UA classroom 1A next day (Izumi POV)
Today started out horrible and continued to suck until I got to class. First mom forgot to leave coffee for me before she left for work, then my train was late, then a villain attack blocked my normal route to school, and after barely getting to class on time Momo shoved the attendance sheet in my face and told me to take roll call.
"Ok everyone's here so do whatever." I say practically dead without coffee.
"Izumi you need to call names and wait for them to say here." Momo says standing next to me.
"I don't see any empty seats besides ours so logic dictates that everyone is here." I say trudging to my desk.
"I understand that but there are certain ways things must be done." She says in exasperation trailing behind me.
"Unless you can make coffee with that quirk of your this is how much I care." I grump out getting into my desk.
A hesitant look crossed her face until she opens her shirt at the belly and holds a hand there. Sure enough a black handle starts to come out attached to a pot of steaming coffee. She places it down on my desk as I look at her in awe for she was the one true god of this world. Taking a sip it was delicious and probably expensive roast from Columbia that was full bodied and flavorful. The class was shocked at what Momo did but were amazed when I chugged down all 120 fluid ounces of heaven.
"Momo I'm starting a religion and we shall worship you as the only true god of this world." I say giving her the best look of affection I can make.
She hides her face in embarrassment getting chuckles from our friends.
"Everyone quiet." Aizawa say appearing out of thin air.
"Now I have two announcements, first the use of firearms in school is strictly prohibited... even if your stopping a stampeding crowd." He says directing his glare at me.
"Second we will be taking a trip to another school facility for rescue training. Wearing you costume is optional but I would advise you to do so anyway. Now get changed and head to the bus loading area." He says scooting out in his sleeping bag.
Apparently it was the class presidents jobs to get everyone on the bus. Despite our class being in the best hero school we were still teenagers going on a trip so the excitement was strong.
"Hay Izumi how does your quirk work?" Tsu asks tilting her head.
"Ya you kinda just summon shotguns and burst into mist." Mina adds.
The detailed explanation I gave was well received but Momo was especially interested with the creation aspect of it. I must have started to ramble because One of Jiro's earphone jacks poke my shoulder.
"Sorry but you just kept going." Jiro say emphasizing the word going.
"Wow that's a manly quirk! Wish mine was that cool." A boy say sitting in front of my seat says.
"Manly?" I say in confusion pointing to myself.
"Ya and the way you fought in the battle training was way manly to." He say flashing a shark toothed smile.
"Uh... thanks." I say not sure how to respond.
"That's Kirishima we go way back, he thinks anything cool is manly." Mina says waving at the guy.
"Noted." I say even less sure.
Unforeseen Simulation Joint 30 minutes later Izumi POV)
Stopping at the massive facility Aizawa tells us to wait for the facility head at the entrance. Walking down the front steps was the one and only Space Hero: Thirteen, a hero who specializes in search and rescue.
"Oh Thirteen is my favorite!" Ochako squealed out.
"This is where you will be performing rescue training. I'll turn over the rest of the explanation to the hero in charge." Aizawa says in a lazy tone.
"Hello future hero's! Welcome to your first rescue training class at this remarkable facility known as Unforeseen Simulation Joint, built to simulate real life disasters. Today we will be splitting you into groups for each one focusing on certain situations like landslides, fire, windstorms, and other various disasters." Says the Space Hero gesturing to the many areas.
Aizawa walk up close to Thirteen muttering something to low for us to hear and Thirteen says something back in a hushed tone. Aizawa scowls before looking at us then telling Thirteen to continue.
"Ok before we start your training there is one... maybe two... ok five things I want to say. As you may know my quirk is Black Hole, I can suck anything up and atomize it." They say flexing there hand getting nods from the class.
"I wonder if that can destroyed me while I'm dissipated?" I wonder never discovering quirk that can harm me while I'm mist.
