GOTHAM CITY:

At Club 54, Dana Tan, a friend of Terry's, was waiting for him. She was wondering if he was even going to show after everything.

That's when Terry came up and tapped her shoulder. "Hey."

Dana smiled as she turned to face him. "Hey. Thought you were in solitary."

"I gave myself time off for good behavior," Terry said jokingly.

But before Dana could respond, they saw some motorcycles speeding past and saw it was the Jokers.

"Evening, boys and girls! Who's up for some laughs?" The leader Joker asked them.

One of them started using their cycles to drive up and around the parked cars and smacking the people on the sidewalk with rubber chickens.

"Knock it off!" Terry demanded.

"I would if you'd hold still!" She-Joker declared as she drove in and smacked him.

That's when one of them, most likely the leader, came in and kidnapped Dana and started driving around. She screamed in panic as she was being held by the Joker.

"Oh, cheer up, sweetness," Joker told her as he started to tickle her.

Weird Jokers.

"Stop!" Dana begged him.

Terry had enough of this and when the motorcycle stopped, he pulled the Joker and caused the man to let her go. He then sent the joker flying into another one of the cars that were parked.

But it seemed that only got the attention of the other Jokers as he got onto one of their motorcycles and drove off as they chased after him.

Terry put on his helmet and used their bike to escape them. They came up and tried to attack him, but then he used a truck to drive off the left edge and get ahead away from them. Even getting a few to crash and land into the water below the bridge.

Terry drove through the middle of the city, accidentally taking a wrong turn and ending up in an alley where he was met by a woman with a cane that caused him to stop and crash.

When the Jokers finally caught up with him, they all stopped just in front of Terry and Kate Kane.

"Aw, the no-fun boy had an accident." The lead joker commented on the crash and started to walk towards Terry.

"I'd leave him alone. Now." Kate warned the team. "You're trespassing on private property."

"It's okay. I can handle myself." Terry promises her.

The lead Joker looked at her and the cane, as well as the device wrapped around her leg the robot on the plane injured. "Lady, I don't know who you think you are, but we're the Jokers."

Kate smiled and knew she was gonna enjoy this. "You surely are."

Kate then used the cane to trip the clown up and then punched him, sending him flying backward. All of the other Jokers then came in to attack the two, but between Kate and Terry, they made quick work of them.

One of them though was able to get in and kick Kate, causing the device to whirr and glitch, making her cry in pain.

"Come on!" The lead Joker said, and they all drove away.

Terry ran over to help Kate before she could fall and stopped her from hitting the ground. "Are you alright?"

"Get me back inside," Kate asked and Terry now noticed they were outside Wayne Enterprises tower that was finally refurbished and fixed over the years.

Terry brought Kate back to her office floor and got her into her office that had a small device attached to a chair to fix the device to her leg. Once she was placed, the chair started to stop the device from whirring and the pain decreased.

"What happened to you?" Terry wonders as he looked over the room.

"Plane crash," Kate said as she started to feel sleepy.

Kate was then also put to sleep for the machine to do its job to heal up her leg. Terry felt a little awkward as he watched her sleep.

"Well...guess I'll show myself out then." Terry supposed.

As Terry was making his way out, he spotted something and saw that the necklace case was tilted. Wondering why that was, Terry quickly fixed it and then revealed a secret elevator in the room.

When Terry went into the elevator, he was brought down to the Batcave, and he was shocked to see the advancements that they gave it to the point it's a basement bunker. There were a few vehicles around, and several casings with a dozen different functions.

Terry walked over and saw that there was one that combined Kate's color design and Luke's mechanical suit. He kept looking around and saw the gadgets that were placed on the wall as well as the collectibles.

Terry reached to touch one of the suits when he was knocked out from behind, revealing it was from Kate. She was back on her feet and was annoyed she never got better security.

She then looked over to one of the newest additions to the Batcave, an astromech of her own that Cisco gave her. Due to the loss of comms, everyone on the teams has been given an astromech of their own. The only people who haven't been given one were the Legends, Clark, and the other Kents, as they didn't see a need for one.

As they are from the same series of astromech droids, K8-TE look very similar to BB-8 and CB-23, except for their colors. Instead of being white and orange, K8-TE is dark-colored. It is a black and rounded droid with a square-domed head, silver markings, and vents. It has a red optic sensor that is kept out to detect intruders. Which is how Kate noticed that someone was in the base.

"Get him the hell out of here," Kate tells K8-TE, picking Terry up and pushing him out of the cave.

"Alright, I'm going!" Terry said as he was pushed out of the elevator with K8-TE pushing him.

Cisco also downloaded what he called "Kate's defined personality" into the droid. Making the robot a bit rude to others and taking some time to warm up to them.

