Chapter: 171
Part.1 More than meets the eye
AN: This will be based upon the Classic Transformers cartoon series
Planet Cybertron
All alone in an endless night in space is a metallic sphere like planet upon the surface of this metal world is the battle scars of some great war that had transpired eons ago that had taken a heavy toll upon the planet.
Out of no where a portal opened out of thin air on the streets of a dead city on this world. Stepping out of the portal, for it had closed behind him is Gordon Freeman and once again he found himself in a new and strange dimension.
But, this is not Earth!
So the question is where is he?
For starters this place does have a breathable atmosphere despite him looking at the sky to see no clouds. His suit adapted to the gravity for he took a step after step. Then he used his suit to scan for any activity of the Combine.
Nothing, no activity.
He decided to investigate and Gordon began to walk upon the street of this place, this city and looking at the Omni-tool, it shows a holographic display of a metal planet. He does not know the name of this world or it's lifeform.
Lifeforms of cybertronian facts called either Autobots and Decepticons, whom are Transformers. Gordon kept on moving and looked around he discovered at first there is battle scars and very old too, not anything recent.
Moving on Gordon could of sworn he had seen an amusement park up again and went to go investigate, however along the way he discovered bodies, but not ordinary bodies.
No, these were robotic bodies.
With strange symbols, one red right side up and another symbol upside down. Who were these people? What was this fight about? So many questions, so little answers.
He found their weapons lying around, these are big weapons that made him look small and so he scanned their weapons, so they can be useful come later and continued to move forward.
Perhaps there is a working computer to give him information of what he is up against and where is he? His course of action will come after that.
He had a feeling he is being watched by something or some one.
Cyberton Command Center
Gordon is right, indeed he is being watched and watched by a robot who has been given stewardship of Cyberton. A lone single Decepticons who's notiable features is a purple paint job, a laser gun for a hand and a single eye.
His name is Shockwave.
Loyal only to Megatron leader of the Decepticons.
Shockwave discovered something truely fascinating, while scanning the planet. A energy signature in a form of portal of some sort, it was only open for a fraction of a second before it closed again.
It wasn't space bridge technology, he mused to himself who or what could do this and checked every camera. Until he found it and is surprised to see a human on Cybertron.
How is this possible. He knows humans don't have the technology or the intelligence to do such a thing...at least not yet and realized this human could be from another dimension.
Dimension travel can prove useful to the Decepticons and his scientific curiosity. He won't report this to Megatron right now and decided to make the proper introduction, if this human resists. He will kill him and store his brain full of information.
He transforms into a tank and heads out to confront this human.
But, he wasn't the only one who discovered what Shockwave has discovered.
Hidden base
"What did you find, Alpha Trion," said a female robot
"The sensors dectected some sort of strange energy signature consisting of a portal that lasted only a few seconds." Said Trion "And what was more interesting a human appeared afterwards."
"Impossible," said another female robot "Humans don't have technology to do it."
"It would seem so Elita-one." Said Trion
"What does this human look like," said the female robot
Alpha Trion the bearded autobot shows the assembled female Autobots.
"I volunteer to rescue this human." Said the female robot
"Me too," said another "Means Shockwave will take interest in this human and we can take him down."
"Very well." Said Trion
"All you heard him, Acree Windblade go get him." Said Elita-one
AN: I know Windblade wasn't in the 80's Transformers series and Arcee didn't appear until season three of the series, but this will be set between season one and two. Besides Arcee and Windblade are my personal favorites.
"You got it." Said Arcee
"Copy that." Said Windblade
Arcee transforms into a blue cybertronian hover bike and Windblade transforms into a cybertronian aireal vehicle. Then they leave the base quickly.
Back at the city
Gordon searched for a working computer in the building, but found that the entire computer network to be destroyed due to a battle that had taken place a long time ago. He found a holographic book, but the language made no sense and so he walked out of the building.
Gordon felt the ground shake and a sound echoed in the background, a sound of a tank moving towards his position. Then it appeared from one of the streets a tank.
Not an ordinary one and it had the upside down symbol of many of those dead robots.
Then it transforms into a robot that looks really weird.
"You are tresspassing on Cybertron," said Shockwave "Hand over the portal technology and I might let you live."
"How about no," said Gordon
"Surely you don't..." Said Shockwave
"Comprehend that portal technology is dangerous to anyone and draw out some unwanted attention." Said Gordon
"A scientific mind." Said Shockwave "It would be logical to work together."
"Hell no laser lips." Said Gordon
"Such foolish herorics." Sighed Shockwave "I'll take it anyway."
Shockwave powered up his laser cannon and fired at Gordon Freeman, which he muttered something under his breath.
KABOOM
Shockwave sees the human engulfed by the shot he fired at the human, which debris and smoke is all around. Then a robotic gasp is heard from Shockwave.
"What? Impossible." Said Shockwave
"You keep telling yourself that." Said Gordon "My turn now."
