noticed that she would always help others, if she could, and never ask anything in return. She was a fiery one too, which he liked, but was never rude to anyone. She was strong and determined, like he liked to pretend to be. She inspired him to see the best things in life, even when times were dark. She, and a few others, were the proof that there were good people in the world, and it made him work hard to be one of those good people.

Ironically, "Kushina" was red as a tomato. She couldn't believe that there was someone out there that thought so high of her. Sure, she was popular for her looks and there was a figurative line of boys that wanted her attention. But this was different… After regaining posture, "Kushina" commented that this Ino girl couldn't be all that good.

Naruto looked irritated at the comment but didn't lash out at his friend. Instead, he gave her a couple of examples of Ino's kindness at class: Whenever anyone made a face that said "I didn't understand a single word of what sensei just said" she would ask their teacher for further clarification and wouldn't leave them be until she was sure that the whole class understood. But there was a more personal example, for Naruto. Most teachers would simply ignore him whenever he voiced a question, for some reason. Ino, then, would wait a bit before making the exact same question to their sensei and, as she would do with anyone else, she would make sure that Naruto actually understood before letting the class continue.

"Kushina" could only blink. None of that was a big deal! Was it? Regardless, there was the matter of Sakura, but she couldn't find a way to ask Naruto without blowing her cover. Instead, she asked if he had already made a move or if he planned on confessing. Naruto answered that he never had the courage to do either. The only thing he has done was something he overheard from a conversation between Mizuki and Iruka-sensei: Mizuki was telling Iruka that the best way to gain a girl's attention was to give her none, at least directly, and give attention to someone close to her, instead. According to Mizuki-sensei, this would cause the girl to be jealous and reach out to the guy. So, Naruto took the "advice" and started "chasing" Ino's best friend, Haruno Sakura. But he was starting to doubt the effectiveness of the "strategy".

Ino wanted to palm her face so hard… But she wanted to kick Mizuki-sensei's ass even harder! At least Naruto was reconsidering the whole thing, poor boy… "Kushina" promptly said that Mizuki's words were pure bullshit and only low people would toy with other's feelings and that he shouldn't be doing it (she didn't give him any other advice on this matter, for she still needed to process the fact that Naruto liked her that much).

Naruto felt like shit but, before "Kushina'' could cheer him up, he shrugged the sadness away and asked her if she liked someone. Of course, "Kushina'' said that there was this super cool guy in her class that she liked. Naruto frowned a bit (remembering Sasuke and his fangirls, of which Ino was part of), and asked why she liked this guy. "Kushina'' started enthusiastically, saying that he was so cool and handsome and… She trailed off. She searched her memories for other Sasuke's qualities, and found none. Only his rudeness and hurtful words came to mind. And then, Naruto's words about her flooded her once again. Was she this shallow? To like a rude person just because they were "cool and handsome"?

Time would pass, but Ino's mind would become a stronger maelstrom with each passing day. Naruto gave her a lot to think about. To keep it simple here: Slowly, but surely, Ino would realize that her crush for Sasuke was indeed shallow and the boy not worthy of her affection. At the same time, Naruto would grow more and more into her heart (fluffy xD). Eventually it would become a REALLY hard task to not steal glimpses of the boy at class and, as "Kushina" she would allow herself to be closer and closer with him.

Naruto, though, would begin to behave weirdly… During classes he would often be lost in thought with a deep frown and, to Ino, it was clear that it wasn't because of the boring classes. Something was troubling her fellow blonde gravely. This was confirmed when he also started to "avoid" "Kushina". Well, their meetings never ceased or anything like that. They would still meet almost every day and have fun like always. But Naruto was always trying to avoid physical contact or being too close to "Kushina", with a hint of sadness on his face.

All of this was consuming Ino from inside. She couldn't figure out why Naruto was behaving like that or what was bothering him so much. She became so stressed that she went to console herself with ramen days before she usually would. Upon arriving at Ichiraku's, she noticed that Naruto was there. She was about to greet her friend (and, now, crush) when she heard Ayame asking (demanding) him to tell her what was causing him so much trouble. Curiosity took the best of Ino and the girl hid to listen to the conversation. Well… Turns out that Naruto ended up falling for "Kushina" as well and was feeling like shit for liking two girls at the same time. He actually said that he could see everything he liked about Ino on "Kushina" and more, actually, since he came to know his newest friend deeply, while he never talked to Ino due his irrational fear of rejection. But Ino was still a wonderful person that did a lot for him during classes. Ino was his first love and he didn't want to give up on her. On the other hand, everything felt so easy and natural with "Kushina". The boy was completely torn and feeling guilty and, to top all of it, he was extremely pessimist, thinking that neither girls would ever consider him anything more than a friend (sure, he wasn't friends with Ino, not that he knew lol, but he had just enough optimism that, on a farway future, they could befriend each other).

Damn… Naruto fell for her TWICE and he didn't even know! It actually pleased Ino to no end and only made her even fonder of him. The bad thing was that he was suffering because of it, and it seems that only Ino could do something to ease his troubles but… What should she do?

Well, that about it… I am curious to know how you will develop the relationship between the two and how that will affect the story. Speaking of which; I didn't specify how old the two were when they met at Ichiraku's or for how long they were friends until Naruto's two "confessions". I will leave that for you to decide. Honestly, I think this idea has great potential (at least on the romance side of things) in the right hands (definitely not mine lol). So, if someone actually gets inspired by it and writes a Fic, I will be overjoyed! If you do write one, please, let me know so I can read it! Anyways… Bye for now!