"While I have used this quirk to save many people it can just as easily kill. I imagine some of you have quirks like that right? In a world with many different quirks strict regulation is important to avoid accidents. Today we will focus on how to use your quirks in many different ways to recuse. So let's get out there and go Plus Ultra!" They say with a fist in the sky.
Walking into the massive complex it looked like some kind of amusement park. Before we could marvel at the technological achievement the lights flashed and a surge of electricity pulses through the building. Once the lights came back a dark mist began to form in the center of USJ. Once the mist was the size of a bus people began to emerge from it, the creepiest being a guy covering in severed hands. Then a massive creature came out as well looking like Frankenstein's monster.
"Is this like the entrance exam where the lesson already started?" Kirishima says looking at the assembled people.
"Don't move! Those are villains." Aizawa says putting his goggles on.
Various looks of shock spread throughout the class as the crowd of villains moved closer. My brain was into overdrive trying to categorize all the different quirks and possible weaknesses. Aizawa seemed to be getting ready for a fight as some of us did as well, materializing both shotguns I keep them both ready.
"Buckshot or beanbags!? I don't want to kill anyone but I may not have a choice!" I think not being sure if the villains will stop even after a high impact hit.
"Thirteen evacuate the students I'll deal with them." Aizawa say moving to confront the villains.
"There's to many down there for you to fight, your quirk only works on small groups not huge crowds." I say knowing he was at a severe disadvantage.
"You can't be a hero with just one trick. Thirteen I'm leaving it to you." He says jumping down the stairs.
It was impressive to watch him already dismantling the villains with deadly precision knocking them around like children. He was using his capture weapon like an extension of his arm tossing them around.
"Alright let's move!" Thirteen yells running for the exit.
We only make it half way to the entrance when the purple mist blocks our path, the mist formed into a more humanoid shape.
"Hello sorry for coming uninvited. We are the League of Villains and we came here to see All Might the Symbol of Peace take his last breath." The mist man says getting bigger to cover the entrance.
Even I was shocked at the audacity of that statement, kill All Might. Never had a villain even come close but they claimed to have the ability to kill the most powerful hero in the world.
"But he appears not to be here... no matter I have a job to do." He say moving what I assume are his arms.
Before he can do anything Kacchan and Kirishima attack like a couple of idiots. A massive explosion hits but did nothing leaving them exposed.
"Out of the way!" Thirteen says pointing a fingers at the villain.
The villain responds by covering us in mist.
USJ shipwreck zone same time (Izumi POV)
"Holy shit!" I yell falling out of the sky.
Dissipating I feel myself slowing down, can't fly yet but I can glide. Seeing a ship I float over slowly to the edge reforming on the deck.
"Well that could have been bad." I say seeing the villains in the water.
Splat!
Looking over to my left I see Mineta hit the wall next to me face first as Tsu jumps over the side.
"Good to see your fine Izu ribbit." She says with her normal tone.
"Ya luckily I was dropped from above, I don't swim well and I doubt you could carry me." I say looking over the edge of the boat.
Small wakes moved towards us showing a group of various water villains. Taking both shotguns I aim for some guy with a shark head and fire. The beanbag hits home right into his forehead knocking him out.
"That bitch has guns!" One of the others shouts.
"Oh thank god that stopped them!" Mineta says with tears in his eyes.
"It won't last long... the bullets I make aren't designed to go through deep water and beanbag rounds won't work at all." I say watching what the villains are doing.
"So we need to figure out how to get to shore, I can take Mineta but that would leave you alone." Tsu says poking her cheek.
"I don't float over water very well for long periods of time so I'll have to swim." I say stretching out my limbs.
"You just said you can't swim." Tsu says leveling an odd look at me.
"I said I can't swim well not that I couldn't, I'm just slow so I can't out swim them." I say seeing the villains move slightly closer.
"What if you distract the villains until we're safe, then I can't throw my balls into the water to stop them from following. They don't know what my quirk does so the villains won't want to touch them." Mineta says still shaking like a leaf getting shocked looks from both Tsu and I.
