National City, the team were following the instructions Silas instructed them on and were getting it ready to be opened.
Alex and Eliza made it up to the Watchtower and saw that they had a portal already built.
"Hey, guys, how are things going here?" Alex asks.
"Well, we had the nanobots build the portal to Silas' schematics, we could have Anjelica back by sundown." Peter said and saw Eliza was here. "Oh, hey, Eliza." He then walked over to hug his mother-in-law. "I'm sorry for all of this."
"No, you have nothing to be sorry about, Peter." Eliza promised him as she gave him a hug. "Let's just get her back. Where's Kara?"
"By sundown?" Silas asked, confused.
"Ordering a few hundred pizzas from angel's favorite place." Peter said as he gestured to the window. "She'll be back in a while, and Anjelica's gonna be starving when she gets back. Between pregnant Kara, hungry Kara, or megalodon pup protecting Kara."
"Hang on." Silas interrupted them. "Sundown isn't going to be possible. Next week might not be possible. The last time I opened this portal, it took me six months of testing to make sure I didn't burn to death when I stepped through it."
"We don't need to worry about that." Someone said, getting Eliza and Alex's attention when they saw it was Lex Luthor himself coming out from behind the portal holding a tablet. "Supergirl will be able to fly through unharmed." He then noticed the two Danvers. "Oh, Ms. Danvers. Ms. Danvers."
"Lex." Alex quickly got over the shock and sighed, remembering the fact he's a friend. "Didn't know you were here."
"I called him here." Lena explained. "Needing his help configuring it for the exact same purpose."
"The more the merrier." Alex supposed.
Kara then came back and placed a bunch of pizza boxes. "Hey, we ready?"
"We're all set." Lex confirmed.
Lina then activated the portal and it started to power up.
"You sure this thing won't blow up?" J'onn asked them.
"In science, J'onn Jo'nzz, it is always trial and error." Lex stated as they watched the portal begin to wake up, showing them a breach into the Phantom Zone.
Looking inside, Peter was shocked that it looked different.
"It doesn't look like the simulations, Brainy." Nia commented.
"Somethings wrong." Brainy said as he walked over to the portal and scanned it. "The Phantom Zone has been fractured somehow."
"What could do that?" Morgan wondered.
"Battleworld." Peter guessed.
"Of course." Brainy confirmed. "Earth-S."
"What about it?" Nia asked, remembering the Warriors and Specter, as well as the entire SHIELD team, came from that Earth.
"When our two different universes' converted into one, the opposite must've happened to the Phantom Zone." Brainy gestured to the portal. "It is no longer just one splinter of time. It is many dimensions in one. An inter dimensional archipelago."
Peter looked into it and felt something drawing him closer.
"Spider, I wouldn't do that." Alex warned, keeping his identity from Lex.
"There's something there." Peter whispered, wondering what he's seeing.
Then he started to see something. It looked like a triangle. Then his head started to ring. Grabbing his head and screaming out, he started to fall down the stairway only to be caught by Kara.
"Hey, what's wrong?" Kara asked.
"There's someone in there!" Peter cried in pain, wondering what's in there.
Then he started getting flashes. Flashes that feel like they should mean something but mean nothing.
"I think you've had enough, Courtney."
"May...Mayday Parker!"
"Too bad they didn't have access to the Cosmic Cube we stole from AIM all those years ago. It does wonders for you. And I do mean...YOU."
Then he heard something that sounded more like a warning than an echo.
"When gravity falls and earth becomes sky, fear the beast with just one eye!"
Then he saw it in his mind. A figure standing over the planet. A planet that was destroyed. The figure was indeed a triangle with one eye, a top hat and skinny arms and legs.
"I see you!" He said in a singsong voice.
Peter was then tossed back, and his head started to glow. "My, my, my. Look at all of this information. Looks like I should pay Earth-616 a visit."
"What the hell just happened?" Nia asked.
"I...I had a vision." Peter stated as Kara helped him stand up. "I saw...the end of the world."
"Well, that's comforting." Morgan stated.
Just then, they looked back to the portal and heard a growl, followed by Phantoms coming through.
"Oh, come on!" Gwen cried as Morgan tossed her shield, followed by Gwen shooting webs but they were forced to watch as they both passed right through them.
"Don't we have enough problems already?" Cessily asked as she dropped into a pile of metal to get away from them, immediately turning herself into a giant liquid monstrous version of herself, followed by making her left hand into a morning star and smashed it into one of the Phantoms.
