Straw Hat RWBYs

AN: Back again, people. Sorry 'bout the long wait for this chapter. A lot of things happened in real life, and just making sure the fights were up to my specifications. They're not overly long by themselves or very dramatic as the other fights in this arc will be, but I felt they didn't need to be, as this is pre-Arlong Park Nami and Usopp that are doing the fighting. Team RWBY's, Zoro's, and Luffy's will be more on the One Piece standard for fights, I can guarantee.

Before we begin, I'd like to answer a few reviews:

To the ones who had concerns about the Weiss/Luffy conversation: I'll address your concerns here, as to not have to repeat myself in the other responses, since two of the reviews I'll be answering mentioned it.

To start off, yes, I understand your concerns. I felt it needed to be included because out of everyone in team RWBY, I think Weiss is the one who would seek him out to ask such a question. I also felt it was in her character to seek out the answers to why Luffy became a pirate. And it just seemed in-character for Luffy to answer her. I hope that helps you all understand why I had Weiss confront Luffy like that.

Greymon1000: Thanks! I'm glad I'm keeping consistent with the characterization and I'm happy you enjoy me not putting the entire focus on RWBY. Just keeping the focus on them would just get boring really quickly.

Yeah, Nomadskout8 did a great job with the characters, and I'm glad I can give them life in this story. Zola, out of the entire Hogan marine crew, is my favorite, with Nova being my third. My second will be revealed next chapter. And no. I don't think it was. While having her fight Zoro would be interesting, I have a better fight for him lined up. Zola gets her time to shine right now against a certain long-nosed liar.

epantoja521: That'll be touched on after the arc is concluded.

MonkD. drgn: Thanks!

Yeah, it just doesn't make sense for them to just unlock everyone's Aura. It would not be feasible and time consuming. And I respect your opinion. I hope that when that bridge is crossed, my explanations will ease your concerns.

Thanks for that.

I considered doing that arc. I'm not sure if it will make into the actual story, but I intend to write it out, whether it be in the story proper, or just part of a separate mini story.

Donovan Bain: BELIEVE me when I say I understand. It's hard to find a good story where the writer doesn't basically rehash the canon arcs with only minor differences. I don't like doing that. When you introduce a character or characters into another story, then it's obvious the canon of that story is going to change. It's just facts.

Yeah, I'm nervous for the canon arcs myself, specifically the Arlong Park arc. Baratie, the first canon arc I'll be doing, I'm not as concerned about because I'm fairly confident that I'll be twisting enough around that it won't be a recapitulating of canon. Arlong Park is going to the challenge because it's my favorite arc in One Piece and I'm going to be the MOST critical of it, because I don't want to restate canon, but at the same time, I don't want to lose the emotional impact the arc has.

I understand your stance on not giving RWBY Devil Fruits. One wrong step, and you ruin everything you've built up. While I don't think it's silly to give them Devil Fruits, I will admit for my story giving them ALL Devil Fruits would be silly. I don't give out special powers lightly. I usually have a series of purposes behind it. Nomadskout8 and I have spent, collectively, several hours discussing whether to give RWBY Devil Fruits or not. In the end, we felt giving them all DFs would be redundant and unnecessary. I do, however, intend to give two of them Devil Fruits, because I feel out of the four, those two are, not the 'weakest' per say, but maybe the ones who would benefit the most from them. Plus, we've discussed numerous Devil Fruits trying to find the ones that would not overpower the two, but just supplement their existing abilities.

I hope this doesn't dissuade you from continuing to read the story. I can promise I've put a lot of thought into a lot of this story to attempt to avoid the concerns you have already.

PrimusPilus: Oh…Hehehehehehehe…the Zoro/Mihawk fight will be a spectacle for all.

Mastergamer14: Yeah, for some arcs. There's going to be a few arcs where they'll fight someone from Remnant or one of the old Straw Hat villains.

qazse: I must apologize to you, because I said this chapter would showcase how Aura from someone in the One Piece world wouldn't work like does for those in the RWBY world, but it didn't turn out like I wanted it to. Instead, I'll have to showcase that during the Arlong Park arc. My apologies.

OH, and a huge shoutout to Nomadskout8 for all his help with this chapter! With that out of the way, let's get started:

Chapter 6: Usopp vs. Zola and Nami vs. Collen Bourne!

Hannoki Town, main street

Nami huffed in exhaustion as she raced to find Luffy and Zoro.

