Hey everybody this is my first ever fanfic so I would appreciate it if you tell what you think about it.

Warning this is a Naruto x mei x hinata fic, not sure if i should make it a harem fanfic tho but if i feel i can smoothly add other girls i might give it a try. Several changes to canon throughout.
A week later
Five kage submit
Snow fell in thick heavy curtains on the small caravan. The heavy white cloaks the travelers wore made to blend them easily with the environment worked wonders,only differentiating them from trees.
"Hokage-sama," the masked man said with urgency, "potential ambush up ahead. We spotted a large group of armored people"
"Keep on straight ahead," the Hokage said in a calm tone ignoring the quick glance by Gai.
"Those ahead intend us no ill will. Let's not do anything to give them reason to change their feelings about that."Tsunade said
"Hai!" the masked ANBU acknowledged and was quick to return back to the front of the formation.
A couple hundred yards ahead, the escort came to a sudden halt as a figure appeared from out of the snow, followed by a hundred more. The figures were heavily armored in white samurai armor, their eyes glowing beneath their battle helmets. For a moment, the ninja's kept their guard up still a bit uncertain about trusting the group of samurais. But a glance at the calm posture of their leader did a lot to set their mind at ease.
One samurai stepped forward, between the two groups
"Welcome Hokage-dono. We've been expecting you." The Samurai captain said as he led Tsunade, Gai and Kakashi inside the complex.
Turning towards the ANBU team, Tsunade signaled them to wait outside and be alert should any suspicious person approach their location.
Tsunade walks forward, through the doors to the Kage summit ,where the other Kage's were waiting.
"Please sit down and remove your kage hats. In response to Raikage-dono's request the five Kage has assemble. I am General Mifune of the Land of Iron and will be acting as your moderator. The Five Kage Sumit Conference is called into order." Mifune said.
...
"I shall speak first." Gaara said. Tsunade said nothing knowing she had time in the summit. To be honest she was a bit confused as to why the mizukage was frequently glaring at her, this was basically their first time meeting, so there was no way she could have done something to upset her, and konoha was even neutral about her village.
Turning her gaze from the hokage, Mei knew she had to keep her emotions in check, but she couldn't help it, she disliked the hokage with passion for what she did to her Naruto.
Sighing lightly she focused on the other Kage who all turned to stare at Gaara.
"There's such a difference in Kage these days. To become Kazekage at your age is quiet the accomplishment, Kazekage-dono. It would appear that your father has trained you extremely well, except perhaps in proper manners."
"Perhaps," Gaara said. "But, that's why I was chosen as my village's Kage."
"Tch! Cheeky brat…" grumbled the old man.
"Tsuchikage, please don't interrupt," Mei calmly said. "Kazekage, please continue"
"Tsuchikage-dono please remember that this is a place of discussion and talk. We're not to start fights here." Mifune said as Onoki paled knowing he nearly lost control of himself. He sat back down and gave a humph.
"This meeting between the Five Kage is pointless. Since Akatsuki has been made aware of four years ago, they have attack and abducted every bijū out there except for the Kyūbi. Eight Tailed Beast are now in the hands of a powerful organization that can now declare war on any nation it wants.
The only way I see to counter the threat is to now assemble a massive joint military operation and attempt to reclaim the Tailed Beasts before Akatsuki can use them against us." Gaara turns to look at Tsunade knowing that Naruto was the last Jinchūriki that had not been capture by Akatsuki.
He also knew that whatever Akatsuki wanted, they need the Kyūbi no Yoko to complete their goals. "My guess would be they are after world domination, and with the amount of power they've gathered, they can now challenge any village and country they wish. I feared this and have requested aid from the other hidden villages countless times. All my previous requests for aid have been ignored and rejected except by the former Hokage."
"Humph, if a country has its jinchūriki captured, then it has no business giving other countries orders. It's an embarrassment to the village. If you're Jinchūriki is lost, then you should try to recover it in secret. Once they're stolen, you can't expect other countries and villages to rush to your aid and help you." Onoki said. Kankurō grinned his teeth at the lack of respect the Sandaime Tsuchikage was showing to the Godaime Kazekage.
"Konoha did when Suna ask for our help when the Ichibi was taken." Tsunade said calmly eyeing the old Tsuchikage. "I also agree with Kazekage-dono, this meeting is a waste of time. Unless we are going to form an alliance against Akatsuki, then there is no point to this. Akatsuki has eight Tailed Beast before them. Also…"
At that moment, the Raikage decide to be heard as he smash his fist into the table in front of him destroying it completely. The moment it connected all the Jōnin bodyguards came down in a fighting stance.