Nia blasted them with her dream energy whilst Lena and Lex used their blasters. Brainy looked and saw that when they crossed into their dimension, the Phantoms took the portal down.
"The Phantoms disrupted the portal!" Brainy informed them.
"We need to get it back online if we want to take them down!" Lex warned them.
"You volunteering, Lex?" Lena wondered just as Silas leaped in and picked up the the tablet to reactivate it.
Morgan raced in and shielded him using her shield, apparently Vibranium is also a weakness of Phantoms.
"Silas! Hurry it up!" Morgan pleaded, trying to hold them back.
Nia then came in and gave her Vibranium some help by creating a dream shield. "This won't hold them forever!"
"I'm working on it!" Silas said as he smacked the tablet. "Come on, you stupid thing!"
The portal then opened up and Nia forced them all back through using her powers. Immediately followed by them shutting down the portal and letting out a sigh.
"Well, like I said, trial and error." Lex looked on the bright side, but it was followed by the portal exploding, and everyone raced to shield everyone.
Kara looked and saw that there was no way they'd be able to get Anjelica back and dropped to her knees in defeat.
Peter looked and sighed, knowing there wouldn't be anything he could do to help. But then an idea came to mind. He remembered how well she got along with someone who also lost a daughter.
He's gonna need a hand jumping dimensions.
He's going to pay a visit to Earth-46 to pick up a friend.
In Central City, Tommy was in the middle of a fight with the Sandgirl, trying to take her down seemed to be a bigger pain and he knew he needed help. Which is why he and to send Tula to retrieve the cold gun.
Why doesn't he just use his power of ice? That could be explained at a better time. Right now, he's focusing on trying to stay alive.
Tommy leaped onto the wall to avoid her giant fist and landed on the side of the building. "So, what, you have daddy issues or trying to prove yourself?"
"It's you heroes' fault that my father is gone!" Keemia cried as she turned herself into a pile of sand and leaped at Tommy, followed by him freezing a wall in front of him.
Then quickly, he melted the ice and webbed a lamp to slingshot himself to go through Sandgirl. But that just ended with him getting grabbed and slammed into the ground. Followed by him being tossed further into the air and getting tossed higher. She then grabbed him again and slammed him.
"I'm gonna enjoy this." Keemia stated as she dragged him over and squeezed him.
But then she was hit by a giant wave of water, causing her arm to drop Tommy. He then looked and saw it was Dawn and Tula who were using their combined powers, as well as Violet coming down and blasting him with her yellow aurora to blast heat to solidify the mud. Dawn was running around and throwing lightning at Sandgirl.
The three of them were using their powers to take her down, seeing that it was working, they quickly finished and took her down with Tommy using the cold gun to freeze her solid.
"And ladies and gentlemen, the Sandgirl is officially on ice." Tommy stated as he swung around the gun.
"I don't understand why you needed the gun when you have ice powers." Tula stated as she stopped using her powers.
"It's...a complicated story." Tommy stated and noticed they're missing someone. "Where's Tina?"
"No idea." Dawn shrugged, looking around, wondering that herself. "Would've thought she would have been here."
Aster was home alone and was arguing with this inner voice that's been getting louder on him.
"We should find and beat that bully to a pulp!"
"Will you shut up?" Aster asked. "How many times have I told you that I'm not a monster?"
"I'm not a monster, you only think I am."
"Because that's how you always sound!" Aster defended as he yelled at the mirror. "You always talk about killing, hurting, murdering everyone you meet!"
"No, only the people I don't like. Which is everyone that you've met. But I actually like Carrie."
"Oh, right, great. The one person that you like is the one who's the girlfriend of the guy who beats the crap out of us!" Aster cried when his phone went off and he looked to see who it was and saw it was Carrie.
"It's Carrie!" The voice cheered at the sight. "Quick, answer it!"
Aster tried to ignore him as he quickly answered it. "Hey, Carrie."
"Hey, Aster, I'm not interrupting anything, am I?"
"Tell her no!" The voice pleaded.
"Nah, I'm just home alone right now." Aster stated as he walked around his home.
"Good. Let her know nobody's around." The voice was getting proud.
"Great, uh...there's something you should know."
"What's up?" Aster wondered, not seeing why she's calling.
"I was hoping that we could meet up." Carrie asked of him, sounding a bit sad. "I need to talk to someone about this."
"Yes!" The voice cried.
"Yeah, sure." Aster guessed.
"Great. You know this place down the street from the school? That sandwich place. Dnafriio?"
"Delmar's!"
"You mean Delmar's?" Aster guessed, remembering his dad taking him there constantly; they are the best sandwiches in Central City.