Her right arm was throbbing from being dislocated, and a slight trail of blood ran down her left cheek. Her legs were bruised and battered. Her clothes were ripped.

Yet she didn't stop.

They needed to get off this island now! If that cheap ass Marine was right, and if those idiots caused trouble, there was going to be hell to pay!

And she was NOT going to die because of their stupidity!

A few minutes earlier

Nami carefully opened the door to the final pirate cache with a smile. She hadn't had such a good haul since she was thirteen! She was only about ten thousand from a hundred million now!

The pirate thief was feeling pretty good at the moment. The end of her mission was so close she could practically taste it, however, she forced herself to focus. She had learned a long time ago not to get too cocky. She had lost a lot of treasure that way.

Nami calmly made her way through the old bank to the vault. She had emptied the best treasure from the two places she overheard the Marines from around a corner when they mentioned there was more stored in the bank for safe keeping until they could move it. Being the avarice possessed woman she was, how could she not go investigate?

She walked down the stairs to the main vault, but she soon noticed a Marine at a table, examining a gold watch. Nami pressed herself against a wall, cursing mentally. She should have suspected this. She took a silent deep breath as she centered herself.

'Ok. Take it slowly, Nami,' she thought. 'You've got this.' She nodded and crouched.

The Marine, meanwhile, simply turned the watch over and examined the back. Nami stuck to the shadows behind another table in the room. She inched forward, carefully keeping to the shadows to avoid detection. The Marine merely hummed as he placed the watch down in a pile and grabbed an ornate box before opening it and examining the contents.

The orange haired teen made it halfway around the room when she saw the open vault. She smiled as she stealthily stood and silently crept across the carpeted room to the open vault doors.

She was almost past the security gates when the Marine spoke up, "Ma'am, what do you think of this necklace?" Nami froze and slowly turned to the only other person in the room. Green reptilian eyes stared at her expectantly. She recovered quickly.

"I'm sorry?"

"You're a thief, are you not?" the Marine, a guy who looked no older than her with a red mohawk, asked. "That would imply you know good, quality treasure. What is your opinion on this piece right here?" He held up the necklace for her to see.

Nami was gobsmacked for a moment before she quickly slipped into character. "Oh, come on! What makes you think I'm a thief?!" she asked innocently.

"You lack a Marine uniform, most of the islanders are in lockdown while our guests are docked, and you were slicking around in the dark like a rat," he said dully. "So, you were either a spy for the government or you're a thief. Considering you didn't try and pull rank on me; I'm guessing a thief."

"And you're not trying to arrest me because…?"

"I like thieves. They know their treasure. Captain Hogan will read me the riot act if he ever finds out, but what he doesn't know won't hurt him. So, this necklace?"

Nami was shocked by his blasé attitude towards thieves. "Uh…ok," she said as she walked to the table and examined the necklace in his hand. "Wow! That sapphire is remarkably cut! And is that chain thirty karat gold?!"

"Thirty-two, to be accurate," he corrected.

"This is worth a few thousand Berries!" Nami exclaimed.

"At the least," the Marine agreed, nodding in approval.

"Though that ring's a fake," Nami continued as she pointed to a large sapphire ring in the box. "The cuts are too rough, and the band is spray painted gold."

The Marine looked at the afore mentioned ring and picked it up. "Huh. It is. Good eye! Must have been done to try and preserve the set by the previous owners."

"Well, despite that, the set without it looks like he could be worth a few hundred thousand Berries," Nami observed.

"Give or take a few hundred," he agreed. "So, what's your name, Miss? I'm Lieutenant Collen Bourne," he introduced himself.

"Alice," Nami lied. She looked around the table and gasped when she saw an intricate broach. "Oh my gosh! Is that an Dawnclipse broach?! With emeralds?!" she asked in amazement.

"Sure is! Made by the Twinkling Jewelers on Dawn Island!" Collen answered.

"I've never seen one with emeralds!"

"Me neither! I actually had to look it up to make sure it wasn't a mistake. Turns out, it's part of a limited series that only took place on Dawn Island. Only about forty were ever made, and the net worth of one of these babies is 7,000 Berries!"

"Oh wow!" Nami's eyes were practically Berri signs at this point. Oh, how she would have loved to have grabbed that broach and run out, but she knew she wouldn't make to the door. Instead, she decided to find something to distract him long enough for her to make her move and get out.

