"Freddie would you mind taking me back to our room, I just hope Sam and Paige have had enough time to talk" says Carly
"they were done at three but they didn't want to pull you back into bed life, I told them you were quite enjoying the conversations with the other girls here" says Freddie picking Carly up
"please let me know how things go" says Carly
"I don't like this idea Tori" says Dana
"you really wanted two Lola's, this is your chance, besides with her memory the way it is thanks to the rule breaking European top junior boxer grand slamming her through the ring floor she needs to be taken care of, in more than just the whole shower thing I talked about, you'll find that despite the year age gap between Shelby and Lola, they're very much alike, especially in bed" says Tori as Shelby checks Dana out
"is there some sort of trial I can use in case it makes me feel off, you have to realize I wasn't raised to be open to that stuff, I don't know if I can genuinely love two girls, let alone sisters" says Dana
"who's Lola, I want to see Serenity" asks Shelby
"didn't you tell her" asks Dana
"every day, it doesn't make a difference, every morning it's a clean slate, only ten percent of information or situational stuff actually gets through to her long term memory, she was legally dead four times during surgery last year, two minutes a piece, that kind of oxygen deprivation kills brain cells, in Shelby's case, short term memory was the victim, she's lucky to make it a day without forgetting something, it's usually food that she forgets, so make sure she eats" says Trina
"Shelby, Hun, Lola is Serenity, she'd changed her name so you two could be together, Tori I want a two week trial run" says Dana

"I talked to Dana, I explained Shelby's issues, I also explained that Shelby loves Lola, for some reason she assumed I meant sex, I had to say that it was never about sex between them, that it was all about kissing and making out" says Tori
"I'm glad you realized that because I didn't, not until this morning, I hope you realize her special needs cost about a grand a week, I'm behind on bills" says David
"both Cat and Jade are pitching in to cover Shelby's monetary needs" says Tori as Jade walks over with two checks
"dad these are for you, twenty grand, pay off as much as you can with these and if possible pay your bills forward, Shelby isn't your responsibility now" says Jade handing David the checks
"I cant accept these, it wouldn't be right, besides if Dana can't deal with Shelby then she's right back in my care, all these would do is delay the inevitable debt I'd rack up again" says David
"whatever happens dad she won't be returned to your care, you work too much to take care of her, besides most of her needs are romantic or sexual in nature, you could never fulfill those needs nor would you be allowed to" says Tori
"you know this how" asks David
"I'd help her do things, yes sexually, it wasn't about love Dad, it was about making sure she didn't go insane, you don't know what her hormones do to her dad" says Jade
"as long as Tori wasn't sexual with her" says David
"I'd focus on her lips and chest, Dad you have to understand that being so close to seeing Lola again did things to her, that's the reason she did the boxing thing, it was never about fighting, it was about the money, she wanted money so she could take Lola somewhere where nobody knew they were sisters and could live together in peace, their parents weren't exactly nice to them, them wanting to get away is what formed the love bond between them in the first place, learning that neither of them were alone in wanting to run away" says Tori
"trust me in know how bad my brother and sister in law are, I've threatened to call the feds on them several times, after the big fight that Shelby lost the feds finally took action against them, you think it was a coincidence that a foreign Junior boxing queen was the one to literally take Shelby down, it was a set up Tori, my sister in law blabbed about Shelby and Serenity to her and it enraged her, that's why she did the KO move on Shelby, not because she thought it was ok to do but because she was paid to, it was an attempted murder Tori, all three of them are being tried in Washington state though Olivia Star will also be tried and sentenced in her home country, Shelby isn't actually poor, yes she had to give up every cent in her bank account to live but my brother is rich, whether Shelby wants the money or not after the trial in late January the money will be all hers and Lola's" says David
"that's inheritance money, I don't think that's how that works dad" says Tori
"it's in the lawsuit, I made sure of it since I'm the person who filed it after their arrest, in the lawsuit I explain the emotional and physical abuse they suffered, that even while the physical abuse did not leave any lasting marks that it did happen and that they deserve their inheritance if the parents are convicted of attempting to murder Shelby by paying Olivia off" says David
