Chapter 21: Meeting part 2

(Insert Sasuke theme)

Kay's Ocean mindscape

"Then after she tried to fireball the sphere, which is three miles to the west, she vowed that she would find a way to get Sasuke out of that sphere." He said finishing his tale to Godzilla, the beast snorted, "Now I know that you are not here for a social visit so what is it that's on your mind?"

"Have you been noticing the air is different?" Godzilla said, "What has been happening since we last contacted?"

Kay frowned, "Okay, Mr. poor listening skills did you not hear? I already told you what been going on!" The ancient predator lowered himself, he is eye level with his host. Without warning a huge wave of water consumes Kay. Once knocked back he is spluttering for air, "What was that for!"

"I find your attitude most annoying hatchling." The creature states, "Are you not aware of the changes?"

"No, am I supposed to?" Kay asks, "After all is not like I have animal instincts to go by this seal gives me some attributes just not a whole lot."

"Explain."

Kay sits Indian style on the shore, "For instance, I noticed that I have some lines on my neck could this mean that I can breathe underwater? I don't know, I haven't tested that theory yet."

Gojira growled again, the power was his and his alone. No one not even the hatchling was going to use it, he will make sure of it. Unless of course, this little one needed a reminder as is to why he was the alpha, wanting to exhort his dominance the lights of his back danced. Kay's eyes widen as he takes cover, the blast is fired just not towards him.

Kay peeks, Godzilla fired the atomic breath into the air once again. He breathes heavily, "You are just trying to give a heart attack, aren't you?"

A feral grin plasters, "Just to remind you who is the alpha here hatchling."

"Pfft, please I know whose Alpha & Omega and you ain't Him." Kay says, "Where was I? Oh, yes after that she left. The day goes by normal or somewhat normal, we saw very unusual things around the village, people's hair dyed pink, clothes torn into pieces…"

"I didn't ask how the day went!" Godzilla roared, "I asked have you not noticed the changes that have been occurring or not and I'm asking how this seal affects me to you!"

The projection of the roar once again knocking the young man down on his backside, a slight 'oof' from him and suddenly Kay finds himself eating sand. Spitting it out, he gags on it, salty was one word for this and uncalled for, "Yuck! Sand in my mouth!" Another roar from Gojira signals that he wasn't in the mood for games or any more shenanigans, "Alright, alright keep your pants on no need to bite my head off. Just a fair assumption but you did ask what's been happening so what gives?"

"Whatever…"

Kay shakes his head, "Anyway, long story short I don't know how the seal is reacting to the body. From what I've done there is no doubt in my mind that I have super strength or should I say kaiju strength…since we are this subject any chance you absorbed chakra?"

Godzilla paused; he thinks back to the fight he had with that fox the night he arrived in this world. He knew that the situation was weird. The atmosphere was wrong, everything was wrong, yet one thing did happen, strange energy surrounded him, yet it was not his own. He did absorb some type of energy that night, he was unsure what kind it was, or at least in the sense of what kind of name to call it.

"Chakra? I see that is the name of the foreign energy I sense within me." He once again lays on the ocean bed, "Tell me hatchling what do you know about this chakra?"

Sucking his teeth Kay began moving his hand from side to side in a half motion, "Well, my knowledge of chakra is very limited at the moment, actually, I'm a bit rusty on what it is, to be honest. I know what it can do and how it works, just not the side of where I need to be specific about it."

Godzilla snorted, "So much for your foreknowledge."

"Hey, cut me some slack! It's been a few years since I read the Manga and/or watched any of the episodes okay!" Kay countered with a huff, "Besides, I may know what happens it doesn't mean that everything is going to be changed!"

"You're messing with power that even you are not supposed to be messing with. What kind of changes are you supposedly are to be preventing? The change will happen however too much change and the universe will set out to correct itself. Take it from me hatchling, I keep order on both sides."

"That may be true, but I won't sit around and allow for a madman to do as he pleases and another thing…" He paused, cleared his throat, "CAN YOU PLEASE STOP TRYING TO ESCAPE! I CANNOT SLEEP!"

"Tough. Until I am free, I will not rest." Godzilla said

"Look, I can't go around with insomnia as this body grows older it nearly impossible to concrete on anything ninja! I got bags under my bags!" He pointed to his eyes, not that creature could see from far away, "I'm asking please if you help me here then you will have your freedom."

