ClownDeMierda: He's closer to Izuku's personality right now because that's how he grew up. In the webtoon, even from the very beginning, Mori was considered talented, and that led to him being more carefree and becoming more of a muscle head, despite actually being quite smart.

In this one however, Mori is practically human, sure he's a bit more than human(that's why he's above average compared to everyone else), but I think that despite him being at the peak of human capabilities, the fact that his other classmates all have something that allows them to do things that are SUPER human and therefore surpass some aspects of the peak of human capabilities, would still cause them to look down on him, not necessarily as someone to treat like a punching bag, like in canon, but something more along the lines of someone to be pitied or doubted.

So yeah, he's closer to Izuku, but he's not completely Izuku, as I'll try to show his Mori side in his more confident and no stutter speech, wanting to prove to others that he can be a hero and in his instinctual want to save others, that in this fanfic, he got from failing to save his grandpa and having to watch his friends suffer whilst he was stuck in the Heavenly realm, despite being the strongest.

Also, him calling Bakugo: Kacchan, despite him not even liking him that much as in canon, is simply because he reminds Mori of his grandpa's "I do whatever I want" attitude, despite him twisting it in a worse way by bullying others, Mori still clings on to that attitude of his because it instinctively reminds him of his grandpa, who was basically everything to him.

Chapter 4: 1A

Izuku woke up on a hospital bed, he opened his eyes to the sight of white walls, offset by pale blue and green curtains and followed by the smell of overly sanitised...well...everything.

"Whe- where am I?" asked Izuku to no one in particular, as he starts to look around, trying to remember what happened before he lost consciousness.

He remembered the entrance exam, how he did, his epiphany, the humongous Zero-pointer robot, and the girl he saved. 'Ok good, she survived.' He thought.

As Izuku start to get up, he hears the slide of a door, with a small figure walking in and towards him. "Oh, good you're awake" said the small figure, now seen clearly as Recovery girl.

"I see you did well on the entrance exam, if you blasting that Zero-pointer into pieces is anything to go by"

"Y- Yeah. Um... not to seem rude but um...why am I here?"

"Oh yes, you fainted shortly after that stunt of yours. Whatever you did seems to have done a number on your body. If I were you, I'd only ever do that again as a last resort."

"I did" said Izuku.

Recovery girl looked up with a raised eyebrow. "You did, huh? Was destroying the Zero-pointer REALLY necessary?" she asked.

"Yes" Immediately replied Izuku, with certainty in his voice. "There was a girl trapped under some rubble. At first I tried to lift the rubble and told her to use her Quirk on it so we could immediately get out of there, but it only made things worse, and the Zero-pointer was about to crush her. So I had to destroy the Zero-pointer before it could come any closer. Wait how is she anyways? From what I remember, she had a broken leg when I last saw her."

"Oh, is that so? Don't worry, she's fine, i just sent her home a few hours ago" Replied Recovery girl, now understanding why the boy did what he did.

"Wait, a few hours ago?! How long was I out? Never mind, I'll just leave, I'm allowed to leave right?" asked Izuku, overtaken by panic. 'Mom must be so worried!' he thought

"Oh, yes deary, you may leave. Just try not to pull something like that again anytime soon, ok?"

"Yes ma'am, thank you so much" replied Izuku as he grabs his belongings besides his bed and runs out of the school infirmary.

[Midoriya residence]

"Mom, I'm home!" says Izuku whiles walking inside their apartment.

"And where have you been, young man?!" Asked Inko standing in front of him with a glare that could probably drill a hole in his head given enough time.

"Mom, I can explain" replied Izuku, fearing for his life.

"Aha?" she menacingly shot back with a tick mark in her head.

"During the practical portion of the entrance exam, um...there was this around 200-meter robot...and um... I had to fight it and I um...passed out, so i was sent to the school infirmary until I woke up" stuttered Izuku, unable to properly talk because of Inko's motherly rage emanating certain doom.

"Oh, ok!" Replied Inko, her murderous aura now completely gone. "Go take a shower sweetie, I want to hear everything about what happened during the exam."

'Whew, thank god. I thought I was gonna die' thought Izuku whiles wiping off a cold sweat. He understands that his mother is just worried about him, but damn can she be terrifying. That's one of the reasons Izuku, never told her anything about when he got home with bruises and burns from Katsuki's Quirk. If he told his mom then Bakugo wouldn't be alive right now, besides, it only happened once and that was what ended their friendship. Since then, Izuku was indifferent to Katsuki and his bullying, but he still couldn't help but look up to his "Do whatever you like" attitude, still calling him "Kacchan" despite him having wanted to hit "Kacchan" in the face so many times.

