He has many maids and butlers in 98th floor or royal suite because that floor is for guests, facilities like bath and many more. He copy it to the 9th floor of the tomb to the tower.
Tower of Yggdrasil: 1st floor
Every floor is wide and the same size as one of the Nine Realms. This floor is inspired by an advanced civilization where tall buildings and advanced technology are everywhere. The people living are only the Supreme soldiers and military officials that keep the Yggdrasil Kingdom safe for the Supreme Emperor Ainz Ooal Gown. (Picture on wattpad)
Acadia is a world enemy. Momonga create her and sacrificed three world items so that she can be a world enemy, she is the overseer of the Yggdrasil kingdom and now the supreme commander of the whole army. All of her classes are commander class types that's why she is perfect for commanding an army she can defend herself in close combat because of her world enemy class stats. She has white hair, yellow slit eyes, purple lips, and white flawless skin. She wears dark gray armor with gold intricate designs. On her back is a dark pink cape.
She is in the headquarters of the supreme forces. This building is a modern base that is built on different kinds of metal to withstand a nuclear blast(The main army of the Yggdrasil kingdom Momonga create this to defend the Yggdrasil kingdom(that the developers gift to him) from any player looters or players who want to destroy his kingdom). Four dark elves wearing full black plated armor guarding the entrance put their right hand on their chest as a salute and bow. She head to the lobby and see many soldiers salute to the Overseer. An automaton wearing a black military long coat approaches her and bow
"Acadia-sama. what. are. your. business. Here?" she said with a monotonous voice
"Oh pixel the cute guardian of the first floor don't want a beautiful lady like me to visit herrrr"
" Please. Don't. tease. me. Acadia. sama."
"HAHA Now, I go here because Momonga-sama said that all imperial forces on the first floor will be deployed in the Yggdrasil kingdom and lockdown the kingdom. Four screens appear and see on the first and second screen are two hundred hangers and went out nazartanks and other artillery vehicles.
The third screen show many armored carriages and pulling them are golem horses. On the fourth screen, there are three million of all kinds of races(Human size) wearing red light full plate armor. They are standing still holding their red spears and round shields. (Au: The design of the armor is in the wattpad if you want to view it)
Pixel activate the microphone. "The. supreme. emperor. have. new. task. for. us. we. will. guard. the. kingdom. that. the. emperor. cherish. and. love...as. the. most. powerful. army. in. Yggdrasil. we. will. give. our. life. to. defend. his. kingdom... GLORY. FOR. THE. SUPREME. EMPEROR!"

The magic tanks, armored carriages, and artillery vehicles first go out of the tower and head to the first wall of the kingdom. Half of the supreme army is in the first wall and half is in the second wall. The third and the fourth wall is guarded by patrol guards.'
(Au: For some viewers that might be confused Momonga has four "domains" that he controls Including the Underworld (Triangle), the Tower of the nine realms, the Heaven, and the Yggdrasil kingdom that resides outside of the first floor. The tower is located in the center of the kingdom. Heaven resides above the tower and Hell is located under the tower. The 50th floor is where all guilds(except Nazarick his former home base on the 51 floor) that he conquered on his expedition on the game and the developers recreate all of them. So it means that the Staff of Ainz Ooal Gown is not the guild weapon of the tower and that he has three guild weapons that I will introduce in the story.)