"LIES! People like you are always wanting to have power! They never release only gain!" Godzilla roared

"You don't know me very well." Kay stated annoyed, "While it's true power corrupts, I'm different for two reasons; #1 personal conviction, and #2 moral upbringing."

"Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men. Even when they exercise influence and not authority, still more when you superadd the tendency or the certainty of corruption by authority. Are you more able than others to enact that moral identity, to do what's right?"

"I can try, that doesn't mean there won't be stumbling along the way." The young man said

"We shall see." Godzilla turns to go into the ocean. Just before he did, he looks over his shoulders, "Very well, if sleep is what you are desiring I'll grant you peace and quiet, for now, I do this on a whim don't mistake this as an act of kindness nor mercy. Also, youngling, try to be more in tune with your senses, you missed various others."

Godzilla splashes the ocean ground causing a tidal wave to knock the man back to consciousness.

Sasuke has awoken abruptly, he grimaces as the light was bothering him. Everything was hazy he was super tired from last night frenzy. He will ask Naruto later how to contact the beast willing instead of these random encounters. Sasuke yawns as Shizune rubs his back, cooing him, "Sleep well Sasuke-kun?"

He nods not trusting his voice nodded, as his head clears his thoughts, it goes back to Mikoto. It was bad enough that he screwed up with the Uchiha Matriarch when he talked. Call it a hunch, something in her eyes were telling him if he doesn't do anything soon or tries to reconnect the bridge with her, she'll be lost to the Uchiha Hatred.

"Well you out for nearly an hour and it's almost lunchtime. We'll come back to play in a little bit."

Sasuke nodded hopping down from the young teen, he needed the exercise anyway. A few minutes later Naruto was called back, the three of them with the escorts went back to the village ground to find a place to eat. 10 minutes later they found a restaurant they go to sit down and relax ordering their lunch.

Naruto shook his head apparently Sasuke was still sleep-deprived. He smacks him in the head, Sasuke growls, "Knock it off."

(Pause BGM)

Kazekage Estate

Rasa, Yondaime Kazekage of Sunagakure is renowned for his ability to use Gold Dust. Rasa's reign as Kazekage is stressful because the Land of Wind's daimyō began to cut down on Sunagakure's budget and instead used Konohagakure's less expensive services. Rasa, therefore, saw his own village in danger of extinction. To prevent that, he decided to focus on increasing the quality of the ninja in the village.

However, reports came in from his righthand Baki that Lady Hokage had arrived earlier than usual on a metal chariot and she requested to keep the schedule the same. This intrigued the man. A metal chariot that cut the distance of travel down between village within a few hours instead of a 3-day journey. It sounded for some investigation.

He regarded his children coldly, "You all understand that you are to be on your best behavior, correct?"

"Hai, Otou-sama," the two eldest answered, but the third and youngest merely gave a timid nod.

"Gaara, you will answer when spoken to," The girl's father growled.

"H-hai, Otou-sama," Gaara answered.

"Temari," The girl flinched, "Keep your siblings in line while the Hokage and I speak."

"Hai," Temari said quietly.

"Good, I don't want our guest to think that my house is full of…" A knock at the door stopped him, "Enter!"

"Kazekage-sama." A veiled man bowed before his superior, "Our sensory have some news on our unexpected guest, two children specifically."

The Kazekage dismissed his children, the trio scampered out his office after that he regarded his subordinate, "Oh? Two children? Baki I thought you would have information on Hokage-sama new escorts and the way they dress. Strange looking people they are."

The Jōnin shrugged, "When one of my sensors told me that the Hokage brought along children. No older than Gaara-sama it appears, they said they have an immense chakra reservoir. She suspected that the children, a young blond boy, could very well be Konohagakure's Jinchūriki and the other black-haired duck tail hair Uchiha though she is unsure of which tailed beast it is."

Rasa eyes widen, ""Why would the Hokage bring her jinchūriki on a diplomatic mission?! How exactly does Konoha have two?"

"Unsure, sir." The man replied, "Rumors have it that a leviathan attacked the Hidden Leaf as well nine tail fox four years ago. There is nothing concrete only speculation on the reptile beast."

Rasa hummed as he drummed his fingers on his seat, "I know for a fact that the Hokage wouldn't risk open war with another village...keep an eye on the children, but do not be seen. If they become dangerous, immobilize them immediately. But do not kill them. If things go bad for us right now, we're finished."