"I didn't do anything wrong." Terry defended as the droid shuts the doors on him. "Freaks." He then puts his hands in his pocket before going home.

CENTRAL CITY:

There was a small shootout at a public restaurant that the Parker family didn't have time to make it and Barry had a long night at CCPD. Ollie, Dawn, and Daniel were left to fight them off.

They had a blast.

Dawn was in charge of getting everyone else out and to safety while Daniel and Ollie took them out from the inside.

"Come on, guys. This is getting sad." Ollie said as he grabbed two of the guys, sending them flying into the air and shooting two webs to their legs and leaving them dangling. "Can we just say you lost? It'll save you guys a few broken bones."

Daniel stretched his hand out to grab onto a table to trip several of them and allow Ollie to shoot them down with webbing.

Ollie did a few flips and shot dozens of webbings at the gunned men before landing on a table. "Well, this was fun."

But the fun wasn't over yet when several more men came out of nowhere and his sensors alerted him just as the gunshots went off and sent him toppling and crying in pain.

Daniel hid behind a pillar of the restaurant to not be shot at, even though his skin doesn't allow them to hit him. "Ouch."

Ollie then got back up as the man was reloading his gun. "Just kidding! It's bulletproof!" He then shot a web grenade and shot all three of them at the wall at once when it went off.

Daniel then used his hand as a lasso and wrapped up several of them and enlarged his fist to punch another man. Dawn finally joined the party as she came speeding in, disarming all of them. This allowed Ollie to finish them off just by using four arms to hold them back and when one tried to use an extinguisher, he stabbed it and gave him cover to stop them all.

While they were finishing, making their way out, Ollie shot a web at the fish tank to stop it from leaking.

"That was fun." Dawn complimented as they made their way out.

NATIONAL CITY:

At the docks of the city in the dead of night, there were several military-grade vehicles with a few motorcycles being led down with dangerous weapons. As they drove off down the streets, they were keeping their eyes out for any cops or superheroes. Yet they were already aware of the loss of superheroes recently that have been disappearing and thought this was the perfect time to move due to that.

But their lead motorcycle was then hit by a flying projectile that caused the cycle to crash and took down a second cycle in the process that was behind him.

The projectile then flew across the sky onto the rooftops which then was grabbed by Roberta as she looked at the criminals. She then did a quick flip forward and landed on the ground, using the shield to absorb the damage of the fall. She then raised the shield and noticed the lead truck was gaining speed.

Charging at the truck, she raised the shield in front of her and used it to crush the front of the truck. That's when she noticed the size of her strength when the truck was flown over the shield and tossed, sent skidding across the street.

Roberta looked shocked at her power and smiled. "That was awesome!" She then looked to see Anjelica fly down and land beside her. "Let's go again!"

Anjelica stood out of the way, allowing Roberta to go running in and crash into the other truck, causing the people in the front to go flying.

Another truck with a machine gun attached came driving in and Roberta raised the shield to block the bullets. Anjelica then came flying down and slammed into the car's hood, sending the men inside flying.

One man on a cycle goes towards Roberta, followed by her using the shield to slap him, sending him flying. "This is awesome!"

Anjelica then uses the motorcycle to send it to the last truck, causing it to crash. The last of the men then exited, followed by Roberta taking them down by tossing the shield left and right until they were finally out of men.

She then spun the shield in her hand and grabbed it. "Where have you been all my life?"

Then there was one last man, bigger than both of them and built with muscles. "Sending in a fragile Fraulein to fight for them now?"

Roberta looked to Anjelica who was also angered by that comment and became mad. "Fragile? I'm Lieutenant Americana!"

Roberta then ran in as the man came in and when he went high, Roberta went in low and punched his knee, dislocating it. While he was crying out in pain, Anjelica came in and webbed his chest, and sent him into the car. The two of them then smiled at their work and saw they did a job well done.

Okay, they should work on the flames that they caused from the crashes before Alex came in and saw the damage.

"Lieutenant Americana?" Anjelica asks her friend.

"Well, closest that I could get to Captain America that I could think of." Roberta defended as she placed the shield on her back.

CENTRAL CITY:

Cisco was working in the basement of P.A.R.K.E.R. Industries working on their new base of operations. While he was working on getting Gideon back online the best he could after their recent fight while Ralph listened to them.

"And the three of us then kicked everyone's ass." Daniel finished with his arms crossed.

"Well, at least you got the jobs done." Barry was happy to say. "It's been getting difficult with everything and being down a few dozen members."

"This is awesome!" Ollie shouted as he looked around the labs which were also doubling as Peter's vehicle garage.

Yes, this team has been demoted to working in a garage. That's how far the Syndicate had thrown them down.

