Half-Life Matrix
Gordon had just told them his full story right up to the point he had arrived in this Dimension. A dimension which had an Earth which is under control of machines created by man due to their foolishness.
Of course, Gordon had discovered these machines had been using borrow Combine technology to keep what is left of humanity in check. He had figured to be some sort of deal in place. Morpheus had explained how they battle these machines.
A virtual world, or Virtual reality world which looked like the 1990's. Only way to get in and out of the VR world is through regular phones or pay phones. Gordon chuckled at which he found it a little corny to move through worlds like that.
"Why not just use cell phones," suggested Gordon
"What's a cell phone," asked Neo?
"A hand held device too large to put in a pocket." Said Morpheus.
"I have come across dimensions which have cell phones which you can put in your pocket." Said Gordon "Simply and easy."
"Easy to trace," said Morpheus.
"Not unless you have a burner cell phone and use Apps to disguise your movements." Said Gordon.
"Interesting," muttered Morpheus "Can you teach us."
"Sure why not," said Gordon "Were you about to teach Neo to be...a chosen one like Skywalker."
"Who the hell is Skywalker," asked Neo?
"Nevermind," said Gordon.
"We are going to Zion to explain to the others," said Morpheus "These cell phones can give us an advantage."
"What I don't get is," said Neo, "Can you get into the VR world."
"My suit already scanned the technology here, so unlike Morpheus." Said Gordon "I can travel to other dimensions, so the VR world is a pocket dimension in this Dimension. So yes I can."
"Okay..." Slowly spoke Neo
Neo undergoes virtual combat training. He is warned that fatal injuries within the Matrix will also kill one's physical body and that the Agents he encountered are powerful sentient programs that patrol the Matrix and eliminate threats to the system. Morpheus believes Neo is "The One", a man prophesied to end the war between humans and Machines
By this time they had arrived at a underground place called Zion and Gordon brought back boxes of cell phones which he showed them how to use them and it wasn't hard for them to figure it out. Then Morpheus suggested they speak to this oracle.
After Neo's training, the group enters the Matrix to visit The Oracle, a prophet who predicted the emergence of The One. The Oracle implies that Neo is not The One, and warns he must soon choose between his own life and that of Morpheus.
As the group prepares to exit the Matrix, they are ambushed by Agents and tactical police, leading to the death of a crew member called Mouse. Morpheus allows himself to be captured to let the rest of the crew escape in the walls. As they prepare to leave the Matrix.
Gordon had killed one of their allies which he found out they were going to betray them. Gordon had saved Morpheus in all of the confusion and Agent Smith was confused in wondering who is this man.
"So your the one who killed several of us," said Smith.
"Yup I'm him." Said Gordon.
"Who are you," asked Smith.
"Gordon Freeman." Said Gordon.
"Free man...One free man." Said Smith "The creature mention you."
"Made a deal with the devil, I take it." Said Gordon.
"If you mean the superior Empire, then yes." Said Smith "Their technology is helpful,"
"Your fools," said Gordon.
"And your foolish to come here," said Smith "Soon you will be one of us."
Agent Smith using the abilities of the VR world rushed over quickly to Gordon and tried to absorb the one free man. Only to be bounced back by a invisible protective barrier. Smith is taken by surprise and called for backup.
More Agent Smiths appeared in all directions and charged at Gordon, but they too found themselves being bounced back by an invisible barrier.
"Hm, impressive," said Smith "Although we what we have is an ace of our sleeve. The simulation can bright forth the forces of the Superior Empire."
Agent Smith smiled and turned to see a portal open up in the simulated sky and Gordon spotted numerous of simulated Combine forces come, consisting of elite troops, vehicles, and Even head crab zombies appeared as well.
"If you thought, I haven't figured this place out." Smiled Gordon "You were wrong."
Hacking into the simulation, a portal opened up and a large creature or simulated creature passed right through, then landed not too far away from the gathered Combine forces.
The creature is large dinosaur like, with green skin and long tail, which it gave out a roaring sound.
"Seriously, Godzilla," said Morpheus
"You just have to fight fire with fire." Said Gordon.
"Your not supposed to do that," snarled Smith.
"Have fun," said Gordon "Time to go."
"Your in a war you cannot win." Said Smith.
"I've heard that one before." Said Gordon.
Gordon portaled away leaving behind chaos in the simulation dimension. Morpheus and Trinity exit the Matrix, but Neo is ambushed by Agent Smith before he can leave. In the real world, "Sentinel" Machines converge on the Nebuchadnezzar. In the Matrix, Agent Smith kills Neo.
Trinity, standing over Neo's body in the real world, whispers that The Oracle told her she would fall in love with The One. She kisses Neo, restoring his life. In the Matrix, Neo revives with new power to perceive and control the Matrix.
He effortlessly destroys Agent Smith and returns to the real world in time for the ship's EMP weapon to destroy the attacking sentinels.
In the matrix Gordon and Neo had come back to which the simulation of combine forces had been destroyed by the simulation of the monster known as Godzilla. Which trashed the simulated city, but by the looks of it. It seems it's repairing itself.
Only then Neo sent a stern warning to the machines that the end is near and flew off like Superman. Gordon chuckled and flew off like how Neo did
Elsewhere Agent Smith is reformatting and plotting is his revenge on both Neo and the one free man.
