NATIONAL CITY:

Anjelica and Roberta were hanging out at her place, just relaxing for as long as they could with the kids asleep. They never really take a moment to relax after the situation with the Syndicate. Never taking a moment to breathe and relax.

"Do you think it's weird that you're an older sister?" Roberta wonders. "In less than a week?"

"It was odd, considering most people get nine months to get over the thought of having siblings. I barely had a month." Anjelica commented.

And just like that, the kids started to cry inside. Groaning, Anjelica got up and started to make her way over to help her siblings.

"Need help?" Roberta asked.

"You wanna help change my siblings' diapers?" Anjelica asked.

"God, no, I was just trying to be nice." Roberta scoffed, not going to stop relaxing to change their diapers. "This is why I am proud to be an only child."

Anjelica rolled her eyes and shot a strand of webbing at her reclining chair, causing it to drop and her to crash. While Anjelica was laughing, she walked into the house to have a sight that she couldn't believe.

"Uh...somebody please call an exorcist!" Anjelica cried as Roberta got up and made her way inside to see what was happening.

What they saw were the twins. But that wasn't the weird thing. It was the fact Astra was hanging from the ceiling, and Richie was teething on the bars. That was pried off of his crib which was made of steel.

"Looks like the family of Supers has two more members," Roberta said with a smile.

CENTRAL CITY:

The kids were looking through the rubble that was left of STAR Labs, finding a few things they thought were lost. Tina was searching through the labs when she was shocked to find her AI system was only slightly damaged due to the casing.

Not to mention it seemed after their fight with the Syndicate, Cisco also made an upgraded suite with a different color scheme from the black and orange she once wore. Now her suit was blue from the shoulders down and red from the neck down to the arms.

"Oh, god," Tina said as she picked it up. "Lyla!"

"Your AI?" Tommy was shocked to see that it survived. "That's a lucky break."

"She still needs work. Right now, she'd be as much help as Siri." Tina admitted.

"Isn't this where only some of the stuff was kept?" Karen asked. "I remember Cisco saying that there was a... Star archives."

The entire group froze at the reminder and smacked themselves for forgetting that was a thing.

"The place that holds all of the past devices and weapons." April also just remembered.

Karen saw that as her message to go as she sped off towards the archives with Armando to find what they needed. Just a few moments later, they returned through a breach and showed to have the case.

"One Firestorm Matrix," Armando said and pointed towards Karen. "And never do that again!"

"It was that easy?" Tula asked.

"Dad's never good at putting things where they should be," Tina admitted.

"Then let's get this to your folks," Violet said as she opened a portal.

NATIONAL CITY:

Kara and Peter were awoken by Anjelica and Roberta as they were met with their newborns showing that they have powers. Richie suddenly sneezed, causing Roberta to raise her hand and allowed the shield to form. Just as she did, frost came from Richie's mouth, and he did nothing but giggle at what he had just done. Astra was also still hanging off the ceiling while Kara was trying to get her down.

"Why the heck is this happening?" Peter wonders.

"It could be because of the fast metabolism that caused them to be born early activated their powers." Lena had to take a guess herself, no real answers to these questions. "Anjelica got her powers when she was five, right?"

As they were trying to figure out what to do, Peter and Anjelica's senses went off while Kara's hearing picked up something. They then heard the Goblin's laugh as a smoke trail moved across the city.

"You two stay here!" Peter and Kara said at once before taking to the skies to chase him.

CENTRAL CITY:

"Oh, this boy brings back old memories," Cisco commented as he looked over the Firestorm Matrix.

"Yeah, back when we were young and hopeful, and the world had yet to beat the innocence out of everyone around us," Peter commented on the past as he took the Matrix to redesign it to his friend's suggestions.

Cisco thought of what Peter said and realized he was right. "I remember it more fondly."

"So, now what?" Frost asked. "Now we just wait for Ronnie to show back up?"

