For over the past five years vigilantes has been appearing in multiple cities all across over the world where it had started in Cosmopolis 'The City of Tomorrow' where 'The Utopian' a man who possesses godlike powers which is the reason why he is also called 'The Man of Majesty'. Then around the same time the 'Batman' of Gotham city nickname 'The City of Crime' appeared who didn't have any superpowers but instead he had high tech gadgets and is an highly skilled fighter and he also known as 'The Dark Knight'.
A five years after the appearance of those two superheroes in Central City at S.T.A.R. Labs 'Scientific and Technological Advanced Research Laboratories' where there was accident with it's next-gen particle accelerator that was supposed to supply all of Central City with unlimited clean energy, and to also further the advancement of the science however when they had turned it on, something went horribly wrong where the particle accelerator released a huge shock-wave of dark matter into the Earths atmosphere which led to numerous of people all around the world gaining superpowers where they would be called 'Meta-Human's'.
However this wasn't the first time that the world has seen people who possesses superpowers as back during the Second World War there was a group of individuals that had superpowers which they used to help win the war and they were known as 'The All-Star Squadron'. The members of the All-Star Squadron were General Glory, Wonder Woman, Mister Terrific, The Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman, Hawkman, Hawkwoman, Amazing Man, Doctor Fate, Atom-Smasher, Hourman, Doctor Mid-Nite, Starman, Sandman, Wildcat, Black Canary and Vixen.
It was a good thing that the All-Star Squadron existed back then as during the World War 2 there was a scientist named Dr. Frederick Vought who created a alchemical super soldier serum known as 'Compound V' that can grant anyone superpowers however creating Compound V is extremely difficult resulting in only a group of individuals to receive the super soldier serum however they are not consider to be Meta-Human's as their powers are a result of the serum not genetics so instead they called 'Enhanced Individuals'. Two members of that group didn't receive Compound V instead one had a Power Ring similar to the Green Lantern's expect his was yellow and so he was called Yellow Lantern while the other had similar powers to The Flash expect when he was ran he had red lightning unlike The Flash who had yellow lightning and he was called Blitzen.
Near the end of the war the secret laboratory which Dr. Frederick Vought was using to create Compound V was destroyed in the battle between the All-Star Squadron and the Super Soldiers resulting in Dr. Frederick Vought death and with it the knowledge on how to create Compound V as Dr. Frederick Vought had kept it a secret of it from everyone else.
In many different cities across the world new superheroes began appearing like in Amnesty Bay which is a small coastal town located in Maine, which was where the first appearance of new 'Aquaman' who appeared not to long after the Utopian and Batman and similarly to the Utopian he doesn't just remain in one city instead he travels all across the world where he helps anyone in need in the ocean or stops anyone that threats it which is the reason why he is also called 'The Sea Guardian'.
After the particle accelerator explosion appeared in Central City was the man that had taken up the mantle of 'The Flash' who just like the original Flash possesses incredible Super-Speed thanks to his connection with the Speed-Force an cosmic force based around velocity and movement, which is the reason why he is also called 'The Scarlet Speedster'. In Brick City it had it's own protector known as 'Black Lightning' who possesses lightning base superpowers with his lightning being unique color black and dark blue and he was also called 'The King of Lightning'.
In Starling City it had a duo who were the 'Green Arrow' who just like Batman doesn't have any superpowers but is a highly skilled archer and fighter and he is also called 'The Emerald Archer' while his partner was the brand new 'Black Canary' who is a Meta-human where she possesses the superpower that is nickname 'The Canary Cry' which is a powerful sonic scream and she's also a highly skilled fighter and she is also called 'The Song Bird'.
In Coast City there was the new 'Green Lantern' who claims that he is a member of the Green Lantern Corps which is an intergalactic peacekeeping force created by the Guardians of the Universe to keep the peace by using their green power rings which is considered by some to be the most powerful weapon in the known universe and is also called 'The Green Protector' however he also claims that the original Green Lantern wasn't a member of the Corp and the Guardians were surprised when they were told about him and curious as to where his Green Lantern ring came as well the Yellow Lantern ring and the Red Lantern ring as back during that time there was also man who had a red power ring and call himself 'Red Lantern'.
In Midway City it had a duo like Starling City who were the new 'Hawkman' and 'Hawkwoman' and their powers were exactly the same as the original Hawkman and Hawkwoman and they even look almost identical to original duo as well with the only difference between them were their costume however they are still called 'The Warrior's of the sky'.