"What! I'm a pervert not an idiot!" He shouts at our looks of disbelief.
"We'll go with your plan Mineta. Tsu take my coat it will protect your back, be ready to swim like hell." I say handing my coat over and backing up from the railing of the boat.
Taking a running start I jump over the side of the boat I see my first target. I land boot first into a guy's head knocking him out but I sink to chest level quickly. The villains took a chance to swarm so I materialize my guns with buckshot. While it won't go far underwater at close range it was still effective.
"If I aim for non vital spots I won't kill any of them." I think waiting for them to make a move.
"Get her!" One of the more brave villains swam straight for me.
When she was close I shot her in the leg getting a bloodcurdling scream an she sank. I managed to get three more but one managed to sneak behind me and bite me in the shoulder with shark teeth.
"Ah! Son of a bitch!" I yell elbowing him in the face breaking his nose.
My blood was leaking out fast as more villains moved in seeing an opening. My right arm wasn't moving so the guy probably cut an artery. Firing a bit wildly they backed up a bit but still were to close.
"Midoriya swim!" Mineta yells chucking purple balls from the shore. "Die villains hahahahaha!" He yells for extra effect making the villains even more wary of following.
Swimming as fast as one arm would let me while Mineta was covering my retreat I eventually make it to the shore. Tsu helps me sit up but looks worried about the amount of blood still leaking out of my shoulder.
"Don't worry I will regenerate in a couple of minutes, I just need to rest." I say lying because it would take a good couple of hours to heal this but they didn't need to know that.
"What do we do now." Mineta asks calming down some now that we were out of imminent danger.
"We need to regroup with the others, let's head to the central plaza. Hopefully more of the class heads there." I say feeling the blood stop flowing out.
"Good idea but are you sure your good?" Tsu asks which I only nod back.
"Damn this hurts like hell but at least my quirk stopped the bleeding." I think taking my coat back from Tsu.
While the bleeding stoped I still had an open wound on my shoulder and if I was hit again it will definitely reopen.
USJ center plaza five minutes later (Izumi POV)
Walking to the central plaza we take shelter behind some debris. I was able to move my arm now but it felt like someone was stabbing me. I peek over our cover to see Aizawa was down and his elbow and arm broken being held down by the monster I saw earlier. Looking at the apparent ring leader he was just looked on with a sadistic air about him.
"One of them escaped." The mist guy says appearing next to hand guy.
"If you weren't out way out of here you would be dust!" The leader says scratching his neck.
"I am sorry." Was all the mist guy said back.
"We can't take dozens of pro hero's all at once... but we can damage the Symbol of Peace's pride." Hand guy says way to calm but my heart stopped when he spots Tsu looking on the other side of the debris.
He moved in a flash already a few meters from Tsu with his hand outstretched to her face. My mind races with anything that I could do to save one of the only friends I've had in a decade.
Not enough time to summon a gun.
To far away to run.
Teacher pinned by monster.
With every fiber of my being I desperately want to do something.
A strange feeling washed over me like I was dissipating and being pulled all at once. One moment I'm looking at the possible murder of a friend the next I'm standing right in front of Tsu.
Not thinking about it too hard I cover Tsu with my body putting my back to the villain. A pressure lands on my back but next a white hot searing pain races over me. A terrible sound of cracking as comes to my ears but I'm in to much pain to hear it.
It stops but I'm still in to much pain to move, darkness started to take my vision as I pass out falling over Tsu.
USJ central plaza same time (Aizawa POV)
I was too late.
By the time I was able to activate my quirk the villain was already there with a hand on Midoriya's back turning her into dust. Midoriya just appears rising from the ground in the villains way covering Asui with her body. When my quirk did activate the damage was done and Midoriya passed out probably from pain and blood loss.
I could see the pool of blood coming from Midoriya spreading out from her back that now had exposed muscle.
I was basically useless with my arm broken and my body pinned. What ever this thing holding me down was it definitely wasn't human. The leader claimed it had multiple quirks and was bio engineered to kill All Might which I now believe.
