Darn that Major Houlihan and Major Burns for getting Colonel Blake into so much trouble! What was so wrong with guys (and girls-if you counted the nurses) having a little fun now and then? Sure, people at the 4077 might have been crazy but in a good way; a way that wouldn't get them thrown out of the army, which in Klinger's case was a disappointment.
Radar tried to be on his best behavior while Henry was being interrogated by General Mitchell. But despite Henry's temporary arrest, he was proud of his friend for speaking up. Colonel Blake was quite a guy.
