-Unknown location-
A boy with blue hair and goggles in a red vest with a white button up shirt, grey pants and black shoes runs through a valley. Behind him, a dark cloud of mist and odd pixelated matter accumulated out of nowhere as several odd looking robots started walking out of it.
They robots seemed to be digrade legged bipeds with odd blasters fused to one of their arms. Some had frill disks on their heads, others horns. But they all had a single red eye and an odd looking glowing white core in their abdomen that seemed to be made of glass and filled with viscous black liquid.
These were the Viral. Ghast Grimm that infected advanced Atlas frames, and they had their sights set on their prey. The boy turned and looked at his assailants before falling backwards off the cliff.
Several Viral followed but others simply disappeared into the mist again or disappeared in a pixelated blink.
Back with the boy, he was falling until a platform suddenly materialized in his fall path, prompting him to right himself and land on his feet.
The robots then landed there with him and he drew his weapon from his back. The weapon in question was a silver Fusion Rifle that had wave-like carvings all over it and glowed blue as he began to charge it up.
The boy grinned as he flipped his goggles down over his eyes and fired, the energy blasts disintegrating the robots in cracks of lightning. However, the recoil of the weapon caused the boy to lose his footing and fall off the platform.
"Whoa!" He gasped as he turned over mid air and saw that he was rapidly approaching the ground, and was about to fall on top of a Viral Minotaur. Smirking, he charged his fusion rifle again and aimed at the robot Grimm before firing and used the recoil to slow his descent speed. This allowed him to land on the ground, where more Viral appeared.
There were several Goblins, two Hobgoblins and a giant Hydra (subsets of the same kind of Grimm taking on different frames). The blue haired lad then took a look at his surroundings and saw that he was standing on a frozen lake that had turned to mostly glass ice.
'I gotta be real careful here.' The boy thought as he changed his weapon into a Guandao. He then charged at his robotic assailants, who fired at him, but he was swift enough to deflect the shots as he got close. When he was close enough, he swung his polearm with practiced movements and took out five Goblins.
He then threw his weapon at one of the Hobgoblins, stabbing it through the core and shattering the ground below it before leaping over the second one, grabbing his weapon and slamming it down on the ice, causing a giant window sized square to shoot him into the air and caused the Hobgoblin to fall in.
He looked at the Hydra and activated one more piece of his arsenal: Water Dust. When he activated it, the lake burst and the giant robot fell in with a mechanical screech. It tried to pull itself out, but failed.
The water then splashed up into a geyser, washing away the visceral that the creature left behind and the force of it allowing the boy to land on the other side of the hole as he caught his weapon, rain pouring down on him as he shuddered.
"Showers I'm fine with. But swimming? Hell to the naw!" He said before pulling out his scroll and started dialing. "Hey Sun, you there?" He asked the person on the other end.
"Yeah Neptune, what's up?" The boy at the other end asked.
"I'm stuck in the middle of a frozen lake… the Viral cornered me. Can you call for someone to pick me up? I got spotty service out here." Neptune asked.
"How did you-... Nevermind. Give me your coordinates so I can relay them to the pickup team." Sun sighed.
"Thanks man." The blue haired teen said as he looked around. It was then that a crow flew over where he was standing and out of sight. "Huh, wonder how long that was watching me…?" He wondered to himself as he started trying to get from where he was by leaping onto platforms that appeared at random.

ThermalsniperN7: Didn't expect Neptune to use Water Dust, did you? Surprise! He did use it! As a weapon!
Dragon Emperor0: He may be scared of water in large amounts, but I'm pretty sure he's okay with small stuff like that. Otherwise I'm pretty sure he wouldn't be able to stay clean….
