In New York, Jessica was taking Peter down the street where Wade Wilson lived. The streets were busy, and Peter was glad he didn't live out here, but he did also like the views the city provides.
"Thanks for the help, Jess." Peter said to her as they stopped outside his home.
"Anything to stop Wilson from doing anything more stupidity." Jessica stated.
Peter nodded and looked up to the apartment. "You showing up next week for the kids party?"
"Nah, not a fan of big get togethers." Jessica stated.
Peter then sensed something coming and looked up to see that a explosion just went off in the apartment that only took down the one apartment.
"Well, your problem now." Jessica stated as she patted Peter's shoulder and walked off. "Good luck!"
Peter sighed and rolled his eyes before walking up to the apartment. Once he reached it, he smacked the door, what was left of it, off and saw there were remains of Wade all over the place, still wearing his Deadpool suit.
"Oh, Wade." Peter sighed and knew this was gonna take a few hours.
In Central City, Ollie was back in P.A.R.K.E.R. Industries in his personal labs and was working on the equipment he would need to get the Steel Spider suit up and running.
Ollie's been a Spider-Man fan for years, not only because he was a amazing hero, but because of the one time he actually and an encounter with the amazing hero.
A few years ago, Ollie was being chased down an alley, running away from a group of bullies that were about the same as his age and was chasing him as he ended up getting cornered in the alley.
As the bullies finally caught up, they started tossing the boy around when a few years younger Peter came dropping in-between the kid and the bullies.
Peter had been Spider-Man for about fifteen years, working alongside Flash for eight, and been father for five. Just finishing up Battleworld, the team were all taking a few breaks from superhero-ing for a while.
The kids took one look at Spider-Man as he took a stand between them, and they took off running in the opposite direction.
Peter looks back to the young Ollie who was being pushed around and notices his science project was a little busted but was more amazed by what it was. This boy that looks to be about eight made a functional portable wind turbine.
"Did you make this?" Peter asks in shock.
"Yeah." Ollie replies with a smile.
"This is a wind turbine! You made this?! No way!" Peter says in amazement before fixing the turbine with his webs. "Good as new, right?" He asks while handing it back to him. "Come on, I'll walk you home." He offers and starts walking out of the alley with the kid.
"What's your name?" Peter asks as the two of them strolled out of the alley.
"Oliver." The boy introduces himself.
"Oliver? Cool, I had a friend named Oliver. Well, I'm Spider-Man." Peter says casually.
Ollie then snapped out of his flashback and looked out the window to see that Spinneret and Sinter-Spider swung right last.
"One of these days, I'll be right alongside you." Ollie promised, hoping one day he could be part of the next generation.
Tina and Tommy were swinging through the city, searching for the new Electro, and possibly the Black Cat, which Tina hasn't stopped talking about.
"I mean, I can't believe it!" Tina cried as she ran across the side of the building and Tommy kept swinging. "How could you let a cat burglar steal everything from dad's company the moment he leaves town?"
"It's not like I let her!" Tommy stated in defense. "She was strong. Fast. Knew exactly what she was doing."
"You sure you weren't just distracted by the girl underneath?" Tina wondered as she flipped and slid down the side of a roof before leaping back to swinging.
"Hey! I wasn't distracted by the girl." Tommy stated when his senses went off, as did Tina's.
"Now what's up?" Tina wondered as they both stopped on their webs and started looking around when a blast of electricity passed and struck their webbing, sending them plummeting to the ground and they cushion their own falls with a pile of snow.
"It was supposed to be clear skies today." Tommy commented.
"It's 2037, Tommy. When have news reports gotten anything right?" Tina asked as she climbed out of her snow and whipped it off her face. "Whoo, that was cold."
"Really?" Tommy asked as he walked out of the pile. "The cold-"
"Don't you dare say it!" Tina warned her brother, knowing exactly what he was gonna say.
"Fine." Tommy sighed in defeat. "But what was that?"
