A Cold Wind In Hell
Chapter Nine: Something Different
After leaving the hotel, the father and daughter that is George Sears and Vaggie walked down the street, Vaggie walking beside her adoptive father with the biggest and rarest of smiles on her face. Now normally, the few times she ever does smile was whenever she's in Charlie's presence and helping her around the hotel. But spending time with the man she has looked up to as her father was one of the few moments that she enjoyed the most, and especially the only time she doesn't mind being around a guy.
"So, anywhere in particular you wanna stop by?" George asked. "Today is all about you."
"Let's stop by the clothes shop first!" Vaggie declared. "There's this cute dress I've had my eyes on!"
George nodded, then the duo walked down the sidewalk, many demons and sinners quickly breaking the crowd to make way for Lucifer's Royal Protector and the Protector's daughter. There were a few that wolf whistled at how much Vaggie's booty shorts hugged her form and her tank top showing some of her breasts, but the moth demoness didn't care. The only thing she cared about was enjoying her time with her father.
Soon enough, the two arrived at the clothes shop, where Vaggie was all over the place, like an eager little kid, while George only watched with a smile on his face.
Once they were done with the clothes shop, father and daughter were next seen at a food stand ordering food. Once they got their food, the two walked onward, enjoying the others company.
"So, how goes work for the hotel?" George asked.
"It's actually off to an interesting start." Vaggie admitted. "We've actually gotten two customers this year!"
"I saw that." George nodded. "Never thought one of them would be the Clyde of Hell, though."
"He actually came to us willingly." Vaggie said. "I'll admit that I was wary, but I'm starting to like having him around. Especially after how he saved our skins back in Lu Lu World!"
"Oh really?" George said, feigning ignorance. "This I'd like to hear."
Before Vaggie could tell the story, a warthog demon was walking past the two, but not before slapping Vaggie on her ass before attempting to walk off laughing, but a large anaconda wrapped around his neck and pulled him right back, the warthog brought face to face with an angry George, the large anaconda protruding from his back.
"Sir, that was not a smart move." The lion demon sneered. "I suggest you apologize before-"
Before he could finish, the warthog demon squealed in fright, causing the former president to look down to see his daughter pressing the edge of one of her knives against the warthog's crotch.
"…that." George finished.
"Say the magic words, fatass." Vaggie demanded, venom in her voice.
"I'm so sorry!" The warthog quickly said, squealing as Vaggie pressed her knife further into his crotch.
Vaggie most likely would have drawn blood, but George placed a firm hand on her shoulder, "Vaggie, he's not worth it. I'm pretty sure he's learned his lesson."
Vaggie considered it for a moment before letting the sinner go, said sinner waddling off, hands clutching his aching sack.
"You've gotten better, Vaggie." George said. "Intimidation is an important key to getting your point across."
"I've had a good teacher." Vaggie said, looking up at her father with a smile. "But enough about that shit; how have you been doing?"
"Well, I've been keeping an eye on the Big Seven and the Ars Goetia, making sure nobody tries to stage a takeover." George shrugged. "Nothing too out of the ordinary."
"I mean in terms of down time." Vaggie said with a roll of her eyes. "Surely you haven't been spending all your time just working."
"Well…" George averted his eyes, and his face turned a little red. "I have been spending time with this fellow Sinner that dropped in a while back."
"Ooh, really?" Vaggie gave a playful smirk. "What's she like?"
"Mrs. Mayberry was a teacher in life." George explained. "She's quite smart and an excellent cook; not to mention has a great sense of humor. She's surprisingly cheerful and kind."
"She sounds better than most Sinners down here." Vaggie remarked. "How'd she end up down here?"
"You'd have to ask her yourself, once you get to meet her." George said. "I'd rather not disclose private information unless she's okay with it."
"Fair enough." Vaggie shrugged before smiling. "Still, I'm glad you were able to find love, Papa."
"I've always wanted to settle down with a family." George sighed. "Still, things in life complicated things."
The two walked onward before coming across a small, familiar looking cyclops demon.
"Howdy there!" Nifty greeted.
"Nifty!" Vaggie said. "I forgot you were on vacation; was wondering where you were."
"How can you forget something like that?" Nifty asked, before turning her attention towards George, then smirked. "Ooh, who's this handsome man you're with?~"
"Oh, I never introduced you, have I?" Vaggie said with a shake of her head. "This is my adopted dad, George Sears; Lucifer's Royal Protector."
"Nice to meet you, Miss Nifty." George said, bending down a bit due to the height difference and offered his hand.
"Charmed.~" Nifty said, accepting the hand. "My, such muscular hands.~"
"I tend to work out to keep my strength up." George chuckled. "I assume you're a coworker of my daughter?"