"how can you be sure they were physically abused" asks Jade
"you really think they didn't come running to me with proof after they got sent to their rooms after being beaten" says David
"it's no coincidence that Shelby was put in his care following release from the hospital Tori, their parents are evil" says Trina
"wait dad so you knew they had feelings for one another didn't you" asks Tori
"unfortunately, it is mentioned briefly in the lawsuit but I didn't mention that it's still a thing just that the abuse they suffered pushed them to extremes when it came to right and wrong and by the time I found out it was too late to beg them to stop" says David
"dad are you serious, that's almost certain to get them arrested" says Tori nostrils flaring in anger
"calm down ponitoria, legally it had to be mentioned, mentioning that it wasn't voluntary love love will make the legal system more lenient with them" says Jade
"what's that mean exactly" asks David
"it means they can date more openly as a triad as long as any sexual type behaviour happens behind closed doors and not in public" says Jade
"how is that possible" asks Trina
"I have an aunt that has successfully argued these kinds of cases the only catch is that for it to work the thing about them feeling forced to love one another has to be true, it can't be a lie made up to protect them from arrest" says Jade
"it's absolutely true, they have on many occasions messaged me about feelings of guilt about how they felt for one another" says David
"what reasons did they give" asks Jade
"they were never not targets, they were made fun of at school Lola for having purple hair and Shelby for having neon pink hair, then at home they were focused on homework instead of their faith and my brother and sister in law would yell and scream at them for being poor Christians and then beat them if they continued to focus on school, it's why Lola is eccentric in her acting and why Shelby is obsessed with boxing, anyway they were always terrified that their parents would kill them at any moment, they didn't feel like they'd ever get a chance at love ever, it didn't start as romantic or sexual in nature, at the beginning it was more about seeing if they were capable of love rather than experimenting with love, they began by complimenting one another, it gave them something to look forward to every day, eventually they began kissing, in their eyes it was about seeing if they could kiss rather than doing it because they can kiss, they felt that if they could kiss and love one another then they'd be capable of loving and kissing their true love in the future, after awhile Shelby lost sight of the original intention of them kissing and truly fell in love with Lola, Lola took longer to lose sight of the original intention but as she did lose sight of that original intention her parents sent her here to PCA, not as a punishment for falling for her sister but as punishment for losing interest in the Catholic faith, they see acting as a sin, Lola doesn't, by chance does your aunt have a licence to practice in Washington state" says David
"she's licensed to practice law in almost every state, with the exception of Alabama and Florida for some reason, I'll give her a call right now" says Jade as she phones her aunt

"have you heard about the Vega-Erickson case in Seattle, the prosecutor's client is a police officer named David Vega on behalf of his niece's" asks Jade
"I have, from what I hear it's another Christian absolutist case where they try and brainwash their kids then try and kill them, as far as I know it's out of my jurisdiction legal wise, you know what I specialize in" says Maria West
"David Vega is my main girls father, a factor in that case is the usual 'siblings forced to love one another in fear of death' thing, it's a legit case of that, I was just told the details myself, I'll have David email you the details and if you'll take the case as an advisor he'll inform the prosecutor of your arrival" says Jade
"I'll take the case if I'm being paid, the last case I took agreed to pay then bargained my rate as low as possible, I have bills to pay, I understand your passion for bringing me these cases but I have to retake all my bar exams again next year, travel costs money and right now I'm a little low on cash" says Maria
"it's all accounted for, they're family Aunt Maria, between David and I you will have your paycheck covered, just help the prosecutor get them justice, in this case your pay is absolutely guaranteed" says Jade
"ok then send me that email asap" says Maria as she hangs up and Andre walks over
"has anyone seen Cat or Paige, I haven't seen them all morning, granted I woke up late but still" says Andre
"check the roof, it's our prime private access tanning spot, Cat used to sneak up there on weekends and tan" says Quinn from the corner of the room