"Understood," Baki said, before leaving.

(Resume Sasuke theme soundtrack)

Back at the park once again Sasuke sat on one of the swings gazing upon the children of the Sand. Naruto was talking with some of them as he didn't feel like mingling with the folk here. Call him anti-social but Sasuke was a picky person when it came to making friends, when the children of the sand came to him, he offered them a wave and hello. His blonde counterpart was the opposite talking upon hours on end.

"Oi Sasuke! Come on you antisocial prick, say hello to our new friends!" Naruto yelled out waving to him

Sasuke twitched, did Naruto call him a prick? He got off the swing, the other children sensed the danger emitting from the non-Uchiha anomaly they decided to wisely step back, wait...was he glowing?

From her hiding spot Pakura blinked, the Uchiha boy was glowing. This confirmed what the sensory ninja commented of the said latter having a beast within him, the only question: what type was it? There were only nine in existence however given recent events could it be.

A pained yelp captured her attention, the boy was still glowing and fuming, then out of the blue his focus turns…on her?! With a gasp she hides, the boy was much more perspective then she gives him credit for, what a rookie mistake to almost gets caught by a child.

Sasuke frowns at a tall kunoichi, fair-skinned with no pupil in her brown eyes. She has green hair that tied in a bun…what was her name again?

"OI!" Naruto threw a fist out but Sasuke caught it from the corner of his eye

"Knock it off." The former simply stated

"You didn't have to hit me on the head Teme!"

Sasuke sighed, "I'm headed back to Shizune feel free to join us when you are done."

The young Uchiha goes back to the woman he just saw, still thinking about her. 'What was her name?' he pondered. If memory served him correctly, she was betrayed by her village, or was it the other village.

Naruto eyed his friend carefully, Sasuke was thinking and when Sasuke thinks something was on his mind. "What are you up to?"

Once they were back at the hotel, Sasuke was still thinking about the woman he saw from earlier, still pondering her name. He sat on the bed Indian style which Shizune thought was cute, he had this pout on his face.

"Don't think too hard Sasuke or else you'll give yourself a headache." She said giggling while entering the bathroom.

The young boy gave a small smirk, Naruto leaning on his back with his arms crossed regarded his friend, "So, what's on your mind Sasuke?"

"I don't know, it's probably nothing yet I can't help shake this feeling that we were being watched." He says putting emphasis on the word

"I know what you mean, I got the same notion as well and it's not from the escorts," Naruto said

"No, I could have sworn I saw a girl with green hair, I couldn't make it who it was, but I know I saw her." The two sat in silence for a while, Sasuke sat crossed legged and arm with his eyes closed while Naruto was sprawled over the bed with a nose bubble contracting and expanding.

The door opened to reveal Tsunade, she eyed the two children suspiciously, they have been quiet, a little too quiet for her taste, especially Naruto. Her sights were set on the blonde, he was just snoozing for the moment though she noticed that the ground pulsed. She gazes upon Sasuke, he was breathing in sync as he was glo- Glowing?! Tsunade blinks, she looks at him again he was glowing indeed, puzzled by this new establishment she inspects the Uchiha boy.

His ear twitches, he was listening to her movement. She comes close to him inspecting the young lad, now that she got a good look at him, she notices some scars on his neck, lines almost gill-like.

'Interesting.' She muses, she puts her hands on his neck, Sasuke eyes twitch as her soft hands gently rub his neck. Like a turtle he retracts his neck into his shoulders it was apparent that he was sensitive there, his eyes remain closed.

"Hmm." Tsunade let him go as Sasuke goes back to his previous sitting position with a calmer face instead of furrowed. Shizune then comes out of the bathroom humming, without turning, "Shizune, have you noticed anything odd about our Uchiha guest."

Sasuke eyes pop open and so does Naruto's nose bubble pop.

"No, not really."

(Insert: Naruto OST 1 - Glued State)

Naruto tensed, Sasuke mind went into a frenzy, this was not good. Did Tsunade suspect something?

The Senju cupped Sasuke chin lifting it slightly, "Take a look at this."

Shizune went over puzzled by her teacher's findings, when she inspects the young boy's neck, she is a bit appalled, "Huh, why I didn't notice that before."

