SAFEHOUSE:

"Let's get one thing straight. When this summer started, I lived in a house with my parents, my aunt slash half-mother, and half-brother." Tina's voice echoed as zooming in on the house the entire team has now called home.

Tina started to wake up and sighed while rubbing the sleep from her eyes. The reason that she woke up so early was due to V.I.V.I.A.N.'s workout music.

Yeah, apparently the synthetic Android needs to work out.

"I hate morning people." Tina groaned as she got up and walked out into the hall.

"Now, my parents are missing. Well, a parent and a half. I'm living off of the lamb with my friends, siblings, and aunts and uncle."

When she opened the door, she immediately ran into Mia, who was still half asleep. "Hey, watch it."

"Sorry." Tina apologized, letting Mia go past.

"Things have been crazy, crowded, and hectic."

As Tina tried to make it through the halls, she had to dodge and move around the people going in an opposite direction from her.

"The sooner that we defeat Brainiac, the faster we can all go back to the way things were." Tina kept reminding herself.

"And that might be sooner than we think thanks to our visitor."

Astra was currently in the living room and was watching the television. M'gann was also with her, downloading information into Astra's head so she could speak English better.

"Seems that Anjelica's baby sister from the future came from a world that is ruled by Brainiac. She made it back in time on the first day of Brainiac's invasion. But she ended up on Mars, where she met M'gann. They took a Bioship from Mars before coming back to help us stop him. Yeah, no pressure."

Making her way down into the secret labs underneath the house, she found her brother, Ronnie, Cisco, Alex, and Caitlin looking over a hub. The other night, she also got her artificial intelligence working and attached her to the computers.

Lyla, also known as Lyrate Life-Form Approximation, was finally put together and formed into a woman in golden color with long flowing golden hair. She also wore a golden dress as she appeared in front of Tina.

"Good morning, Tina." Lyla greeted her creator. "Have a good night's sleep?"

"If that's what you want to call it." Tina groaned as she walked over to her brother and the adults. "How's it going?"

"From what M'gann and Astra have told us, thanks to Anjelica translating for us, Brainiac is going to be starting his attack soon," Alex tells her niece as she pulled up the information. "They don't know much of the invasion, as M'gann wasn't around, and Astra was...a child."

Caitlin then groaned as she felt lightheaded and leaned back. The other adults took notice, but it was Tina who spoke out. "Mom, how much sleep did you get?"

"Not much. Too worried about your father." Caitlin managed to say, even though she was still yawning.

"Mom, you should go and get some rest," Tina said, seeing she seemed out of it. "We can take care of everything down here."

"She does have a point," Alex tells her friend. "We can tell them what's going on, but you need some rest."

Caitlin reluctantly sighed and rolled her eyes. "Fine. But when one thing goes wrong, let me know."

"Of course," Cisco promised as she made her way out.

"Does she always get like this?" Ronnie asked Tina.

"No. One year, she put trackers on me and Tommy." Tina admitted as the other heroes made their way down.

All of them started to come together, except for one missing member of them all. They wondered what was keeping V.I.V.I.A.N., but also knew she could be caught up at a moment's notice.

"So, what's the plan?" Dawn asked the adults.

"From what we've gathered from Karen's crystal on Brainiac, the intel from the Bioship, and our own findings, we've found a... network," Cisco said as he showed them what looked to be an interconnected network of satellites. "Seems Brainiac has been using this to connect to the people of this planet and spy on us."

"What has he been getting into?" Terry asks them in worry.

"He's hacked into the P.A.R.K.E.R. network, taking Gideon, Friday, and just about all of our stuff with them," Alex reported with a sigh. "Including the DEO, but also somewhere else."

Ronnie zoomed in on several locations and split them up to show them all at once. He might be new to this future tech, but he was a fast study.

"Gorilla City. Baxter Foundation. And somewhere in New York City?" Ronnie commented as he looked at everything.

"That must be Hobgoblin." Angelica took a guess. "He did station out in NYC."

"But the place hasn't been activated in a few weeks. Means he's moved out of his base." Alex was sorry to say.

