"How much further?" Louie panted.

"We've only been walking for, like, an hour," Dewey said. "You should know that. You live in this city."

"Yeah, but I'm still so very tired." He and his brothers had been following Webby, who was still wearing her night vision goggles to follow Cy-Rat's footprints through the entire city of Duckberg.

"Then you're just out of shape," Huey said to Louie. "Out of complete shape. Simple fact."

"Why couldn't we call a cab? I would've paid for it, including tip."

"Better for the environment and our health if we walk around the city. Junior woodchuck rule number –" Huey didn't finish speaking because Louie grabbed his red t-shirt.

"Tell me the junior woodchuck rules about the environment and health," Louie warned, "and I'll take your stupid junior woodchuck book and shove it right down your –"

"Come on, break it up!" Dewey said, as he broke his brothers up. "The good news is that it's nearly sunrise. And that means the cafes will be opening soon which means breakfast very soon. Save your money for that, Louie."

"Maybe you can afford four full breakfasts," Huey said. "Four full breakfasts each for four of us."

"Ha ha ha," Louie said sarcastically. "Very funny."

"Guys, Cy-Rat's footprints stop right here," said Webby.

The four young ducks looked up to see that they were standing outside the entrance of Scrooge McDuck's Money Bin.

"How do you think she got in?" Louie asked.

"Well, she's half cyborg," Huey said. "If she has some hacking thing in her metal arm and used it, I wouldn't be surprised." Then he took off his red hat and got out a key card.

"Did Gyro give you that?" Dewey asked.

"Not exactly," Huey replied. "It dropped and I picked it up. I tried to give it back to him, but I couldn't find him."

"So you stole it?" Louie asked.

"No, I still intend to return it back to him." Then Huey put the card into the slot. "I couldn't even give it to Fenton or Gandra or Manny or B.O.Y.D. or Lil Bulb."

Then the door opened and they walked in.

"I have a problem, guys," Webby said.

"What?" Louie asked. "Has she made off with all of Uncle Scrooge's money?"

"I don't see any loose coins on the ground," Dewey said.

"That's not the only thing I can't see," Webby said. "I can't find Cy-Rat's footsteps at all." She had to take her night vision goggles off.

"Wait," Huey said. "Before we start searching, should we call for extra help, like from Uncle Scrooge, Mom, Gyro, Fenton, Gandra, Manny, B.O.Y.D., Lil Bulb, May, June, Lena, Violet and maybe even Daisy?"

That got them thinking for a bit.

"Let's save calling our families and friends in case we get into real danger," Webby said.

"You mean treat it like an emergency service?" Huey asked. "By that, I mean don't call them for help unless we desperately need it."

"That's exactly it, Huey," Webby said. "Now, come on. Let's search the money bin."

The young ducks searched every room, every device, every hidden safe and every trash can in the money bin from top to bottom, including Gyro Gearloose's undersea laboratory which was the last room they had left to check, but even in there they didn't find any clues that Cy-Rat was here or anything unusual. They checked for unusual dust or magical stuff, but they found nothing of the kind. Louie only found normal dust that made him sneeze.

"Oh, good idea, Louie," Dewey said. "Just let Cy-Rat know we're after her, why don't you?"

"If she is in here, that is." Then Huey noticed something weird on the wall in the laboratory. It looked like a part of the wall that was out of place. He touched it and it opened like a hatch door. He lifted it up and saw it was hiding a red button. "Hey, Webby," he called. "Can your night vision goggles see if Cy-Rat pressed this button?"

Webby put her night vision goggles on and gasped. "She did. Well found, Huey. How do you think she find it?"

"I think her red scanning eye might have something to do with it."

Then Webby pressed it.

Then they saw another part of the wall opening up and found a doorway with a staircase heading down.

"You've been here plenty of times, Huey," Louie said. "Are you sure you've never seen this secret staircase or the red button for it?"

"Nope," Huey said. "I swear I haven't."

"Come on, guys," Dewey said. "Less questions, more exploring."

Then the young ducks headed down it.

It was a long staircase and, by the time they reached the bottom, they needed a few seconds to catch their breath.

"Quiet," Dewey said. "Do you guys hear that?"

They heard some strange technical noises and it was coming from the corner. They hid behind the corner and peeked around. They were shocked to see a room with nothing but a giant golden circle which covered like ninety percentage of it.

"I swear I never know this place existed," Huey said. "I don't even know if Uncle Scrooge knows himself. I don't even know who's behind this. Gyro? Fenton? Gandra?"

"Never mind all of that," Louie said. "What we need to know right now what this giant golden circle is and what Cy-Rat is doing on it."

Huey, Dewey and Webby looked to see that Cy-Rat was standing in the middle of the pad. She was also holding a metal device in her metal hand.

"What's she doing?" Louie asked.

"I don't know, but there's only one way to find out," Dewey said. "Come on, let's go!"

The young ducks ran onto the circle. Then they saw the lights under them start to light up like fireworks. They tried to move forward, but they couldn't. Before they could even say anything to Cy-Rat, they were taken by a wave full of colour and vanished with Cy-Rat. The giant golden circle was empty once more.
