Chapter 9: Never let a Black Cat cross your path *18+ Content*

"Katsuki! Help me out with the trash!"

"I'm fucking busy!"

"Get down here you little shit and help me," Mitsuki yelled as Bakugo walked downstairs. He snatched the bag from her hands, earning him a hit to the head.

"You hag! I have the bag already!"

"Then hurry up and wash those damned dishes"! Bakugo let out an enraged scream and made his way outside. Mitsuki scratched her in annoyance and took a seat.

"What are you reading, Masaru?"

"It's about the Sports Festival incident. It happened all over the world. Several reports of objects glitching and sudden earthquakes. Heroes and Governments all over the world are trying to find the cause."

"Yeah, that was a crazy time. I lost my phone at the time and missed a bunch of Katsuki's calls. Apparently, Izuku went missing for a few minutes and he got worried. Haven't seen him worry about Izuku in a long time. It was a nice change… even though it was also a bad thing". Masaru slightly chuckled and heard that someone was at the door. Mitsuki took a sip of her coffee and walked to the door.

"Hey, Auntie!"

"Izuku! Oh wow, we were just talking about you. Come in". Izuku smiled and walked into the house. He waved at his uncle and took a seat at the table.

"Eh?! What the fuck is the nerd doing here?!"

"Watch your mouth! Wash those dishes now!"

"Morning, Katsuki."

"Go to hell"! Izuku sighed and Mitsuki sat down.

"You rarely visit now. What's the occasion?"

"Oh, I was wondering if I could ask a few questions."

"Of course! We're always here for you. So what are they about?," Mitsuki said as she took a sip of her coffee.

"It's about my dad," Izuku answered causing his auntie to spit out her coffee. Masaru put his paper down and Katsuki dropped a cup in the sink.

"Or… maybe not. Sorry."

"No, no! It's fine. Just… didn't expect that. Uh, what do you want to know?"

"I was on my computer last night and found this note. It said that you might have some things that belonged to him and I should ask you".

The kitchen got quiet only for it to be broken with Mitsuki standing up and signaling Izuku to follow her. Izuku did so and both of them walked towards the basement door. The pair walked downstairs and stopped.

"You might want to step back a bit," she said as she grabbed a crowbar and used it to pry a loose wooden plank. A few minutes later and Izuku walked over to her. There was a hidden door and without a doorknob.

"Damn. Hold on, I think I ca-," Mitsuki was interrupted as Midoriya slammed into the door, breaking it open. Inside were several Boxes labeled "Midoriya". He moved forward and opened one box. Inside it contained pictures of Hisashi, Inko, himself, Mitsuki, and Masaru. Mitsuki walked in and grabbed a picture of her and Izuku's mother.

"Inko… she… we look so young. God, where did that all go? Izuku, Masaru, and I were entrusted to keep all of this hidden until you were old enough to understand. Guess you are."

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, just didn't expect to see Inko today. Just made me feel a little, you know. All of this stuff is yours, okay? All these boxes, pictures, papers, and whatever else."

"Thank you. I guess I should probably start moving these to the apartment."

"Are you sure? They seem pretty heavy."

"I may not look like much, but I'm pretty strong".

~Midoriya Residence~

Izuku put down the last box in his room. "Thanks again, Uncle Masaru. You didn't have to."

"No, it would be cruel to let you carry all of these boxes home alone. But I gotta say, either I'm getting really old or you're one of the strongest people I've met". Izuku laughed nervously and helped his uncle out.

"If you need anything else, call me, Mitsuki, or Katsuki. Alright?"

"Yeah. Thanks". Izuku closed the door and went back to his room. There were so many boxes that belonged to his father and Izuku wasn't sure what to look for exactly. He felt like there was something bigger hidden in those boxes. He looked through each one and found a few interesting items. Pictures of his dad and mother in their youth, old family videos, and a few old pieces of American Pro Heroes. But there was nothing about Oscorp or Venom.

