Author's note: It's been literal years since the last time I wrote an actual fanfiction. I might be a little rusty, but I am trying my best.

This is mostly for my own enjoyment, since it's an OC x Canon lesbian ship, but I hope y'all readers will like it too.

The North Mountain, crowned by an abandoned castle made of ice, home to a snow golem and countless tiny snowmen.

The sky was dark. Quiet footsteps left footprints on the snow, as it seemed to melt as the mysterious woman walked. She was dressed all in black, a scarf that spread into a hood hiding her facial features, a ragged robe that ended by her knees, pants, tall boots... The only skin that could be seen was that of her tanned hands, covered in small scars and callouses, the fingers crowned by golden claws, and she carried a makeshift duffel bag.

"So the rumors were true..."

The woman was tall, and her voice was deep but soft, almost emotionless, yet oddly calm.

As she turned to the kingdom resting close to the mountain's skirts, she breathed in, then let out a puff of warm air that turned to steam in contrast to the cold air.

The sun began to rise, gently greeting the kingdom of Arendelle, the mountain towering above, and the lonely, eerie figure standing next to the ice castle.

"...I have found it."

.

It was a sunny day in Arendelle.

It wasn't cold, but it wasn't too hot either. The warm atmosphere was caressed by occasional fresh breezes, which announced that Summer was coming to an end and would soon make way for Autumn to come.

The kingdom was happy and peaceful as ever, the lives of the people stable as they dedicated themselves to their morning routines, some greeting each other with a friendly smile, others even chatting as they performed their daily tasks. Children chased each other and played, oblivious to the passing of time and the responsibilities of adulthood.

Queen Elsa was at her favorite balcony, watching the harmony of her kingdom with a relaxed smile. Life was finally kind to her, now that the kingdom had accepted her with her powers, and her bond with her little sister Anna had rekindled, becoming even stronger. They had even given the princess a proper birthday party, thoughtfully organized by Elsa even though she had fallen sick with a cold during that day.

Elsa shook her head at the memory fondly, closing her eyes as she remembered the horde of tiny snowmen she had created with every sneeze, and how that day still had been perfect for her dear sister, who had later on nursed her back to health.

The bliss of the daily life seemed forever undisturbed... But something caught the monarch's blue eyes' attention. Could this be a small commotion?

Yes, a stranger had walked into Arendelle, all features concealed by a black set of old-looking clothes, and there was a mysterious, menacing aura that made all who saw her shiver. This outsider was not normal, and that could mean bad news.

A strong-looking man walked in front of her, preventing from walking deeper into the kingdom. He was a blacksmith named Sigur, and despites his clothing one could easily see his huge, threatening muscles. "Who are you?" He spoke with a ragged voice behind his shaggy beard. "What are your intentions?"

The female seemed unfazed by the man's threatening tone and appearance. He quite resembled a grizzly bear, and yet, she just walked around him and resumed her path, leaving everyone to watch in shock.

"Stop right there! I'm not above beating a woman if she means bad news!" Roared Sigur, almost spitting as he mouthed his threat. Royal guards were being drawn into the scene by the blacksmith's noise.

"What is happening? Who is this?" Asked one of them.

The woman found herself surrounded, and sighed in something close to annoyance.

"What brings you here?" Asked the same guard. His tone was collected, but not quite welcoming, as he, like everyone else, sensed this woman's eerie demeanor.

Finding she had no choice, the hooded female finally spoke with a strong foreign accent. "I have come to see Queen Elsa." Despites her situation, she seemed quite relaxed, but her tone was firm.

Everyone tensed, and the guards now had their hands on their swords. If this stranger was here to hurt their beloved ruler, she would have to fight them first.

"What is happening here?" Another female voice caught everyone's attention, as a ginger ran towards the scene.

"Princess Anna, stay back!" Another guard said, and Sigur walked closer to the petite, freckled woman in order to protect her.

"Why? What's wrong?" The princess looked between the guards, spotting the hooded outsider.

"This woman wants something to do with your sister." The first guard said warily.

As the stranger stretched to crack and pop her spine, everyone flinched at the sound, and the guards aimed their swords at her in case she made any wrong move.

"What a shame..." Said the hooded female. "I wanted to do this discretely."

Her words were quickly interpreted as a threat. Was she there to assassinate the queen?

"Who sent you?!" "What do you want?!" The guards began to bombard with threats and questions. Suddenly, the woman jumped high, bounced on the head of one of them, and with that, propelled herself behind the crowd, where the Queen was approaching to evaluate the situation, and landing in front of her pale, elegant figure.

Upon seeing herself face to face with this sinister stranger and only a few feet away from her, Elsa instinctively shot a beam of ice in self-defense, and what happened next left everyone breathless: the hooded woman had blocked the ice with fire coming from her hands, causing steam to fly everywhere before it dissipated.

Elsa was no longer the only one with magic powers.