[One week later]

Izuku was sitting in his living room couch, doing his daily dumb bell churls with an absent look in his face. He was wondering why it was taking so long for the acceptance letter to arrive, after all his pre-emptive strike during the entrance exam should've given him a guaranteed passing grade, not to mention he also got a few extra points just in case so why? He couldn't have failed, could he?

As if on cue His mother arrives, stumbling down the hall towards the living room, with the U.A acceptance letter in hand. "Izuku! Sweetie! The letter! It's here!" she says as she hands the letter to Izuku, excitement clear in her panting voice.

Izuku grinned. 'About damn time!' He thought. "Hey mom, wanna open it together?"

Opening the envelope, the mother and son found a small metal disc, which they put on the side of the table before trying to unfold the paper inside the envelope. Little did they know however, said little disk was actually a projector, one that nearly gave Inko a heart attack in it's activation with a loud and glamorous "I AM HERE! As a projection!"

"Eeek!" squealed Inko, as she reflexively jumped off the couch and nearly fell on the floor if it weren't for her son catching her and calming her down with a "It's ok mom, it's just a recorded projection of All Might"

"..."

"..."

The statement took a few seconds to process before the mother and son simultaneously screamed.

"W-wait, All Might?!"

"Why is Yagi sensei in there?!"

"It's been a while my young apprentice" said the All Might projection with a formal bow. "You see, I've already told you one of the reasons for why I'm staying in this town, and I'm still expecting you to help me with it by finding someone suitable for IT by the way, but the second reason is..."

"Is?" says Izuku expectantly as he leans closer to the projection and his mother wonders what exactly All Might is expecting Izuku to help him find.

"I have come to teach at U.A!"

"All Might/ Yagi sensei at U.A!?" said the mother and son, both excited by the revelation.

Before the mother and son could start celebrating however, a lazy and tired voice interrupts the All Might projection before he could continue to say anything.

"Oi, Camera fodder." said the tired voice. "You already get enough screen time on T.V interviews so get to the point and finish this already, you can tell the kid what you want after this."

"Shota-kun is so mean!" Fake pouted the All Might projection.

"You still need to do 39 recordings after this you know." the tired voice continued, as the side of the projection gets covered by what seems to be a scarf.

The All Might projection's face paled as he asked the man behind the camera "W-wait...you're kidding, right Shota-kun?"

"Maybe I should ask principal Nezu to make you do the hundreds of business course student's acceptance letters as well. That'll motivate them, plus it'd save Nezu the hassle of having to do it himself. I'm sure he'd immediately agree if I were to bring this up to him."

All Might immediately stopped conversing and got straight to Izuku's results. "As I was saying...Young Izuk- Midoriya, your results."

"Well...we know who YOUR favourite is" interrupted the tired voice once more.

"Ahem!" coughed All Might's projection as he cleared his throat and ignored the comment, but not denying it. "You passed the written portion with a perfect score! This alone would've given you the possibility to choose between the top classes of either the general studies course or the business course if you had failed the practical portion...but you did not! You, young Iz- Midoriya, passed with flying colours and broke multiple records! The most villain points, the most beaten villains in the shortest amount of time and...as for the secret portion of the test...the most rescue points! Yes, you heard that right young man! You see, in these exams, we weren't just looking for people capable of beating villains! But also, people who are willing to help others despite their own well being and safety, in other words, Rescue heroes! And a hero course rejecting those who put others before themselves is no hero course at all! That's why there are Rescue points involved!

You! Young Iz- Midoriya, have gained 127 Villain points and 73 Rescue points! And are ranked first place in the entrance exam!"

Exam results:

[Top 5]

1) Izuku Midoriya: 127 Villain points; 73 Rescue points = 200 Total points

2) Katsuki Bakugo: 90 Villain points; 0 Rescue points = 90 Total points

3) Ochako Uraraka: 45 Villain points; 40 Rescue points = 85 Total points

4) Eijiro Kirishima: 39 Villain points; 35 Rescue points = 74 Total points

5) Tenya Iida: 52 Villain points; 9 Rescue points = 61 Total points

Afterwards the Midoriya mother and son decided to have a feast to celebrate. Of course, the main course was Katsudan and tteokbokki.

