Rain poured hard on the city of Central City. The city was in darkness. In a dark alley, there was a familiar figure holding his face, shaking from the cold and the most recent events that took place.

His hands over his head, the rain started to wash away the red blood on his hands, also getting it in his hair and on his face.

The hands then moved out of the way to reveal it was Aster, wearing a strange armor-like suit as he looked down at his chest to see an entire puddle of blood on him. Something big had happened. Something that brought him here.

Someone was lost...

"Why?" Aster whispered as he shuttered, and his shaking hands failed to take out the blood. "Why did I do that?"

He shuttered again and leaned back, and his tears started to become ice as they slid down his face.

"I didn't mean for them to die," Aster swore as he wiped the tears away. "I loved them..."

FOUR HOURS AGO...

Tina's jaw drops the moment Tommy and her step foot inside the venue their parents picked out. Looking around at the lights, the decorations, the DJ playing their favorite songs.

It was gorgeous!

Tina's eyes were immediately drawn to the large television screens on the sides. They both portrayed slideshows of pictures of the twins growing up.

Tina looks to her left to find Tommy just as astonished as she was. The sound of everyone clapping and cheering finally zones in as they were suddenly engulfed by their parents.

"Happy Birthday!" Caitlin exclaims as she squeezes the life out of Tommy. His squished face amuses Tina before she feels Peter kiss her temple.

"Happy Birthday, guys!" Peter then gives her one of his famous hugs that she just loves so much. The two then switch twins before they encourage their kids to enjoy the party.

"So, this is your whole family?" Carrie asked Aster as they looked around. "I see why you don't need friends."

"Oh, trust me. They're crazy." Aster assured her.

"Psychotic, even. Wait..." His voice in his head found the hypocrisy in that statement.

"Yep." We're all mad as a hatter." Daniel said as he appeared behind the two. "And we love each other for it."

"Some less than others," Aster muttered into his drink.

Tommy made his way over to the table and was met with Tula, who was wearing a gown from Atlantis for the occasion. Something that put Tommy off and he accidentally froze the cup in his hand.

"What?" Tula asked as she looked over herself. "Is it too much?"

"No.." Tommy assured her. "You...you look amazing."

Tula blushed and played with her hair a little. "Thanks."

The party was a fun time for everyone, as it seemed everyone was just using the time to catch up as some of them don't see each other for over a year and only meet up for these events.

Aster left Carrie to meet the rest of his family as he went over and got some more food for himself and some for Carrie. When he made it over, he started to feel weak and his eyes glow blue and the table started to freeze over before he shook it off.

"What the hell was that?" Aster asked.

"What the hell was what?" Frost asked as she made her way over to her son.

"Nothing," Aster told her, shaking it off and rubbing his head. "Just got a headache."

"Yeah, even I'm starting to feel it."

"You sure?" Frost asked him, feeling he was hiding something.

"Yeah," Aster replied and got some food before bringing it over.

"So...you've been getting close to Carrie lately, huh?" Frost asked as she walked back with him. "I was told she broke up with that bully of yours."

"What?! Who told?! I bet it was Armando! Let me freeze his fingers off!"

"Yeah," Aster said no idea what to say. "Why?"

"Nothing," Frost said with a smile and walked away.

"I don't like that look she had."

"One thing we can agree on," Aster admitted in worry.

Peter and Caitlin were watching as the twins were currently on the dance floor and hanging with all their friends, Barry and Patty were talking and catching up with Eddie and Iris. Tommy was failing at dancing and having a fun time with Tula learning how to dance outside of water.

Tina and Ollie are at least attempting to look like normal people failing to dance. The two just swaying and spinning around and enjoying themselves.

"Oh, god, they dance like you," Caitlin commented.

"Hey, those dance moves are what landed me you if you recall." Peter reminded her of the dance moves back after the Earth-2 fiasco.

"Part of the reason," Caitlin said as she turned and kissed him.

Peter looked over and saw Aster as he started to blush while Frost was talking to Carrie. "Seems Frost is having fun over there."

"Of course, she is," Caitlin said as she laughed at it.

Frost then pulled out the present from under the table and handed it to Aster. He looked confused and looked down at it.