"but she's pregnant, she can't be doing that, isn't the sun's UV rays dangerous for the baby" says Andre
"dude you act like she won't have sunscreen on, besides she doesn't tan the whole time she's up there, she always has a sun shade tent thing where she goes in between tanning sessions, I think it's even still up there, if I were you I'd let her have time with Paige, you've been controlling her lately" says Zoey
"controlling her how, she's carrying my baby, do I not have the right to make sure it doesn't die, remember her family has a tendency to lose the first child" says Andre
"she's perfectly healthy Andre, Quinn's doing daily blood tests, we'll know the moment something bad happens, no sun is just as bad as too much sun, she's done tons of research Andre, give them an hour more then I'LL go get them, has Paige warmed up to you yet" says Nicole
"a little but not really though she's big into the cuffs thing, there were cuffs by our door last night and she kinda grabbed them" says Andre
"ugh so that's where my cuffs went, did she do anything to them, is it possible to reclaim them, they were Tori's favourite, she misplaced them last night, she had them on when she went to the bathroom last night and returned without them, she doesn't remember what happened" says Jade as Tori avoids her dads glare
"those were police grade cuffs Tori, you don't just slip out of them" says David
"passing by Zoey's room I blacked out, I woke up outside our room without them, please tell me I'm not in trouble" says Tori
"wait blacked out as in seizure" asks David
"why make that conclusion" asks Jade
"because the cuffs have a true seizure detection system built in, if the cuffs detect a seizure in the cuffed person they loosen to prevent wrist damage, loose enough for Tori to slip out of them by accident, is Cat's room between yours and Zoey's" says David
"yes, Cat's room is in between Tori's and Zoey's, why is that significant" says Andre
"because if Tori's wrists were still shaking from left over seizure activity when she stood up the cuffs would have slipped off, as long as seizure activity is detected they don't tighten back up to the set level, again designed to prevent wrist damage that can't be easily explained in court" says David
"Andre did Paige do anything with the cuffs, I thought she had her own, at least that's what I thought based on Cat's description of Paige's behaviour from being wrongly convicted" says Jade
"she does have her own but she misplaced them two weeks ago, how you misplace sparkly green cuffs is beyond me" says Andre
"did she look in the lost and found, Izzy said a pair of sparkly cuffs arrived a few days ago, lost and found is Izzy's job and she's darn good at it, everything is labeled and she asks around to the different friend groups to ask about a particular item, she asked about the cuffs, nobody had any interest and nobody has come forward to retrieve them" says Nicole
"Andre did Paige do anything to the cuffs" asks Jade again
"no, she hasn't done anything with them but as hers are missing she has been wearing them, she won't just hand them to you unless you offer a trade, she's different like that, Cat has a similar behaviour, she'll hold onto things that aren't hers or she doesn't have present permission to hold but won't give them up unless we trade her for them, if the cuffs are hers they will be sparkly green with pink hearts painted on them, though she will be paranoid unless you bring the key to your cuffs and can successfully unlock them, only them will she willingly hand them over" says Andre
"Tori I'll be back" says Jade as she heads to the lost and found
"I'm worried about your possible seizure Tori, I've never seen you seize before, nobody has" says Rosie
"it used to be a problem for her, we lived in Puerto Rico when she was little and the yearly targeting by bad storms, our house would rapidly turn off then on again, you could almost call it violent even, it was that bad, anyway she'd have bad seizures but they were never life threatening, is there a possibility that the lights flickered here last night" says David
"the generator faltered last night yes, this dorm is almost exclusively powered by it, a fuse failed on the generation circuit causing the frequency of energy generation to flip between fifty and sixty hertz, it stabilized once Ms. Howard issued it a command forcing sixty hertz mode, it was a period of about fifteen minutes, I switched this dorm over to regular power this morning until we figure it out, the generator is now exclusively for the bunker for now" says Quinn
"Nicole, I know it hasn't been an hour but please check in on Cat and Paige, one time Tori went to get ice-cream and the line was longer than she expected, when she didn't return when she said she expected to Andre kinda freaked out, he got all panicked, trust me you don't want to see Andre panicking, when Tori did get back he couldn't keep the ice-cream down, he'd gotten himself completely worked up" says Trina as Nicole gets up