[First day of school]

"Ahhh crap, I'm late!" screamed Izuku as he hops down the hall towards the front door, peanut butter and jelly toast in his mouth whiles putting his sock on his leg. "Overslept again, gotta hurry!"

"Izuku?" asked Inko, whiles watching her son prepare for school.

"Yeah mom?" replied Izuku looking back at his mother.

"Good luck!"

"..."

"Thanks mom, see you later!" Says Izuku as he walks out the door and giving his mom a happy grin.

Getting out the apartment complex, Izuku immediately takes off with a sprint. "Oh crap! It's 7:55! I need to hurry!"

Arriving in front of his classroom door, Izuku immediately notices the enormous door 'A bit exaggerated, isn't it?' He thought, he understood that some people may have mutation Quirks that makes them too large for regular doors but, does every door that he has passed by have to be the same size?!

Izuku opens the door hoping for a new start with his school life, however, his hopes are immediately crushed when the first thing he sees is a Katsuki with his legs up his desk and an eyeglass wearing blue haired boy who he has no fond memories of.

'Great, just great!' Izuku thought exasperatedly. 'The egoist and the haughty one are in the same class as me'

"Remove your leg from the desk! Such an action is an insult to our upperclassmen who came before us as well as the crafts man who made it!" said/yelled the blue haired boy.

"Like a give a shit!" yelled back the explosive blond. "What are you, a spoiled brat from a private school, did your old school stick a stick up your ass or were you born with it?!"

"How dare! I am Tenya Iida from the proud Somei private academy."

"Ha! Somei! A stuck-up elitist through and through aren't ya!? I'm gonna enjoy blowing you to bits!"

"How savage! Are you sure you're in the right-" The blue haired boy, now known as Iida, didn't even bothered to finish his sentence, as he immediately walked towards Izuku who seems to have decided to sit behind the classroom door and take a nap.

"What are you doing!? You shouldn't be sleeping in school grounds!" Yelled Iida.

"Do you have to yell every time you say something?" asked Izuku, whiles lifting his sleeping mask to look at his classmate with one of his eyes.

"No, I'm just speaking in a way that I can be heard clearly" Replied Iida.

"Well then, tone it down a bit. Blondie over there is already loud enough on his own. No need to add to the volume. As for why I'm sleeping behind the door, I was waiting for you to shut up so I could enter the classroom in peace. So, you done arguing yet or should I get back to sleep?"

Before Iida could come up with a reply to Izuku's statement, a brown-haired girl appeared behind him.

"Hey are you ok? What're you doing there?" she asks whiles putting her hand out for the cyan haired boy.

"Don't worry, I'm fine. Just waiting for two banshees to finish a screaming contest" replied Izuku whiles looking at Iida with a smirk. "The name's Izuku Midoriya by the way" he finished as he proceeds to shake the brunette's hand. "And you are?"

"Ochako Uraraka" the girl replied.

"And I'm Tenya Iida" Interjected the blue haired boy. From So-"

"Somei private academy. I heard you the first time" said Izuku with a neutral look.

Brushing off the boy's harshness towards him, Iida continues. "You perceived the true nature of the practical exam. Whiles I did not, I'm afraid to say that I have misjudged you, thinking you were only taking the entrance exam as a joke. You are clearly the superior student."

Izuku couldn't reply. He did deduce the logics behind the exam, but he never even considered the existence of Rescue points, he just...moved. What Izuku did however, was realise that Iida wasn't, as Kacchan would put it, "A stuck up spoiled brat." He was just overly serious about everything. 'He just needs to lighten up.' Izuku thought.

Re-entering the conversation, the brunette, now known as Ochako Uraraka chimed in. "I mean, after all he did, I'd be surprised if he didn't get accepted."

"That is true" added Iida.

"When the gates opened, he immediately went in like ZOOM! And then he gained a hundred points when we heard that BOOOOM! And then he beat up that Zero-pointer like SWOOOSH!" Ochako states excitedly whiles using her arms to convey Izuku's actions during the entrance exam along with the sound effects

Izuku was blushing, HARD. He isn't used to people complementing him without the expressions of pity at the end of the complements, or the "If only you had a Quirk" after the statement. He was snapped out of his embarrassment however, by the glare he could feel in the back of his head. 'Kacchan' Izuku thought. 'He must be furious about me being here, let alone stealing the number 1 spot from him. Urgh, this is gonna be a hassle' He lamented.

