SAFE HOUSE:

The Young Justice met back up at the safe house. All of them have their part of the problems out of the way. The Gorilla Army had been taken care of, the Sorcerer was taken into custody, Ray Palmer was saved, and Reed Richards was protected from his own robots.

But something happened to Astra.

Strange was using a spell that only lasted every few minutes to keep her from glitching out of existence. He had yet to explain his proclamation about how time is killing her. That was something that kept the others awake.

"So... sorcerers exist on our earth." Ray clarified as he gestured to Strange. "And his name is pretty strange."

"Yes, it's Strange," Reed confirmed with him.

"No, I mean it is strange." Ray clarified.

"That's what I said," Reed replied.

"You two done?" Caitlin asks the two scientists.

"Sorry." Reed and Ray apologize.

Strange then made his way back over to them with a sorry look. "She's stable, for now."

"What exactly happened to her?" Alex asks, feeling she's missing something. "She was perfectly fine until recently."

"Because her changes to the timeline were small." Strange explains to them. "But now, the timeline is becoming unstable. We've changed enough now we stand a fighting chance against this...Brainiac."

Miles pulled up the recent reports from the cities and showed Brainiac has started to send our scout ships to prepare for the attack. "Brainiac is sending out scout robots like Karen said he did on Krypton."

"And that means he's getting ready to rip our planet apart." Frankie sighed. "Which means we need to finish them."

"We need a plan," Ray said as he changed the hologram to show lines coming from the Brainiac skull ship. "That ship is sending a signal out to the other armies."

"They're all linked to Brainiac," Reed confirmed. "That's how he managed to control my Ultron bots and take over communications everywhere."

"Seems Peter was right about them going against you." Caitlin joked.

Reed wanted to retaliate but realized it technically did happen. "Okay, fair enough."

"We take down Brainiac, we take down his robots." Alex likes the plan. "But what about the people in the meantime?"

"We send a team of our fastest and most powerful players to take them out." Ronnie offered some help with the solution. "But how do they get on the ship?"

"That's where things get tricky," Reed said as he changed the hologram to add on a bubble around the ship. "He has an electrical field around his ship keeping everyone in and everyone out."

"And if we want to get in to save our friends and destroy Brainiac, that's gonna be something we need to get past." Cisco saw was something else they need to worry about. "I don't see how we can accomplish this."

The Young Justice team was allowing the adults to talk when Ashley got an idea.

"Wait, I know how we can do this." Ashley offers as she walked over. "What we need are reinforcements. More members to help take down the robots, more help to take down the shield, and more brains to get through anything else that robot has."

"Okay, that sounds good. But how do you plan to accomplish this?" Ray asks the girl.

"Think about it." Ashley scoffed and looked at the others. "We need something that can rip a hole in an electrical field. Something to absorb the electrical energy force field and can reach his ship."

"Electro." Cisco finally understood what she was saying.

"A genius mind who knows how to get through the ship and even has the electrical tentacles." Ashley continued to list.

"Lady Ock?" Caitlin asked in shock.

"And someone who is capable of helping out on ground control." Ashley continued to list.

"Sandgirl." Alex was shocked to understand.

"And Mysterio." Reed understood.

"And someone who can help us regain our systems and keep Brainiac out." Ashley finished her explanation.

"Death Locket." Alex finished.

"You want us to break out the Syndicate?" Tina clarified with her half-sister. "After everything they've done?"

"I was a part of them, you guys accepted me." Ashley reminded them.

"That was different." Dawn retaliated.

"How so?" Ashley wonders.

"The first one being that we didn't trust you for a while," Tina muttered as a reminder.

"She isn't wrong." Roberta agreed.

"And the only real reason we shafted to trust you was because of Deathstorm." Anjelica reminded her.

"And I have a feeling we don't have a few weeks for another demon to resurface to take us on," Sub-Zero added on. "Or a therapy session."

"Okay, those are some very good points." Ashley had to admit. "But this is also their world. They won't want to be killed."

"That's a fair point," Ray admitted.

"I can call Yuri." Cisco offered since he has a connection with ARGUS that can help. "Tell them we're coming for help."

"Think she'll let us?" Caitlin wonders.

"If the city is in danger, let alone the world, she might not have much of a choice," Cisco said as he walked off.

An alert came in as soon as he walked away. "More reports of scout ships being dropped," Miles said as he showed the giant ships appearing. "Seems that Brainiac is attacking capital cities."

"He did the same on Krypton," Karen tells them. "If he's doing the same here that he did there, then it won't be long until he moves to attack."

"Okay, so is there finally a plan?" Maggie asks them.

"We need to evacuate the cities," Frankie said as she tapped the table. "But that's going to be impossible even with all of us. We need more help. Even with the Syndicate."

"I'll contact some of the Kamar-Taj sorcerers. They could help with the evacuation." Strange offered and looked at Maggie. "But first, you come with me."

"Wait, why?" Maggie wonders.

"You're able to scan and use DNA, right?" Strange asks her.

"That is my power," Maggie confirmed.