I just hope Midoriya wasn't dead with reinforcements coming soon.
Boom!
"It's fine now! I AM HERE!" All Might shouts finally getting off his stupid ass.
USJ central plaza same time (All Might POV)
This is a mess and I was to blame.
I wasted what little hero time I had on petty crimes any hero could handle. Now my students were in danger possibly dead and I am near my limit.
"I need to end this quickly!" I think feeling my body already protesting my actions.
Speeding down I take care of the small fries and grab Aizawa pushing the big guy off him. The thing doesn't react as it falls over so I speed over and grab the kids. Midoriya was bleeding heavy with a grave injury so I try to be careful. Placing them down I look at the enemy who was muttering to himself while picking up a hand that fell off his face.
"Take Aizawa and Midoriya out of here! I'll deal with them!" I say covering there escape.
Once the kids left with the injured I size up who I'm fighting. The man with hands covering him seemed to be giving the orders, the mist man and beast were is subordinates.
"Carolina Smash!" I yell going for the leader.
"Nomu." He says in a lazy tone.
The beast moves right in front of the leader taking the hit. It didn't even budge an inch after my hit and retaliated with a punch.
"It had no effect at all, huh!?" I say surprised at this thing taking one of my attacks. Following up with two hits to the face that also had no effect. I dodge more swipes at me but this thing was fast.
"It has shock absorption... Nomu was designed specifically to kill you. You would have better luck slowly taking his flesh apart but good luck doing that." The leader says in an almost gleeful tone.
"Thanks for the tip!" I yell pulling this thing into a suplex.
Boom!
That was a bad idea as I feel a massive hand digging into my side.
"Were you trying to keep him from moving by sticking him in the concrete? You won't be able to stop him like that... because Nomu is as strong as you are." He says shocking me.
"Shit this is bad!" I think as the hand clamps down on my side drawing more blood.
"This is good, Kurogiri." The leader says.
"Nomu was to keep you restrained, my job is to tear you apart." The now named Kurogiri says closing the portal as the Nomu drags me down.
Crack! Crack! Crack!
One after another loud gunshots ring out in the plaza each time the Nomu's grip loosened. Taking the opportunity I get out of its grip and land with students gathering around the fight. Looking at the source of the gunfire I see Midoriya walking forward with two smoking guns in her hands. The Mist Villain was jumped by Bakugo slamming into him and pinning him down.
More students moved in covering all sides surrounding area. My attempt to get them to leave fell on deaf ears as they got ready to fight.
"Brats will make great hero's one day."
USJ central plaza 2 minutes earlier (Izumi POV)
I felt like shit waking up on Tsu's shoulder as Mineta held my legs to help. I was on one shoulder as Aizawa was on the other while they struggled to carry both of us. Tapping Tsu's shoulder she gets the hint and lest me down. Struggling to stand up straight I feel my head swimming.
"You shouldn't be standing ribbit." She says in the very frantic tone.
"Ya but I'm to heavy to carry." I say focusing on pulling in particles to repair my injuries.
Boom!
I see All might suplex the monster and breath a sigh of relief. This whole nightmare was finally over with the greatest hero in Japan here. But when the smoke clears the sight makes my blood run cold.
All Might bleeding and being pinned down by the villains. I wasn't really thinking as I sprinted forward summoning my shotguns loaded with steel slugs. Tsu was yelling something but the only thing I can hear is a ringing.
"If that thing kills All Might we're all dead!"
Crack! Crack! Crack!
Firing three rounds into the abominations arm, it loosened its grip and All Might escapes. Taking aim again I go for the head and body.
Crack! Crack! Crack! Crack! Crack!
Two hits to its head and three to the body ripped it apart leaving blood and brains spattered on the ground. Not exactly heroic but I want that thing dead and these two others arrested for nearly killing my friends and I. Tossing my empty shotguns away I make new ones with buckshot.
