"I don't have a good feeling about this..." Helena had noticed how close Perle and Jewel were getting. The celestial redhead had resolved that her clan remain until she gave birth. Traveling was a bad idea when she was this far along. So, for now, they stayed within Crystal Tokyo.

The rest of her clan didn't seem to mind their vacation had been extended. On the contrary, they were over the moon about it. However, while she was thrilled for Perle to be in love, she was curious if she could trust Jewel, Beryl's daughter. "Helena, you shouldn't be stressing yourself so much. It's not healthy for you...or the baby." Endymion advised wisely.

"Don't brood regarding Jewel, Lady Helena. She's a good girl," Neo Queen Serenity calmly soothed Helena. Still, Helena resolved to keep an eye out as any diligent mother should. So, once a week, Perle and Jewel went on a date.

"Jewel? Jewel, there you-Oh my!" One evening, Perle uncovered Jewel tending to poor Trisha, who had fallen deathly ill!

Being one of the more powerful Senshi, Trisha had not felt well since the party. However, she'd thought nothing much of it as, conceivably, she just had too much cake. However, Shadow did sensibly point out that she had the thinnest slice anyone at the party saw due to Trisha's dislike of cake.

"Jewel, I hate to ask this of you. However, I need another jug of water and a third blanket." Pluto's only child was virtually as white as a corpse and sweating profusely, switching rapidly from complaining about either being too hot or too cold.

"Perle, please, stay with Trisha. I'll be right back," Jewel did everything she could to try and regulate Trisha's temperature.

"Hang in there, Princess of Pluto." Perle held her hand, and Trisha gave him a pained smile of gratitude just for being there.

All the Senshi prepared an abundance of hot soup, ice-cold juice, and meds to assist Trisha's recovery. Perle even played lullabies on his flute to enable her to sleep. Sadly, in their next skirmish, Trisha collapsed and was struck in the hip. However, the attack smashed the key-shaped casing, shattering the gemstone!

Trisha gathered the bits and apologized profusely to Perle. Surprisingly she seemed to be completely recovered from her earlier sickness! But, unfortunately, shortly after Trisha's comeback, Emily likewise fell unwell. She lost plenty, both financially and mentally, because of it.

Repeatedly the Neo Outer Senshi had to restrain Emily as she attempted to jump off the Crystal Palace to end her suffering! Frequently, Emily would uncharacteristically cry or get excessively infuriated. Except Hortoru's daughter knew her thoughts/actions were illogical. Nevertheless, she felt she had no other option at times. Sadly, one morning, she was searching for the "good luck" charm Perle had made for her, and it was nowhere to be found!

Emily knew she had dropped it somewhere outside. Now it was either misplaced or demolished by this point! Emily sobbed as she tearfully apologized to Perle. The beautiful boy fairy forgave her and was delighted to witness her healing.

The next thing Perle knew, Alexis vanished without a trace! Everyone knew this was unquestionably unlike Alexis to just up and leave! Crystal wisely had previously requested that Jewel weave a spell around the Senshi. The enchantment activated during emergencies to track each other, especially if sorcery was involved.

Holly didn't appreciate when mysticism was used on her little sister. Regardless, if it enabled them to locate her missing sister, it was worth it! In theory, this did help a bit as they transformed. The Soldiers of Love and Justice followed Alexis's footprints, but the trial stopped in the woods!

Neo-Sailor Uranus lost her cool, "ALEXIS?! ALEXIS?! ALEXIS?!" Haruka's daughter was hyperventilating. A million terrifying thoughts enter her mind about what could've happened to her baby sister in those woods!

"Uranus, stop it. That's not going to help!" Neo-Sailor Jupiter tightly gripped the Solider of the Sky's shoulders to hold her steady. The young warrior began to tremble from overwhelming despair.

Spying something, Chibiusa bent to pick up a woven band from the ground. It was part of Alexis's bracelet, except the gemstone had vanished! "We will find Alexis!" Chibiusa vowed. A fiercely determined fire glowed in her ruby-red eyes. After this experience, the Senshi did not bring the jewels with them on missions anymore.