"Indeed, I am!" Nifty declared with a smile. "Nobody does a better job of keeping the establishment clean than I!"
"My, someone's proud of their work." George chuckled. "I can respect that."
"Anyways, I was just on my way back to the hotel." Nifty declared. "I'll see you back at the hotel!"
As she walked away, Nifty turned and blinked(winked?) at George, mouthing 'call me' before walking off.
"Are you going to tell her I'm already spoken for?" The older man asked his daughter.
"Won't stop her from trying." Vaggie chuckled. "She's worse than the Succubi down in Lust."
The two laughed before moving on, stopping by one shop after another before deciding to end the day.
"Well, I had fun today." Vaggie declared, carrying several shopping bags. "Then again, it's always a good day with you, Papa!"
"I'm glad you enjoyed yourself." George smiled. "Are you sure you don't need help getting back to the hotel?"
"I'll be fine." Vaggie rolled her eyes. "I know the way we came, and I know how to defend myself."
"As you wish." George said before hugging her. "Take care, my little Mothra."
"I will, my King Cobra." Vaggie replied, hugging him back.
Separating from the hug, Vaggie soon walked back to the hotel, George watching before departing himself.
The next day soon came, the members of I.M.P. having already left yesterday, and the occupants of the Hazbin Hotel already getting ready for more activities, Sam, Vaggie and Angel Dust, with Cherri Bomb, all participating in yoga, all dressed in yoga pants and shirts, while Sam wore a simple sweatpants and t-shirt.
"Alright, everyone, this one's simple." Charlie said. "Just go from mountain to tree." Everyone followed her instructions. "Now, go into a downward dog."
Sam shifted into the pose easily, as well as Cherri and Charlie next to him, Cherri biting her lip at the sight of the samurai's well-crafted abs, while Charlie took a small peak to the side, her face turning red at the sight, but quickly looking away.
"Alright, that should be enough for today!" Charlie said, getting up. "Lunch will be ready in the next thirty minutes!"
"Thinking about food already, Princess?" Sam chuckled as he got up, then proceeded to stretch his limbs.
Charlie made to reply but froze with wide eyes and a red face at the sight of Sam's muscular form; his chiseled biceps and six pack abs made her hot under the collar.
"Like what you see, girl?" Cherri said with a smirk.
"I'm just admiring his form!" Charlie quickly denied.
"Hey, nothing wrong with admiring, princess." Cherri snickered, as she pointed over to Sam standing at the bar with Husk. "Besides, if you were interested-"
"Look, I'm not, okay?" Charlie interrupted. "I'm happy with Vaggie, and I have no interest in cheating on her!"
"Who said anything about cheating?" Cherri said with a wiggle of her eyebrow. "As long as everyone's okay with it, why worry?"
Charlie pondered it for a moment before responding, "Maybe a one-night stand, if he's okay with it."
Seeing the cyclops' raised brow, Charlie continued, "I plan on having a future with Vaggie, and if Sam's okay with it, I wouldn't mind him being a sperm donor."
"Or two." Cherri said with a wiggle of her eyebrow.
Charlie rolled her eyes before seeing Angel Dust go up the stairs, "Hey, Angel, where're you going?"
"To my room." Angel replied over his shoulder. "I'm gonna be finishing up on my magnum opus while waiting!"
"Okay, I'll let you know when lunch is ready!" Charlie called.
After Angel Dust left, Charlie looked back to Cherri who seemed confused.
"Amazing what you can do with Legos." Charlie answered the silent question with a proud smile.
Walking down the hall, Angel Dust arrived at his room and opened the door and saw his large immaculate tower of Legos, with a few odd additions, such as the strap on atop the tower and a dildo sticking out of the hole of the tower.
Angel Dust's eyes gleamed with pride, before turning to confusion at the sight of the open window.
"The fuck?" He said as he walked over, looking out into the street. "Coulda sworn this was closed when I left."
Shrugging, He simply slid the window closed, when he felt four large arms wrap around him. Panicking, Angel Dust struggled as much as he could, trying to pull away from the intruder, his flailing legs knocking over his tower of Legos and his desk, before he felt a cloth press over his mouth, and within a few seconds, Angel Dust felt his body go limp, before he caught the blurry image of a burly gorilla demon, looking down at him with a malicious grin.
"Time to come home."
Oh no, Angel Dust is in trouble! I really had fun writing the hang out between Vaggie and Solidus, and I plan on exploring his relationship with Mayberry in the future. I just felt so bad for the former teacher and think she deserves some love, and I believe Solidus is the perfect match for her!