Before the conversation could continue however, a tired voice interrupted the brunette. "If you're just here to flatter you little crush then get out."

"Wha- wha?! He's not my-" Ochako said, stuttering all the way, whiles blushing and turning around to look at the voice's owner.

'That voice, I've heard it before' Izuku thought.

"This is the hero course, not a socialisation class" continued the tired voice.

'A giant caterpillar!' Thought the whole class.

"It took 8 seconds for all of you to shut up. Not good" said the giant yellow caterpillar whiles a homeless looking man proceeds to step out of it.

'Oh, it was a sleeping bag' thought the whole class again.

"Just as most things in the world, Time is a precious resource. One we only have 3 years' worth of. I'm your homeroom teacher Shota Aizawa, put on these gym clothes on and head outside. I'll explain everything when you're there".

[A few minutes later]

"A Quirk assessment test?!" Yelled/asked the entire class simultaneously.

"Wait, what about orientation?" Added Uraraka.

"If you have time to waste on that then good for you" replied Aizawa. "But I don't, so stop complaining if you actually want to become heroes. U.A has an open education system, which means we teachers get to decide what and how to teach our students. Besides, everything you need to know was already sent to you with you acceptance letters, if you didn't read it then sucks to be you."

"..."

"..."

"..."

Utter silence.

Taking the opportunity, Aizawa proceeds with his instructions. "The best way to prove the point I'm about to show you is via demonstration. Midori- no, actually your middle school records were already expressive. Let's call...ah, Bakugo. You placed second in the entrance exam. Come forward"

Bakugo walked forward, confidence overflowing with every step. "What is it?" he asked gruffly.

"How far could you throw back in middle school?" Asked Aizawa.

"75 meters." Replied Bakugo with a scowl in his face.

"Good, now try it with your quirk. Everything goes as long as you stay in the circle."

Bakugo grinned. 'Finally! I'm gonna break that damn Deku's record! I'm gonna show you just how far above you I am!'

"Die!" He yelled whiles throwing the ball with all his might and releasing a biggest explosion he can muster.

Aizawa looked at his phone. "The ministry of education still insists on not adding Quirks into the equation when calculating a person's average physical capabilities. Its not rational. Insisting that we are all born equal and impeding those with talents from excelling. Some day they will learn, but until then only we at U.A will allow physical exams with Quirk usage." Turning the phone around and showing it to the rest of the class. 800.4 meters. "Knowing your own limits, is the most rational way to figuring out how much you can grow in your next 3 years here at U.A.

Plus knowing your own strengths and weakness are also important in figuring out what kind of hero you'll be. That's what were doing this test for. To see if you are actually worth training or not."

The students' eyes begin to shine.

"Whoa! This is awesome!" yelled a red-haired boy.

"800.4 meters!? Holy shit!" said a tall kid with weird elbows.

"So we get to use our Quirks as much as we want?! That sounds fun!" Exclaimed a pink girl.

The last comment seems to have hit a nerve in Aizawa, as he quickly dismisses the notion. "Fun? Fun, you say. you're all planning on becoming heroes after 3 years in here...and you think it's gonna be all fun and games?" Aizawa looked at them with a glare. "Well then, whoever gets the lowest score will be deemed hopeless and be expelled by me personally. Does that still sound fun to you?" He said wit an evil smile.

"But it's only the first day!" Said Uraraka. "I mean, even if it wasn't it'd still be totally unfair!"

Before Aizawa could reply, Izuku interjects his classmate with a cold expression. "Uraraka-san, the world IS unfair, as Aizawa sensei said, all men are not born equal. Some are born with powers some are not, and even among those born with powers there's disparity for some are born with powerful Quirks, whiles others are born with weak Quirks, some are even incompatible with the person's body."

A blonde boy with a thick metal belt around his stomach, flinched at that statement.

"Even so..." tried to continue Uraraka, but Izuku doesn't let up.

"Tell me then, Uraraka-san, are natural disasters fair?"

"What-?"

"Landslides, earthquake, rampaging villains, are they fair? Our world is full of unfairness, calamity is always waiting to happen right around the corner. A hero's job is to combat that unfairness. And if we're not ready for that by the time we graduate then, we're gonna end up dead, six feet under. You can hate me for saying this or Mr. Aizawa for teaching like this, but if you want to become a hero and survive out there then suck it up and deal with it."