"Sasuke has gill-like features on his neck something that is only common in Kiri, I have not heard of an Uchiha with features like this nor do they do the marrying outside the family." Tsunade paused. She stared into coal eyes. Sasuke swallowed a lump forming, "The only explanations that I can come up with are either he had a birth defect, these are tattoos or something else. The first two may seem plausible however that doesn't explain why Sasuke was glowing."

Shizune officially was following, "Sasuke was glowing?"

"You've been with them since yesterday and you haven't noticed Sasuke glow? A neon-blue glow?" Tsunade deadpanned

Pakura's eyes widen, so she was not imagining it. The boy really did take a shine literally shined a little.

Tsunade knew that they were being spied on, "Well, we wouldn't want an international incident with the Kazekage." Pakura stifled a gasp retreated for now, "Which why Shizune I came to pick you up early, the Kazekage cleared his schedule for today so we'll be heading in the evening to enjoy a meal with his family."

Naruto knew that he would see Gaara again as well as his siblings, they need to get Gaara to help with Shikaku. Right now, they had bigger fish to fry.

'Damn, how the heck was I supposed to know that glowing would give me away not that I bothered learning how to turn it on or off, now I'm starting to regret that being able to shut it off.' Sasuke was lifted to be eye level with the blonde Hokage.

"I'm going to give this one a bath. You take care of Naruto." She stated

"Hai."

'Oh, joy…' He thought sarcastically. He was in the bathroom alone with Tsunade, her gaze never leaves him, they eyed each other suspiciously.

Tsunade went first, "Alright gaki, take off your clothes and starting bathing." Pouting best he could Sasuke turned his back on her giving her the cold shoulder, the blonde had no tolerance for insubordination, "Hard way it is then."

Forcefully, she removed his shirt, but he resisted her, "No!"

"Sasuke…don't be…err…difficult!" The blonde kept a mental note in the back of her head, the gaki was strong, was it possible that the incident at the park was true? She banished the thought; kids were strong if they infused chakra into their punches which she doubted he learned how to mold. The blonde was losing her patience, kids were often to resist however this was not normal strength level for a toddler.

"No, let go! I won't change in front of you."

Ah-ha, so that was it he wanted a little privacy, fine she will give the brat some privacy. "All you had to do was ask." She said bopping him on the head hard he cried out clutching his head. Gritting his teeth, Sasuke kicked Tsunade in the shin. Hard. Tsunade yelped and hopped around while furiously massaging her quickly bruising shin, Sasuke let a snort of satisfaction out.

"Cheeky, little brat!"

Sasuke takes off his shirt and goes no further, a few moments later Tsunade rolls her eyes she turns around. Sasuke hesitant undoes his pants and leaves only his underwear on. Even if she was a doctor there was no way he will lose his dignity in letting her see his manhood.

The busty blonde turns, fine she'll settle for him to be in his underwear at least his clothes were off. She stared intently at his backside, her eyes widen then go back to normal. There on his right shoulder blade was a leaf, a maple leaf to be exact with some squiggle lines surrounding it.

'A seal! A seal for what though?' Tsunade ponders as the water runs, 'Why would the Uchiha place a seal on Sas-unless…no…Fugaku may have the answers that I need. When we get back I need to meet with him in private.'

Kazekage Estate Evening

(Insert Evening soundtrack)

Naruto and Sasuke were led by the hand into the Kazekage's estate, staring at the massive stone building in awe. It was like the Hokage's mansion, only bigger, and made from stone...or sand...Naruto could not tell. Sasuke admired the building unique design, he wonders if other missions will lead to other settings, he hopes so.

"Now, Naruto-kun, Sasuke-Kun," Tsunade said, making the boys turn their attention to her, "I need you two to be on your best behavior. No pranks, no yelling, and no picking fights. Understand?"

"Okay, Baa-chan/ Sure."

Again, Tsunade was suspiciously eyeing them. So far, these two have been calm for the most part of the trip, with no major incident just a few scuffles here and there. "Eh, what do you think Sasuke-teme?"

"And watch your language," Tsunade smirked, bopping the boy's unruly hair. "Remember you'll be in the presence of a Kage and his daughters. All things considered; you two could at least make a new friend with one of his children."

Their escort knocked on the door.

"Enter!"

The rough voice immediately set the boys on edge, more Sasuke than Naruto. This would be the first time that the blonde jinchūriki will be meeting his friend's father. Naruto then realized something, 'Wait a minute! Did Tsunade Baa-chan say daughters!'

