Author's Note: Welcome to the 2022 Christmas special. I decided to take a trip through Allen's mind. I used a couple of pictures from Reddit, Facebook, and Tumblr to get inspiration for this. I struggled with what to write for this Christmas special. But I managed to pull it off. It's not as long as the Halloween special, but I pulled it off. Happy birthday Allen Walker! There is going to be one more key before 2022 is over. I have an idea of what I am going to write then. For now, enjoy this Christmas special!
Key Eighteen: Hellscape:
-Allen-
I've been here before.
There's a buzzing in my head. I slowly look up. Pink. Everything is so pink. I can only hear that low humming in my ear. I know that I can't stay here. I looked to my left. I looked to my right.
I found myself in a strange hallway. I think I have been here before. This looks like some hotel out of a horror movie. It's almost like I've fallen into the 1970s. The wallpaper looked so faded with the red and green. The fan patterns don't make it look any better. I can barely feel the red carpet at my feet. Something compels me to walk up to the only door in front of me across the hall. I walk up and open the door.
The hall looked the same as the lobby. More doors were on either side of me. I've been here before. I don't like this.
It feels like something is watching me. I looked around. There's no one here. There's no one here! Just me, this hall, and the chair and table in the middle. But I can't stay long.
Something is making my body move forward. I am walking up to a door. This isn't me. I can't stop. I don't want to do this. Don't make me do this. Don't make me do this!
I walked up to Room 15. My heart was pounding so hard that I could hear the ringing in my ears. My hand reached for the knob. I am not in control anymore. I have given up trying to fight back. Still, I wasn't ready to give up.
I shut my eyes as I opened the door.
I felt flashing lights across my skin. I opened one eye. The only source of light came from the other side of the room. When I opened my dead eye, I saw that I was in the middle of what looked like a photoshoot. The only color I could see in the room was bright red. Was that blood? Or was that mist? A camera was to the right while a tall light was to the left. There was a light leading up the stairs. The sign took me that one set led me back to reality while the other led me to paradise.
I know that both of them are a lie but my body chooses for me.
I opened my eye and found myself in the woods. No, these aren't the woods. I was in a corridor full of pillars. I don't know which door I came through. I just walked into this room and now I am here. The light across the room cast a fog around my calves. Suddenly, I felt cold. Wait, I can actually feel something.
Wait… is that a door?
I lifted my head. It is. There's another door. I walked over to it without thinking.
This time, I was in the woods. Tall trees and fog told me this really was the woods. I feel like I have been here before. I didn't know why.
I didn't stop moving.
There was no sound around me. I still felt cold. Where was I going now? Suddenly, I felt like I wasn't alone. I slowly lifted my head. There's someone standing at the end of the forest. I started walking toward them. I don't want to. I don't want to do this. I am getting closer to them. It looks like a person wrapped up in a white sheet. They have their back to me. I am just following their lead. (I don't think it is a person though.)
They suddenly stop at a giant pit. What are they doing? They were just standing there, looking down. Wait… Are they…?
I tried to scream out but something is forcing my mouth shut. I could only watch as the figure fell over the stone edge. They didn't make a sound. Am I going to go into the pit too? I don't want to go. I don't want to go!
A hand was placed on my shoulder. I looked out of the corner of my eye but nobody was there. I could tell that they were there. But what do they want? They aren't pushing me along. It's just a hand touching me.
I closed my eyes.
Am I going to die here? Do it.
But that wasn't going to happen. No, she won't let me die that easily. I couldn't really die either anyway. I still don't know what they are going to do with me. The hand is rubbing my back now. A hot breath hit my nape. My body goes weak. Lips touch my ear. They are talking to me.
Don't be afraid. Just let it take you.
No! I shouldn't do it. I won't do it! I… I… I…
A tingling sensation formed in the base of my spine. My body went stiff. What… What is this? I feel… I feel… Ah!
Relax.
My body started to relax. My vision started to become hazy. I reached out to the emptiness in front of me. I think I'm smiling now. My arms go up into the air. I feel hands grabbing onto my body. I let out a loud gasp.
Ah! My body started to fall backward. More hands started to grab me. Panic and worry seemed so distant in my mind. The only thing I feel is good. My body ached to be touched. My nipples became hard and sensitive. Before I could piece it all together, I am sinking again. Where am I going now? I don't know. Somehow, that doesn't matter.
I smile as I felt myself sinking away in god knows where.
Tyki drew back the syringe.
"There," he said. The doctor turned to Road standing over her pet.
"Call me if he's starting to feel the side effects again," he said.
"Thank you," Road said, bowing her head. Tyki gathered up his tools and packed them up.
"I will see myself out," he said. Tyki turned and walked out of the room. Road turned to her pet sound asleep in her bed. He looked so cute with that little smile on his face.