"Well said Midoriya" said Aizawa as he walks towards Izuku. "But I hope you're not just saying that to get my favour" he says whiles glaring down at the boy.

Izuku looks back at Aizawa, brows furrowed with a glare. "From what you said earlier about my records, sensei, I assumed you've made a background check on everybody here. And if you've seen my records then you should already know why I said what I said to my classmates."

"Very well then. Let's start this Quirk assessment tests."

Aizawa Shota was not a lenient teacher. His career as a hero showed him the unseen dark side of society. Being lenient and showing mercy, was a first-class ticket to an early grave as a pro. Something one of his most precious of friends had succumbed to.

It was one of the reasons why he agreed when Kayama (Midnight) suggested he starts a career in teaching. The children had to be taught that hero work wasn't all glamour and glory, there were lives on the line at all times, including their own. Of course, he couldn't give them constant death threats that one would experience as a pro hero, so he settled on the death of their hero career instead. Many saw it as cold and cruel, a part of him did too, but it was a necessary evil if he wanted his students to survive in their careers.

On his first day as a teacher, he gained his reputation as the toughest instructor in the school after he expelled his entire class. The principal never complained, so Aizawa continued. Maybe Nezu had the same view as he did. Class by class he would train only the best of the best students into the best damn heroes he could turn them into.

Life wasn't fair, so he wasn't either.

As usual, the class he got for 1-A were all still kids, all of them bubbly and excited for the start of their high school hero life. All of them wanted to be the best, another generation of All Might like smiles, but Aizawa would show them just how cruel the world can be...or so he thought.

Izuku Midoriya, one of his new students have been Quirkless for most of his life. According to his records, he just awakened his Quirk 10 months ago, yet he already has complete control over it. Aizawa thought that all that confidence would've gotten to the kid's head, but he was wrong. Aizawa knew the treatment of the Quirkless in their society. That was just another way to show how unfair their world can be, and this boy went through a decade and a half of it, usually that would be a bad thing with late bloomers like Midoriya having PTSD from their social treatment, but in Midoriya's case it was actually a good thing. The boy's physical assessment and academic records were flawless, utter perfection in everything, which means the only thing that could've gotten to him were the stares and comments of pity and doubt. Nothing a few counselling sessions won't fix, but what makes Izuku's case so special amongst the hero course student's is his insight. Insight that usually only a pro hero has on society's discrimination, insight of an adult who has seen the reality of the world.

Aizawa would be lying if he said that he didn't have high expectations from the kid, after all he did set new records in every aspect of the practical exam and given that his theory about Izuku's insight was proven right just a few seconds ago when he replied to his classmate about the unfairness of the world, he could see why All Might has taken such a liking to the boy.

[50-meter Dash]

Aizawa immediately started to put Midoriya to the test, by pairing him up with Iida, a student with a speed-based Quirk, to take the 50-meter dash.

"I hope you do your best Midoriya! May the fastest student win." Iida said with an honest smile. "This time, I will not repeat the same mistake that I did during the practical exam, I will no longer underestimate you, so I'll give it my all!"

Midoriya simply nodded and let a small smile make its way onto his face. 'He really isn't a bad guy.' He thought. 'Sorry for misjudging you too.'

Iida and Midoriya got into a sprinting position as the engines in Iida's calves revved up and Izuku starts preparing his " ITF Hyper speed " technique. Aizawa blew the whistle signaling the two students to start sprinting. They both took off at an impressive speed. Anyone watching was impressed by the speed of the two boys, but all eyes were on only one of them, Izuku Midoriya, who finished the race before his opponent could even take his second step.

Izuku Midoriya – 0.7 Seconds

Tenya Iida - 3.04 Seconds

Both students reached the finish line and their scores appeared on a giant screen behind Aizawa.

Aizawa was shocked, as Izuku crossed the line in a time that had them speechless. He had dropped the device in his hand while Izuku had to resort to using friction and digging his feet into the ground to stop himself, leaving a trail in his wake.

Iida, quickly recovering from his shock, finished the race and walked over to Izuku, offering the boy a handshake.

"I must say Midoriya, I am impressed with your speed. I haven't run into a lot of students who can keep up with me, but one who completely outclassed me in terms of speed...I have to say Midoriya, you truly are quite Impressive."

Speed was definitely Iida's forte, yet Izuku completely outclassed him in it, with a Quirk that wasn't specialising in speed to even begin with. This damaged Iida's pride, but it also ignited his competitive spirit, now seeing Midoriya as a rival and someone he has to surpass. Since his quirk was speed based, he felt as if he had to be the fastest one in the class, even if he wasn't the strongest.