However, she spotted something else, and she gasped in surprise again. "A vintage set of ruby earrings from the Oykot Kingdom?!"

"They are," Collen confirmed again. "Very rare thing, those. The kingdom doesn't exist anymore. Bad pirate attack, I believe."

Nami reverently reached out and picked up the piece of literal history and held them to her eyes, examining every inch of the bronze encased gemstones. A unique insignia was inscribed on the side of the bronze. Her eyes widened.

"These were meant for someone from the royal family," she whispered. She had been to the Oykot kingdom ruins before; it was where she met the person who showed her how to identify the best loot. And that person had been in possession of earrings that were an exact match for the ones in her hands. "These might be worth close to several million Berries."

Collen scoffed. "Doubtful. Must be some replicas made by some jewelers somewhere." Nami stiffened, slowly turning towards the Marine.

"I think you're mistaken," she told him quietly. "I've been to Oykot, and I've seen an authentic set of earrings made for their former royal family. These match those perfectly."

"Please. Oykot's jewelry was highly sought after, so several replicas have been made of them since its destruction," he contradicted. "I've seen hundreds of knock offs in my lifetime."

"True, there's several duplications out there, but they all have one problem: the bronze is too bright. The bronze on these puppies is dark, patinaed. And the ruby is cut just like how they used to."

"Lieutenant! We have bad news!" a Marine shouted as he barreled into the room. Collen and Nami looked up. "We have a thief on the loose!" He looked to his superior and then to Nami. He balked. "T-That's her!" he shouted, pointing at Nami. "She stole all the loot from the other caches! And she's wounded a few of our men!"

The two simply blinked at the Marine. The man in question sweat-dropped. "S-Sir, are you consorting with thieves again?" he asked hesitantly. Collen sighed.

"You've been busy, I see," Collen said to his companion. Suddenly, his leg lashed out and slammed into Nami's legs. The orangette gasped in pain as an elbow hit her temple and sent her flying into the far end of the room. She cried out as her back hit the wall, hard.

"Lieutenant…!" the Marine grunt shouted.

"Go find Captain Hogan and inform him I'll have dealt with the problem within the next few minutes," Collen informed him. The Marine hesitantly nodded in confirmation.

"Y-Yes, sir!" The man saluted the younger man and scrambled out of the room. Collen sighed and turned to his opponent, who was shakily beginning to stand.

"Just stay down," he advised. "Or I'll just have to hurt you more." That made Nami clench her teeth. "I can't let you take all that treasure I'm afraid. I still need to authenticate it."

Nami smirked. "Well, it's probably a good thing I did take it then," she told him. "It's obvious you'd price them too low." His eye twitched.

"What a novice thief," he grumbled and lashed out with a kick. But this time, Nami was prepared for him. Like a serpent, she waited until the last possible moment, then Nami broke out her staff and twisted away from his leg. Using her momentum, she swung her bo staff into Collen's side. He grunted as he was pushed to the side away from the orange haired thief.

Nami grinned and swung her staff over her shoulder. "Hey! Novice thieves get caught! I'm a great thief!" she proclaimed boldly. Collen stood and clinched his teeth.

"A braindead thief is more like it," he grumbled. Nami frowned at that.

"Better than a cheap Marine like you!" she countered. He bolted towards her, and Nami barely threw herself to the side as his knee slammed into the air where her stomach had been. Collen spun on his toes and lashed out with a kick hitting Nami's left leg as she tried to run away. She gasped in pain as she fell to the ground again.

Collen was not going to give her a chance to recover, however. He rushed her down form and stomped on one of her legs, eliciting a cry of pain from Nami. He tried to stomp on the other when thrusted her staff into his groin. He screamed out in agony, hands going to clutch his bruised area as Nami stumbled to her feet.

Collen growled. "Ok, I'm through being nice!" He looked up, only for Nami to slam the butt of her staff into his face. He grunted as he was pushed onto his back by the strike. The pirate thief brought her staff back up and slammed it back down on Collen's head, sending him to the ground with a loud thud.

Nami turned to run, but the Marine Lieutenant quickly did a handstand and launched himself towards the fleeing Nami. He landed a hard kick to Nami's side, sending her into a table. She cried out as the table broke under her and cut through her shirt, even drawing blood as the splintered wood raked across her skin.

"You really should have just given up!" he growled. He stalked towards Nami as she tried to stand. He didn't allow her as he threw a kick into her shoulder, dislocating it. She screamed in pain.