He was down to the final box and opened it up. Inside of the box was a large painting of him, his dad, and his mom. He picked it up and looked at it for a second. "This is really old. When did this get painted? Ah! Maybe I can hang it somewhere… I might have to remove one of these All Might posters".

Izuku placed the painting on his bed and safely removed a large All Might poster. Now that the space was free, he placed the painting over there. It was the first time he saw them all together. Midoriya smiled and went back to his desk, seeing that there was still one more file on his desk. "Maybe I should read this about this too. After that I'll look for Black Cat".

Izuku opened up the file to see three separate pictures. Each one contained a Spider with a unique design, but he recognized one all too well. It was the same green and red Spider that gave him his powers. The other two were very different with one being much darker, having the number 70 on its back, and the other one being white with a slight shade of red at its abdomen with the number 128.

'Wait… no, no, no. There can't be more Super Spiders, right? Unless… Miles had a Peter Parker in his universe. They both had similar powers… did someone already come in contact with one of the spiders? Did the spiders come in contact with… Alright, alright… Focus Deku! Save Venom from Black Cat first, then look for those Spiders. Or find anything related to them. Now, where is she'?

Izuku organized the file and put it to the side. He located where the tracker was and couldn't believe it. "This is a joke right"?

Izuku put on his costume, climbed out the window… and moved to the other side of the building! 'This isn't a joke'?!

Spider-Man slowly opened the window and let himself in. Something was definitely off. The window was open, the door wasn't locked, and Midoriya could hear the shower stop. 'Crap'! Spider-Man slipped under the bed, hoping not to get caught. He could hear her getting changed and waited for her to leave or something.

"I'm done getting changed. You can come out Spider". He froze as he heard that and slowly looked out. With her arms crossed she patiently waited for him to get out under her bed.

"This isn't what it looks like."

"So you didn't sneak into my apartment to catch me naked?"

"What?! No!"

"Boo. There goes Plan A."

"Plan A?! No, where is it?!"

"Where's what?"

"The Goo you took from Oscorp! The Symbiote!"

"Oh! That little thing. Yeah, I gave it to the League."

"I- You… DAMN IT!"

"Jeez, Why do you need it?"

"That's a need to know basis."

"Hmmm. Considering how invested you were in those files… I'm going to guess it's personal."

"How… A little."

"I'll cut you a deal! You still owe me that favor."

"What favor? I never agreed to that!"

"Too bad. If you want me to give you a hint about where the symbiote is, I need you to do me this favor."

"I-... what are your demands?"

"You and I… are going to have some fun!"

"Why do I feel like I'm about to do something illegal."

"Okay, we need to clear some things. One, just cause I'm with the League doesn't mean I'm a bad gal… mostly. Two, I may be crazy enough to cause some trouble, but I promise to behave. Three, I like you a lot. And I know you get all defensive if I suggest something Illegal like stealing, drinking people's blood, or anything like that."

"Wait, what was that last one?"

"Not important. Now, follow me," Black Cat said as she jumped out of the window. Spider-Man knew that today was going to be rough.

~Hatsume Household~

Hatsume was in the kitchen making herself something quick to eat while waiting for Harry. Why was she waiting for him? Hatsume asked if he could bring some materials to help her experiment on something with her armor. Once she heard knocking at her door, she rushed over to see Laura with a box of materials. "Laura? Wh-"

"Let me in, please. This is really heavy"! Hatsume opened the door completely and Laura rushed inside placing the materials on a nearby table. She sat down to catch her breath while Hatsume tried to lift up the box. It was extremely heavy!

"Jesus! How far did you carry it?"

"From Harry's house to here."

"What?! How are you alive?"

"Good old healing and superhuman strength. Harry wasn't able to make it so he asked me."

"What about Liz?"

"She tried to lift it but failed. Besides, she had plans with Mina, Jiro, and a girl named Toru. Something about a secret club."

