Yes, this chapter is straight-up fan service. You're welcome.

They were tipsy.

He, though, was straight-up drunk.

He had to concede to the desert-dwelling siblings after twelve tequila shots and countless margaritas. He didn't know if it was because there was a lack of water in the desert, but these fucking siblings drank like fish. He would have died from alcohol poisoning had he not given up on keeping up. The Uchiha had never drunk that much, but damn, was he having a good time.

"Uchiha, let's take another shot!" The blond sibling handed him a shot.

She was the worst of the three. While she may have been the smallest physically of the group, her tolerance was that of a monster. The woman easily outdrank everyone in the bar and was still going strong.

"Fine, but this is the last one."

As he went to knock it back, the glass was swiped out of his hand. When he looked to see who the culprit was, the redhead had already finished the shot. He licked his lips with a smirk.

"Your attention should be on me," The Uchiha man had learned a bad habit of the redhead. When he was drunk, he was physically needy. Sasuke didn't mind accommodating him; just something to take note of.

The redhead grabbed his waist and pulled him close; he must have taken too long to respond. The two began to rock back and forth in an awkward dance-like pattern. A small chuckle escaped from Sasuke's lips, resulting in the taller man leaning in for a kiss. While his advances were reciprocated, the judgemental eyes glaring at them left a bitter taste in the raven's mouth. He couldn't help but steal a glance at the group of men watching them. Just a glance was enough for the shorter man to feel the unspoken threats emanating from the group. Ew. It was the twenty-first century; can't two men share a kiss without a group of brotatoes being fucking dickwads about it?

A low growl from the redhead caused Sasuke to meet the angry eyes of his dance partner; he must have noticed the source of the raven's wayward gaze. Gaara spun them around with enough force to elicit a yelp from the unsuspecting man. When they stopped spinning, Sasuke noted that his back was now towards the group of bigots.

"Please do not concern yourself with them. Their glares are not directed toward you. They probably just have a bet to see how long it will take before I eat you alive."

"You mean you aren't going to eat me up? Damn."

As he continued to stare in the distance, teal eyes lit aflame with a whirlwind of emotions. Sasuke was able to catch glimpses of contempt, anxiety, and pain. Fuck, that's not the reaction he wanted.

"Sorry! I cope with uncomfortable situations with humor. However, I can see you are not used to that. I'll try not to do it again."

He nuzzled into the redhead's neck, but he still wasn't paying any mind to anything outside those men. Sasuke recognized a man stuck in his emotions when he saw one. Now, what kind of person would he be if he just let this gorgeous man simmer in those feelings?

"Hey," He pecked the other man's lips to get his attention. "How about we get out of here? I want this demon all to myself."

The trance over Gaara broke, and he smirked, "I think I know just the place."

The cliffs surrounding the city were more private than Sasuke anticipated. When the two men got out of their uber, their sheer size was intimidating. The redhead turned towards the other man, taking his hand into his own.

"Do you trust me?"

"Welp, I'm getting murdered," the raven retorted.

"I will take that as a yes."

The taller man whisked the other into his arms, gaining a yelp from the Uchiha.

"The fuck are you doing?"

"Do not worry, my fair prince; just lie your head on my shoulder and relax. You'll see soon enough."

The redhead leaned in to kiss the man in his arms. His advances were well received until he took a step forward. The step jostled the aloft man. Sasuke threw his arms tightly around Gaara's neck and buried his face in the nook there. While he couldn't hear it, the redhead's body vibrated with a silent laugh.

"Put me down."

"Not happening."

The trek to wherever they were going took about twenty minutes; the entire time, the raven clung to the other man. When they finally stopped, he looked up to see the sun begin its ascent over the horizon. The first few rays of light reflected off the city below them.

"It's beautiful," it came out as barely a whisper. He was so in awe of the view in front of him. He didn't know how to articulate his feelings; he was just overwhelmed by them. He was so enthralled that he was on autopilot as the redhead gently put him back on the ground.

"Come sit."

Gaara was sitting cross-legged right at the edge. The only thing Sasuke could do was shoot the other man an incredulous look. Who the fuck did he think he was?

