Here we go! Big night magic's about to happen!

Near dusk, inside the museum, Victoria, Patricia, Jaheem and Buzz were waiting by the entrance. David and Julie walked over to them, dressed in their uniforms. "David. Julie." Victoria greeted. "Your keys. Your torches." She handed them a couple of flashlights and 2 rings of keys. "You both're gonna wanna strap those to your belts." She explained with Buzz motioning them to do so. "Now, it can get a little spooky around here at night. So, you 2 might wanna put a few lights on." Victoria advised. "Alright. Flashlights. Keys. What am I for-Oh!" She opened her handbag and took out some old sheets of paper. "The instruction manual." Julie took it. "Instructions. You start with 1, 2, 3-" Buzz started to say. "4?" David joked. Julie giggled. "Are you cracking wise?" Buzz asked with a glare. "I oughta punch you in the nose, Hop Scotch." He threatened. "Leave them alone, Buzz. You got it covered, right guys?" Jaheem asked. "Yeah. We got it." David said. "You better get it!" Buzz snapped. "Buzz!" Victoria said. "Guys, do them in order, do them all and do them quick." She explained. "And the most important thing of all to remember: don't let anything in or out." "Out?" They both asked. Victoria just looked at her watch. "Good luck, kids." She said turning to leave. "Night, Buzz." David said. "Young Buck. Cracking wise." Buzz muttered. "Moving on." Victoria said as she and her friends exited.

David turned on the lights in the whole museum. He and Julie stood behind the front desk. "So, what do you wanna do?" Julie asked as she tapped her knuckles on the desk. David looked over to the phone on the desk. He picked it up and held the bottom part to his mouth. "Hello? Ooh!" He said, flinching from the echo on the P.A. "Hello. Check. Check. I am David." He said, making his voice go deep. "Check! David! Da-Da-Da-Da-David!" He then started beatboxing, making Julie laugh. "Monday! Monday! Monday! Monster Truck Rally!" Julie took a turn, singing Eye of the Tiger going into an electric guitar.

Later, David and Julie were asleep at the desk. David rolled over, falling off the chair. His crash woke up Julie. "You okay?" She asked as he put the phone back. "Yeah, I'm okay." He said. They decided to head over to the office, whistling on the way. They stopped at the door after realizing something. They turned back to see that the Macawnivore exhibit was empty. The couple began to think this was another one of Victoria's pranks. "Victoria?" Julie called. They walked towards the stand. "Okay! Very funny, Victoria!" David called. "What is this like a David Copperfield thing?" He asked. They tried to feel around the empty space, like someone turned the Macawnivore invisible but could feel nothing. "This is weird." David said. "Totally weird." Julie agreed. Suddenly, they heard a squeak and water started trickling. "Victoria?" David called as they walked towards the sound.

They entered the hallway and looked down. They got their flashlights and turned them on. Their eyes widened at what the saw. The Macawnivore was alive and drinking from the fountain. Julie closed her eyes and opened them again, thinking she was dreaming. But, no avail. They dropped their flashlights in shock, alerting the Macawnivore. It removed its claw from the foot pad, turned to the 2 and roared at them. They turned and ran screaming. The Macawnivore started to chase them. They managed to evade it and tried to get out the door, but it wouldn't revolve. "Come on! Revolve! Revolve!" David whispered in a panic. They heard the beast roar and ran for the desks. They ducked behind the front desk as the Macawnivore entered the main hall.

David pulled down the phone and pushed a button as the Macawnivore started headbutting the desk. "Name please." A voice on the phone requested. "Victoria Addams!" David said in a panic. "One moment. Connecting." "Hello?" Victoria's voice answered. "Victoria, it's David and Julie." David said. While on her end of the phone, Victoria was having a retirement party with some friends. "David! Julie! Yes. How can I help you?" She asked. "The Macawnivore! The Macawnivore's alive!" Julie whispered. "I'm having a little trouble hearing you, friends." Victoria said, not hearing over the loud party music. "THE MACAWNIVORE'S ALIVE!" David yelled. "What do we do?! Just tell us what to do?!" He asked in a panic. "Read the instructions. It explains everything." Victoria reminded. David pulled the instruction manual over. "Okay! We got em!" David said, only to see he switched the phone with the manual. "I'll see you tomorrow." Victoria said hanging up.

As Victoria hung up, the Macawnivore picked up the desk in its mouth and tossed it aside. David and Julie looked at the instructions. "1. Throw the bone." "What bone?" Julie asked. Suddenly, a leg bone dropped in front of them. They looked as the Macawnivore got closer to them, staring. David slowly took the bone and threw it towards the entrance. As the Macawnivore chased it, David and Julie ran for the back, but the Macawnivore slid in front of them. It dropped the bone and slid it towards their feet. The Macawnivore walked took a few steps closer and then started acting like a household pet. David and Julie looked back and forth from it to the bone, putting the pieces together. They looked at each other. "Fetch?" The asked out of disbelief. The Macawnivore gave a friendly growl, motioning to the bone. "Play fetch?" David asked. As he picked up the bone, the Macawnivore wagged its tail. David threw the bone and the Macawnivore chased after it, hitting David with its tail on accident and sending him up the stairs.