"Yeah, think we could meet there? I'm buying."
"Sure, I'll be there in ten minutes." Aster promised.
"Meet you there." Carrie hung up.
Aster was surprised at how well he handled that, but he did have a sort of second head with this voice.
"It's over with that bastard bully!" The voice in his head cheered, celebrating a bit too early. "That is the voice of a woman who delivered a brutal dumping!"
Aster couldn't help but believe the voice that did indeed sound like she just broke up with the guy, even if he isn't exactly getting his hopes up.
Because if that's so, then he's up for the beating of a lifetime the next time he sees Karl.
This Tina imposter was running through the city when she stopped for a breather, her hair starting to turn back to its regular color.
She started to stop and look around, wondering what to do now. She was hoping to talk to Aster. But something tells her that's not an option anymore.
If you knew her origin, it would all make sense. But it's a subject that she doesn't like to approach often.
"Well, I can't believe it." Someone said, making her look to see Ashley Moon in her Black Cat outfit to drop from the rooftop. "I never thought that I was the only one."
"What does that mean?" Tina-2 asked.
"The daughter of Peter and Caitlin Snow-Parker is currently arrested for a crime you committed." Ashley stated as she circled the girl, almost looking for a mistake. "This is something I never thought I'd see."
"Who are you?" Tina-2 asked her.
"Call me your new sister in the family of freaks." Ashley stated as she walked up to her. "Listen, you're looking for somewhere to belong, right?"
Tina-2 sighed and nodded her head in agreement.
"Well, that family isn't going to take you in. Trust me, I know. They don't take anyone in that they deem unworthy." Ashley stated as she stopped and leaned against a trash can. "So how about we help each other out? I want a family, you're looking for a place to belong, together we could do some serious damage to that perfect family."
She then held her hand out which revealed to have the keycard to P.A.R.K.E.R. Industries that she swiped off of Tommy at the beach.
"Interested?" Ashley asked.
Tina-2 looked down at the card and up to face Ashley." What did you have in mind?"
"I saw a secret vault; you might know something about?" Ashley asked her.
"Yeah." Tina-2 confirmed. "I...do. Dad..." she then stopped herself and tears up at the thought. "...Peter keeps all the most dangerous equipment from his battles as Spider-Man."
"Peter Parker's Spider-Man." Ashley stated with small shock. "Can't say I didn't see that coming."
"What exactly are you looking for in there?" Tina-2 asked.
"Just thinking I know a few people who would be interested in some revenge for being left alone." Ashley said, thinking of a few girls at the orphanage. "And...something that can level the playing field for you."
"What?" Tina-2 asked.
"Well, I figured that you wanted to be the one...the only...Tina Snow-Parker." Ashley explained and Tina was catching on what she wanted for her. "We just need the Symbiote."
"How do you plan on doing that?" Tina-2 wondered.
Ashley smiled as her eyes started to glow brighter and turn to slits. "Let's say that the Black Cat is more than a name. And I want these heroes to cross my path."
Let's just say that the real Tina was in a heap of trouble due to the fact that she had evidence against her now. Luckily Yuri believed it wasn't her, but the rest of the department...they were less skeptical and saw the video was enough evidence.
"Look, that wasn't me." Tina promised, looking down at her handcuffed arm. Even though she could break out easily, but that wouldn't help her case. "The first obvious thing being I don't have powers."
"I understand that, Tina." Yuri promised her. "But we don't have any other evidence except for your word that it wasn't you. At least until we get testimonies and footage from the company."
"Where the hell's my dad?" Tina wonders.
"We've been wondering that ourselves." Yuri said when an officer opened the door.
"Her parents are here." The officer said just as Peter and Caitlin made their way inside.
"Oh my god, Tina!" Caitlin cried as she raced over and cupped her daughter's face. "What's happening?"
"It's a misunderstanding, Mom." Tina promised assuring her mother. "They think I had something to do with an attack on this Karl guy."
Peter looked at the footage Yuri showed him and recognized the name and description as Frost informed him about what's been going on with Aster. "Karl Moffet."
"You know him?" Tina asked.
"No, but your brother does." Peter sighed and looked to Yuri. "Are we gonna need a lawyer?"
"Doubt it." Yuri assured him. "We'll get the footage of the time of the attack after a warrant goes through."
"Wait, you were at the company?" Caitlin asked Tina, earning a blush from her. "What were you doing?"
"I was...helping Ollie Osnick with...something." Tina answered and scratched her arm a little, the room temperature dropping a little, but luckily not enough for Yuri to notice.
