Toadette hummed as she was looking through her diary, humming to herself as she opened it up, gasping. Dry Bowser glanced over her, the two being atone of Toadette's many vacation homes, this time at the Cloudtop Cruise.
"'Toadette is spending some quality time in the Koopa Troopa Beach's sandy shoreline when she gets a strange clear bottle from the ocean's waves, of which contains a particularly odd, old piece of paper...'" Dry Bowser read aloud as he folded his skeletal arms. "Gee, I wonder what this was suppose to be for."
"Oh shush." Toadette stated as she waved her right hand at Dry Bowser. "It's just a memento for what happened. Oh, how it triggers good memories..."
Cue flashback. Toadette watched with content as the bright, blue waves came splashing onto the shoreline of the quaint Koopa Troopa Beach on its western side, sighing as she shook her head, sitting on the sand.
"Nothing beats looking out at the ocean on such a nice day," Toadette commented as she bobbed her head back and forth.
Suddenly, Toadette looked out to the ocean to see a bottle coming up within the waves, watching it head towards the shore as she got up, rushing over to it to check it out. Holding the bottle, Toadette looked inside, to see an old piece of paper within it.
"Man, this must be something really unique." Toadette commented as she tried pulling the note out with her left hand, but couldn't reach into the bottle. "Darn! I can't seem to reach it!"
Murmuring, she tried reaching the letter with her right hand, but had the same outcome as before. Toadette sighed as she tilted her head back.
"Agh... it's no use!" Toadette cried out as she shook her head, looking up at the white puffy clouds in the clear blue sky. "I'm gonna need someone with long, lanky arms, or something long to help me get this out! But where am I gonna find someone or something..."
She pondered to herself as she jumped over the red and yellow ramps, walking through the shortcut tunnel from the end of it, going all around the beach circling the tropical race course as she watched various seagulls flying around the entire map. Toadette really wanted to get the paper out of the bottle, but how was she going to do it...?
