A Freeman's tale
Gordon Freeman stepped out of the portal he created from his suit as he came upon Stanford Pines including several people he doesn't know of, but has a pretty good idea where he is. This place must have been Gravity Falls according to what Stanford had told him and he noticed someone that looks like Stanford, perhaps it is his twin brother. He sees teenagers and kids looming in the background as well.
"Gordon glad you are here," said Stanford
"I got your signal," said Gordon "Did you get older all of a sudden, the last time I saw you, you were younger."
"What do you mean?" said Stanford
"I mean you traveled through dimensions like I have and you don't age as much…..well I don't age at all," said Gordon "Apparently someone didn't calibrate your home dimension coordinates right and you are the age you are now."
"Oh right…." said Stanford "Stanly you idiot what did you use to power the portal,"
"Toxic waste," said Stanly "What is the big deal,"
"Never mind," said Stanford
"Are you really a dimensional warrior," said Dipper "Battling an unstoppable alien empire from destroying all dimensions, here I thought Bill was bad,"
"So your old sparing partner Bill was here," said Gordon "I don't see any damage,"
"Long story," said Stanford
"Say are you single," said Mable "I can hook you up with a really nice girl,"
"And these two are," said Gordon
"Dipper and Mable," said Stanford
"Pleased to meet you two," said Gordon "Yes I am him, and I travel alone if that is what you mean,"
"Can you tell us about yourself and how you met uncle Ford," said Dipper
"I might as well," said Gordon "Ok gather around people I have a tale to tell you."
He started explain about himself as he is or was a native of Seattle, Washington life in which he always had it's ups and downs since he got a job to join Black Mesa research facility, as he told them he was an orphan with no parents in which the only thing that people found on him at when he was found on the door step of an orphanage is his name and nothing more.
Gordon explained that he was already regarded as the quiet type and willing to adapt to any situation until he was in his teens as the orphanage at first put money away for him to go to college considering how smart Gordon is who is willing to learn and grow upon in life.
His childhood heroes were Albert Einstein, Stephen Hawking, and Richard Feynman because books were his friends in which that is all he had. He told them about an exhibited an early interest in theoretical physics, especially quantum mechanics and the theory of relativity. After observing a series of teleportation experiments conducted by the Institute for Experimental Physics at the University of Innsbruck, the transmission of matter became Gordon's obsession.
He told them he had no known dependents. As he explained he graduated from MIT with a Ph.D. degree in Theoretical Physics. His doctoral thesis on the teleportation of matter through extremely dense elements was titled Observation of Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen Entanglement on Supraquantum Structures by Induction through Nonlinear Transuranic Crystal of Extremely Long Wavelength (ELW) Pulse from Mode-Locked Source Array.
He told them he took up residence in Black Mesa however his job in general in regards was nothing more than a joke like manual labor, despite his qualifications. Consisting of little more than pressing a button and pushing a cart as he found that to be a little embarrassing at times, but it paid well and Gordon often wondered if he would be doing this utter nonsense for the rest of his life. At time he spent in Black Mesa he only said a few words and kept his mouth shut most of the time, he considered himself a little anti-social being an orphan and all.
An inter-dimensional rift in space time happened and his world changed forever, as he told them in detail in which he became something he would never thought in becoming. A hero, he never dreamed he was one. In which he explained he survived all the challenges and got the respect of a few people for his acts of bravery. Then he wound up in another dimension called Xen and doing battle against an alien warlord named Nihilanth
He told them to never mind about the name, as he told them he killed the alien warlord and then he was confront by a being he despises the most, the G-man. The people noticed in the room how angry he got with that name. He was given a choice to live or die in a form of a deal. Gordon did not want to do either, then all of sudden the choice was made but not by him. No it was the G-man himself. Gordon explained in detain It wasn't until two decades later he had learned the G-man put him in a place far from time, space, thought and even Earth itself.
The G-man stated the right man in the wrong place can make all the difference in the world it wouldn't be an understatement it is a fact as Gordon found himself in the middle of the occupation by an inter-dimensional alien empire known as the Combine. They in fact conquered the Earth in seven hours thanks in part to a traitor named Dr. Wallace Breen, that name alone made his blood boil. Then he went to explain uprisings, creatures and other things as well in which began as Gordon helped in many ways often doing battle against combine forces until finally driven out of his dimension.
Then finally he explained after the death of a friend of his, his other friends went off to the artic in finding a ship owned by Black Mesa had survived and after discovering technology like the Hazardous Environmental Suit that was on board the Borealis Finally told them he went on several adventures in other dimensions
"Whoa! Dudes," said Soos "Talk about some serious overload here,"
"Your like a science warrior," said Dipper
"Oh and that guy you mentioned," said Stanford "He was here and Bill didn't like him at all, some large hand took Bill away,"
"I thought as much," said Gordon "Considering there are many mysteries out there that we don't know about."
"Ok so how did you two meet," asked Mable
"My hazmat suit has a program to travel to one dimension to another and the coordinates for each dimension is in the files," said Gordon "I came upon an Earth that was abandoned due to an invasion by aliens….the Combine, I scanned the rest of the dimension as the dimension itself had been abandoned as well,"
"I was investigating a rumor about someone called The-one-Free-Man battling some dimensional Empire," said Stanford "I don't have a suit like Gordon, however I do know how to calculate the dimensional shifts in each dimension, which can create a small portal by pinpointing the location of that portal."
"Blah, blah, blah," said Stanly "All nerd stuff,"

"As I continue this long odyssey I found myself in a dimension that is completely abandoned as I looked further into why. I discovered it was the work of aliens from another dimension. My scanners from my suit indicated, Combine technology was used here by means of portals or some idiot must have created portal technology…"
One life form detected dimensional shift portal opened

His suit indicated the life form is in the ruined city of Chicago and so Gordon walked into the ruined city itself.
Stanford Pines on the other hand looked at his surroundings as he recognized the city of Chicago or what is left of it, he has been traveling one dimension at a time and he wondered what happened here as it looked like it been through a war. He called out to anyone, but no one is around and walked further into the city itself. One hour later Stanford Pines calculated the next dimensional shift will happen in three days time, so basically he is stuck here for now and then he spotted someone coming out of the shadows, he looked like a tough customer as he is wearing some sort of armor.
"Say do you know what happened here," asked Stanford
"Would you believe an inter-dimensional empire did this," said Gordon
"So the rumors are true about an empire," said Stanford "Who are you?"
"Gordon Freeman," said Gordon
"The-one-free-man," said Stanford "I heard rumors about someone of that name"
"Yeah that's me," said Gordon
Gravity Falls
"So what happened after that," said Dipper
"Oh we talked a bit," said Gordon "Then I went to warn other dimensions, then I got Stanfords message and here I am,"
"Say Gordon you need is a girlfriend," said "Mable "
Gordon spends a few hours here and then he leaves this dimension.