"Enough of this chatter." Ay shouted.
"As I told Tsuchikage-dono, this is a place of talk and discussion. Please refrain from disruptive actions."
...
"Kakashi, Gai… stand down." Tsunade said looking quiet bored.
"You too, Kankurō, Temari." Gaara said.
"Ao, Chōjūrō, I'm fine." Mei said skeptically looking at her guards
The Jōnin's all went back to their seats.
"I did not call you all hear to talk about the Tailed Beasts! I called you here because I want to know where your loyalties lie!" Ay said
"That's out of line Raikage." Tsunade said narrowing her eyes, but he kept his poker face straight and true.
"Save it, Hokage." Ay said in a dangerous tone of voice but Tsunade wasn't flinching.
The other Kage's raised their eyes at the Raikage's behavior and meaning.
"Things are getting really heated up in there." Gai whispered to Kakashi.
"Of course it was bound to happen,since the Raikage in a way just declared war against the other hidden villages." Kakashi said in a low tone.
"Konoha, Suna, Kiri and iwa… most of the members of Akatsuki have come from your villages. Partially yours Konoha! So far we've counted two members from Konoha as Akatsuki members. That's not even the worst part. From our investigation, there have been some of you or past Kage's who have used Akatsuki for their own personal reasons." Ay said boldly
Tsunade and Gaara both lost their poker face and looked shock by this piece of information.
"What do you mean by use Akatsuki?" Gaara asked in a serious tone.
"Kazekage, are you saying your elders didn't tell you? I am speaking about Orochimaru. It's still unclear what's his status with that organization was. But you used him for your invasion against Konoha four years ago." Ay said
"The Great Nations are heading towards a unity and stability. We're moving from military expansion to military disarmament. As the fear and threat of war diminishes between the nations and villages, so does the call to war.
The Hidden Villages, which is the nation's source of military strength start to become a hindrance. Yet if you carelessly downsize the village military power it poses a risk. What happens if a war suddenly breaks out? It then becomes a problem to depend on shinobi's who have no experience and are not properly trained to handle war. That would mean certain defeat!" The Onoki said.
"So another way to reduce that risk was to use mercenary soldiers. Namely the Akatsuki." Gaara said.
"It takes time and money to train and prepare skilled shinobi's from your own village. But Akatsuki, which is made up of professionals trained for war, its livelihood brought back splendid results. Furthermore they could be hired for cheap and…"
"Enough of that Tsuchikage." Ay said. He turns back to Gaara. "Suna used Akatsuki to destroy Konoha. In that attack your father the Yondaime Kazekage and the Sandaime Hokage both were killed. It's also not hard to rule out the idea that someone else hired them from behind the shadows." The Raikage said turning to Tsunade .
He then turns to the Mizukage. "The most suspicious is Kirigakure! You Kiri-nin's do not conduct diplomacy and have basically cut ties to the rest of the world. There have even been rumors that Akatsuki was even formed from there!"
Mei looked down as if she was sad. She finally looked up as if she was trying to hold back tears.
"Since we've come this far, I shall speak honestly. There were suspicions that my predecessor, the Yondaime Mizukage Yagura was being manipulating from someone in the shadows. There's a possibility that it was Akatsuki."
"Each and every one of you…"
"Hold your tongue Raikage. One of the reasons why we turn to Akatsuki is because your policy to disregard the disarmaments efforts and try to seize more powerful jutsu and bloodlines caused this problem. We had to counter your advancement by hiring Akatsuki!"
"Say that again Tsuchikage!" Ay said in a threatening tone
"Before you guys start fighting, there's been some vital information I've been wanting to share with all of you." Tsunade said while linking her fingers together.
"What is it?" Ay demanded turning his attention to the serious woman
"Some months ago Konoha lost their Jinchūriki" Tsunade said
Upon hearing this this whole atmosphere became deadly silent with all eyes turning to the hokage
"what do you mean lost" Mei asked with her expression turning a bit stoic
"I agree with mizukage, care to explain further ?" onoki said skeptically after briefly glancing at the mizukage from her quick response
"Going into details would be unnecessary so...long story short on a mission being led by me, Uzumaki Naruto the container of the kyuubi vanished into thin air before my own eyes" Tsunade said after briefly looking at the mizukage.
'No no no this has got to be some kind of silly joke' mei thought getting a lot more worried about Naruto than previously.