"fair enough, I'll be back" says Nicole as she makes her way to the roof

"hey Cat, you're alright right, Andre's worried, also Paige have you warmed up to Andre yet or are you going to stay strictly Cat's girl" says Nicole
"yeah I'm fine, Andre worries too much, I'm enjoying the privacy, besides there isn't anywhere else where I can tan naked, I have to keep the look up, besides its cold inside, it's warm up here" says Cat
"apparently there was an ice-cream incident, Tori miscalculated how long the line would be and she didn't return on time and didn't contact him, he got so worked up that when she did return he couldn't keep the ice-cream down, I understand that you are trying to get back into old habits and making yourself feel less self-conscious but those old habits don't include him, he's worried about the baby, be independent if you must but don't push him away, send him pictures or text him, you remember what it felt like when Paige was taken away from you, on some level he is probably feeling just like that" says Nicole
"oh ok, I didn't realize that, I guess at heart I sometimes forget other people can be insecure, I'll text him now" says Cat immediately texting Andre
"I'm just afraid he'll get me pregnant, not that I don't want to be but Cat's pregnancy comes first, I don't want to take away from it, it's special for Cat, she's absolutely ALWAYS wanted kids, when her and I first dated all she ever talked about was having a big family, at least three kids of her own and she was hoping I'd also have three, she'd say 'my family got smaller when I was six and it feels even smaller now, if something happens to me I don't want my parents to have died for nothing, I don't want my branch to end with me or Lucy', it's hard for her, I'm just too nervous, his thing is really big, granted I have nothing to compare it to but it looked like it could rip Cat in half if he tried hard enough, it scares me" says Paige
"so you'd like to play with it first before things get intense" asks Nicole
"that's a lewd way to put it but essentially, I mean Cat is essentially off limits down there till the baby's born so I have to step up somehow, I'm just tanning myself so I look more presentable to him, his body has never reacted to me the way it does to Cat, the only real difference between Cat and I is skin tone and ancestral background, Cat's basically full blood Italian where as I'm Portuguese, French and swiss, yeah I get it, my parents had a type, that's not my point, Cat's smoking hot and I'm ambiguous as to my official hotness because of my ancestry and the skin bleaching that happened in prison during an attempted suicide, maybe I just don't illicit the same sexual response from Andre, that might be something I have to live with, meaning I might literally just be Cat's sex girl to him" says Paige as she walks away and lays back down on her recliner
"Cat does Paige have more issues than we know about" asks Nicole
"you mean in general or between her and Andre" asks Cat

"in prison Paige tried to commit suicide by drowning herself in bleach, I don't know much about prisons but they must have a reliable source of bleach, she was saved by a girl her age that actually liked Paige, the girl was sent to prison for killing her sexually abusive parents, her name was Kadi Brown" says Cat
"wait was….. is she dead" asks Nicole
"Paige assumes so, Paige got into many fights and the guards never intervened to save her ONCE, it wasn't on their priority list, from what Andre's dad says they bet that she'd die, they all chose a day, anyway Kadi is supposed to be lethally injected next month, though Paige assumes that saving her already got Kadi killed" says Cat
"do you want me to look into it or would you like Andre's dad to look into it" asks Nicole
"if you looked into it and found either way that either she was dead or she's alive, the only way she could possibly think to repay you is a one hour cuddle session, if you give her that kind of closure I don't exactly see her keeping her hands to herself, it's safer for you to get Andre to do it, otherwise you might be in trouble from Zoe or Quinn for letting Paige touch you" says Cat
"ok I'll go let Andre know….. do you really think Kadi's dead" says Nicole
"my gift says no, that's what I tell Paige but she doesn't believe it, kadi was forced to wear underwear and a bra at all times, her and Kadi shared a cell, lets just say Kadi and Paige developed feelings and they often slept in the same bed and yes they kissed, please just have Andre look into it please" says Cat motioning for Nicole to head back inside
"ok just promise me you won't spend all day up here" says Nicole
"we won't trust me" says Cat as Nicole nods and heads back inside