[Grip strength]

The second highest score for the grip strength was earned by a student named Mezo Shoji, he had a score of 540 K.G. He had a mutant type quirk that allowed him to have multiple arms which definitely helped him in this regard.

Midoriya's score on the other hand, was 555 K.G. He definitely felt like he could potentially do more, but due to him having mostly concentrated on his legs in his training to optimise his fighting style, this was all he could do for now.

[Standing long jump]

The students were to use their quirks to clear a sandbox that was designed for a standing long jump. The self Proclaimed first placer in this one is Katsuki Bakugo, after detonating a humongous explosion, even bigger than the one he unleashed in the ball throw right under him to send himself flying. He went 600 meters over the sandbox.

'Talk about excessive' thought the entire class, since the only requirement to get a perfect score for the standing long jump was simply to clear the sand box, so Bakugo would've gotten a perfect score regardless.

[Repeated sidesteps]

This was easy enough for everybody in the class. And for this test, a short student, named Minoru Mineta came in second place after using the grape looking hairballs on his head to act like sideways trampolines, in which he simply bounced off of. The longer he did it, the more momentum he accumulated and the faster he got. By the end of it however, the boy started crying as he was unable to stop bouncing between his piles of hairballs, in which a student with a completely ice-covered left side had to step in and stop him by freezing the tiny boy in place. He accumulated a total of 250 sidesteps.

Izuku on the other hand only relied on his physical abilities on this one, since using consecutive Re techniques on such a short period of time would definitely exhaust him to the point where he is unable to finish the test. Nevertheless, he still managed to gain 300 points and take the first place, since unlike his grape headed partner, he didn't need to accumulate momentum, and therefore he got a 70 point head start compared to his partner, who only started to gain similar speeds to him after of their time limit has already passed.

[Ball throw]

Izuku was the last to take the test, by the insistence of Izawa. As he walked into the circle however, he started to feel sick, and his body began to relapse. "What is...going on?" asked Izuku as his body continues to shake due to the pain and he struggles to breathe.

"I erased your Quirk" Said Aizawa as he walks towards Izuku. "I knew it" he added. "You're pretty good at hiding it, but I can see through it. You damage your body when you use your Quirk don't you?"

"Only when I use it on full power" replied Izuku, kneeling and panting in the ground, his body aching as if he had used multiple full power renewal techniques simultaneously.

"Really? Cuz that's not what I'm seeing" said Aizawa as he crouched down, meeting Izuku's eye level. "Listen kid, you have a powerful Quirk, I'd be lying if i said I wasn't impressed by your performance. But from what I've observed, your body accumulates small damages in the form of fatigue, every time you use that weird Quirk of yours, and after a certain point, you body accumulates too much damage and it goes into relapse. Those Re techniques of yours seem to damage your body the most however, it's as if you're an injured athlete, you have acquired incredible skills, but your body can't perform them like how it's supposed to. If you continue on being a hero like this, your lifespan will shorten, and you'll end up dead before you can even become a grandpa. So, you choose. Keep being a hero in exchange for a short life? Or go back home and grow old with a normal life."

Izuku glared at Aizawa, despite his current state. "Aizawa-sensei...no...Eraser head, right?! I wasn't sure at first, but you basically confirmed it for me by erasing my Quirk." he said with a grin creeping up his face. "I...refuse…to give up on my dreams…after coming this far. If there's a set back...then I'll just have to find a way around it."

Aizawa turned off his Quirk, before turning back, stepping away from the circle and giving Izuku the signal to proceed with the ball throw against his better judgement. 'You talk just like him too. Just great, just how much of your ideologies did you pass on to this kid, All Might?' he thought. 'Oh well, I guess I'm just gonna have to expel him by force if he won't listen to reason.'

Izuku on the other hand, just stood there, staring at the ball, contemplating. 'How am I going to throw the ball without damaging my body? No, scratch that, that's to big of a leap for me to make, there's no way I could improve that much 8n just a few seconds, especially about a problem that I just discovered. Think Izuku, think! Urgh! If only I could just put my power in this ball and be done with it...wait, that's it! Instead of focusing all my power into my body, I should apply it to something more dispensable instead!'

