I've reviewed the flight plans, cross referenced with raider and scavenger activity in the city and spoke with my crew about the safety measures necessary to keep Haven 1 safe while we're away. I have a list of suggestions for you to implement at your approval.

Keep newcomers away from the HQ tent and comms. I know a few have background experience with comms but until we know they're not an infiltration for raiders and scavengers, we need to be careful.

Your assistants are competent and capable but they're not soldiers. You need to a combat abled person to shadow them while you're away.

The raiders seem to be growing in numbers. I investigated. I have suspicions that Balencya is behind it.

Camp Fuller has more turians who are unwilling to join us. They are willing to accept overflow at Fuller in exchange for a cut of our military supplies. It's not a bad arrangement.

I'll take it under advisement.

I give you authorization to make a reasonable deal with the Fuller turians. Bear in mind the numbers who wander into our camp and how rapidly our numbers increased. 3 months after the end of the war, and we're almost 1,000 people strong. While I can safely have everyone on half rations and maybe three-quarters rations, I would like to transition everyone over to full rations eventually.

I'm willing to trade the weapons we find too. I expect you to exercise full caution when trading weaponry.

Could you please tell the other turians that they are welcome at Haven 1? That we aren't xenophobic, and we will treat them as equals? I've noticed with the few salarians and asari that visited a reservation and disgust towards humans. While normally I'd ignore this, I don't want the wrong impression being given. We're all in need and it doesn't matter what we look like inside and out. We're all living, breathing creatures.

What to expect –

Prior to arrival, you will be scanned for weapons. Weapons are not permitted within Haven 2 except to special personnel. Exceptions will be made for yourself and your comrade. We need to know what you're carrying. We respectfully ask you to keep your weapons holstered at all times unless under attack.

You will also be scanned for medical purposes. We can not afford any of our people to become ill, therefor a medical scan should clear you to walk among our people. If you are ill, you will be given an environmental suit to conduct business.

Haven 2 is home to a large population of Alliance personnel and Quarians. The Quarians have a positive impression of you and the Alliance has reported your sister MIA.

You will learn how to modify weaponry, maintain maintenance of weaponry, run tactical maneuvers, among other subjects.

Weapon training and the range will be reserved for those who are able bodied and sound of mind. Psychological testing will be conducted before people are permitted to shoot a loaded weapon at the range.

If you wish to be exempt from this, please respond to Commando Vasa R'ila with your reasoning.

We all need to do our part.

Pacifists are expected to assist Medic La'Quoia Schidmt and learn the medical field.