"I promise it is safer than riding in a car. Do you think I would let you die this easily?"

He held out his hand for him to take, and Sasuke relented. He took the hand offered to him and sat next to the redhead, being extra cautious to not fall over the edge.

"I don't know. You haven't necessarily told me you forgive me yet."

The joke earned him an unimpressed glare.

"While I have not said the exact words 'I forgive you,' I have done the action. Also, do you think I would have been affectionate with you at the bar had I not forgiven you?"

"I don't know. Maybe that's just your drinking habit."

That joke earned him a gentle push which erected a terrified shriek from the raven. He internally scolded himself for looking so uncool in front of the other man. He was a fucking Uchiha, for fuck's sake. However, they were on the edge of a cliff for the same fuck's sake. The other man had a smug smirk on his face that Sasuke was incredibly attracted to and incredibly annoyed by. The redhead gently grabbed the raven and pulled him onto his lap.

"Uchiha Sasuke, I forgive you," he nuzzled his face into the crook of the other's neck.

"Well, good for you. Don't ever do that again."

Sasuke tried to be firm, but as the other man continued to nuzzle his neck, he began to relent to the touch.

"As I said before, do you think I would let you die that easily?"

The redhead held the Uchiha tight against him. He raised his head from the pale neck in front of him just to silently ask for permission. Sasuke obliged. The two men met in the middle for a kiss. It was slow and sweet, both men taking their time exploring the other's mouth. They continued for several minutes before the Uchiha slowly pulled away.

"We're missing the sunrise."

"I think that is acceptable. I happen to find this view to be more beautiful."

Who the fuck was this man, and why was he such a smooth talker? Sasuke's poor gay heart was gonna give out from this. Gaara started playing with raven hair, twirling it between his fingers.

"So are either one of us gonna talk about the fact that we both made out with each other without knowing who the other one was?"

Sasuke couldn't help his curiosity. The man behind him just shrugged.

"I was not going to bring it up. It was a confusing encounter on my part."

"Confusing?"

Gaara broke eye contact for a second and took a deep breath before looking back at the man above him.

"That was my first time."

"First time making out with a stranger? That's cool. I wish I could say it was mine, but I got pretty wild in uni."

The redhead shook his head.

"No, it was my first time kissing anybody. I had never found myself attracted to a person before. When I was younger, I just assumed that romance and sex just were not for me. When I saw you, and in that ridiculous costume of all things… I just felt compelled to be near you. To kiss you. To touch you."

"Oh," the Uchiha shrugged. "Okay."

They fell back into a comfortable silence for a few minutes before curiosity got the better of Sasuke.

"You've never had sex?"

"No."

"Would you ever?"

"I could see myself having sex with you. I am not saying right now, but I am not against it."

"So, like I am the only person you have been attracted to at all?"

"Yes."

"And our makeout session in the bar was your first kiss?"

"Yes."

"Then how the hell did you know how to kiss so well?!"

Gaara just slightly shrugged. The raven huffed a little.

"It took me so many years of awkward experimentation to develop my skills, and you just walk in being sexy and good at being sexy? Life is not fair. I even had to try being with girls to fully understand I am really gay. And you! You just find an amazing man to be with on the first try at 24."

A smirk was the reward for Sasuke's little tantrum.

"I have an amazing man to be with?"

Pale lips were pulled firmly into a playful smirk. Teal eyes were aflame with mischief. He was trying to rile the other man up. It worked.

Sasuke pounced on the redhead, pushing them both over. He straddled the redhead, pinning his hands above his head.

"Yeah, you fucking do. You, Sabaku no Gaara, for your 25th birthday, have been gifted a boyfriend who knows how to handle you…That is if you'll accept me."

The raven leaned down to where his face hovered just mere centimeters away from the other. He stared into the shocked eyes and watched as a million thoughts and emotions ran through the redhead. Eventually, the storm in those eyes settled.

"I accept."

So this is the final chapter of Dear Whoever. There will be an epilogue, no promises when that will come out. I have too many responsibilities outside of writing. Thank y'all for staying with me to the end. Stay tuned to find out how our boys have been since the events of DW.