"That'd be..." someone said, and Tina recognized that voice anywhere when another blast of lightning came down and they both turned to see the familiar vest thief that was the new Electro. "Name's Electro, and I gotta say, you guys made it easier to track you down with your constant arguing."
"I knew that was gonna give us away." Tommy told Tina when they looked and dodged an attack from Electro.
"Looks like you've gotten better at using your powers." Tina noticed as she did a backflip and Tommy did a jump and landed on the side of a building. "The aiming however is a different story."
This new Electro then transformed into a bolt of lightning and sped across the street before either of them could notice what happened and tackled Tina.
"I stand corrected." Tina muttered as she was hit by a jolt of lightning. "Ahhh!"
"Hey!" Tommy cried as she turned to face him and was immediately kicked in the face. "No one does that to my sister, but me!"
Electro was sent flying, but then once again turned herself into a bolt of electricity and flew at Tommy and Tina, but this time they were shielded.
"What?" All of them asked as they looked and saw that Violet was there with her eyes glowing red.
"Uh...did you know she was following us?" Tommy asked Tina.
"I don't even know how she was keeping up." Tina muttered.
"No kill!" Violet stated in broken English.
"Oh, look, she's back for round two, too?" Electro asked as she sent a blast at Violet.
"Violet! Duck!" Tina cried out.
But it seemed Violet doesn't care of the blast or doesn't care as she held out her hands when she started to glow yellow and shot an energy blast that hits Electro.
Then blast Electro shot out was then met with a glowing orange and began to float and dodged the blast.
"Whoa!" Tommy said in shock. "Did you know she could do that?"
"I don't think she knew she could do that." Tina said in the same amount of shock.
Electro then groans as she looked and saw Violet still standing there with an angered look. "Okay, let's turn up the power!" She reached over and turned the dial up. "Let's see how you handle this!" She then clapped and sent out a literal thunder clap of a hundred bolts of lightning at the three.
Tina ran to dodge the attacks and save Violet, Tommy shielded himself with an ice wall, but it didn't do much as they were blasted and sent flying.
Electro cried out in agony as Tina and Tommy notice she's sparking off blue electricity. "The Electricity!" She cried as she dropped to her knees and her eyes started glowing blue. "It's coursing through me!"
"We need to shut off that dial!" Tina tells Tommy. "If we don't, she might die."
"On it!" Tommy promised as he ran and shot a web to yank himself towards Electro, only for at the last second she starts to scream louder and blasts Tommy back and she vanished.
"Uh...can we agree this was her fault?" Tommy asked as he turned back to Tina and noticed Violet. "Violet!"
Tina looked down and saw that she was completely scorched. "Oh no..."
But before they had time to worry about that, the sky glows blue and they looked to see Electro return, this time being a giant bolt of blue lighting.
"Oh, come on!" Tommy cried in anger.
Electro then laughed as she then got ready to attack. But before she could, she was met with a giant blast of water from the sewers.
"That's not strange." Tommy said as he looked to the girl wearing a orange one-piece-suit. "Uh...am I the only one seeing this?" He asked as he turned to Tina who's holding Violet. "Oh...I'm sorry, T."
"I don't understand." Tina sighed as she let Violet down. "I thought she couldn't die."
"Everyone has a limit. Maybe striking her heart was hers." Tommy guessed.
But that theory was unproven when a half scorched faced Violet raised off the ground, scaring both the teens as they leaped back in fear.
"No kill. No dead. Not dead!" Violet told them as her body started to glow purple and her face immediately healed, almost like nothing happened.
Tommy had nothing to say, and just ended up dropping and fainting. Tina would've joined him if she wasn't happy to see she was at least okay. If you take away the whole fact there's now someone who can control water in their mist.
"Who are you?" Tina wondered.
"My name is Tula. I'm here to warn you of an upcoming danger." Tula warned them.
"Of course." Tina breathed, somehow knowing that was coming.