"Now I have to hurt you!" He went to kick her again, but she scrambled backwards. Throwing herself into a wall, she gritted her teeth as she forced her shoulder back into its socket. She bit her lip to keep from screaming out.

He stopped in front of her. "I'm sorry," he mumbled. Collen raised his fist, but before he could do anything, Nami struck.

It was instinct on her part. Years of being beaten down by Arlong's men gave her a viper-like response time and the skill to strike with surgical precision. She had grabbed her staff by on end with both hands and held it steady until he came in close. And when he did, she swung at his legs with all the force she could muster.

The surprise blow caught the Marine off guard, causing his eyes to widen as he began falling backwards. Nami used her momentum to twist to her feet and brought her staff high above her head. With a loud yell, she slammed her staff down on his stomach.

He coughed out a strangled gasp, spit exiting his mouth at the hard hit. He landed hard on the stone floor, eliciting another exclamation of pain when his head bounced off the floor. Nami panted in exhaustion as she stood over the downed Marine. Collen tried to stand, but the pain in his stomach forced him back down. He gritted his teeth. "Damn…"

Nami regained her breath and smiled down at him. "This time, stay down," she told him. She stood tall and continued, "I'll be taking my leave now. You can keep the stuff in here. I'm sitting good with what I've got right now." Her eyes caught something on the floor, she knelt to grab it. It was the Oykot ruby earrings. She smiled. "On second thought, I'll take these. You obviously don't care much for them!" She threw the earrings in the air and caught them easily. She smiled brightly as she started to walk out of the place.

She was stopped, however, when she heard Collen chuckle in pain. "Go ahead. Take 'em. You won't have 'em long if the World Nobles get involved," he informed her. She frowned in confusion.

"The World Nobles? The guys who run the World Government? Why would they get involved with an out of the way place like this one?" she asked.

"One's visiting here to see Captain Hogan's success in rooting out the pirates of the island," he explained. He chuckled again. "A Marine Admiral is apparently escorting him, but I don't think he even got off the World Noble's ship. But you can bet that if they learned of you, the World Noble would have the authority to send him after you. Or worse yet, you harm him, and then the whole world's might will come raining down on you."

He laughed a bit. "Not a total loss, I guess. You're not much of an appraiser." Nami's eye twitched at that. She let out a loud roar and slammed her staff down on his head, snapping it two and sending Collen to blissful unconsciousness.

Now

Nami's lungs burned as she traversed the empty streets of Hannoki Village. "Dammit! Where are those idiots?!" she screamed as she turned a corner.

With Usopp

Zola was incredibly friendly.

Which was great for Usopp. Her easy-going nature made it easier for him to relax around her. After she had climbed aboard the Merry, the long-nosed pirate began to slow untense in her presence.

"I must say captain Usopp, your ship may be small, but it certainly has character!" Zola commented as they walked out of the dining room.

"Ha ha! Of course!" Usopp said boastfully. "The Going Merry is the greatest ship on this end of the East Blue!"

"I challenge that!" she countered with a grin. "The Vengeance, Captain Hogan's personal Naval vessel, is far superior!"

"Blasphemy!" The two laughed.

Usopp smiled to himself. 'What was I worried about? I thought it would be a challenge to keep being a pirate a secret, but with her, I'm doing pretty well!'

"Huh? What's this?" Usopp turned to her, and his eyes shot out of his head and his tongue shot out of his mouth when she saw what she was looking at: the paints and pirate flags he had stashed behind some barrels.

"W-Wait! D-Don't look-"

"These are…pirate flags…" Zola mumbled in disbelief. She turned to Usopp, her face showing confusion. "Why are these pirate flags here?"

"U-Uh…W-Well…Y-You see…" Usopp stuttered, trying to come up with a decent enough lie.

"And this one looks like it was modeled after you!" Confusion gave way to betrayal as Zola yelled at him. Then it gave into anger. "You're a pirate captain, aren't you?!"

"NO! No! I'm not!" Usopp blubbered out, swinging his arms around wildly. "This is not what it looks like!"

"Then what does it look like?!" she demanded.

Usopp spluttered for a moment until he regained his wits. Placing his hands on his hips, he boldly proclaimed, "Those are the flags of my fallen enemies! My crew and I have defeated all of them, all of whom were under the lead of my evil twin brother…Tsopp!"