"Then I'm gonna get you some real DNA." Strange offered and opened a portal to a strange jungle. "Of the most dangerous creatures alive."

As the two of them left, Anjelica took this moment to walk over and sit next to Astra.

"Why did you come back here?" Anjelica asks her sister. "Just to die?"

"No... for proof," Astra explains to her and groans from pain. "M'gann isn't attached to our timeline, so when Brainiac is defeated, she's going to be stuck here."

"And what about you?" Anjelica wonders.

"If I disappear, then it's proof that the future is safe," Astra explains to her. "At least, that's what she told us."

"She?" Anjelica was shocked to hear.

Astra scoffed at that. "You think it was me and M'gann's idea to travel back, steal a Bio-Ship? No, we didn't. It was her idea."

"Who's idea?" Anjelica wonders.

"She said... her name was Renslayer," Astra answered, no idea who that is.

"Renslayer?" Anjelica never heard of her.

"She said for the timeline to be saved, I have to die," Astra explains.

In the Brainiac ship, the captain was watching everything that happened in Gorilla City and New York when Hobgoblin came in.

"You ran for me?" Hobgoblin asks.

"There have been surprising developments on Earth." Brainiac was surprised to see. "These...Young Justice has appeared to be more prepared for me than I realized. I need to speed up my plans. You prepare the army as scheduled."

Back in Iron Heights, the Syndicate was all locked up when they were met with Mecha-Vibe, Black Cat, Cisco, and Spinneret.

"Look who's here." Francine scoffed. "Come to gloat?"

"Not exactly," Ashley said as she reached over and swiped a card, opening her cell.

"The power-dampening chambers are through this prison," Armando informed her. "So, neither side here can use our powers or tech."

"That's nice to hear." Francine sighed.

"We're here to ask you for help," Tina said, holding down the sickness she feels for saying that. "The world is under attack."

"Sounds like a job for you. Not us." Francine stated.

"It's a job for all of us," Ashley tells her ex-partner.

"We've already talked to the others," Cisco informed the girl. "They're coming to help."

"You have two choices, rot in this cell while the world is ripped apart and explodes under your feet or help us fight and help save the world."

Francine started to consider it and walked around the cell. "Hm. Either I stay in here, allow you to either die fighting or save the world. Or I could be out there, helping the fight, saving the world, and keeping me alive."

"The deal is going once..." Armando warned her.

"Is there a downside to me helping?" Francine wonders.

"Going twice..." Armando continued.

"Alright!" Francine cried, ready to get out. "I'm through with this call Andy way. I need to stretch my legs."

The attack had begun.

Brainiac sent out the drones to attack the city and people ran in terror.

What was left of the DEO and ARGUS were trying to help fight back against the invasion but were failing quickly.

SAFE HOUSE:

This doesn't feel right." Terry commented, everyone in their suits with the Syndicate now in their base. "Asking criminals for help."

"Well, they are our last defense," Mia stated. "Like it or not, we're all on Team Earth."

"We're on the same side for now," Rebecca warned them. "Remember, our world is about to break. You need us."

"She's right," V.I.V.I.A.N. admitted with guilt. "I know how they hurt you all, but the world should come first."

"You some kind of robot?" Keemia asks Viv.

"Some kind of." V.I.V.I.A.N. shrugged.

"Focus," Alex tells everyone in the room. "We have everyone, and we have a plan."

"What about..." Daniel was about to give away Maggie's identity. "Mosaic?"

"Strange said they're gonna be a moment. But Brainiac is beginning his attack now." Ray was sorry to say, fully dressed in his ATOM suit. "We need to protect the people."

"So, what's our plan?" Violet asks.

"Speedsters take laps around the world. Taking out the scout ships before they have the chance to drill to the core of Earth." Alex explains the first part of the plan. "The rest of us get out there and get the people to safety."

"What about communications?" Tula wonders.

"That's where I come in," Reed said and looked at Rebecca. "I'm heading for my office. There, she can plug into everything. Our satellites, comms, everything."

"We even might even get our vehicles out of the garage when we get him out," Frankie added on.

"We still have the Bio-ship ready to go." M'gann reminded them.

"We need that if Strange doesn't get here when we take down that force field," Alex confirmed.

"I can fly it." Terry offered his assistance.

"You take the team when the time comes," Caitlin said. "We just wait until we get the Baxter Building back. Take it one step at a time for Brainiac. Until then, we keep the city and the people safe."

"We have less than 48 hours before we lose everything." Karen was sorry to tell them. "Brainiac doesn't waste much time doing anything."

"Then we won't waste any," Ollie tells them, his suit powered and ready to go. "We take the fight to the streets."

"We have a plan," Cessily said with a smile.

"Let's just hope we are ready to take on the world," Dawn said in worry.

"We're all that's left," Tommy added.

This was their last chance.

If they lose, they will lose the earth.

But if they win, the Young Justice and the Syndicate will be able to have saved the earth.

It's all eggs and they're all in one basket.

They don't get a second chance this time around.

Astra gave them an opening. They never got this far before. But now with the help of the Syndicate, they have the capability to save the world.

But if they're enough to do such a task is a different story.