"Wow. Well, thanks for coming all this way! With these materials, I could finish in two weeks."

"What are you even working on again?"

"Remember that arm I used during the sports festival? I'm trying to make the gloves and boots retractable, but there are a few problems. I didn't have the proper materials, It's pretty much impossible to miniaturize them, and Izuku isn't here to help me."

"Well, you have the materials now. If you can't miniaturize them, then find another way to make them work. Considering that you want to take it with you and be able to easily access it, you could try making it portable."

"That's… actually a great idea! I didn't expect you to be this intelligent."

"When the great Wolverine is your father, you meet a lot of smart people. I remember when Morgan used to be my babysitter."

"Lucky. Would you like to help me out then? You can help yourself to anything in the fridge."

"That's an offer that I can't refuse. Alright, let's do it"! Hatsume grabbed some things from the box and rushed upstairs with Laura right behind her.

~Unknown Location~

"Where are we, Cat?"

"I said I wanted to do something fun. And I think you'll enjoy this too. Look down there".

Spider-Man looked down to see a group of people moving boxes into a truck. Confused, he turned to Black Cat for answers. "Shie Hassaikai is a Yakuza group. From what I gathered, I found out that they were transporting jewelry like this large tiger shaped diamond, weapons from Oscorp, and some secret weapons. Apparently, this secret weapon is being used to erase Quirks."

"Erase Quirks? Like permanently?"

"Yeah, so the plan was to stop them. You know, be a hero."

"I didn't expect this from you, Cat. I think I completely misjudged you. Alright, let's take them down together. You ready?"

"Quiet as Cat."

"And sneaky as a Spider," Izuku said as they both made their way to the room. They quietly entered the warehouse seeing several crates in there. Black Cat saw as two thugs were out of sight of the others signaling Spidey. Together, they each grabbed the head of one of them and slammed it to the ground. Izuku webbed them up and went back to the roof.

"Hammerhead's here! Everyone pays attention"! Izuku and Black Cat slowly climbed down to see what was going on. That name seemed awfully familiar to our web-slinger, but he couldn't quite put his finger on it. Not until he heard his voice and that accent.

"Well, well. It would seem that we have a bunch of items and weapons that'll even make the big man jealous."

"The big man, sir?"

"Ah, apologies. Old habits, die hard. I meant Tombstone, the poor chap that's rotting in jail thanks to the Spider. Luckily neither he nor any of the Pros know about our operations yet. So I stopped by to tell y'all to get the job done. As efficiently and as quickly as possible. You hear?"

"Loud and clear, old friend," Spider-Man said as Black Cat and himself landed on two other thugs. The others got ready to fight before Hammerhead opened his mouth.

"Your timing is impeccable, Spider-Man. Things really have changed. You even got yourself a sidekick."

"Sidekick?!"

"What do you know about the Shie Hassaikai? It's obvious that you're just a pawn in this whole operation."

"Nice to see that you've matured a little since our last encounter. Acting more seriously."

"Don't be so hard-headed."

"No."

"No, I'm serious! Get it through you Skull."

"So much for maturity. Kill them all," Hammerhead said calmly as he raised two Tommy guns at the two.

"Scatter"! Spider-Man pulled himself towards an enemy, landing an attack. Meanwhile, Black Cat took out her claws and threw a smoke bomb. Even though he wasn't able to see them, Hammerhead still pulled the trigger. Once the smoke cleared, there were only two unconscious bodies on the ground.

"Find them! Use your Quirks to kill"! Spider-Man couldn't find Black Cat anywhere near him. 'She's probably finding a way to attack carefully'.

Midoriya rushed towards another criminal, launching him into the air. One of the thugs shot acid towards him, causing Spidey to dodge and grab the other guy. He spun the criminal around a little bit, only to launch him towards Hammerhead. "Alright Cat! I could really use your help"!

