"Yeah, we have a couple books inside," Lucy said. He headed back inside the guild. "You know, we never got your names," Stella pointed out. Introductions had gone over with the members pretty quickly. I headed over to the bookcase and saw an odd looking book. I took it out and it was covered in dust and cobwebs. I shook it off and wiped off the cover of it. 'Ancient artifacts and long lost items', it read. "Am I able to keep this?" I asked him. "Sure, you seem like you need it more than I do," he said. I smiled slightly as Stella approached me. The little chick immediately jumped at me, luckily I was able to catch him in time. "Hey there cutie, are you doing okay?" I asked him. He nodded and cuddled against me. I smiled at him, "Did you find something on the keys?" Stella asked. "I'm not really sure yet but I think that this might have something on it," I told her. We went over to one of the empty tables. I started to skim through most of the book and landed on a section about keys.
"Did you find anything yet?" Lucy asked while sitting next to me. "Actually, I just did. It says here that there are 7 obsidian keys who are the 'guardians' of the celestial world. They were the first ones to ever have keys to be made in existence. The spirits within them are either equal to or stronger than the ones of the 12 zodiac. When summoned together, the queen can be called upon-" I said. "There's a queen? I never knew that there was a queen," Gray interrupted. "Well from what I can tell, there isn't much about her," I admitted before skipping a couple of pages. "We can find out more about her another time, just keep reading," Erza said. "It says here that the gate for the queen can be held open depending on the amount of magic the user has before fainting. Each guardian is linked to an ancient magic that hasn't been used / been learned in thousands of years," I continued. "Does it say what kind of magic they have?" Gray asked. I flipped a couple of pages before reading. "Uh I don't think it says" I told him. "Does it give a description of what they look like?" Lucy asked.
I flipped through the book again before shaking My head. "I guess it would have to wait till the keys are found," I told her. The little chick started jumping in my lap, "What's the matter sweetie?" I asked as I placed him on the table. He started chirping for a couple of seconds. I ended up giving him a strawberry to eat. The master approached us, "You two don't belong here, do you?" Master asked us. "What do you mean gramps?" Nastu asked. "No sir, both of us have come from a different world," Stella said. "Like the celestial world or something like that?" Nastu asked. "Huh? No, we don't belong here or wherever this 'celestial world' that you speak of," I said. "What kind of world could you come from?" Cana asked. "A world filled with magic, like this one. I guess it would be different since I never heard of spirits being held within keys before," Stella said. "What's different over there?" she asked.
"Well there are fairies like me and Stella, witches and there are also specialists. We attend schools that help with our magic. I would go into more but I have to go" I said. I got up and was about to leave. "But you don't know the area," Stella said. "That's fine, I don't mind exploring a bit," I told her before leaving. I headed off into the square and explored the different stores. One of them took my interest pretty quickly. I went in and looked around. "May I help you with something?" The store keeper asked. "Yeah, could you tell what you sell here?" I asked him. "Keys, would you like to buy some?" He asked. "Yeah, I'll buy a couple," she said.
There was a gentle on the door. "Come in," Faragonda said. The door opened and Tecna stepped in. "What did you find?" she asked when acknowledging her. "Ms Faragonda, I think I might've found them," Tecna said. "Please come in, Tecna," Faragonda told her while taking a seat at her desk. Tecna walks into the office and closes the door behind her.
I came out with 5 maroon keys and a golden key ring. The keys had different symbols and were different from each other. I headed back home, I was deciding on a name for the little chick I found.
The next day, Musa and Stella were heading out on a job request. The request had mentioned strange weather patterns that were negatively impacting a nearby town. One day, they would experience horrific blizzards. The next day, the snow would melt away to be replaced with extreme heat. The odd patterns had annihilated the town's crops, making it near impossible for the town's people to have enough food. The cause of the problem was difficult to stop since the people weren't able to pinpoint the cause. After arriving, they immediately took notice of damage to the town. "Do you think we can handle this?" Stella questioned. "I believe that we're able to," Musa said. They went on to ask for directions to find the person in charge. The duo were able to find him by the far end of the town. There were people being wrapped up in bandages and cared for. "You two must be the wizards from fairy tail right?" he asked.