"So your telling us that there is a possibility that the Akatsuki already have the nine tails Jinchūriki in their possession" Onoki said with a bit of humor in his tone
"I didn't say that, I said we don't know where he is, or even if he's alive" Tsunade said with her tone going lower at the ending of her sentence.
Unfortunately for her what she said was still heard by the other Kages.
'What' mei thought glaring at the hokage
"So then what's the point of the whole meeting if they already have all the eight biiju's and the last one is probably being hunted down by them as we speak" Onoki said also getting upset
Glaring at Tsunade briefly, Gaara was surprised to hear this new bit of information as he wasn't told anything about Naruto's current status
"Watch What you say " Ay said not liking what Onoki was implying. He had heard what happened to Naruto from his brother and frankly it upset him since he played a part in the kids possible death
" Everyone calm down, we're not here to fight amongst ourselves " Mifune said loudly getting tired of their childish bickering
Refraining from continuing their argument the kages all sat down in silence trying to control their anger
Tsunade said in a low voice as she ignored the glare the mizukage sent towards her, "there's another news about the Akatsuki that you all seriously need to know."
"And what would that be?" pressed Ay, still trying to reign in his anger.
"The true leader of the Akatsuki is declaring himself to be, Madara Uchiha…"
There was an unnatural silence which consumed the whole room,it lasted for a few seconds before Onoki said loudly rising from his chair "Impossible"
The other Kage, Mifune, and all the escorts all looked stunned at the news. "But he should be long dead!" Ay said finding it hard to believe that the same Madara who fought Hashirama was likely still alive.
"Believe me, I'm strongly hoping that it's just someone pretending to be him so that he's taken more seriously; but the fact remains that he's dangerous." Tsunade said frowning a bit
"How reliable is this information ?" Mei asked, her face set in a frown in anxiety at Tsunade's news
"Some months ago when we had gotten intel on the whereabouts of uchiha Sasuke, I sent a team to track him down unfortunately they were intercepted by a lone Akatsuki member, one who later on revealed himself to be uchiha Madara."
"I was skeptical at first, but when I was told that he had a mangekyou Sharingan, he became a serious threat regardless of his true identity" Tsunade concluded shocking everyone.
"That would mean that…if this person was not truly Madara Uchiha," Mei began, "then their chakra and Sharingan are still strong enough to take control of a fully formed Kyuubi. Whether they're Madara or not, they're still extremely dangerous."
"Exactly, and this person would more than likely be the leader of the Akatsuki…" Tsunade finished, letting it all sink in for the other leaders.
Mifune spoke up after a few moments of silence. "As a neutral country, I must admit that the Akatsuki are a bigger threat than any of us predicted, going against them individually would only end bad. As such, I propose we join forces even if it may be temporary ."
"An allied force?" Ay said in a far-away tone, such a thing had never happened before
"Going forward we must quickly determine a chain of command. We must avoid any further confusion." Mifune said.
"So, who will we choose to lead the allied forces?" Onoki asks.
"If you attempt to decide amongst yourselves it will only lead to argument and fighting. So I ask that you allow me, a member of a neutral nation to decide which among the five Kage is the most suitable."
Not hearing any objections Mifune continued
Outside the submit Room
The mask man who called himself Uchiha Madara was sitting on a rock with black zetsu beside him.
"Don't you think Nagato would be upset about this?" Zetsu who was partially submerged in the floor said looking skeptically at Tobi
"You and I both know that no matter how hard he tries to deny it, this outcome is unavoidable, we're just speeding things up" Tobi said
"Now that that's cleared are you ready?" Tobi asks.
...
"Yeah." Zetsu said
"Then, let us begin." Tobi said smiling behind his mask as he watched Zetsu sink into the floor
Inside the kage submit room
"The kazekage is far too young" Onoki shouted.
"As Tsuchikage-dono has pointed out I'm too young for such a role, even I know that I lack experience in such matters" Gaara said honestly not wanting the position.
"Then whom do you suggest?" Mifune asks.
"I should be the one too-" Onoki didn't get to complete his sentence as he was rudely cut off
"I cannot agree to that." Ay said
"Tsuchikage-dono as much as I would like to consider you as an option since your the most experienced kage present in this room it's clear that your not as young as you once were and we've seen several times that your having mobility problems. You've also used Akatsuki in the past, which wouldn't look good.
Grumbling slightly at the fact mifune pointed out his old age, Onoki couldn't help but agree.