"Guess so." Barry sighed, hoping this was the right call.

That was when the alarms went off and Cisco ran over to see that the fire reappeared in Piedmont State Park. They all quickly raced off to get into their uniforms before Armando and Violet opened breaches for them to travel through. Once they were ready, the team leaped through the portals to make it to Ronnie in time.

The portals led them straight to Ronnie as they led campers to safety while facing the flame. The face was becoming clearer, and its voice becoming clearer.

"Hunger...feed..." Black Flame tells them.

"Let's do this," Peter said as Frost handed him back the Matrix.

"Better not get eaten," Frost warned him.

"Yeah, okay," Peter said as he walked forward. "Hey, big guy. Sun's getting really low, isn't it?"

"Really?" Tommy asked his father. "Now?"

Peter sighed and removed his mask for Ronnie. "It's been a long time, man. And I pray that I'm doing the right thing by doing this."

The flame was then transported into the campfire and created the outline of a human form.

"Let's hope you were right, man," Peter whispered, hoping that his friend got it right and placed the Matrix in the flame.

They waited and hoped for the best to occur. They then saw there was a form starting to shape within the flames and a few moments later, Ronnie came out and stood there.

"Pete?" Ronnie asked in shock.

"Ron?" Peter asked as he started to tear up before pulling him in for a hug. "Oh, god it's you!"

"Uh...Pete? Why do I see...five different Spiders?" Ronnie asked, eyeing all of the Spider-Children.

"Hi," Tommy said as he waved his hand to Ronnie. The man he was partially named after. Standing in front of him.

"Oh, we have so much to catch up on, man," Peter said as he couldn't believe he was saying this.

"And does Caitlin have white hair?" Ronnie asked, eyeing Frost.

"Yeah, hi." Frost greeted him. "We never met. Crystal Frost."

"A lot to catch up on," Peter stated, knowing it was gonna be a long story.

NATIONAL CITY:

Kara and Peter chased the Hobgoblin as he flew across the city, and they waited for him to be over the empty highway before making a move. Once he was far enough away so nobody would get hurt, Kara and Peter blasted at him, causing his glider to malfunction.

As he crashed, the two of them lowered themselves down slow enough to look menacing as Hobgoblin limped out of the rubble of his glider.

"Well...here we are," Roderick commented. "End of the line."

"My thoughts exactly." Peter snarled as he marched over and grabbed him by the neck of his armor. "You're gonna pay for the death of May Parker!"

"Oh, no, I meant the end of the line for you!" Roderick commented when the forcefield appeared around them.

"Oh, god!" Kara cried as she sped at the forcefield to try and escape while Peter tried to use his legs to dig them out.

But it was too late as their bodies were absorbed and taken away, as was Roderick.

CENTRAL CITY:

"Yeah, so we have everything sorted," Peter said as he was on the phone with his friend about his visit. "You're already on your way?" He then heard his response and shrugged. "Okay, sure, my family would love to meet you."

"Man, a lot has changed, hasn't it?" Ronnie asked as he strolled around the medical lab of P.A.R.K.E.R. Industries.

"This is so weird," Tommy tells Tina, April, Aster, and Ashley.

"It's so great to have you back, man," Cisco said as he drew Ronnie in for a hug.

"It's great to be back," Ronnie tells his friend. "But I should really rest."

"Yes, you should," Caitlin replied as she came in with a tablet. "Anna Marie said that you should get a lot of rest. There will be time to catch up on everything later."

Ronnie then laid down on the medical bed and Caitlin pushed the kids out.

"This is so weird," Ashley commented.

"Hey, I'm glad something turned in our favor," Tommy stated.

"Yeah, after everything, this is a win." Aster had to agree.

"You're all gonna have the chance to get to know him when he's better," Caitlin assured her kids.

"You think he'll be confused or weirded out by all of us?" April wonders.