"Any day now kid!" Yelled Eraser from the background, his patience running out. 'How long is he gonna just stand there?! Well, its not like its gonna change my verdict on his expulsio- '

" Pumba verse 19: Dog seller! " Izuku yelled as a powerful air cyclone burst out in front of him, sending the ball whirling in subsonic speeds, and causing dust to rise and circulate around him.

[A few seconds earlier]

Izuku looks at the ball, clenching it. It wasn't a staff, and he has never tried to do this before, so whether it would work was still something to be seen. But regardless, this was his best bet on staying in U.A. 'Please, let this work.' prayed Izuku to whoever was listening.

"Any day now kid!" Izuku heard Eraser head yell from a distance.

He began spinning the ball rapidly in his hands, as air begins to gather around it. " Pumba verse 19: Dog seller! " Yelled Izuku, as he then used the air, around the ball to unleash/create a whirlwind that propelled the spinning ball towards the sky.

850 metres.

"Whoa!"

"Did you see that?!"

"He beat the blonde guy's score!

Exclaimed some of his classmate's.

"Aizawa sensei!" said Izuku whiles walking towards the pro hero, trying to get his attention. "I can do this all day." He states with a feral grin on his face and clenching his fist before hitting his other hands palm.

'This kid...' Aizawa thought 'he clearly figured something out, but what the hell did he just do? All Might said he can only do something of that magnitude around 5 times a day before his body begins to relapse, yet he doesn't even seem to have gained any fatigue from pulling that stunt.'

"Just what the hell did you do kid?" asked Aizawa.

"I performed one of my weapon techniques." Replied Izuku. "It's done by applying my Shockwave Quirk to a weapon, rather than my body, but only ever worked when I used it on a polearm type weapon, so what I did just now, was actually just an experimental throw, a gamble, you could say.

Aizawa was shocked speechless, the kid didn't solve his self damaging problem, not by a long shot, but the kid figured out a way around Aizawa's "test" 'So this is why you chose him.' He thought in understanding, whiles looking back at his colleague hiding behind one of the school buildings. 'You found one hell of a golden egg, All Might.' He smirked under his scarf.

Bakugo on the other hand, was seething with rage. Killing intent gushed out of him, like a dam had broke, a dam of inferiority complex, towards the nerd! Towards Deku of all people. 'Why you!' he thought. 'Why do you always have to be above me! Even when you were Quirkless, you were always ruining everything from me! Keeping me from reaching the top, I was supposed to be on top! I was supposed to be the best! But instead, it was always, "oh Izuku did better"; "Midoriya could do that too"; "If only Midoriya had a Quirk". Midoriya this, Midoriya that! Why?!'

"Why do you always have to ruin everything!" Bakugo yelled, as he launched towards Izuku, using his explosions propel himself forward, and rage fuelling his actions.

Before he could reach his target however, he was wrapped in some sort of scarf as his Quirk deactivated and his movement was completely restrained. "What the- what the fuck is this?!" he growled. "Let me take that smug look off of that pretentious scar face!"

"Katsuki Bakugo." Aizawa started. "Calm down, before I have to expel you." He said, as he glared at the boy and tightening his restraints to prove his point. "As for you Midoriya, why did you just stand there? You could've easily dodged him. Is this a regular occurrence?"

"Yes sensei, it is" Calmly replied Izuku. "Don't worry though, he's never physically harmed me or anyone for that matter, it's just an intimidation tactic of his, i think." Lied Izuku, it wasn't an intimidation tactic, Bakugo would try to beat him and those weaker than him up if he had the chance, but Izuku never lets him. Defending other students from his bullying has become a daily routine in Izuku's middle school life. Pissing him off whilst he tries to bully other kids, then running away and leading him and his lackeys on a wild goose chase. 'Ahhh, good times' Thought Izuku.

"Really?" asked Aizawa suspiciously. "And what about those 'scars' of yours?"

Izuku sighed. "I got them from a car accident when I was a kid." He replied.

"Very well" said Eraser head as he slowly released Bakugo from his capture weapon. "Let's finish the Quirk assessment test and proceed with the endurance test. Everyone line up! Do a lap around the field and keep going until you collapse. The longer you keep running, the higher you points will be.

Aizawa came to regret making them do this exercise however, as the entire class immediately collapsed within the first two hours, as he expected, but the last two students left, kept running until sundown.

Getting tired of waiting, Aizawa told the two students, Momo Yaoyorozu, who has used her Quirk to make an electric scooter that would allow her to run laps indefinitely; whiles the other student, Izuku Midoriya, just seems to keep pushing himself beyond his exhausted state, to stop.