"What's this?" Aster wondered.

"Something we made for you," Frost answered and pushed it over to him.

Aster looked confused again before he decided to just go with it and opened it. When he did, he was shocked to see it was BD-1. "What?"

BD-1 finally awoke and immediately imprinted on Aster and bleeped in joy.

"Uh...hi." Aster greeted him. "Hi, BD-1. I'm Aster."

BD-1 then bleeped at him.

"You knew that?" Aster asked.

"You understand him?" Carrie asked.

"Yeah. You should meet BB-8." Aster said when BD-1 jumped and landed on his chest and climbed up to his shoulder. "Oh! Okay. Looks like he's making himself comfortable."

The entire party was a good time. Everyone was enjoying themselves.

But then it happened.

Tommy's senses went off in the middle of the dance floor, causing him to freeze and look to where they were leading him.

Tina laughed at Ollie as he was trying to dance when her senses went off and she turned to where they were leading.

Ashley was introducing Roberta and Cessily to the rest of her friends when her senses went off and she turned to where they were leading.

Peter and Kara were chatting with Kate when his senses went off and he turned to where they were leading him.

Peter was sitting down, and Caitlin was leaning on him for support when his senses went off and he turned to where they were leading him.

Matt also felt something was off and felt the vibrations of the room suddenly change.

Something big was coming.

"Get down!" All of them cried out to the party as a portion of the wall exploded, sending everyone nearby flying.

Wally, Jesse, and Barry all ran into a frenzy to catch everyone while Dawn sped and moved everything out of the way from hurting people.

The four of them stopped right in front of the hole and wondered what happened when a small disk comes rolling inside. They were all confused as Barry picked it up just for it to start beeping and ended up zapping them all and dropping them to the ground.

"What the hell?" Frost asked as she got up and shot a blast of mist at the guy as did Clark and Kara with their heat vision. But it seemed this guy was more prepared as he raised his hand and revealed the robotic limb to them all before using it to create a shield and then tossed another grenade into the air.

This one turned into a red sun grenade as it exploded and weaken all the Kryptonians. They were all blinded by the light and fell.

"Red sun grenades?" Clark asked.

"Someone was expecting you guys to show up." Lois took notice of.

Cable started to march into the celebration as Patty pulled her gun from her holster and aimed at him. "Freeze! Hands up!"

Cable didn't seem phased as he raised his hand and tore the gun from her hand and threw her away into the tables.

Danny, Matt, Luke, and Jessica all came down to try and stop him, but all Cable needed to do was punch the ground to send off a wave that took the entire room and dampened all of their powers whilst tossing them around.

"You have got to be kidding me," Peter said as he crossed his arms to reveal his web-shooters and looked to Caitlin and Frost. "Get the kids safe."

That urgency seemed to grow when Cable targeted the group and shot the kids.

"Duck!" Armando cried as he tackled Violet, due to the fact with her powers dimmed she can't heal.

Daniel however ended up taking the grenade and just wrapped himself up around it, causing the explosion to leave a huge dent in his clothes.

Violet quickly got up and tried to open a portal to get them out but that's when she learned her powers were dampened.

"Time to run!" Tommy said as he led the group of kids up the stairway to the second floor and they looked down to Cable as he was fighting off the heroes who were holding him back.

"What did we do to tick off some Winter Soldier knockoff?" Armando asked them all.

"You wanna ask him? You're free to." Ollie offered as he pulled out his phone and activated the call point of his suit.

"Let's just get out of here," Tina said as Aster was keeping Carrie close.

"So...your family is a bunch of heroes?" Carrie asked in shock.

"Secrets out now, isn't it?" Aster chuckled as he helped her keep up when his eyes glowed blue. "This is no time for joking!" He then looked around and was confused when his eyes turned to normal. "Why did I say that?"

Mia ran back and grabbed the two. "Come on!" She dragged the youngest of the bunch and picked up her bow and arrows she hid the previous night.

"You brought those to the party?" Daniel asked her.

"You'll thank me when I save your life," Mia stated.

As they made their way to the fire exit that leads to a stairway they can use to escape, Cable seemed to have found his way up and landed in front of the whole group. They all got ready to fight and see their powers were slowly returning.