"Nomu." The hand guy say.
So everyone's surprise the abomination began to twitch and convulse as the missing parts began to regenerate. It gets up as the brain grows back after being blasted off. Once it's fully healed it moves over to the hand guys side.
"Nomu free Kurogiri." He says.
It moved just as fast as All Might did all those months ago when I first saw him in person. In an instant Kacchan was next to me and All Might was in a wall.
"Oh he saved him..." The leader says.
All Might moves to protect us but with a warp quirk in play I hardly think it matters. My classmates Todoroki, Kirishima, and Kacchan stand next to me ready to fight.
"Run!" All Might tells us.
"If you die we won't last much longer." I say only speaking the truth.
"Speak for yourself Deku." Kacchan says.
"Fine don't run, just watch a pro give everything he's got!" He says smiling giving us all the reassurance we could ever need.
The two Titans met in an instant kicking up a windstorm as they clashed causing us to brace ourselves. Hits were dealt at a mind blowing speed shaking the earth we stand on. They crashed through the forest zone so all we could hear was the fight but in the end the abomination flew into the ceiling of the facility and flying into the sky. All Might stood victorious looking beaten up but still showing that he is the Symbol of Peace.
"Now villains I'm sure we'd like to end this as soon as possible." All Might say to the only two villains standing.
"You cheated! You were supposed to be weaker! That's what Sensei said and he's never wrong!" The leader yells like a child who just got grounded.
"Be calm Tomura we still have many minions and the children are frozen in fear. If we work together we can kill him." The Mist guy say.
All around us Villain began to regain consciousness as it seemed the fight was going to continue as the two main villains jump.
Pop!
But they are stoped by a gun shot that wasn't from me. This Tomura guy takes a few more hits before Mist covers him, even then the mist starts to get sucked up by Thirteenth. More shots ring out but don't seem to connect. I see what those who just got here don't, An opening on the side of the mist. Raising my shotguns I fire at the opening hitting the villains from the side. I see some of my shots hit the Hand villains arm blowing a good sized hole in his elbow. They disappear before anymore damage can be dealt, so I drop my shotguns.
"Are we done?" I ask seeing the Pro hero's storming down the steps.
"Yes I believe we are." Todoroki says cool as ice.
"Oh good... Kacchan could you do me a favor?" I say feeling my body become to heavy to stand.
"What Deku?" He say in his usual angry tone.
"Tell my mom not to freak out to bad, she is just the worst with these kind of thing..." I say letting myself fall to my knees feeling the pain I'd been suppressing come full force.
"Deku! DEKU! IZUMI!" I hear Kacchan yell as my face met the floor.
The last thing I saw before I passed out for the second time way a hallucination of a comically skinny All Might.
New dawn law office 3 hours later (Inko POV)
"Ok now explain what happened after the hero showed up?" I ask making sure recorder was working.
"I was walking home after a late shift when out of nowhere Endeavor shoves a flaming fist into my face. Turns out the villain he was chasing also has a lizard quirk so he beat me up and took me to the police station. After an hour they confirmed I was someone else and released me but I needed a hospital visit due to a skull fracture." The anthropomorphic salamander man says.
"I have had cases against Endeavor before and he will most likely try and settle out of court. Would you be open to that?" I ask knowing the Endeavor agency had deep pockets.
"Depends on how much they offer." He says.
"Well my last case got a settlement of 57 million yen but with this I would say close to 80 million yen for assault, wrongful arrest, and injury fees." I say confidence in my numbers.
"Then I will be willing to settle." He says
"Alright I need a couple of days to write the paperwork and I'll call you after I have contacted the Endeavor agency." I say having him sign my fee contract.
"Miss Midoriya you have a call from UA High school on line one." My assistant says through door.
"Alright thank you for hiring me to handle your case hope you have a nice day." I say smiling and waving as he leaves with my info packet. Waiting for the door to close I pick my phone up.
