Part One: The Invaders

"Emperor," spoke a guard "A ship is approaching Mongo, it's Flash Gordon's craft and he isn't alone."
Ming just laughed like a lunatic and Gordon turned his head to look outside to see a craft approaching the palace. Ming looked at his blade on the floor, he may have lost this day. However he will live to fight another day.
Ming was about to strike Gordon Freeman down. Only for the one-free-man eyes widen in shock to see Combine crafts are with the craft Flash Gordon's craft.
"Damn, he allied himself with the Combine." muttered Gordon
Without looking Gordon Freeman acted on instinct to slash at Ming the Merciless. The emperor of Mongo stopped, gasped in shock and fell to the ground.
Ming's Throne room: Planet Mongo
Gordon can see the crafts beginning their attack runs upon Ming's forces and of course he spotted a single craft began to fire lasers at the castle itself. The explosions rocked the castle itself.
Gordon can still hear laugher in the background and turned to see Ming laying on the floor, still alive too and the one free man had slashed him without even looking. Does this Ming have an off switch.
"Does this asshole have an off switch." Growled Gordon.
"I... certainly...do not," breathed Ming "My...rule...is... endless."
"Don't be too sure about it," said Gordon "This Earth thinks they have allies with the combine...but they will betray them once you are gone."
"Hah,...my forces...will wipe out these...combine." breathed Ming.
"Their forces are endless, how do you think it was so easy to get to Mongo." Countered Gordon.
"Earthman, you are a fool...in thinking my armies are defenseless...once I give the order to attack...they will wipe out that puny world." Growled Ming.
"So, only the Emperor of Mongo can give the order correct," smiled Gordon.
"Which I am..."laughed Ming
"Then I have the perfect solution." Said Gordon with a glare.
"What," grunted Ming.
As Ming slowly got up, Gordon. brought forth is omni blade and simply be headed Ming right in front of several of his soldiers. His head rolled to the floor, with the last look of fear and surprise upon his face.
"As the new emperor of Mongo," said Gordon "Which I nominate myself, I am order a counter attack. Is that clear."
"Yes, emperor," courses the soldiers.
They go carry out the order and give the word to strike back at the enemy. Mongo's craft fly out to fight the combine forces which an aerial battle occured.
"Not bad," muttered Gordon.
"Father," cried a woman who came in the room.
Gordon looked at the woman who came in the room. She looked royality, but more warrior like.
"You killed my father," said the woman "You think by becoming emperor I would marry you."
"Rot in hell bitch," said Gordon "I don't want to marry you and besides your father had it coming to him. The real enemy is out there. Why don't you make yourself useful."
"I will not fight Flash Gordon." Said the woman "I princess Aura of Mongo."
"Out there with your Fash Gordon," said Gordon "Are fake allies. Once they take care of Mongo. Earth along with the rest of the universe is next."
The combine had brought in ground forces consisting of Striders, Haunter tanks, and their elite transhuman soldiers.
"I do not understand Earthman." Said Aura "How they can be more than advanced Mongo."
"Call me Dr. Freeman," said Gordon "It's because they have conquered or destroyed other dimensions."
"Freeman," mused Aura "You mean One-Free-Man an Mongo ancient prophecy fortold."
"Yeah, I've been called that a few times," nodded Gordon.
"The symbol on your chest means freedom." Noticed Aura.
"Yes," said Gordon.
"Then I will fight by your side against these Combine." Said Aura "I and my Witch women are formable warriors."
"Then let's get to work," said Gordon "The combine brought some ground forces, so we need to strike back now. I'll lead the battle, but first. It's time I brought down Flash Gordon."
"How," asked Aura.
"This," said Gordon.
Gordon Freeman uses his gravity gun to lock onto Flash Gordon's craft, which is seen flying around and attacking the castle itself. With a click, a gravity field formed around it which is invisible and is quicky brought down by slamming it to the ground.
Flash Gordon's craft
Flash Gordon is in the cockpit of his craft along with his allies of Dale Arden and Dr. Zarkov who had just portaled into Mongo. Flash showed much confidence, why because Earth's newfound allies will help them.
"Ming will never see this coming." Said Flash. "Can't believe our allies have this much tech."
"I still don't trust them," said Zarkov "It was way too easy for Earth governments to welcome them with open arms."
"Especially that worm creature representative of theirs...ugh." said Arden "Something weird about it."
"Relax, what could go wrong," said Flash "Besides Ming, must be quivering in his boots by now." He turned on the broadcast radio.
"Hey, are the ground forces ready," said Flash.
"We sent a legion of our best," spoke the voice of that very worm "Surely it will be enough to handle the forces of Ming."
"Copy that," smiled Flash "Over and out,"
"I still have a bad feeling about this," mumbled Zarkov.
Suddenly Flash Gordon's craft suddenly stopped moving and he couldn't control anymore. Then Flash's craft dropped like a rock and slammed to the surface of Mongo..
It wasn't long before they came too and wondered what has just happened. His craft had been damaged and they got out of the craft. Was that a new weapon of Ming's they didn't know about and the radio isn't working.
Looming in background is a full scale battle and they are right in the middle of it between Ming's forces of Mongo and Earth's newfound allies. Adren and Zarkov stayed in cover, as Flash draws out his laser pistol which he will join in the fight
Suddenly an object rolled upon Flash's feet and he has a look of shock upon his face. It's the head of Ming, eyes rolled back into his head and tongue hanging out. Looks like he has been beheaded.
"Flash Gordon," said Gordon Freeman "We need to talk."
