The shuttle was rumbling as the two were shaken awake, "maybe we should have woken up a bit earlier" Goku said letting out a yawn. Frieza was already at the controls making sure that they would avoid any populated areas having got that Goku was not a big fan of that feature of this ship. They could see the atmosphere's heat on their pod as it moved closer to earth. Frieza tried to sense for his father but saw just how far away he was a let out a sigh of relief.

"Frieza do you feel that? ... that power?" Frieza didn't know what Goku was talking about as he had just scanned the surrounding area and found nothing. But as he glanced over his shoulder, he could see the look of focus on Goku's face which meant that this power was significant enough to warrant his attention. So Frieza focused again, letting the sounds of the capsule hitting the atmosphere and the whaling of alarms began to fade. He could only hear his heartbeat, then he sensed it, an immense power much like Goku's own that somehow seemed to be disguised.

"I feel it," he said looking back down at the earth, "to think someone that strong was also on this planet."

Meanwhile down on the earth, Trunks had been surprised when he had seen the sight of Goku's capsule coming much earlier than expected, but he gave no time to those thoughts as he rushed towards the location at full speed. He was releasing a large amount of power of purpose to draw the z fighters to himself. It was a while later and he thought of stopping and just finding Goku but then he sensed Piccolo on his tail making sure to keep his power level low. Trunks could only guess this was to not come off as hostile.

It took longer but slowly but surely more and more of the z fights started appearing on the horizon. He settled in and accelerated more, he would think some of them can catch up. That hadn't been the only reason the z fighters were here though as they had heard from King Kai that Goku was coming today and with a surprise nonetheless. They had been shocked when he said he is landing in a few moments as they had immediately rushed off to give him a big welcome.

Vegeta blasted past Piccolo as he was intrigued by this new stranger who was displaying an enormous amount of power seemingly obliviously or as a ... warning. But the stranger seemed to pay them no mind as he didn't even bother to look at them as they drew closer and closer till they were right behind him trying their best to keep up.

"Stay close, I know where Goku is going to land"

That was even more suspicious "who the hell are you, new guy?" Tien asked watching him closely. Trunks simply replied "A friend, names Trunks" but that just made Vegeta scoff "a friend, I highly doubt it and as soon as you step out of line I'm gonna put you down." Vegeta didn't trust him how could he, the thought of some no-name getting to Kakarot before the low-class Saiyan spilt the beans on how he became the Super Saiyan.

The loud crash of the ship as they neared and landed watching as the pod just remained closed as the dust was settling. Frieza wanted to take longer to get out of the ship, firstly to avoid being dusty as he had become the last time they had exited too quickly and he wasn't going to go out on shakey legs and make a mockery of himself in front of the Saiyans friends.

"Do you feel that?" Krillin asked unnerved as he set Bulma down who was carrying a baby with her. "Feel what?" she asked but none of the fighters responded as they just looked down at the pod. They could sense Goku's power but they could also sense someone else's and it was oddly familiar and terrifying. Vegeta was the first one to utter it "Frieza?" he asked seemingly to no one. Trunks just stood there confused this hadn't been what his mom had told him happened, sure him being here had changed some things but not that much right?

The pod cracked open letting out air from the inside as it depressurized and the z fighters could feel themselves on edge as they took battle stances with Trunks putting a hand on his sword. To everyone's shock, Frieza stepped out of the pod. He was whole again, even his tail had seemingly recovered without a mark on him. He wore armour that didn't resemble that much of the Saiyans most likely belonging to another warrior race. Frieza didn't even pay them no mind as he took a moment to take in the air of this backwater planet. But after having been stuck on a desert planet for just over a year with the Yardats, even this backwater planet smelled divine.

Frieza then refocused his eyes scanning over the group before they landed on the shocked face of Vegeta. "Well well well, if it isn't Vegeta, prince of the monkeys" he looked on and smiled as Vegeta scowled in his direction almost ready to charge at Frieza. But the stranger had another idea as he put a hand on his shoulder holding him back. "Let go off me you little nobody I need to teach that stupid lizard some manners." That wiped the smile off Frieza's face, "No need for you to worry Vegeta I'll take care of him" the stranger said as he started increasing his power.

"Oh my aren't you something special" it was then that Krillin connected the dots that seemed so obvious, they could barely sense Frieza standing right in front of them. One of the most powerful people in the world, whom he knew never hid his power on Namek was just looking at them as if bored.

"Goku, I would suggest you come out here now, I suspect one of your little friends is going to attack me." That made everyone Frieza, as a second figure emerged from the pod adorned in the same armour that Frieza was wearing but this being was a much more welcomed one.

"GOKU!" Krillin screamed as he wanted to run down to his best friend but his foot was held mid-flight by the stranger that just looked at the pair oddly. "This is really not what mom told me happened, she said he was half robot and he came with his father, Goku came too late to save everyone from him which made the android invasion easier."

Frieza sniffed the air, "smells like a monkey" he said before swiftly receiving a finger flick that hurt to the side of the head. As the two began to shout at each other much to everyone's surprise. But what Vegeta was more focused on was that Kakarot seemed to be in super Saiyan form even though he wasn't in combat. Was this low-class Saiyan just waltzing about with it to show off?

Trunks hesitantly let go of his blade but quick turned super Saiyan and glared at Frieza. He got a little satisfaction from Frieza as he saw the tyrant's eyes widen momentarily before they were steeled.

"Goku can we talk ... Privately."