"Then there's Mizukage-dono. Akatsuki was able to infiltrate and control the Yondaime Mizukage. There would be a risk of spies and Her village itself is still recovering after the previous reign of Yagura.
"Then what about me and the hokage" Ay said loudly already getting tired of waiting for his turn.
"It's quite clear that you hold great passion and strength which is would be necessary for such a task. However, you have a major problem which is the fact you let your emotions control you.
Since the beginning of this meeting you haven't been able to control yourself and even threaten the other hidden villages with acts of war." Hearing this Ay started to growl out.
"We do not know why Akatsuki is gathering the tailed beasts but if this so called Akatsuki leader is who he claims to be then the hokage is the best option as konoha has a lot more experience dealing with him and should he be a fake either way konoha has more experience when fighting against a Sharingan user." Mifune said.
"First of all, I refuse to recognize an Allied Shinobi Force that will compromise the security of my village!" Ay said.
"Do not get greedy Raikage!" Gaara said.
"What was that brat!" Ay roared.
At that moment a figure pop up in the middle of the room with a strange spore.
"Hello!" Zetsu said. Immediately all the bodyguards leap into action.
"One problem after another, now what?" Ay said.
"Uchiha Sasuke has snuck in! Now, where could he be hiding?!" Zetsu said in a sing along voice.
"What did you say?!" Ay said.
"Sasuke?" Gaara said.
"What's he doing here?" Onoki said.
"The one with the sharingan?" Mei said.
"Let's all go and look for Sasuke, yah!"
At that moment Ay Shunshin in front of Zetsu and grabs him by the throat.
"Where is Uchiha Sasuke?! Answer me! If you refuse to answer, I'll show you no mercy!"
"You leave me no choice. I guess I'll give you a hint…" at that moment Ay snaps Zetsu's neck.
"Was it necessary to kill him? If we had captured him, we could've gotten more intel" Mei admonished.
"I don't think he would have told us anything." Tsunade said
"They wouldn't betray their organization," Gaara agreed.
"I see…" Mei sighed out
"Sound the alarm and order all able samurai to bring down Sasuke Uchiha and any accomplices," Mifune ordered the two samurai behind him, who nodded and relayed the order through their communication sets shared amongst the higher-ranking samurai of the building.
As this was happening, Ay burst through one of the walls of the room and rushed off to join the fray. "Sorry about the door…and the table," Darui apologized before C urged him to follow their Kage.
"Wait a minute Raikage." Tsunade shouted but the Raikage and his bodyguards were gone. Exhaling tiredly Tsunade sat back down.
"Good grief…" Ōnoki sighed with a smirk as he floated off his chair.
"Hey, can I watch? I'd like to see just what this Sasuke guy is made of," Kurotsuchi asked.
"Feh! Do as you please," Ōnoki said seeing no problem with her going ahead of himself and Akatsuchi
Tsunade had recently discovered the secret of the whole uchiha massacre and frankly it angered her that the elders would do such a thing .Dwelling deep in her thoughts she couldn't help but feel like sasuke now knew the truth
"Should we follow them?" Temari asked Gaara, who simply stood up and gathered his gourd.
"What should we do Hokage-sama?" Kakashi asked snapping tsunade back into reality
"I think it would be best if some of us remain here, just Incase sasuke or some other enemy comes . We don't know what their plan is, after all." Tsunade said while Mei nodded in understanding after all mifune was there too.
"Hai" Guy and kakashi said together taking defensive positions at each side of their leader.
Some below the kage summit room
The Samurai had immediately mobilized on Mifune's command, alerting team Taka that their presence was known.
"They know we're here. What do we do Sasuke?" asked Karin.
"Find the location of the hokage, I and the others will handle them." he replied as the room they were in suddenly filled with Samurai's
"Don't let any of them get out!" Shouted an enraged samurai
"You really know how to start a party" suigetsu said giving sasuke a blood thirsty grin which he ignored.
"Try not to go overboard " juugo said calmly
Sasuke unsheathes his blade as he dashed into the crowd of enemies taking them all on head on. Each warrior fell with ease to his blade as he made quick work of sending those who stood in his path to their death.
Rotating on instinct sasuke dodged a samurai who was about to slash him from his back, his eyes blazing in excitement he stabbed his sword into the ground as he skillfully twisted his body kicking the samurai away from him.
Dashing towards the samurai, sasuke had to jump backwards away from where he previously stood as the ceiling above him crumbled below exposing the Raikage and his crew.