Suddenly, alarms started going off as the doors of the facility started closing down. The thugs started to panic and rushed out. "Sorry Spider. I need someone to distract Hammerhead and his goons in order to get this little beauty," Black Cat said as she lifted the very same diamond she was talking about. Midoriya couldn't believe it.

"Don't worry. The cops and Pros should be here to help."

"No. Are you telling me all of this was planned?! Was it all fake? The Shie Hassaikai? The Quirk Erasing bullets?"

"Quirk erasing bullets? How do you know about that?"

"Because she… wait. So it is true? The Shie Hassaikai are actually real and are manufacturing Quirk erasing bullets?!"

"Great, just when I thought this was a random coincidence. Nothing personal kid, but I can't let you know that," Hammerhead said as he pulled out something from his pocket. He opened it up and injected himself with it. Suddenly he let out a scream that could be heard for miles.

"What the hell did you inject yourself with, Hammerhead?!"

"A little special formula curiosity of the Shie Hassaikai. Now I'm gonna rip you to shreds"!

Hammerhead rushed towards Spider-Man and slammed him to the ground. Luckily, Midoriya was able to kick off the massive criminal. "He's faster… ow, and strong. Like me, strong".

Izuku retreated to the shadows hoping to be able to strategize. Hammerhead didn't allow that as he leaped into the air and slammed him down again. "Guess that's out of the question. Alright, tough guy, let's get up close and personal," He said as his fist clashed with Hammerhead's… head. Izuku felt a sharp pain from his wrist and kicked him back. Hammerhead let out a roar and aimed his weapons towards Spidey.

'Think, think! How did I beat him last time? Well for one he wasn't as strong or fast. Hopefully, my webbing will be strong enough to slow him down. I need a few good hits in'! Spider-Man used his webbing to pull himself towards Hammerhead and slammed to the ground, causing a small crater in the process. He jumped off him and webbed to the ground. Sadly, he broke out of the webs. All that did was piss him off more. He rushed Spider-Man once more, with Izuku barely evading it. However, that was a good thing for Midoriya.

'He wasn't as fast this time! The trigger drug is temporary. Here's the new plan, wear him out'. Spider-Man reached into his utility belt and threw out three trip mines. Hammerhead rushed him once more, activating the traps. Each trap shot out a strong strand of webbing, slowing down the villain. Spidey launched himself once more and stomped on his head. While that was a powerful attack, it wasn't enough. So Izuku got into a boxing stance and let him have it. All of his Jabs and Hooks were both powerful and quick.

"Lights out, Hammy," he said as he delivered a swift uppercut to his jaw, launching him a few inches in the sky and finally knocking him out. As he went down, Spider-Man felt a huge amount of relief.

"Now to get out of here."

"Like that'll happen"! Spider-Man's Spider-Sense flared up as he dodged an incoming kick. Izuku got into a fighting stance and saw several Pro Heroes. The BMI Hero: Fat Gum, Shield Hero: Crust, and the Lock Hero: Rock Lock. "So you're working for Hammerhead?"

"I swear every time I take out the bad guy, people always assume it's me. He's literally on the ground! Why did you attack me?"

"I mean, you're still wanted for vigilantism. Why else?"

"Right, that little detail. Before I escape, you guys need to know something. Hammerhead was working for a Yakuza group called Shie Hassaikai. They are working on some dangerous drug that is able to erase Quirks. You guys might want to investigate that."

"Like we'd believe something that outrageous. You just want to save your own skin," Rock Lock said as he rushed Spider-Man. Reluctantly, Izuku got into a fighting position. Only for Rock Lock to stop as a knife pierced his leg. Midoriya ran towards him to try to help, only to be grabbed into the air.

"Miss me?"

"Cat? I thought you left!"

"How could I leave someone as adorable as you?," She said as they escaped. Leaving Fat Gum, Crust, and Rock Lock in the warehouse.

~Hatsume Residence~

"And… we… are done!"