"The Spider-Copter!" Ollie cried as he looked at the vehicles around the room.

"How long is he gonna do this?" Dawn wonders.

"How many vehicles does he have?" Cisco asked.

"The Arachnaughts!" Ollie shouted as he looked over the gigantic vehicle in the room.

Barry then sped into the room and was carrying the robot that was in the crash from Kate's plane and put it down. "Here it is. The little bugger that put Kate out of commission."

"Whoa," Cisco commented as he looked over the robot. "This is some high-tech robot."

"More advanced than anything Peter's seen. Stopped by his office on the way down." Barry admitted. "He was spending the morning with that Ashley girl."

"Did he explain that to you?" Cisco asked him and Ralph. "Either of you."

"Well, I figured if he was gonna get another kid, he'd at least be a boy to try and even out the house," Ralph commented with a shrug.

"He said he'd explain it when the time was right," Barry assured them. "Guys, let's not forget everything he's gone through. Aster's still out there on his own, his daughter was cloned, and May died. Let's give him a break."

"Yeah, that feels the right thing to do." Cisco agreed with their current solo team leader just as he got Gideon back.

"Hello, Cisco Ramon." Gideon greeted him. "Would you like to activate a protocol?"

"Gideon! Welcome back!" Cisco cheered.

"Hello, Cisco Ramon. Would you like to activate a protocol?"

"What's that about?" Ralph asks.

"Her CPU can't process everything going into her with just the garage power." Cisco was sorry to say. "The only thing she can do right now is activate protocols. Which are mostly all useless without a connection to STAR Labs."

"Well, take some time off of her right now, see what you can find out about our Robocop remake over here," Barry said as he eyed the skull. "I have a feeling whoever attacked her might just be connected to who's been stealing our friends."

GOTHAM CITY:

As Terry made his way home, he ran into the sight of several police cars outside of his home.

"Oh my god..." Terry said as he raced past the cops and found the hallway up the stairs to be filled with graffiti. "Dad?!"

He then raced up the stairs to reach his father's place and came across his mother, Mary McGinnis, talking to officers.

"Terry!" Mary cried as she ran over to her son and held him. "You're okay."

"Mom, what happened?" Terry asked as he looked around.

"A robbery. The police say it was the Jokers, surprised your father." Mary answered as she eyed the doorway.

"Where is he?" Terry asked. "Where's dad?"

When she didn't answer, he ran into the room himself and cried in pain at the sight.

CENTRAL CITY:

Peter and Ashley met up at a known warehouse for Hammerhead and his gang. He had been quiet for a few years since the whole thing with Amunet, but his gang had been planning things over the years.

Ashley was the first one there, wearing an altered version of her old suit Peter had made for the previous night. Her outfit now consists of a black suit with white accents and black goggles. The glove of her costume still forms retractable claws at the fingertips though.

Peter landed beside her and looked over the scene. "Hammerhead's been out of the game, but his goons still want their paychecks one way or another."

"So instead of the big bad, we go after the smaller hands," Ashley commented.

"There is no big bad, what you see is all that's left. We've been cleaning the city for almost twenty-five years." Peter reminded her, thinking of how he's been alone for at least ten years. "I'll take them down from the outside while you sneak inside."

Ashley sighed and saw he either didn't trust her enough to handle them, or he was becoming a protective father and didn't want her to do it and sent her to find the criminating evidence.

Peter went down to the front and immediately got their attention. "Hey, you guys do big families here?" He then shot out a web at one of them, blinding them and dodging the others coming in. "Because you wouldn't believe the size of mine."

Peter then shot two strands at the goons and leaped off onto a pillar that then also pulled two of them into one another. The fight continued but Peter had to keep answering calls from Ashley using her phone.

"Found some documents, but not much incriminating. I'll keep looking."

Peter was going to respond when a door opened, and he saw a gigantic man with a machine gun in his hands. "Seriously? Why am I always fighting comical villains?"

The machine gun then went off and Peter flipped and spun around to dodge all of the bullets.

GOTHAM CITY:

After the funeral of his father, Terry was sitting in his room. He couldn't help but feel guilty for what happened to his father. His mother tried to consul him but didn't have any idea how to.

Terry however wondered how it happened. His father wouldn't have opened the door if he saw the Jokers. The cops say that there was no forced entry, and the door was locked when he left him.

When he was going through some of his old stuff from his dad's place after moving in with his mother full time, he found a disk in with his stuff.

"In the event of my death or disappearance..." Terry was shocked when he started to look and see all of the stuff is here from a recognizable company. "Tell mom I needed to run." He tells his brother Matt as he started to make his way out.

"Where are you going?" Matt asks him.

"Out," Terry replied.

