Special Containment Procedures: SCP-100 is to be held within a 5m x 5m standard containment unit, with standard furnishings, bath, and medical facilities. SCP-100 is to be provided with $50 worth of stationary of his choosing.

Description: SCP-100 is a boy, approximately nine years old, with dark brown hair, light blue shirt, jeans, tie, and thick black glasses.

SCP-100's anomalous properties manifest in the ability to case anyone listing to them to fall into a deep sleep as they speak about various forms and methods of organization. SCP-100 cognitohazardous properties take effect within 10 seconds of them speaking, with subjects falling asleep within 30 seconds. Subjects are unable to be awakened for at least one week after encountering SCP-100. No negative long-term effects have been found. All subjects who have encountered SCP-100 have been recorded to more effectively organize their belongings.

When agitated, make SCP-100 is able to control all paper and paper based items weighing up to 22.5 grams within a 10 meter radius, regardless of any barrier placed between the objects. Paper and paper based items will initially rotate around SCP-100. If the cause of SCP-100 agitation is not removed, all paper and paper based items will shoot towards the source, severely damaging it. The objects under SCP-100's influence are capable of slicing through thick metal, as well as flesh and bone.

SCP-100 has expressed frustration at this ability, stating that "he's not a violent person." SCP-100 is cooperative with any attempt to mitigate this ability.

SCP-100 has an overall pleasant disposition to foundation personnel, though can be provoked into anger when presented with disorderliness.

Subject: SCP-100 and SCP-004-J

Preface: Similarities between SCP-100 and SCP-004-J have been noted by several researchers.

Results: SCP-100 approaches SCP-004-J about what they are doing. SCP-004-J begins to talk about news ways to further streamline operating expenditures. SCP-100 appeared to fall under influence of SCP-004-J's cognitohazardous effects, listening enthusiastically.

After twenty minutes, SCP-100 begins to talk about organization of various objects and methods. SCP-004-J appears to become sleepy, but throughout SCP-100's talking, does not fall asleep.

SCP-100 and SCP-004-J continue to talk for 45 minutes, either neither or their anomalous abilities taking full effect on the other, but appearing to enjoy each others company. One hour later, SCP-100 was returned to his containment unit.

SCP-004-J and SCP-100 stated they enjoyed talking and requested to see each other again.

Observational Log .1

Summary: SCP-100 containment unit was entered by SCP-1009 during one of SCP-1009's containment breaches.

Observation Notes: SCP-1009 walked up to SCP-100, who was reading a book at the time. SCP-100 appeared to be annoyed at SCP-1009's presence. SCP-1009 continued speaking to SCP-100, eventually drawing him into a conversation. SCP-1009 continued talking to SCP-100 for ten minutes before beginning to leave. SCP-1009 offers SCP-100 an opportunity to breach containment with him. SCP-1009 refuses, and SCP-1009 leaves.

When asked about the encounter, SCP-100 stated "He's an old friend. It was nice seeing him again." SCP-1009 gave a similar statement.
