The next morning, Felicity came into Victoria's room with both breakfast and some good news.

"Well, nothing extremely concerning has popped up on any tests, so I would say that after we feed you some breakfast, you'll be free to go, Victoria."

Victoria let out a sigh of relief. "Thank Merlin."

"Thank you for everything that you've done," Charlie said to Felicity.

"Your sister is a strong girl, Charlie, I can't take all of the credit. I'll go and get the discharge papers ready."

"You like her, don't you?" Victoria asked as she nibbled at her scrambled eggs.

Charlie immediately blushed a dark red. "What are you talking about?"

"Felicity. You like her."

"Well yeah, I mean, she's a nice person, and look at how good she's taken care of you-"

"Charlie, that's not what I'm talking about and you know it. You, my dear brother, are twitterpated."

"I'm what?"

Victoria sighed. "I have seriously got to have you watch more Muggle movies. What I am trying to say is that you're in love."

"You're nuts."

"Maybe, but I'm speaking the truth, aren't I? You like Felicity."

Charlie shrugged his shoulders, trying to act casual. "So what if I am?"

"If you are, then you need to tell her, Charlie! You can't just push your feelings to the side."

"You and Ginny were both raised around boys, how the hell do you know about things like this?"

Victoria rolled her eyes. "I share a dorm with Pansy Parkinson, I, unfortunately, have to know about these things because of how much she goes on and on about Draco Malfoy."

Charlie pretended to gag. "Lucius' kid? How could anyone like a sleazeball like him?"

"Your guess is as good as mine, although it's probably something to do with his money or something. Now don't be changing the subject. Either you tell Felicity how you feel about her or I will."

"You wouldn't dare."

"Since when have I ever not dared to do something, Charles?"

Charlie groaned loudly. "You know that I hate it when you call me that."

'Then quit being stupid and tell her how you feel. I really don't see why I have to twist your arm about it. I mean, the worst that could happen would be that she says no and you move on."

"I guess so," Charlie grumbled.

"Good, so when she comes back with the paperwork, I'll sign everything while you talk to her."

It was about an hour later when Felicity came with the discharge papers. Victoria gave her brother a look before she took the papers from Felicity. "Felicity, my brother has something he needs to talk to you about, it's rather urgent."

"Oh?" Felicity gave him a worried look. "If you want to, we can go in the hallway and talk, Mr. Weasley."

"Y-yeah." Charlie glanced at Victoria, who gave him a subtle thumbs up, and he gave her a small smile in return before walking out of the room with Felicity.

"Is everything alright?" The Healer asked him.

"Yeah, everything's fine, I just-" He rubbed his hands together, noticing that they were starting to get clammy because of his nerves, and he hoped that she didn't notice. "Um, I was wondering if maybe you would want to get coffee or something sometime?"

"Actually, I have a better idea. Tomorrow I get off early, so how about we grab something to eat once I get off?"

Charlie's face lit up instantly. "Yeah! I-I mean, yeah, that sounds like it would be fun. What time do you get off?"

"Five. I know this Muggle place that has the best food, food that you would kill for."

"Sounds perfect. I'll pick you up at five then."

Victoria could tell instantly when Charlie walked back into the room that things had gone rather well. "So? What happened?"

"We're going out for dinner tomorrow."

"Yes!" Victoria cheered, pumping her fist in the air in excitement. "Maybe now you'll listen to your sister more often."

"I'm not gonna say that you were right, but you weren't wrong either."

"Oh come on Charlie, there's no shame in admitting that you were wrong about something."

Charlie ruffled his sister's hair, and she let out a squeal before pushing his hand away.

There was a knock on the door, and both of them looked over in surprise to see Molly standing in the doorway.

"Victoria?" Molly cleared her throat. "Um, how are you feeling?"

Victoria had stiffened immediately, her hands clutching at the crisp white bedsheets. "I'm getting discharged today."

"Oh good, so does that mean that you'll be coming back home for the remainder of the holiday then?"

"No. If they'll let me, then I'll probably go back with Quincy and Lynette, or I'll go back to the school."

"Victoria-"

"Mum, what is this? Are you trying to apologize or something? Because this isn't the best way of doing it."

"Darling, I'm sorry, I overreacted-"

"I'm not just talking about what happened over the holidays, Mum, I'm talking about how you've treated me ever since I got sorted into Slytherin."

"What do you mean?"

"Oh, don't try and act like you're innocent." Victoria scoffed. "You hardly ever wrote me, and then that turned into you not writing me at all. I get that you might have been disappointed, but I'm still your daughter, blood or not, you agreed to that when you took me in, and the way that you've been treating me lately isn't how a mother should be treating their daughter."

"Mum, I don't think that this is the best time to be talking about this," Charlie said before glancing down at Victoria. "There's still a little bit of the holidays left, why don't you come back to Romania with me? You can stay in my flat and help me with some of the dragons and meet my friends."

"I don't think that's a good idea-" Molly started to say when Victoria interrupted her. "I think that's a brilliant idea. After your date of course."

"Of course," Charlie said with a grin. "No way that I'm going to miss that."

"You're going on a date?" Molly asked, her face brightening. "Who is she? What's she like?"

"She's Victoria's Healer. You actually have her to thank for it, she's the one that made me have the balls to ask her out."

"You already had them, they just didn't want to come out," Victoria said with a laugh.

"I have a hotel room here in the city, it has two beds, so you can stay there with me until I go back to Romania."

"You're not going to stay in the Burrow?" Molly asked in disappointment.

"I wanted to be close to Victoria in case something happened," Charlie stated. "Since you didn't seem to care enough to."

"Charlie, don't you think that you're being a little bit harsh to me?"

"Mum, you have no idea how badly you messed up, do you? It's like the moment that Victoria got sorted into Slytherin, you forgot how sweet and kind she is, and you thought she turned into some kind of monster. You know, I work with people that were sorted into Slytherin, and they're the nicest people that I know. So until you start treating Victoria the way that you should, I think it's best if we don't see each other."

"Charlie, you don't mean that-"

"I do. You ready to go, Tori?"

Victoria nodded her head, and Charlie helped her to get out of the bed. "Thank you." She whispered, and she wasn't just talking about him helping her out of the bed.

Charlie knew immediately what she was talking about. "I'll always be here for you." He said. "Let's get back to the hotel, and then I think that some ice cream is in order. Besides, there's a surprise waiting for you back at the hotel, if our room is still standing."

"What do you mean?"

"You'll find out. Let's get out of here."

/sorry for the late update everyone, I wasn't in the best place mentally, but hopefully I'm back now!