Immediately the dust cleared it revealed the raikage who discarded of his cloak who was glaring at sasuke in pure rage
"Oh shit !!" suigetsu said seeing the raikages grand entrance
"Another bodybuilder" juugo said using his transformed arm to bash a samurais head, he was getting worried about the new visitor.
Wasting no time sasuke aimed Amaterasu at the man but it was too late as the raikage evaded it.
Seeing that sasuke wasn't alone Dariu and C rushed in to handle his partners.
"AARGH!" a samurai who stood behind the raikage roared in agony as he was caught by Sasuke's Amaterasu.
"Quick! Put the flames out!" The burning samurai cried out rolling on the floor
"Don't touch them, fool!" Another samurai said backing away from the burning man in fear.
"Those aren't ordinary flames! Keep your distance!" Yelled another samurai immediately
Ignoring them sasuke immediately blocked himself as the raikage appeared,coated in lightning with an enhanced punch which flung sasuke backwards smashing through a pillar.
Quickly ducking low under Ay's punch sasuke made handseals as he dashed towards the bulky man "chidori" sasuke shouted aiming his hand at the mans back
"So he's really a lightning type" Darui said catching a glimpse of sasuke's attack as he watched his lightening panthers chase suigetsu and juugo.
C said throwing kunais at suigetsu "Its a known fact most uchiha's are fired based so it's possible he also can use other elements"
Without turning around Ay vanished, feeling his instincts kick in sasuke's sharingan lit up giving a red glow as he was also partially surrounded by ribs of the Susano'o blocking him from another hit aimed by the raikage.
"Lariat" Ay said trying to force his way through sasuke's defense.
"Shit. Things are becoming really heated quickly " Juugo cursed seeing the arrival of the kazekage.
Seeing cracks appear on the ribs sasuke materialized an arm that took a swipe at Ay making him retreat.
"Lightening just what I needed" suigetsu said sarcastically as he narrowly dodged the lightening bullets Dariu fired at him.
'It seems I was able to leave a dent on that shield of his' Ay thought growling in anger, he was going to wreck the punk that killed his brother.
Regaining his breath he tried again but this time sasuke was prepared as he coated the ribs of the Susano'o with Amaterasu's flames to cause more damage.
In his growing rage, A ignored the pain he felt and charged his attack still with the intention of smashing sasuke through the Susano'o.
At the upper part of the building
"Let's see what's really going on" Ōnoki said as he floated off his seat with Akatsuchi following him out the room leaving the mizukage and hokage with mifune.
Back at the lower part of the building
"Sasuke surrender, We've got you surrounded, your comrades have been subdued . Don't be stupid enough to think you can get out of here alive" gaara said
The Raikage stood opposite him, breathing heavily, not expecting Sasuke to be so difficult to defeat. Frowning Ay used his lightening enhanced hand to cut off the other hand which the Amaterasu was burning .
C seeing his leader injured quickly rushed to his aid, using his skills in the medical art to stop the bleeding.
Glancing at suigetsu's position sasuke saw him laying down battered before Dariu and numerous samurais took to cuffing him with chakra sealing shackles
"Don't Listen to him sasuke, I'm okayyy" juugo said as the sand tightened breaking his bones slowly
"Found her" Karin said loudly coming out of her hiding place.
Hearing Karin, Sasuke who was roughed up a bit and panting with his Mangekyō active, took this as an opportunity to create a distraction.
Meanwhile with Tsunade
"Seeing as the others still haven't returned, it's safe to say their having troubles "mifune said getting up from his seat with Tsunade mirroring his action
"*Sigh*... no use staying here" mei said getting up too.
Back at the lower part of the building
Quickly summoning the Susano'o, sasuke upgraded it until it grew into a skeletal torso with a horned skull attached to a spinal cord. Hollow eyes stared at the raikage and kazekage from the skull, but they suddenly lit up giving a cruel yellow glow.
"Watch as I prove you wrong" sasuke said giving her bloodthirsty grin as he used his hand to cover his bleeding eye making some samurai's back away in fear.
Pulling back on it's bow attached to its arm, black flames materialized stretching out into an arrow which it fired into the ceiling shattering what remained of it, dropping huge chunk of rocks on everyone below.
"Follow me" sasuke said not wanting to waste time as he and Karin used the distraction to escape entering a nearby hallway not caring about leaving their teammates to their death.
"I'll go after him" Ay said to the kazekage who was attempting to shield everyone below from the falling rocks as he went after sasuke.