"We are, could you tell us how long this has been going on for?" Musa asked. "If you two could follow me please and I'll explain," he told them. He started to give them a small tour of the area. A lot of the buildings were destroyed on the sides. The fields were being flooded, or on fire for the most part. "As you can see, we're not doing too well. For a couple of months now, these patterns have been affecting us" He said before stopping in front of one of the buildings. "Why didn't you tell the guild sooner?" Musa asked him. "At first it was helpful to us and thought that it was normal weather patterns, so we didn't bother asking for help. Then things started to get a little troubling for us when it started to strike people when there were thunderstorms. Floods have been happening with fires on most days," he explained. "Do you think that it might be a wizard or someone in your town?" Musa questioned. "This is a town filled with non-wizards, so that isn't much of a concern to us but there is a weird fellow that lives not too far from here" he admitted.
Musa and Stella looked at each other, "Could you show us where he lives?" Musa asked him. "I would gladly show you but at the moment, I'm very suspicious of him," he said. "What do you mean?" Stella asked. "Our problems started around the time when he first came. From what I know, he's able to use magic but won't help us fix the problem. We never really interacted with him when he came into town. You'll find him if you go that way and his house is pretty noticeable. The sooner that you can figure this out, the faster we can go back to living our life" he concluded. That's when he left the girls behind. The clouds started to clump together and get darker as a result. The townspeople started rushing to get inside somewhere. "Wanna at least try to fix it?" Musa asked him. She nodded, "Cloud breaker!" she yelled. Stella formed two yellow balls to move all the clouds that were blocking the sun. The only problem was that a small part was cleared before it clumped back up. "Huh, that should've moved the clouds," Stella said.
"Well it did but you saw what happened. Wanna try doing this in a different spot?" Musa asked. "Yeah, I don't see why not," Stella said. They went into the direction of what the mayor had told them earlier. The home was in the best condition but at least it wasn't destroyed like most of the others. "You try to fix the clouds, I'll try to talk to this guy," Musa said. Then it started to drizzle at this point. Musa knocked on the door gently and waited a bit. Nothing happened for about a minute before she knocked again. "Hello! Is anyone there! If we could just have a minute of your time to talk!" Musa called out. She leaned against the door to hear anything. There wasn't any movement within the house. "Stella, I don't think that anyone really lives here or he isn't here," Musa said. "So what are we going to do? Noth-" Stella stopped talking. "What's the matter?" Musa asked her. All Stella did was point towards the back to the house. Musa turned back and saw that it was an elder man. "I suggest that you two leave while you can," he suggested.
There was a portal that opened in the middle of the forest. Riven, Brandon, Tecna, Flora, Bloom and Sky stepped through. "So where do you suppose we start Tecna?" Bloom asked. She brought up her map, it displayed two blinking red dots. "They're currently on the move in the next town over. We'll split up when we get there. Let's get moving" she said.
"So what you're saying is that it's a key causing all of this?" Stella asked. "Yes, it is located in the center of the forest right there. The only way to stop it is by removing it. Just know, it won't be an easy task" he explained. "Do you know what kind of key it was?" Musa asked. "It was obsidian, obviously it's angry," he said. He stepped back into his house, letting the girls in with him. "Do you know why that is?" Stella asked. "From what I know a couple of the villagers have been going to its resting place and disturbing it. They act like they aren't aware of what they did. So unfortunately it's too late to stop it" he said. Rain started pouring heavily outside with thunder bolts coming down shortly after. "I noticed that you and your house haven't been affected. How do you know all of this if you don't mind me asking?" Musa said. "I had passed by and was coming through here. It was covered by leaves on a tombstone. I don't know what it may look like now" he said.
"Um, the mayor had mentioned that these strange weather patterns started when you got here," Stella pointed out. "He may be saying that because he doesn't know his people are the ones doing it," he said. "Why not help sinc-" "because why help a town when they have a thing against you" he interrupted her. "We understand that but it is good to set a good image for yourself so that people would actually approach you" Musa said. "I don't care for others' approval, I don't even have enough magic to take down that creature" he admitted. He escorted the girls out of his house. "If you two care enough, go take it yourselves" he closed the door on them. "What are we going to do now?" "to the forest?" Stella suggested. "Let's get going," Musa said. In a flash of light the duo had changed into their enchantix forms. Stella's hair getting styled into a side swept fringe.
She has two pigtails high on her head, which are held in place by diamond shaped bands, and she wears a blue tiara. She wears a blue choker on her neck, with her fairy dust vial below it. Her outfit is an orange top, which is held in place by two cyan straps. Her skirt has sections which alternate between large pink and orange petals. She wears strappy blue barefoot sandals that wrap up her leg beneath her knee. She has pink shoulder-length translucent gloves. Her wings are pink and blue, outlined in orange. Her forewings have red bobbles hanging down from the tips, and her bottom wings curl out at the bottom.