"You could've just given up, you know?" asked Yaoyorozu, while heading towards her classmate, and handing her hand out to the panting Izuku on the ground.

"Never" he replied, as he continuously took deep and uncontrolled breathes, trying to fill his lungs with as much oxygen as possible.

Momo chuckled at her new classmate's antic, as he took her hand and got up from the ground. "Izuku Midoriya" he said. "And you are?.."

"Momo Yaoyorozu" She replied.

"Nice to meet you!" they both said, before getting called by eraser head, to show them the results of the tests.

Aizawa stood in front of the entire class, everyone seemed ready to go home. In their defence, school should've ended 2 hours ago, they didn't even get the chance to have lunch, because of the Quirk assessment test. They we're tired dirty and hungry. So, Aizawa got straight to the point and showed the results before saying. "Just so you know, the expulsion threat for the dead last was just a ruse to make you give it your all."

The entire class exhaled their breaths, that they were unknowingly holding.

"That doesn't mean I won't expel any of you in the future though" Aizawa added. "So try to keep up or I'm kicking you out of the hero course before you end up killing yourself, got it?"

The entire class nodded.

"Good" said Eraser head before walking away. "You can go home now."

As Aizawa turned the corner to meet his expectant colleague, he immediately saw the smug look in his face.

"So? What do you think?" asked All Might.

"The kid is powerful; I can't deny that" Replied Aizawa. "But his power has a lot of drawbacks. It's as you said, the kid has a lot of power and seems to know how to utilise it, but his body is what's holding him back"

All Might nodded. "Yeah"

"Good thing he has a good brain along with his brawns" Aizawa continued.

"Huh?"

"I was planning on expelling him earlier" Aizawa continued as the kept conversing whiles walk to their office.

"Aizaw-" said All Might, temporarily halting his walk.

"Let me finish!" Aizawa Interrupted, irritation clear in his tone.

"Oh, sorry" replied All Might, as they continue their walk to the faculty office.

"I was observing him during the test like you suggested." Aizawa started. "But despite my high expectations of him, which he continuously blew away, I couldn't help but notice...His body doesn't only start to relapse after using those Re techniques of his at full power, but instead it accumulates. Every time he uses his powers, he slowly accumulates damage until the symptoms of relapse start to appear. His Re techniques simply accelerates the process of accumulation. If he goes on like that, he'll end up shortening his lifespan due to the continues damage dealt to his body. That's why I was going to expel him. I'm not gonna teach someone to kill themselves faster."

"But you didn't." said All Might. "What made you change your mind?" he asked.

"As I said, the kid has a good head on his shoulders." Answered Aizawa. "He found another way to apply his Quirk in a way that doesn't damage his body, whiles achieving similar results to what he probably would've gotten if he had used his Quirk on his body."

All Might smiled at that.

"The kid has a lot of flaws, but luckily he's creative enough to come up with solutions to solve them."

AN: Before you complain about Eraserhead being able to erase Izuku's Divine power(or what'sleft of it). I'm just gonna make divine powers a better and far more powerful version of quirks.Like stages of a power system

If there was a chart then the powers would go like: Quirks(Lvl 1) - Generation X divine powers/Quirk singularity(Lvl 2) - God powers(Lvl 3)

I'm trying to mix the two worlds by turning the MHA Quirk powers into a weaker version of Generation X powers.

If you've read the GOH Webtoon, then you'd know that the Generation X (people who developed their own divine powers after Ragnarok) is basically Human evolution picking up where it left off and making up for lost time.

After the Gods put the Taboo on humanity, halting their evolution and preventing them from being able to harm Gods, the power of humanity remained static for billions of years, but after the Taboo was broken, humanity regained it's ability to grow and evolved, along with the ability to harm Gods.

So yeah, basically what happened is that instead of evolving little by little, humanity's evolution stopped, then resumed at an accelerated rate. And If I somehow misinterpreted the Generation X's origins, then screw it, that's gonna be my fanfic's canon.

On the other hand, the MHA universe, never had Gods to put a Taboo on them, so the human evolution never stopped and it continued on a much slower rate compared to GOH. That's why Quirks are weaker than Generation X divine powers. As for the Quirk singularity, in this fanfic, its not a doomsday event, but rather, just the people of MHA reaching Generation X's level when it comes to raw power.