"But this also means Reed might be in danger," Tommy commented. "If he's beginning the invasion today-"

"Then we need to get going and save him." Tula agreed. "But what of the other locations?"

"We have enough firepower," Daniel said as he stretched his head up around the table to see them all. "I say we split up into teams."

"Is it just me or does he have a point?" Maggie asks the team.

"He actually does." Violet had to admit that he did.

"Okay, we split into three teams. One goes to check on the location in New York, the other goes to Gorilla City, and the last goes to warn Reed." Tina said, eyeing the rest of the team. "We okay with that?"

Everyone around her nodded, all of them seeing that this is a good plan if any right now. They just needed to find Viv (V.I.V.I.A.N.) and tell her the plan and then choose who's going to go where. Astra and M'gann also saw that this was a good plan, neither of them knowing where the plan went wrong, but the result was the end of the world. Followed by the multiverse shortly behind it. With their powers here and now, they stand a chance to change the results of what happens here and now.

Upstairs, Caitlin sighed as she went down and lays on the couch with Astra and Richie playing on the ground. Caitlin couldn't help but smile, remembering when Tina and Tommy used to be that young. They were so carefree, didn't have the weight of the world on them yet.

V.I.V.I.A.N. then approached her from behind and seemed worried. "Are you okay, Dr. Snow?"

"Huh?" Caitlin asked, looking back at Viv. "Oh, I'm okay, Viv. I just need to get some sleep."

"Yes, I believe that is something you should do. Especially with your condition." Viv said, getting Caitlin confused.

"What do you mean?" Caitlin asks, not understanding what she's talking about.

"Well...you know you're...pregnant. Right?" Viv asks her.

Caitlin jumped and spun to face Viv. "What are you talking about? I'm not pregnant." She then started to laugh it off, thinking back to the past few days. "I mean, I can't be."

"You can't?" V.I.V.I.A.N. asked with a brow raised, showing that she knows she could be.

"Okay, to be fair, I can be. But I can't be." Caitlin stated.

"Well, you say that, but from what I can see, my scans are telling me your body is showing the early stages of pregnancy have begun." V.I.V.I.A.N. was sorry to inform her. "My guess is you're somewhere in the first month."

"But..." Caitlin started to freak out. She got up and started to walk around. "No, no, no!" She then turned to Viv. "Are you 100% sure?"

"Not really 100%," V.I.V.I.A.N. admitted, knowing that she wasn't the best to say. "You should look for a second opinion."

"Oh!" Caitlin cried in terror as she fell back onto the couch. "Okay. Cait, stay calm." She then started to calm down, using Peter's words to calm down. "Stay calm." She then groaned as she rubbed her stomach and placed a pillow over it. "I can't be pregnant right now. We're about to go against an end-of-the-world event."

"Well, what can we do?" V.I.V.I.A.N. asks her, not seeing what they can do.

"Okay. I might not be pregnant altogether." Caitlin tried to calm herself down. "But as of right now, I am not pregnant."

V.I.V.I.A.N. didn't seem to grasp the idea and did a second scan. "No, you are still pregnant."

"Figuratively, Viv!" Caitlin cried in terror. "So as of right now, this is between us until I can confirm it."

"Affirmative." V.I.V.I.A.N. finally understood what she was saying.

NEW YORK:

Reed Richards was currently alone in his building with Susan and Ben out in the Microverse dealing with something. Reed stayed behind as he saw something was going on in the Earth's atmosphere and decided to stay behind and check it out. If this is a world-ending event, he needed to be here to check it out.

"Ultron, give me a visual of what's entering the atmosphere," Reed asked his AI, seeing a giant foreign object coming from space.

"I cannot do that, Reed Richards." Ultron was sorry to say.

"Why not?" Reed asked, never being told this by his Artificial Intelligence.

"Because I am not Ultron." The computers said as they started to glitch out to reveal Brainiac's head spread out over all the screens. "I am Brainiac."

Reed immediately started to get to work, trying to get his computers back under his control.

"You cannot regain control. Over the past few months, Ultron has been absorbed into my network." Brainiac informs Reed. "It is now an extension of my mind."

"What the hell do you want?" Reed asked, getting agitated by this guy already.