In National City appeared a being who could rival the Utopian in strength and that person was known as 'Power Woman' however the Utopian possess his superpowers because he was a Viltrumite but Power Woman wasn't instead she was the most powerful Meta-Human on Earth which was the reason why she is also called 'The Woman of Steel'.
Then in the recent news Steve Trevor who is an agent for the trans governmental intelligence agency known as G.D.A. which is acronym for 'Global Defense Agency' had return to United States of America after disappearing for a couple days and when he return he wasn't alone as he had brought back with him a beautiful woman who's name was Diana the princess of Themyscira which was the home land to the Amazons who were warrior women. Although this wasn't the first time the world had seen a Amazonian from Themyscira as the Wonder Woman back during World War Two was from there, where she was sent from her home island to help win the war and her name was Hippolyta the Queen of the Amazon's and the mother of Diana.
The reason why Diana had come to America was because she was to be the ambassador for the Amazons and she also possessed super powers and Diana was the Amazon's champion where she has earn the title that her mother once had and that was the name of 'Wonder Woman'.
Cosmopolis is one of the largest and most well-known cities in the United States of America and the whole world with it having incredible sites to see like the LuthorCorp tower which is one of the world's largest, most diversified multinational corporation with the CEO being the brilliant but ruthless businessman Alexander Joseph 'Lex' Luthor and then there was the Daily Star tower a world renowned news agency with it's famous world globe on top of the tower.
"Ha ha look at these numbers and people say that one person can't make a news crew but those people didn't factor in Lonnie Lattimer" Perry White the editor-in-chief of the Daily Star said with a proud smile.
"It's not me Perry, It's the Utopian that's who the people want to hear all about" said Lonnie Lattimer an beautiful and world renown investigative reporter for the Daily Star.
"Naw It's all you Lattimer, so how about marrying me?" said Steve Lombard who was the sports columnist for the Daily Star.
"Not even if you could fly, Lombard" said Lonnie.
"Come on Lattimer you're gonna go be an old maid it you keep on waiting for the Utopian forever" said Steve.
"Are you kidding me Steve? It's the Utopian who's the one that's waiting for me" Lonnie said with a confident smile.
"Hey the taco truck's downstairs, Kevin! Tory! Dora! Perry's! I'm buying! Even for you Lombard, come on Jimmy!" Lonnie said before she walk out.
"All right!" said James Bartholomew Olsen or otherwise known to everyone as 'Jimmy' who is an photo-journalist for the Daily Star.
While everyone else left to go down to the taco truck there was only one person who remained behind and that was Sheldon Sampson the mild-mannered investigative reporter for the Daily Star but unknown to the rest of the world he was also the superhero known as the Utopian. This wasn't the first time that Sheldon wasn't invited to something as to keep his identical a secret Sheldon pretended to be a timid and shy man who lacked the confidence to stand up for himself and wore glasses which works proving that people only sees what they want to believe however even though it worked it had also made Sheldon rather unpopular among his co-workers.
"There, it's finally done" Sheldon said to himself as he finished writing his latest news article.
Sheldon then got up from chair and went to roof of the Daily Star and thanks to his x-ray vision he saw that there wasn't nobody else up there and once he got there he activated his superhero costume which was a white Viltrumite armor that form around his body that had the crest for the House of El that looks like a 'U' in a diamond shape shield with the 'U' and the outline of the shield was red while inside the shield was yellow, golden armbands around his wrists, a red belt with golden belt buckle that was also a diamond shape shield and he had a red cape flowing behind him which is attached to the crest on his chest.
Sheldon then took off into the night sky and as he flew into the skies of Cosmopolis he thought to himself that out of all his great superpowers his most favorite one of them was flying but not because it made him look like a god to people instead because it made him feel truly free to be truly himself.
Suddenly thanks to his Super-Hearing the Utopian was able to hear a man scream out in pain from the other side of Cosmopolis so he immediately flew as fast as he could towards the screaming man where he saw a building that was still being built and on it's roof there was a injury man so the Utopian landed next to him.
"It's going to be okay, I'm going to take you to a hospi..." Before the Utopian could finish his sentence he was intercepted by the injured man.
"Don't worry about me! I'll be fine but Dave he's still inside with whatever the hell that thing is" said the injured man.