"Really?" Zola blinked in surprise before she adopted a sheepish look. "Oh. Ehehehehe…Sorry about doubting you…"

'Holy Smokes! She bought it again!' "Ehehehe…No worries! Even I get like that sometimes," he told her.

Before he could say anything further, the distinct sound of a Transponder Snail filled the air, startling them both. Zola blinked before she pulled out a mini-Transponder Snail and pressed the top of the shell. "Petty Officer Zola here," she said to the snail. The snail's face had one eye closed and displayed a grimace of pain.

"Z-Zola…" came a raspy voice. Zola gasped.

"Collen! What's wrong?! You sound hurt!" she shouted.

"I was attacked…by a thief," Collen told her. Zola frowned at the snail.

"Collen Bourne did you try and recruit another thief, again?" she demanded.

"…I thought about it…" Zola stomped on the wooden deck.

"Collen!"

"It doesn't matter now. She beat me and is taking almost all the treasure with her. I need you to be on the lookout for anyone suspicious while I recover."

"Sure thing! And what does the girl look like?" she asked.

"Medium height. Brown eyes. Orange hair," Collen described. Hearing that, Usopp panicked.

"Nami! What the hell are you doing?!" He slapped a hand over his mouth.

"Who was that?" Collen asked.

"No one. I'll look for your thief and any of her cohorts," Zola said in a terrifying calm.

"Good luck." The snail deactivated, and Zola slowly turned to Usopp, her face utterly blank.

"Care to explain how you know that thief that hurt my friend?" she asked.

"Uh…Well…um…" Usopp tried to think of something, but he just couldn't think of anything. He stuttered a moment more before he panicked. He took out his slingshot and fired. "Lead Star!" he bellowed, shooting off the tiny lead marble at Zola.

She dodged easily. Her scowl was scary to the long-nosed liar. "I should have known," she whispered darkly. She took a jug of water from her hip and growled, "It's time you learn your place, pirate!" She took a deep swig from the jug. The hairs on the back of Usopp's neck stood on end.

"U-Um…Z-Zola…? Let's be calm about this…"

"Aqua Bullet!" she shouted, spitting out a small projectile of water.

It was only Usopp's insanely sharp eyesight that he even saw it coming and dodged out of the way. The water bullet shot through the wood of the ship, making a clean hole, and causing Usopp's eyes to bug out of his head and his lips and tongue to stretch out as he cried out in terror.

"H-H-H-H-How did you…?!" he stammered as he looked between her and the hole she made. She remained stoic as she answered.

"I may not be as strong as my Fishman father, but thanks to him, I was born with a few good abilities," she said taking another swig of her jug. Usopp stared at her in shock. Her 'Fishman father?'

"Y-Y-Y-Y-You're a F-F-F-F-Fishwoman?!" he exclaimed loudly. He suddenly looked down at her neck. What he thought were tattoos, he realized, weren't tattoos…

They were gills.

Zola didn't answer him. "Shut up, and submit, criminal!" she shouted, sending a few more Aqua Bullets his way. Usopp screamed in terror and raced to dodge the shots. The water projectiles slammed into the Merry with tremendous force, making new holes whenever they connected. Usopp saw this and got a little angry. He just finished repairing her!

"Stop blowing holes in my ship!" he roared as he twirled around another shot, reaching into his bag to pull out some ammo for his slingshot. He turned to Zola and fired a lead star at her, to which she dodged out of the way. But he anticipated this and fired another pellet at where she was dodging to. "Gunpowder Star!" he shouted and loosed the pellet.

Zola only had time to turn to see the pellet explode in her face. She cried out in shock and pain, coughing as smoke engulfed her head. The long-nosed sharpshooter pointed up at the sky and shouted, "That's what you get for trying to destroy the Merry!"

"I'll do a lot worse to it after I fill you full of holes!" Zola snarled, dispersing the smoke with her hands. She drank heavily of her gourd and breathed in deeply. "Aqua Machine Gun!" she screamed and shot multiple shots at Usopp.

For one fleeting second, Usopp felt he was about to die. He crossed his arms in front of him, hoping to minimalize the damage when suddenly, a shimmer of green energy engulfed his body. The bullets slammed into him, but with each hit, the green light shimmered. The long-nosed pirate gritted his teeth as he tried to keep his footing under the forceful assault.

After several more shots, the assault ended, leaving Zola in shock. "How the F are you not full of holes?!" she shouted in disbelief.