"To understand," Brainiac confesses as he awakens the security protocols inside the Baxter Building. "You, a fragile human, managed to fight off a being from the dark regions of space of Maltus."

"Maybe I'm not as fragile as you assume," Reed replied with a snarky attitude.

"To conquer this problem, you harnessed advanced sciences, satellite communications, Artificial intelligence, nano-technology, dimensional transports." Brainiac listed everything he observed as their last defense to save their world. "I am taking these things from you."

"Why?" Reed asks, not understanding what's going on.

"Your world has been giving refuge to someone. A Kryptonian. In my universe, I thought to have destroyed Krypton and all of its inhabitants. She belongs to me. And soon, so will your planet." Brainiac promises before the computers shut down.

Reed tried to get them back online but was met with metallic sounds coming from the halls. "Oh, god."

As he was getting ready to fight against the criminals coming, the doors blasted open, unveiling the Ultron sentries that are supposed to be security. Reed was trying to shut down the protocols and saw there wasn't anything to stop the robots.

"Ultron-bots, shut down!" Reed demanded, trying his vocal recognition to shut them down. "I order you to shut down!"

But the Ultron-Bots didn't obey and continued to approach Reed, raising their arms and aiming at him. But before they could get too close, Reed noticed something flying toward him glistening off of the light of something.

Then something came flying at them, causing Reed to duck as a spherical came crashing through the window, slicing the head off of one of the robots. On its way back, it smacked the head off of another, before coming back to the owner.

Roberta came flying in, retracting her newly discovered wings, and coming in to smack another one of the robots. Smashing into the wall, the robots were destroyed on impact.

"Clear!" Roberta called as a portal opened up

"You okay, Reed?" Tommy asked as he came from the portal.

"I'm fine," Reed said, looking as the kids came in. "All things considered."

"You have any more of those things?" Terry asked as he walked over to his computer, using his Batsuit to hack in to try and shut them down. "Wandering the halls anywhere?"

"They make up my entire security measures," Reed admits. But then he thought about it for a second. "Well, almost."

The lights then flickered when a blast of electricity came in, unveiling a certain someone coming in. The lighting came together to form a human shape of Leslie Willis.

"Livewire?!" Daniel asked in shock. "What's she doing here?"

"My job," Leslie said as she lowered down to the ground. She then strolled over to the man in charge. "The robots seem to have turned on us."

"Yeah," Reed assured her he knew. "We're on it."

Leslie then looked around to see Batman working on the computer, Roberta watching out for any of the robots coming up, and then saw Super-Arachnid.

"Aren't you that spawn of Supergirl and Iron-Spider?" Leslie asked her.

Anjelica didn't know how to answer that and looked to M'gann who shrugged. Looking into her mind she didn't see anything to be worried about.

"Yeah," Anjelica answered.

Leslie looked her suit over and shrugged. "Nice suit. You have better fashion than your parents."

"I'm not sure how to take that," Anjelica said, looking to Violet who shrugged.

"I just locked him out and shut down all systems," Terry informed everyone what he did. "Now we don't need to worry about him controlling any more of those robots."

"What's going on?" Reed asked the kids.

"An alien known as Brainiac is here, and he's planning on destroying the world," Roberta informed him, marching around like a true soldier.

"Is there anything else aliens have to do with their time?" Leslie asked them.

"Sadly not," Tommy admitted. "And we're trying to stop him from invading. He's sending these scouts so they can gather intel to add to his growing collection."

"Okay, so he's starting to take out earth's satellite network?" Reed asks.

"Uh..." Terry got their attention. "It's so much worse than that."

They looked and saw that Reed wasn't the only one who was under attack. They were able to block Brainiac out of Reed's systems. But there were still many other places with his own robots he could use to attack. They were attacking everywhere. The pentagon. The White House. Every military base in the world.

"It's begun." M'gann was sorry to say as she watched the devastation.

Brainiac is on the verge of winning all over again. But they still had a chance to turn this around. The other team needed to rescue Ray before they got to him. And the third team needs to get to Gorilla City to figure out what they're planning.

The final battle for earth is about to begin.