"It's okay I'll go and find him" The Utopian said as he had already used his X-ray vision to see if the man had any broken bones but thankfully he didn't so the Utopian walk into the abandoned building using his Super-Hearing and X-ray to look for the man's friend and once he spotted the man the Utopian used his Super-Speed to rush over to him and the Utopian saw that he was unconscious and injured so the Utopian used his X-ray vision to check him over like he did with his friend.
"Good he's still alive but who did this to him?" The Utopian ask himself.
As the Utopian used his X-ray vision and Super-Hearing again he saw a creature that look like a grotesque with a hunchbacked, it had insect-like wings protruding out of his back and it was wearing high-tech armor and it was pulling something out from it's chest which look like a strange metal cube so The Utopian used his Super-Speed to take the unconscious man back to his friend outside before going to see what the demon-like creature was doing.
"Now then what are you and why have you come here?" The Utopian ask the creature which he now could see that had green skin and it's armor was gold-colored.
"The Viltrumite!" The creature said before it breath fire at The Utopian who block it using his arms.
"These ain't any normal flames" The Utopian thought as even though they didn't hurt him he could still feel it.
The Utopian quickly fired his heat vision while not at full power the creature which hit the face causing it to stop breathing fire and be push back and the Utopian then used his Super-Strength to punch the creature in the right side of its face, sending it flying into the sky and out of Cosmopolis as the Utopian didn't want to damage any of the buildings or scare any of the civilians if they see the creature and the Utopian then flew right after it and once he caught up he then punch the creature again sending it crashing down ground and the Utopian landed next to it.
"So are you willing to talk now?" The Utopian ask the creature but it then try to grab hold of The Utopian however he simply used his Super-Speed to avoid it.
"FOR LORD DARKSEID!" The creature roared before the cube that it try to pull out from it's chest before exploded killing the creature and started a fire.
"Why do I have a feeling that this is only the beginning" The Utopian said to himself before he use his Super-Breath to put out the fire and once he finished he went back to the two injured man on the rooftop and took them to Cosmopolis hospital to get them help but after he did that the Utopian then flew around Cosmopolis as he needed to make sure that there weren't any more of those creatures left in Cosmopolis.
It didn't take the Utopian long to find out that he was right as there was another one of the creatures who was in a warehouse owner by LuthorCorp at Cosmopolis docks and it look like it was doing the same as the other creature but as the Utopian try to stop it and find out what was going on it did the exactly the same thing as the previous creature and exploded however once he put the fire he saw that there was a piece of the creatures armor still intact so the Utopian decided that he should take it back to his fortress to see if the Viltrumite database knew anything about it but just as the Utopian was about to see if there were clues left behind a green light appeared over him.
"So your the so-call 'The Utopian' huh?" said a male voice.
As the Utopian turn around he saw a man around the same as him with brown hair wearing a green and black outfit with white gloves and had a white circle with a green symbol inside on his chest and he was flouting in mid air with a green energy surrounding him and he was pointing his green ring at the Utopian.
"And who are you suppose to be?" The Utopian asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Who are I!? Hello I'm the Green Lantern, you know the Green Protector of Coast City" Green Lantern said annoyed.
"Oh yeah I remember Lonnie wrote a piece about him" The Utopian thought remembering Lonnie's story where she had questioned him to it be was telling the truth about being him apart of galactic peacekeeping force.
"Anyways I got to go" The Utopian said as he lift off the floor however just as he was about to fly out of the building a green wall appeared in front of him blocking him.
"Sorry but you ain't going anyway pal, I got some questions to ask you" said Green Lantern.
"I don't have time dealing with you" The Utopian said annoyed as he pull his fist back before throwing a punch at the green wall shattered it normally he wouldn't do this however he needed to find out if there were anymore those creatures in Cosmopolis.
However just as the Utopian was about to leave Green Lantern then used his ring to create a barrier surrounding him.
"I said I got questions for you! So make time!" Green Lantern said seriously.
"Alright you ask for it" The Utopian said before he threw a punch shattering Green Lantern's barrier and sending him flying outside where he first crash into the giant green cube, freeing a man that was a grey armor with a black bat symbol on the chest and a yellow belt, black gauntlets, black boots, black cape and cowl.
After breaking the giant green cube Green Lantern continue until he crash into a truck causing an explosion as for Batman he quickly pick up a metal box which was same as the other boxes that the two creatures had but then the Utopian rush at Batman and held him up against a wall by his cape.
"So what exactly can you do?" The Utopian ask as Sheldon had heard all about and seen photos of Gotham's Dark Knight.