But it seemed Cable has no interest in any of them as he looked to a specific individual.

"Hello, Aster." Cable said, shocking the whole team as they looked over to Aster, who had just a bit of a shock on his face like everyone else.

Cable raised his gun when Mia shot it with an arrow, causing it to short circuit. Tina then ran in to protect her brother and kneed Cable, sending him toppling backward.

"Get him out of here!" Tommy cried to Carrie, who dragged the confused Aster and escaped out the exit.

"Me? He...he's after me?" Aster asked in shock as he was dragged off down the stairs.

"Be shocked later, run now!" Carrie said as they did just that.

Violet blasted Cable down and Tommy quickly webbed him up.

Maggie immediately shapeshifter into Cable, giving him a taste of his own medicine by punching Cable, having him take a drop, and immediately starting to pull himself free from the webbing. He started to run for the exit when he was interrupted by Wade who swung a pole and smacked him in the face.

"You ruined my surprise for later!" Wade stated, explaining why the pole was there.

Thank you, Cable.

Wade walked him a few times before Cable got up and grabbed Wade by the neck. "Who are you?"

"I'm Batman!" Wade said just as Kate came in and kneed Cable, sending him flying.

Seemed she also had the same thought as Mia did as she came out dressed in her Batwoman suit, followed by Matt in a new and improved Daredevil suit, complete with dark yellow armor.

"What's with the new suit?" Jessica asked him.

"Thought it was time for a change." Matt shrugged as he tossed his baton and smacked Cable.

Luke came in and tossed a table at him to keep him off his game while the speedsters were recovering. Wade then got an idea as he picked up Cable's gun and turned up the volume (literally) and causing Cable to prepare by activating the shield. Ollie's suit finally arrived, and he held his hands out for the suit to form around him.

"Ooh!" Wade said as he immediately fired, the heroes combining some of their powers and abilities to give it extra juice to send Cable back a few.

Cable went flying into the walls and fell as the others quickly regrouped. They all made their way and raised their weapons or got their powers ready to take him down.

"Don't feel bad," Wade told him. "Even I can't kill me."

Cable didn't respond and tried to get his bearings on what happened while the others kept their guard up.

"What kind of asshole tries to kill a thirteen-year-old boy?" Luke asked him.

"Start talking!" Frost demanded the man, ready to kill him for trying to kill her son. "Because I have a bad habit of killing when I'm pissed off!"

"She does," Peter-NC confirmed.

Cable sighed and just gave in and decided to tell them what he was doing. Part of it. "The name's Cable. I'm from the future. Just walk away."

That shocked everyone to hear this man came from the future to kill someone. If they had to guess, to alter the timeline and change something that's going to happen.

Very original.

"Oh, so you're from the future?" Wade asked him as if it was a casual conversation. Yet again, how many people have come back in time?

Time travel is becoming a vacation destination.

"I have only three questions then," Wade stated and the others just let him ask them. "One, is dubstep still a thing? Two, how many DC reboots are we up to? And three, at what point do FanFiction readers say...enough with the time travel plotlines?"

Before anyone else could ask any questions, the gun flew out of Wade's hands into Cable's and he shot the ceiling, sending rubble flying everywhere.

Before Cable could get back up, he was punched in the face by something, followed by a gust of wind sending him flying and finally knocking him out.

"What the hell did we miss?" Sara Lance called as she and the rest of the Legends just made it.

"How is it when you have a Timeship you're still late?" Jessica asked them.

"We've got bigger things to worry about right now," Peter-CC said as he kneeled to check Cable's pulse. "We got to get him to STAR Labs for questioning."

"Kids," Peter-NC called out to the younger members. "Go find Aster. Bring him to the labs."

"On it." Tommy assured, going to find his brother as Tina was right beside him, followed by everyone else.

What they missed was that they were being watched from the cameras in the room, the footage being scanned from their labs.

Being watched by...Gideon?

Gideon then glitched out, showing the face of Otto Octavius has implanted himself into the computers of STAR Labs.

How did this happen? A Lady Octopus gave him a hand...or four.

On her way out after breaking Sandgirl and Electro out, Carolyn injected a virus into their security system and their A.I.
