Story:
Filthy Rich, the son of Stinkin' Rich, was born heir to his father's wealth and company. He was taught that money and high class meant everything, and that the lower class and the non-ponies were nothing but savages, especially the dragons, which Stinkin' kept much of his discoveries to his family. However, when Filthy asked him why they were depicted as filthy monsters, he told him that it was to subliminally keep Earth Ponies from adopting their culture and keeping them in line. Filthy never forgot this.

Filthy had a fascination with controlling social wealth and classes. Even in high school, he manipulated people into staying on his side and shaming those he saw as inadequate, becoming a mean boy. The way his father raised him was that if he had money, he can climb his way to the top with ease, and become a boy-queen bee. He even used his rich kid powers to win over Spoiled Milk, despite her being a gold digger. After three school years, they wed at homecoming, as he manipulated all the popular students into electing them prom king and queen.

After the Crystal Empire broke up, and on the year of his granddaughter Dimond Tiara's birth, Stinkin' Rich, led an exhibition to the Dragon Lands. Where upon arriving, they were attacked by a mother dragon, protecting her eggs, but to them, it was aggression that caused it. Out of fright, Stinkin' went to Celestia, and told her to build a wall for their kinds. Although Celesta was not encouraged to do so, a similar event was going on in the Crystal Empire's former areas. So instead, she authorized the separate but equal act, a movement that keeps races and species separate on public lands without approval. Therefore creating the racial borders. Filthy Rich even used this to his advantage, spreading lies about races and what's best, and encouraging Spoiled Milk to change her second name to Rich, in order to be elected governor of the Earth Pony state, which worked.

Over time, he no longer loved his wife, but stayed together to encourage more power. In fact, he had so much desire for more control, that the only person he wanted to share it with, besides himself, was his daughter. His father always taught him that the lower class is needed for the jobs that no one wanted, but he also believe that if the environment they lived in looked and acted poor, they would be more likely to take and remain in those necessary jobs, and that's what he began teaching his daughter. Although, he was growing impatient to inherit his father's company, despite already be governor. The way his father raised him, it made him want to control more.

Two years after the last expedition, Stinkin' Rich and Filthy Rich along with a couple of other ponies who worked for them went to the Dragon Lands, Lord Torch announced that he was going to his public, that he will go interview them, and take his then eight-year-old daughter to show what he does. Filthy looked young for his age, and everyone figured he was younger. Knowing that the dragons would be blamed because of the stereotypes his family and many others promoted, Filthy decided to kill his father, causing a panic, and then a riot. While an expecting dragon father, named Smokey, got back to his nest, he found that the riots got worse. Every Dragon was yelling, the kid killed one of them. In a panic, he ran home and save one of his eggs from being stolen or smashed, in riots, but was unable to save his wife. As he fled into the river with the egg, Filthy watched, and thought little of it, as the ponies that worked for him continued to trigger the riot. He had convinced them that Stinkin' was starting to lose his way and that he would soon encourage the dragons to enslave all the earth ponies, unaware it was all lies.

Since he was a governor, he was easily able to cover up Stinkin's death, and rumors spread quickly that it was a dragon that killed him. He was now the head of his father's company, and was able to live life in more luxury. However, he still didn't feel like he controlled enough, but one day, some pony asked him if a dragon really killed his father, only for him to reply "No comment." then he got an idea, slavery. Since the ponies didn't see non-ponies as people, which was horrible, he figured he would try making slavery a staple. He just needed some time to plan, and so far, the dragons were his main target to make slaves.