A flash of lightning comes speeding down as Dawn finally arrived and looked between the unconscious twin, unconscious villain, and the new girl in a skintight orange fin-style suit.
"What'd I miss?" Dawn asked.
"Tell you when we get back to the Labs." Tina promised to fill her in later.
But then Electro blasted a shockwave that sent everyone flying, and when they looked again, she was now a glowing blue streak that disappeared into the electrical grid.
"And that's something we still need to worry about." Tina added on, but now she had at least a face to go off of.
Cecile went back to the police department and placed down the file for Allegra in front of Barry to look over it.
"Allegra Garcia. Julie offender from a criminal family, in and out of the system her entire life." Cecile informed the two of them. "The night of the accelerator explosion, she was caught up in a fight. Next thing, she has the power to control radio waves. Then she gets transferred to the metahuman wing in Iron Heights."
"At fifteen?" Barry asked in surprise.
"Not the justice system's finest moment." Cecile sighed as they flipped through the file. "Now here we are. Allegra gets arrested again, but my powers are telling me she's innocent this time."
"But your victim was killed by a radio wave attack, which is Allegra's power." Barry commented. "And eye witness placed her at the scene. Recognizing the tattoo on her neck."
"My powers have never been wrong before, Barry." Cecile stated, determined by her own statement. "And I don't want this kid going down for a crime she didn't commit."
"Yeah, she's not guilty." Ralph said as he suddenly walked in with a donut in his hand, the second file in another.
"Where'd you get that?" Barry asked.
"Might've taken yours. My bad." Ralph apologized and held it out. "Want it back?"
"It's yours." Barry assured him, not wanting it back. "You were saying?"
"See these burn marks on the vic?" Ralph asked as he showed the photos. "They don't match a car explosion. It's like he was burnt and toasty before the crash. Her powers give her the ability to control radio waves, and not heatwaves."
"So, you're saying Allegra might've not done this?" Barry asked.
"Looks like we've got my new evidence." Cecile said with a smile.
"We just have to find out who really did it." Barry supposed and looked to Ralph, knowing he could use some more help with Peter gone. "You still have your suit?"
Ralph smiled with a giant grin at the idea of going back out there and pulled it out of his pocket. "Elongated Man is back."
Back in the Snow-Parker home, Frost walked through their home and knocked on Aster's door.
"Yeah?" Aster asked through the door.
"Honey, can we talk?" Frost asked the sodden door.
"Sure. I guess." Aster supposed as Frost walked in, and Aster was writing down in a book, doing schoolwork. "What's up?"
"I've heard you've been being bullied." Frost stated out of the gate.
"What? Who told? Was it Carrie?" Aster asked, dropping his book to the side. "Because she-"
"Whoa, whoa. Calm down." Frost calmed him down, but then got a little curious. "Who's Carrie?"
"Nobody." Aster answered a little too quickly.
Frost had a small cheeky smile and knew she was gonna drain the information out of him later, but for now, she was focusing at the task at hand.
"Okay." Frost shrugged and sat down. "Is that why you've been so distant lately? Because someone's picking on you?"
"No...it's..." Aster had no idea how to tackle this subject. "Did Aunty Cait say anything about hallucinations with my condition?"
"Why? What have you been seeing?" Frost wondered, thinking his conditioning is worsening.
"I feel...cold all the time." Aster answered. "And I see my eyes turn white. I don't know how or why."
"I'll talk to Caity, see what she thinks about it." Frost supposed. "Is that what's been making you act out recently?"
"Yeah. Mostly." Aster muttered to himself.
Frost looked and supposed the team could do without her for a while. "Tell you what, how about I drop you at school today? And when I get to the labs, I'll ask Caity."
"Sure, I guess." Aster supposed.
"Five minutes." Frost warned him as she got up and walked out of his room.
"They'll think you're even more crazy than you already are." The voice in his head informed him.
"Shut up." Aster demanded of the voice, getting ready for school.