CENTRAL CITY:

Peter did a flip and kicked one of the goons in the face, sending him toppling.

Ashley then came in and landed behind him. "You first, Spider."

Peter then came and kicked him again, followed by Ashley coming and jumping off her dad to knee the man in the face.

The two of them saw the work was done and Ashley smiled at him. "Getting pretty slow in your old age."

"Hey, I may be older, but I'm not old!" Peter defended as Ashley laughed. "Come on, let's get out of here before the police arrive."

The two of them then made their escape and heard the sirens approaching. When they showed up, Yuri saw a note from Peter saying he has the papers coming their way with help from Ashley.

GOTHAM CITY:

After some driving, Terry got a ride from Dara back to Wayne Enterprises tower.

"Just keep driving, you can make a U-turn down the road," Terry tells her.

"I can't leave you here," Dara commented.

"Sure, you can," Terry said as he made his way to the doors. "I just need to talk to this woman."

"About what?" Dara wonders.

"I'll explain later, just go," Terry said as she decided to trust him and drove off.

Terry then looked and headed for the doors and touched the intercom. "Hey, we need to talk about something important."

When Kate opened the door and looked over the information that Terry brought her, she saw the urgency.

"Powers is making some sort of nerve gas that can mutate genes," Kate commented when she heard a case open and sees Terry around one of her altered suits. "Hey. No touching."

"Not touching, just looking," Terry promises as he looked over the suit. "Synaptic controls. Neuromuscular amplification, flight capability. Wow, cutting edge. Bet it amplifies your strength by at least ten to one."

"Lucky guess," Kate commented and wrote on a piece of paper. "Here. Take this to Commander Kane at the CROWs."

"The cops?" Terry asks. "They won't be able to do anything."

"Well, if you're expecting Batgirl to go in and fight, you're in the wrong place," Kate said as she looked at her leg.

Terry was on his way to do just as she said when a car came up and stopped him. He tried to escape when this body guess came and stopped him.

"Going somewhere?" He asked.

Terry then looked over to the car and Powers rolled down the window. "Hello, Terry. How about we cut to the chase, and you hand over my disk?"

"What disk?" Terry tried to play it off.

"Rough him," Powers tells his guard.

"Wait!" Terry stops him. "I'll give you the disk if he lets me go."

Powers decides to agree to that, and his guard lets go. But then Terry pulled the disk, knowing they won't let him live, and tossed it in the air. Making his escape from the rein of fire coming, he knew there was only one thing left he could do to take him down.

Back at Kate's place, she looked down at his leg and groaned at the pain. The pain was limited due to the device, but that robot did a number on her.

As she was constipating what she was going to do next, she heard bleeping and looked to see her astromech's head rolling down the hall.

"What the hell?" Kate asked as his body came over and picked his head up.

Knowing exactly what happened, she made her way down to the Batcave, figuring K8-TE led Terry out the other exit and found exactly what she was expecting.

The Bat-suit was missing.

"Kid's persistence." Kate admired.

CENTRAL CITY:

Peter was standing on the roof, looking over the information Ashley was able to get.

"I'll get this to Yuri. I'll meet you back home. Good job today." Peter congratulated her. "And thanks for the save."

"Don't mention it, dad," Ashley said as Peter jumped and started to swing away. "Well, time to get home."

As Ashley started to make it home, she felt proud of herself and everything she had accomplished today.

But as she kept going, someone came up and shot webbing at her as she was leaving. She was then yanked backward and sent across the roof. When

She got her footing again, she looked up and saw that it was Tina, dressed up in her Spinneret suit, and her face filled with anger and hatred.

"I've been looking for you." Tina snarled.

"What, so you could take me on yourself?" Ashley asks her with a sigh.

"No," Tina growled, webbing her eyes to stop Ashley from using her powers. "I just wanna kill you with no witnesses."

Ashley then looked down at the power dampeners on her wrist and realized that she can't take them off without Peter's help. She looked over to Tina and knew that there was now nothing that she could do to get her powers back to go against the angered hero.

It was now half-sister vs half-sister.

Hero vs misguided soul.

While that fight was beginning, there was a group of people cleaning up the STAR Labs' destruction. It was a lot of work, and a lot of people questioned what this place was even being used for or what would become of it.

While some people were questioning it and cleaning up, something emerged from the rubble.

One of the workers, Frank Johnson, heard something coming from the destroyed Speed Labs. He started to look around as he heard something fall and wondered what that was.

"Hello?" He called out to the empty room.

But then a giant black flame came flying and encased around Frank. As he cried in pain, hoping someone could hear, he was engulfed in a matter of seconds. His entire body was burned to a crisp before the flame then took off and was flying out of the labs.
