Capital City of the SCE: Supreme Imperial City

He enter the swirling portal without worry and now he step out to see a busy street with many kinds of races wearing expensive clothing that in his kingdom they would recognize as high nobles. They are walking to go through their businesses not caring for the two who step out from the swirling dark portal.
On buildings at the front of the streets are full of glass that is see-through all of the advertisements represent what the shops are selling, like manikins with different kinds of glamorous clothes that represent they are selling high expensive clothing. On the sidewalk, there are rows of pink-colored trees that he has never seen before. They are so beautiful and add more beauty to the city.
In the crowd there are groups of black-armored beings that have different kinds of armor and weapon, they have a sigil of momonga in the left chest part, and on their back, they have a rune that says "law enforcement". On the paved roads, there are black carriages that have slick designs and are pulled by black horses with red glowing eyes and have two horns on the side of their heads. They have the same rune that says "Law enforcement" on the side of the black carriages.
He gaze at the distance and see a structure that for him is the tallest building that he see in his entire life. It is a seventy-story building and the exterior of it is full of glasses that shine brightly in the daylight. Big signage at the top of the building that says "High Raven Hotel". His eyes roam on this bustling and lively city, after a few minutes he calm down from his excitement and find where is his escort.
He look around to find her but she disappear. He stay in his position and don't wander so that his escort can find him quickly. While he is searching for her, a man pokes him three times in the back and he turn to see a man that has a head of a black panther and has a body of a well-built human. He wear white long sleeves with black intricate designs with gold edges and has black slim pants. Behind him are four full red armored soldiers that have red capes on the back and holding red spears and red round shields.
"Welcome to the Sorcerer Celestial Empire. I am Ferka Costin a high noble and will be Congressman in three days." He gave a slight bow and genuinely smile
"Greetings I am Emperor Shaaban Kassis. Emperor of the Meta Old Empire" He gave a slight bow too.
"Oh apologizes on behalf of our country that our commander-general disrespect a royalty. We have no authority over her because only the Emperor or his direct subordinates can command and punish her but if y-"
"Ah no no Ferka-dono, I am the one who should be apologizing because of crossing your borders without sending a letter"
"then we are even in this incidents, Emperor Shaaban"
"Yes Ferka-dono. And please just call me Shaaban when I see your imperial city, my empire can't compare in this masterpiece"
"I am glad you like it Lord Shaaban. After all, our Emperor Ainz create this whole paradise"
(WHY ARE THE GODS OF AINZ OOAL GOWN HERE?! Why are they here? that white paladin restricts all players here on this continent and he is the one violating. But how? And this whole city is more beautiful than their own two kingdoms combined the Re-estize kingdom and Baharuth empire.)

The high noble narrowed his eyes on the emperor and other blackguards that hear the statement look at them and surround him. He is now nervous and tries to remember if he says something disrespectful on the Gods of Ainz Ooal Gown.
"I-is there something I say that disrespects them?"
"Yes, there is only one supreme being. There is no other supreme being than him. No one"
He shivered because all the blackguards surrounding him show malice and hate towards him
"A-ah yes, I apologize for this disrespect towards your God"
The high-class noble slowly put back his calm demeanor towards him and the guards continue on their patrol. The emperor sigh because he saved his self again through his careful fake words
"Now let's forget about that, the supreme one is waiting for you in the High Raven Hotel."
A long white carriage with no horse stops beside the sidewalk and four elves wearing black tight suit riding a strange black horse that has two wheels with eyes that glows bright light (a black motorcycle Ducati 1098 to be specific). The two riders are in front of the strange black carriage and the other two are in the back. The door of the carriage opens and a human butler bow to him.
"What is this strange carriage? it is fascinating that it can go without an animal pulling it" The Emperor asked at the noble
"Oh that is called a Limousine it is for special events only"
The emperor is curious as to why there are no similar strange carriages like this on the roads.
"Can I ask a question? Why is there no similar carriage like that here?"
"Because the supreme one bans the usage of these vehicles in the public for safety. It is powered by electricity or magic but Emperor Ainz wants to use the carriages pulled by soul eaters as public transportation because it is cost-effective and the soul eaters don't get tired not unlike these advanced vehicles they need proper maintenance."
"Ohh" he just nod and go to the strange carriage. When he gets inside the carriage he is shocked by the size of the "vehicle" inside. It is enormous for him not like any other carriage that can carry four to six people. This long "vehicle" can carry eight to eighteen people and has wine bottles at the side.
The butler create a glass and ice cubes out of nowhere and pour the red wine into his glass. The butler served it to him and he graciously received it. He look outside and they are now moving with the four riders accompanying them. He drink the red wine and he felt bliss in his whole body.
As level 100 NPC ruling a kingdom guild, this kingdom's power surpasses any other kingdom he see, there is no poor in the streets, all structures are beautiful, all roads are paved, and the expensive carriages in his empire are just carrying goods for them. They have all in terms of economy, military, and governance that's why he can't offer anything even in wine that his empire is proud of are just like water when compared to theirs.
(This is so laughable they can kill me even though I am level 100 and take my country with this power in every category. But if this is where I die then it is inevitable.)
When they arrive at the tallest tower in this kingdom, the butler goes first and open the door to assist them. The noble and the emperor step outside of the carriage and see the first-class entrance.
The entrance has clear glass panels and has clear glass doors that automatically open. On the side are angels and demons wearing gold full plated armor holding a white cursed sword with black markings guarding the whole tower.
Ten angels wearing white plated armor with a dragon skull on their left shoulder and on their backs is a pristine white cape come out from the automatic glass doors and walk towards them. He see the noble bow down and even though he is an emperor he is not foolish to disrespect these mighty angels.
"I am Keter and here are my siblings Chokhma, Binah, Chesed, Gevura, Tifereth, Nezach, Hod, Malkhut and Yesod. We will escort you to the supreme one"
They have extraordinary nice-looking faces and the blue glowing runes in their faces add to their divine stunning faces. He observed their armor and it is well crafted. If someone says that their armors are made of the gods themselves, he will not doubt it. then he digests all of their names and now he hears or saw their names somewhere. When he realize it, he trembles and shake his head denying it is possible.
(Ahaha they are just copies haha yes yes there is no possibility that a player can command a world-class enemy like ten archangels of the sephira or even one low leveled world class enemy yeah I see them in the royal library and I think they are fake yeah hahaha) The emperor thought
"Haha then lead the way" He try to calm down and assume that they are fake.