"I'm freaked and weirded out by all of us," Peter admitted. "Hey, my friend said he took a few days off, so he'll be here by the end of the day. Wants to get to know the family."

"Sounds nice," Caitlin said.

Barry was watching them and was happy to see this when the alerts went off from National City. Wondering what the problem was, he sped off to the Watchtower.

NATIONAL CITY:

Barry sped inside and saw it was Lena who sent the distress signal. "Lena?"

"Oh, thank god, Barry!" Lena said in relief. "I didn't know who else to call."

"What is it?" Barry asked as he walked over to her. "Where is everyone?"

"Anjelica and Roberta are at home, watching the twins," Lena answered. "But Barry...Peter and Kara are missing."

"What?" Barry asked in shock.

CENTRAL CITY:

While Peter and Caitlin stayed with Ronnie in P.A.R.K.E.R. Industries, Frost and Sub-Zero were finally taking some time to get out and get to know each other.

"Look, nobody here has a problem with you sticking around," Frost assured Sub-Zero, who was wearing a hoodie on his head to stay hidden. "But if you plan to go out to the field again, you need to know about the ground rules."

"Like what?" Sub-Zero asked her.

"Like the fact you cannot go around killing anyone that you want," Frost stated, trying to keep the conversation between them.

"I can't?" Zero asks.

"No, you cannot." Frost scoffed, thinking this is how Peter felt. "Okay, we need to reiterate this. There are good people, then there are bad people. There's a bigger majority of good people than there are bad people. The deal of the mission is that you will only be allowed to hurt, harm, and a slight possibility of killing very, very bad people."

"But how am I supposed to tell the difference?" Zero asks.

"If they point a gun at you, they're the bad people," Frost answered simply. "Or aiming their fingers at you to shoot."

Whatever you say." Zero shrugs, taking in everything. "But hey, can we get something to eat?"

"Definitely. Follow me." Frost said as they went to get something to eat.

Peter and Caitlin sent the rest of their kids home to get some rest after such an eventful day and decided to stay with Ronnie in case of any anomalies in him. But when they went to check on Ronnie, they noticed he was gone, and the lights turned off.

"Ronnie?" Caitlin called out.

"Where did he go?" Peter wonders.

They walked into the hallway with an intersection and more lights turned off down one of the halls. "Caitlin..." They started to follow the voice as more lights turned off, and Peter's Spider-Sense started to tingle like off the charts.

Trembling with fear, he reached out for his wife. "Cait, take my hand."

"Why? What's wrong?" Caitlin wonders as she does as he asked.

"My senses are going off the charts. The first time I felt something like this since I first faced Zoom." Peter admitted and Caitlin knew that this was something bad.

Caitlin holds Peter's hand, heard a strange voice, walked toward it, and are wondering where it was leading them. They kept going and found Ronnie in their office looking out on the helicopter pad. Except it wasn't Ronnie.

"Ronnie? Did you hear that voice?" Caitlin asked as Peter held out from pushing his watch. His watch has a second panic button that everyone had in case they couldn't reach their phones.

"Yes," Ronnie answered, not turning to face them. "Because that voice was mine. I called you both here to let you know I feel stronger than ever. Thanks to this."

Caitlin looked over and started to reach for her own panic button.

"I knew you two would understand and give me exactly what I needed," Ronnie told them.

"Ronnie, we need to get you to the med lab," Peter said to his friend. "You don't sound like yourself."

"Maybe because..." Ronnie started to turn around to reveal his eyes were completely black. "I am not Ronnie. Ronnie Raymond gave his life to the storm in the singularity, gave his life to its power. His future to ensure its demise. But in that uncontrollable irreversible chaos, it gave me life. Now I'm something more. Something beyond death."

He then tapped the Matrix and was morphed back into a gulf of flames. When they flinched, they were shocked when they saw what stood in Ronnie's place. It was a gigantic creature that looked like a burning skeleton that was all blue with a gaping hole in his chest.

"I am...Deathstorm!"