Rasa had dressed in his Kage clothes, hat, and veil but his eyes were uncovered. "You three will remember your manners."

"Hai!" The door opens to reveal the Godaime Hokage, her apprentice, two children about the same age as Gaara. Something that Temari took notice, she was dressed similarly to her father, except where Rasa's clothes were blue, the Hokage's were red. Something else in fact was the two boys, she was surprised that an Uchiha was here on a diplomatic mission. The last time it was Shodai Hokage that sent Uchiha Madara to diplomacy it did not turn out well according to what the textbook said.

Temari's interest peeked. The boy wearing an orange shirt was exceedingly small, about Gaara's size, perhaps the same age of 4, and had spiky blond hair that seemed to jut out in every direction. The Uchiha two small bangs to frame his small face, yet the back end reminded her of a duck's tail causing her to snort a little but he too was the same size as her sister.

Rasa spread his arms out in a welcoming gesture, his palms facing up. "Hokage-dono, it's an honor to see you." He said politely, "I bid you welcome to my village."

Tsunade made a gesture, placing her right fist against her left open palm. She bowed at the waist, "You honor me by inviting me to your village, Kazekage-dono. I must say it's quite a bit different than I imagined."

"We get that a lot," Rasa said, "Most visitors think that Suna is nothing more than a sandpit, but under our care, the village is a thriving oasis in the desert. I trust your journey was pleasant?"

'Count the fact that I had to babysit not one but two gakis, oh yeah very pleasant.' The blonde woman had to resist the urge to eyeroll, she simply stated, "It was unusual."

Rasa nodded "I see you've brought a few guests with you?" He said, motioning to the boys, "And who might these two be?"

Tsunade pushed the two boys forward, she pointed to her right, "This is my cousin Uzumaki Naruto…" She then pointed to the left, "This is his friend Uchiha Sasuke from the Uchiha clan."

"An Uzumaki? Interesting," Rasa said in surprise, "I've always heard that the Uzumaki had red hair, why is his hair blonde?" The Kazekage took a little bit more notice that the boy resembled somewhat of the late Yondaime of Konoha.

"His father is unknown unlike his mother is a full-blooded Uzumaki the last of her clan since the destruction of Whirlpool Village during the Second Great Ninja war." Tsunade said, "I'm sure you are aware of the red-hot habanero?"

Rasa had to suppress a shudder. It was no secret that Uzumaki Kushina's temper was legendary, "Yes, Kushina-sama. though I'm surprised that Uchiha Fugaku would allow his second son to come on this journey."

All eyes were on Sasuke, he had a brief flashback of Mikoto and him shopping but since Godzilla was keeping him up all night she took pity on him and laid him down on a supposed hammock for a quick moment and turns out, it was netting for the army of Monarch. Sasuke shrugs, at least a message was sent back home.

Temari was intrigued she had, heard about the Uzumaki clan from the textbooks she reads while in the academy. It was a known fact that First Hokage married one Uzumaki Mito. They were supposedly the most renowned clan in all the nations that did not possess a Kekkei Genkai. However, what they lost in Kekkei Genkai they made up for in terms of sealing arts, with rumored saying to have a long life span, and monstrous chakra reserves. Since the destruction of whirlpool very few survived and were scattered across the globe. Rumor has it that one Uzumaki lives in the land of iron which is the land of Samurais calling himself Battousai.

Rasa clapped his hands, "Ah, I almost forgot to introduce my children." He points to the girl with four pigtails, "My oldest is Temari, she just entered in her second year of the academy." Temari bowed, her eyes switching between the blond- and raven-haired boys. Sasuke bowed as did Naruto, "My second oldest, Konkuro, just starting academy, and already on his way to mastering puppetry."

"Suna is very proficient in puppetry, I wish you the best of luck young one," Tsunade said bowing

"Thank you, Hokage-sama," the boy said, bowing back respectfully

"And my youngest, Gaara," Rasa said, gesturing to the tiny redhead at the end holding a teddy bear, "She's only..."

Naruto and Sasuke zeroed in on the being known as Gaara ignoring the Kazekage. The two noticed that the hair was tied into twin ponytails, the being also wore a light blue dress with some sort of covering to cover the shoulders. Floored by this revelation they both screamed, "GAARA'S A GIRL!"

LXD: Well, color me surprised when the last chapter didn't receive no reviews, all I heard was crickets, excuse me while I go cry in the corner and eat chocolate cake T T.