"Huh?" Usopp looked down at himself and found he wasn't harmed. Not even his clothes showed any damage. A barely noticeable flicker of green light shimmered around him. 'Wait. Is that…my Aura…?' His eyes widened in shock. 'My Aura protected me!'

He couldn't help but laugh loudly, boastfully. "It appears my super-secret special technique to negate fast moving projectiles actually works!" he taunted, deciding keeping Aura a secret was his best option currently.

"You damn liar!" she screeched. "Die!" she shouted, quickly taking another gulp of water, and shooting more bullets Usopp's way. The sniper dodged the bullets far easier than before, thanks to his Aura boosting his physical abilities. He pulled out his slingshot again and fired more Lead Stars at her. She dodged them easily enough, but Usopp smirked and pulled out his secret weapon. He fired a Gunpowder Star, which she dodged easily, and quickly reloaded his next attack.

"Special Attack: Egg Star!" The egg flew true and nailed Zola in the head. She let out a yell of surprise before she recollected herself. She stared at him, shocked at his audacity.

"Y-You shot an egg at my face!" she shouted. She growled and wiped her face off. "That's it! I'm done playing around!" She suddenly vanished from Usopp's sight, surprising the sniper as she appeared behind him. He quickly turned to face her; eyes wide as she settled into a martial arts stance.

"Fishman Karate," she growled, "Two Hundred Brick Fist!" She threw her fist into Usopp's chest, making the Straw Hat pirate gasp out in pain. Spittle flew out of his mouth as he momentarily folded around her fist, before suddenly being flung backwards into the storage room. He groaned in pain as Zola grabbed him by the neck. He let out a choked gasp.

"This. Ends. Now!" she ground out; teeth clenched tightly. Usopp's arms flailed around, grasping for anything he could use to make the Fishwoman release her grip on his neck. His hand found a bottle of some kind, and he quickly took the top off and swung at Zola's face.

She cried out a bit at the sensation of something landing in her eyes. She blinked for a few seconds before she realized her eyes were burning. Flames shot out of her eyes as she screamed out in pain. She fell to the ground and proceeded to roll around, hands on her eyes as she attempted to remove whatever was causing her pain.

Usopp coughed loudly as he tried to regain his breath. He steadied his breathing and looked over at the distressed Zola. Confused, he looked down at his hand and the bottle he was holding. Tabasco sauce. He nodded. "Yep. That'll do it," he muttered.

"Y-You jerk!" Zola cried. The burning sensation finally started subsiding, allowing her sight to return. She stood up and pointed at him accusingly. "What kind of man throws Tabasco sauce in a girl's eyes?!"

"What kind of girl who can fire water like a bullet tries to choke somebody out?!" he shouted back with shark teeth.

Zola blanched for a second before she refocused on her anger. "Grrr…Don't lecture me on fairness, pirate!" She roared as she jumped back at him. Usopp screamed in terror and swung the Tabasco bottle again.

"Usopp Tabasco Splash!" he shouted, sending more Tabasco sauce into Zola's eyes. She screamed in pain again as more flames flared out of her eyes. Usopp struck a pose. "Looks like I'm too spicy for you! Hahahahahaha!"

As the burn receded again, Zola looked to the smug pirate and growled. Out of the corner of her eyes she noticed something. Thinking of nothing more than revenge, she grabbed the object and ripped its top off. "Curry Powder Smoke Screen!" she shouted, tossing some curry powder at Usopp's face.

Usopp coughed violently and tried to disperse the cloud, but before he can, his nose and eyes began to burn. His face turned red as flames burst from his eyes and nose. "HOTHOTHOTHOTHOTHOTHOTHOT!" he babbled as he rolled across the floor in agony. Zola stood shakily and smirked at him.

"Looks like you can't handle the heat, either!" she taunted.

"Usopp Tabasco Splash!"

More Tabasco sauce splashes on her face, causing the flames to erupt from her eyes again. She screams in agony as she grabs a fist full of curry powder. When she can see somewhat clearly, she pounces at him.

"Curry Powder Smoke Screen!"

They continued this back and forth for an hour before they both collapsed in exhaustion.

AN: I hope you guys enjoyed the fights. I enjoyed writing them, especially Usopp vs. Zola. I had planned a bigger one for them, but I felt this one suited them better. Plus, I wasn't sure I wanted either to lose, so I settled for a draw. Next chapter will have team RWBY witness a tragedy. Stay tuned for that!