"Not really. That's only the gloves. We still need to do the boots, power them up, find a way to make them portable, paint them a nice ruby red, and test them out!"

"... I wanna go home now. I spent hours and several headaches helping you! How do you make it seem so easy?!"

"I've always loved creating my babies. The challenges, the ideas, the aftermath. So many ways to improve, it's such an incredible feeling."

"I mean I can probably understand that feeling. But creating gadgets, that's not for me."

"I mean that's understandable. Besides, you should probably go home. It's getting really late."

"Yeah, I really should. Don't want to worry Harry, Liz, or my dad. If you see Midoriya tell him I said ``Hi."

"Will do! Thanks again Laura, see you next time". Laura waved goodbye and left the room. With that, Hatsume pulled up another secret tab. It was a design of a pair of glasses, but these weren't ordinary glasses. They acted the same as Spider-Man's Lenses. A user's interface that she can use as a way to control her armor, target system, contact Izuku, and finally, help her locate any incoming danger. A digital Spider-Sense.

However, that last thing would take a while to perfect. Either way, she knew that from this something big was going to happen. Now, if only she could contact Izuku.

~Musutafu, Japan~

"Don't tell me you're still mad about that little stunt I pulled?"

"Why did you really come back for me? Is it because you think you can manipulate me again?"

"I swear that was a one-time thing! I couldn't resist that beauty. I was honest with you though, I really do like you."

"Well, sorry if I don't trust you that much."

"It's that bad huh?... fine".

Black Cat let out a huge sigh and took off the silver part of her hair. Spider-Man didn't expect this and almost let go of the web he was holding onto. Finally, she took off her mask, revealing her yellow cat-like eyes. "I like you enough to show you who I really am. Himiko Toga, 17".

He didn't know what to say. He could only notice how beautiful she looked. Himiko got closer and slowly pulled down his mask, only to stop midway. Izuku knew what was about to happen, but for once in his life, he didn't retaliate. And so, Himiko and Izuku lips met together. A kiss that lasted for a good 15 seconds, before Izuku got off his web and sat down with her, entering another kiss.

However, it quickly escalated as Toga grabbed Spider-Man and pinned him to the roof. "In case you're new to this or can't read body language, I consent."

"Y...yeah same. But here's the thing."

"I'm not sure if a rooftop is the best place."

"Not comfortable in public yet? I guess we can move this party to my place. Anything else?"

"Tomura Shigaraki, I presume."

"Trust me, you don't want to shake his hand. His Quirk is a little extreme."

"I understand. However, as you hired me, I must try to act professionally. It's an honor to be here," A man in animal fur said as he bowed in respect. Shigaraki smiled as he did.

"I heard that you had some incredible feats. Even though you're Quirkless."

"You've been informed right. There is a reason my name is Kraven the Hunter!"

"Well, I would like you to hunt this problem we've had."

"Ah yes, I've heard you've had a Spider problem from Mr. Fisk. I promise you to catch him. Dead or alive."

"Good. I look forward to it," Shigaraki said as he giggled with joy. For once, things could go his way.

'You know what, screw it,' Izuku thought to himself as he grabbed Himiko and pinned her to the bed.

"Ooo, good start. You seem to know what you're doing."

"Uh, actually I have no clue. I'm just going with the flow."

"Then let me take control," Toga said as she kissed once more while slowly pulling down her suit's zipper. Izuku broke the kiss to catch his breath and in order to do the same, revealing his exposed body. She expected him to be strong, but this was something else. Not to mention, those scars. Let's just say, Himiko was more excited than ever. Once he completely took off his shirt, his mask was slightly uneven causing Toga to toss it and continue their session. Izuku's hand made its way to her breast, causing her to moan.

Hatsume also seems close to finishing her prototype armor. Mei showcasing her hard work will probably take place after this whole "Hunted" Arc. Look forward to that!... And one more thing.