"Hello this is Midoriya Inko how can I help you?" I say looking at my clock seeing school still had a few hours.
"Miss Midoriya we regret to inform you that Izumi is in the hospital due to a severe injury." A woman's voice informs me of the worst possible news.
"What!? What happened!? What hospital is she in!?" I yell feeling the tears well up in my eyes.
"She was sent to Musutafu general hospital and is currently in the intensive care until. We will have a staff member meet you out front and show you the way." The woman says in a gentle tone.
"I'm on my way!" I yell hanging up.
"Kia cancel all my meetings today! Izumi is in the hospital I'll be gone for a while!" I say sprinting out of the office.
Musutafu general hospital 20 minutes later (Snipe POV)
Waiting at the entrance to the hospital to escort a student's parent was a volunteer job, but I was happy to take it. Midoriya Izumi was a student I was paying close attention to with the nature of her quirk. The girl was also a crack shot for someone so young that I couldn't help but be impressed. I wanted to mentor her but that was put on the back burner in light of recent events.
"Excuse me are you from UA!?" A frantic voice calls.
If it wasn't for the green hair and general face similarities I honestly wouldn't think Izumi and Inko were related. With this woman being fairly short and her daughter clocking in at 195 centimeters it was night and day. Her daughter was also a tower of muscle while by no means was the mom unhealthy but she was still a bit doughy in comparison.
"Yes that would be me. Names Snipe wish we could meet under better circumstances. I'll lead you to Izumi's room so follow close behind." I say getting a rapid nod from the mom.
Taking her down the maze of halls we finally arrived in the ICU of the hospital. Calling a nurse we got the go ahead to enter the third room, entering did not give a pretty sight.
"Oh god!" The mom yells running to her daughters side.
Izumi was on her stomach in the hospital bed showing the wounds very clearly. There was a shark mouth shaped bite on her shoulder that was an angry red but that the the best one. Her second wound covered her whole back exposing the muscle under the skin. The girl has been unconscious sense the USJ incident which probably was a good thing because that looked painful.
"How-w did this happen." A sobbing mother Midoriya asks.
"During a standard introduction for rescue training the class your daughter was participating in came under attack by villains who successfully managed to break into the school. While her class did managed to hold out until we arrived your daughter was injured defending another student." I say trying to emphasize her daughters heroic actions.
"How many villains managed to break into the number one hero school in Japan." She asks some of her sadness turning into anger.
"I'm totally 131 villains were captured during the incident." I say trying to be as truthful as possible.
Before she could unleash what ever was brewing in her mind the doctor entered the room.
"Hello I'm Dr Honjo in charge of taking care of Izumi here." He say with a pleasant smile.
"Will she be ok!" Inko immediately asks.
"Mam your daughter is out of danger from her wounds and we have already ran a blood test in case of infection which came up negative. One nurse noted that after Izumi was given a blood transfusion her bleeding completely stop. After another test it was determined that her quirk's healing can be sped up with new blood being introduced." The doctor says reading the girls chart.
"Could you give her more transfusions so she can heal faster!?" Inko asks desperation leaking into her voice.
"Yes we just received permission for five additional transfusions. If you wish to stay we were about to start." He say letting a couple of nurses enter.
Two nurses walk in with an IV kit and a cooler of blood bags moving to Izumi's side. It was an interesting sight as they basically just kept pumping blood into the sleeping girl. The worst injury on her back visibly improved with the skin knitting it itself back together. After the fourth blood bag was empty you couldn't even tell she was hurt as her gray skin was flawless.
"Ok we'll do some more tests but I believe she is going to be alright." The doctor says.
"Thank you... I don't know what I'd do if something happens to my daughter." The mom says moving back to her daughters side tears practically making a puddle in the room.
"If you have any questions I'm more than happy to help." I say hoping to ease her worry.
The air in the hospital room changed in an instant from maternal worry to a blizzard that would freeze people solid. Even the doctor noticed as he made up a reason to leave.