Musa's enchantix consists of a red and light pink striped tube top with yellow petal ribbon over one shoulder draping down the front and red Elizabethan minstrel shorts. The skirt also has two strips of yellow petals tied at the hip. Her shoes are alternately yellow or red barefoot sandals. Her hair becomes longer, though it stays in pigtails, and she wears a three-pointed gold tiara. On her arms are pink, translucent shoulder-length gloves. Her wings are gold and purple edged, and white and translucent gold on the inside. From each wing point hangs a purple bobble. They flew towards the center of the forest. "Hey look, we're almost there," Musa pointed out. There was a dim light that shined in the distance. As the two of them kept going, the worse the storms got. "It must be one really aggressive spirit," Stella said.
"Yeah, the faster we find it, the faster we can calm down the storm," Musa said. Tree branches and other debris were flying around, Musa didn't have much room to dodge on the ground or air. "Disco shell!" Musa yelled. She forms a large pink bubble around them. They continued flying but were hit with strong wind pressure. Musa was sent back and hit a tree. Musa felt like she couldn't move the tree while Stella was sent flying towards. She pulled out the key from her belt, "Open! Gate of the Sea Empress! Sireniod!" Musa yelled. The key glowed black before a blue mermaid was summoned. "Hello princess, what can I do for you?" she asked. "Do what you can to help stop this," Musa struggled to say. Sireniod approached the tombstone and assessed the area. "Lythirus, this is getting ridiculous," Sireniod announced. "My dear friend Sireniod, you finally came to visit," a male voice said. There was a strong gust of wind through the trees before the soft blue glow got darker underneath the pile of leaves. The wind that held Musa and Stella against the trees had stopped. It was so sudden which caused her to fall onto the ground. "This is where you landed?" Sireniod asked him.
"I've been here for about 100 years peacefully till this town was developed here 50 years later. I was continuously disturbed by the villagers because of the stories that they created," He explained. "It's time to put a stop-" Sirenoid tried the counter. "Why stop now, they didn't stop for months until they saw fit. They're probably spinning the story where I'm the bad guy" Lythirus said. "You are, considering the way you're handling this isn't helping anyone," Sirenoid pointed out. "What do you suggest I do then?" Lythirus questioned. "Have you tried leaving?" Sirenoid asked. "Why would I need to when I'm having fun here?" Lythirus said. "You could always leave with us and not have to be treated like this anymore," Musa suggested. There was a bit of silence in the air. "Do you think it's over?" Stella aske. "Maybe," Musa said as she picked up the key. "Let's head back to see it stopped there. Thanks for the help Sireniod" Musa said. "No problem, princess," she said before disappearing. The duo had flown back to the town and looked for the major. 5 minutes later, they landed.
"Hey, we found the problem," Musa said and held up the key to him. "A key?" he asked. "It's what's inside of the key that's the issue" Musa said. "Is that what's causing the problem?" he asked. "Actually, it was there peacefully. That until it was brought to our attention that most of the people that are here were disturbing it" Stella said. "What is the solution to this?" he asked. "The key is going to stay with me. We can help fix up the town if you want," Musa suggests. He began to shed a couple of tears. "You don't know how much that would mean to us," he cried. "It's no problem for us," Stella said. The both of them flew above the town, then used their fairy dust. Stella's bottle was a golden, skewed, pyramid container with a pyramid-shaped cap encased in dark orange, rounded, star-shapes with the outermost one being adorned with golden stars and four dark orange, raindrop-shaped charms on the mid and lower points of the star. They started with the most affected areas. The buildings were started to get reconstructed by the purple powder. They parted ways, Musa heading towards the fields with Stella went to the smaller shops arounds.
After almost an hour, the town had gone back to what it was before. "Now all you have to worry about is medical treatment for people," Musa said as she landed. "So you couldn't do anything for them?" he questioned. "What do you mean? We helped you with rebuilding, what else could you want from us?" Stella asked. "You could have provided that treatment instead," he snarked back. There was a weird vibe coming off from him now which caused the both of them to back away from him. "You two are not leaving," he said. "Actually, I think we are," Musa said before flying away. Stella waved at him before following behind Musa. "Looks like we miss out on a good reward," Stella said. "Yeah but I got a new key as a result," Musa pointed out. She showed Stella the key she took. It had a claw at the end with a lobster tail fin symbol. It had a rigid feeling on the neck. The girls flew faster towards the train station and headed home.