Batman didn't reply instead he took out one of his batarang's from his utility belt to cut off the piece of his cape that the Utopian had a hold of and he immediately use the wall to jump away from the Viltrumite. While in the air Batman turn around and took out from his belt smoke pellets and threw them at the Utopian to block his vision of site and allowing Batman to find some cover so him could think up a plan.
However that didn't stop Sheldon as he hovered off the ground and with his enhance vision he could see though the smoke easily.
"You do know that can still see you right?" The Utopian said before he flew at Batman appearing right in front of him and so Batman took out his grappling gun and fired it to get away from the Utopian who then appeared in the air and grab the hook which he then easily crush.
"The two creatures that I have fought this night each had one of those boxes that you have" The Utopian said he hovered towards Batman who immediately back flip away and threw a batarang at the Utopian who caught it which began beeping before it exploded in the Utopian's face while Batman use grappling gun again as it is able to fire multiple grappling hooks to get a away.
However just the Utopian walk out of the smoke he was completely unharmed and he fired his Atomic Vision at the grappling line causing Batman to fall but he manage to land unharmed.
"They blow themselves up so instead I'll ask you what are these boxes for?" The Utopian ask as he continue to make his way towards the Dark Knight.
Suddenly a giant green fist came flying which hit the Utopian across his face.
"HEY! We ain't done yet!" Green Lantern said angrily before he flew at the Utopian where he then use his ring to create a giant green chain's to hit the Utopian with where he knock most of them away except for one as it manage to hit him in the chest which push him back a bit and Green Lantern use this as a opportunity to create more chain's which wrap around the Utopian.
"Chain's? Well ain't you funny" The Utopian said before he used his Super-Strength to break free.
"Oh, you gotta be kidding me!" Green Lantern complained as he quickly formed a green barrier around himself just in time as the Utopian then appeared in front of him and punched the green barrier so hard sending the green wearing superhero all the way to downtown Cosmopolis, Green Lantern managed to stop himself from crashing into anything and he then flew as fast as he could back to the Utopian as he ready to unleash a large blast of green energy at the Viltrumite who saw this so he flew at the Green Lantern and before he could fire his attack he was sent crashing to the ground near Batman who then stood next to him.
"This guy is going to kill us!" Green Lantern said as he ready his ring for the incoming attack.
"No he won't, you bruise but you don't kill, do you, Sheldon Sampson" Batman said muttering Sheldon's name quietly but he knew that the Utopian would be able to hear him thanks to his Super-Hearing which cause Sheldon's eyes widening in shock and made him stop his change at the two other heroes and stood right in front of Batman.
"How!?" The Utopian demanded in a serious tone.
"I track your flight pattern where i saw that you visit certain places multiple times a day and then I figure out what all of these places have in common aka you" Batman explained.
"I see Bruce" The Utopian said with a smile as he had used his X-ray Vision to look underneath Batman's Cowl and found out that the Dark Knight of Gotham City was none other than Gotham's favorite son Bruce Thomas Wayne.
"You look!" Batman said annoyed while also thinking about ways to make sure that it doesn't happen again
"Wait Bruce? As in Bruce Wayne the billionaire! Are you freaking kidding me!" Green Lantern said shock figuring out that the richest man in Gotham City was also it's Dark Knight.
"So why are you and the green flash light over there in Cosmopolis for, i'm guessing it isn't site seeing?" The Utopian ask curiously.
"You said that you met two of those things had boxes just like this one?" Batman ask holding up the metal box.
"Yeah and when I try to find out what they were doing they just ended up blow themselves up" said the Utopian.
"Same thing happened to us, it seems to be something that's much bigger than both Cosmopolis and Gotham is going on" said Batman.
Just then three Cosmopolis police helicopters came and they put their lights on them.
"We need to move!" Batman ordered as he opened up a manhole and jump down to the sewers with both the Utopian and Green Lantern floated down with him.
"Man what is up with this guy and sewers" Green Lantern said annoyed as this was the second time this night he has been in the sewers because of Batman.
"Someone is strategically placing these boxes, we have to find out why? Before it's too late" said Batman.

I got the idea of Compound V from 'The Boys' where it is use to create that world's 'superheroes'
Blitzen is the name of the evil version of the Flash from Earth and the part about him having red lighting instead of yellow lightning like Jay Garrick is because he has the Negative Speed Force like the Reverse-Flash
The Global Defense Agency is from Image Comics and it's going to be replacing A.R.G.U.S.