"Oh I have plenty of questions Mr Snipe." Came a tone that conveyed impending doom if I gave an answer she didn't like.
"Oh I forgot she's a lawyer..."
UA high school staff conference room Same time (All Might POV)
While the other staff members insisted that I should get rest it was my duty to help after this unprecedented incident. So now I sat listening to the after action reports giving my own thoughts when necessary.
"Aizawa, All Might, Thirteen, and Midoriya were the only ones severely injured enough to warrant immediate medical attention. While All Might could receive treatment from Recovery Girl the others are in the ICU at Musutafu general hospital." Principal Nezu says his smile not having its usual mood.
"Was Midoriya's guardian informed of the incident?" Power loader asks completely focused on the meeting and not tinkering like normal.
"Yes I called her and said where Izumi was being treated." Midnight says more serious than I'd ever seen her.
"Snipe volunteered to meet Midoriya's mother at the hospital we should be hearing back soon." Nezu says.
"Sir I just downloaded the black box footage from USJ's security cameras, we can play it when your ready." Power loader says handing a table to the Principal.
The lights in the room dimmed and a projector pops out of the ceiling. The footage is crystal clear from the many cameras that covered the training facility. One are after another we comb through everything that happened.
But one student I kept thinking about.
Midoriya Izumi was exactly what I am looking for in a successor!
The way she jumped at the villains in the flood zone to cover her classmates escape.
The way she selflessly took an attack that could have killed her just to save a friend.
Even when injured heavily she still was able to help me with the Nomu creature.
These proved her true colors as a hero and I knew she would make the perfect ninth holder of One For All.
Sir Nighteye was convinced young Mirio was the best option but I have a feeling about young Midoriya.
"Principal Nezu I'm back..." Snipe says walking in the door.
"Oh how was our student faring?" Nezu asks.
"Oh she's fine now, her quirk completely healed her up." Snipe says getting relieved looks from all the staff.
"Oh thank god." Midnight says like a weight was lifted from her shoulders.
"Ya she woke up near the end and is currently trying to convince her mom to let her come to school tomorrow." He says with a chuckle.
"And her mother?" Nezu says beady eyes not leaving the hero.
"That's something I need to tell you about, she's not happy. Also said if something like this happens again she'll sue this school into oblivion." Snipe says rubbing his neck.
"I thought the name Midoriya was familiar. She's the lawyer who has successfully sued over two hundred pro hero's in the last five years." Nezu clarified for us.
Everyone seemed to contemplate those words but I needed to focus!

Pulling up a monitor I call the doctor who was treating Tomura after his failure of a mission. I didn't think he would succeed but I also didn't expect him to fail so spectacularly. When Kurogiri dropped him into the bar the boy was bleeding heavily and close to unconsciousness.
"Good thing I picked up that machine interface quirk." I think as the call connected.
With no eyes this quirk was one of the only ways to see.
"Sensei have you called about the boy?" The doctor asks rolling his mustache.
"Yes how is his condition?" I say.
"Well he lost his arm because it was barley attached when he arrived. His other injuries are treated and he just needs time." The doctor explained moving the camera over to the unconscious boy.
"Do your best doctor and remember failure is not an option." I say cutting the connection with a dark tone.
Leaning back into my chair trying to get comfortable with all the medical equipment was a challenge but necessary. Picking up a small photo from my armrest I rub circles into it.
Using machine interface I look through the camera above me at the image. There is a small girl no older than three year old with bushy green hair next to a woman with the same shade. There both smiling at the man taking the picture with love and affection.
"Once my work is finished I'll come back to you and we will be a family again." I say in a somber tone.
I just need a damn quirk that will fix my face, then I can see my wife and daughter again. Tomura will make an adequate successor for my empire once he has some experience.
"If it wasn't for that damn punk All Might this wouldn't have happened!" I yell but stop once the machines keeping my lungs going beeps in warning.
"Soon I'll have it all back and then some." I think with a chuckle.