Peter got back on subject and turned back to Yuri. "You don't need a warrant; I'll get the surveillance to you in the hour." He then quickly made a call out to Hogan, wanting him to get the tapes to help out.
"Don't worry, honey, we're gonna get you out of here." Caitlin assured her daughter, even though she wasn't even panicking.
"Not worried." Tina assured them.
Back at P.A.R.K.E.R. Industries, Ollie was looking into the whole situation whilst also finally putting the finishing touches on his suit.
"Time to suit up." Ollie stated with a smile as he saw the printer finished his suit.
Then he looked and
Ollie was staring at the note left for him from Tina before she was taken and smiled at what it said.
'Had a bit of an epiphany on how the sensors could detect danger. You're welcome. - Tina'
And she was right, as if there was any doubt. The suit was able to be alerted before the danger was sent towards it, as it was able to send out an algorithm to detect and predict an outcome.
Even though technically it was just a flying tennis ball, the suit still predicted it and reacted in retaliation. But there was still one more rest it needed to make past.
Ollie then climbed into the suit, as he made it adjustable to the size of the wearer, but still maintaining its original size. So even though the size of a teenager was inside of the suit, it held the size of a muscular human.
Once out on the roof, Ollie raised one of his hands to show the web cartages Tina said she designed to hook onto metal, wood, glass, steel, anything.
Ollie quickly reached the palm out, similar to how Spider-Man shoots his webs, and a straight line of the prosthetic webbing shot out and attached itself to the building. Ollie smiled when he saw it had worked.
One down, but this suit isn't ready yet.
Thinking for a minute on what to try next, he decided with the coolest feature. He used the neural transmitter Tina perfected from the Otto arms and revealed he had four dark blue metallic arms coming out of the back of his suit. They flew out of the back and embedded themselves into the ground.
Seeing there's really only one other function to try out, Ollie walked over to the edge and looked at how high he was. He was currently fifty stories off the ground. A fall from this height could be lethal to anyone.
Unless you were wearing the Steel Spider.
Closing his eyes, remembering the wise words of Peter Parker and took a leap of faith. This was probably not what he had in mind though when he said that.
He closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and dropped. He's not gonna lie and say he didn't shriek a little, but when he hit the ground on his own two feet, and the entire suit absorbed the entire fall damage, you could bet there was some pride on Ollie's face.
Wondering what to do next, Ollie looked to the wall and then to the fingers on his suit. He started to use his mechanical arms to climb the tower, making it a few stories off the ground and then looked at his own reflection.
"Steel Spider is ready." Ollie whispered, his suit having a voice modulator attached to the suit to make his voice match the muscular body his suit gives of to be more menacing. He got the idea from the original Green Arrow, Oliver Queen.
Seeing what else he can do, Ollie leaped off the wall, retracting the limbs on his way down and letting out a cheer. Once he got too close to the ground, he shot a strand out and started to swing through the city.
"Whooo!" Ollie cheered as he swung from strand to strand before racing up the side of a building and landed on the roof before retracting his mask. "This is something else."
Looking out, he saw the city and all of the criminals out there. One of them being the one that framed Tina. His algorithm searching through the city and coming across some alerts about a shapeshifter being spotted in the park.
"Now let's get to work." Ollie muttered as he leaped and used his arms to give himself a boost to start racing through the city.
EARTH-46:
"And so that's been my day so far." Peter stated as he was talking to the person who he hoped would be able to help Kara. "And I thought that since the two of you got along well bonding over talking about...your daughter's death."
"You didn't think that pitch through, did you?" She asked with a sigh.
"My point being you understand how she's feeling, and right now she won't be able to survive this unless we get Anjelica back. We're working on that, but we need Kara back to full strength." Peter explained why he's here.
Watching an explosion go out on the distance, Peter looked to her and was wondering if she was gonna react to it, but saw she just sighed and rubbed her head. Then he heard the distant sound of her husband yelling at the people responsible.
"How long do you think I'll be gone?" She asked.
"A week, tops." Peter assured her. "She's a bit distraught. I've never seen her this bad."
Sighing, she looked around and saw she could use a little break from the madness. "What are we waiting for?"
"Thanks." Peter said as he raised his hand and activated the extrapolator to open a beach back to his home. "I owe you one."
"Let's just say this makes us even after Battleworld." She stated as she quickly wrote a note and stabbed it into the side of the home with a knife, knowing her husband will find it. "Let's go help her."
With that, the two of them walked into the portal and made it back to Earth-Prime.
