Chapter Three: Gekko Dojutsu Awakened

Shizune told Sakura as she seen her friend with a look of determination as she told her where she would fine them. Sakura left the tent and set out towards the kage's as she knew she had to get to them.

Blood. There was blood all over. There was blood all over the ground, everywhere Sakura had look. She could see blood on medic ninja's as well as the guards. She walked out of the gates and went right; she raced towards where Shizune had said where they were.

She only stopped at minor times, like to have a drink or to eat. She even rested against the tree for a bit but soon was on her way again.

Sand as far as her eyes could see, she narrowed her eyes as she tug onwards as she came cross a few teams of ninja's that were either resting or hurt. Healing them, as her job had indicted, she got them to come with her to the Kage's.

Slowly had twenty ninja's following her, many were jounin's and medic-nin a few were also chunin's like her. Slowly she came across the battle field with the leader of their villages. Sakura narrowed her eyes at the sight as she seen Tsunade, Gaara, the Raikage and the others on the ground with blood around them.

Sakura took off and placed her hand over Tsunade's wounds as their slowly healed. Slowly her eyes fluttered opened and saw Sakura.

"Sakura… heal the rest first." Tsunade ordered. Sakura nodded her head and went towards Gaara first, slowly healing his wounds; she looked behind her to see the medic following her example by starting to heal Raikage. She turned back and saw Gaara looking at her.

"Kazekage." She stated.

His eyes looked at her as she continued to heal his wounds, slowly he left a shift in the sand. "Haruno-san, he is coming."

"You are done, Kazekage, please protect us." She whispered at him as she went towards the Tsuchikage as she started to heal him from his wounds. Slowly she went back to Tsunade as the others were healed and were battling more. She looked on as she looked at the enemies moves and as she looked on as the Raikage and Kazekage both took hard hits that had them threw back into the sand and were laying still.

Sakura check her chakra levels and looked at the others medic-nin's the ones she had were at their limits and were resting against the sand. The others were looking at her for orders.

"Go and help the Hokage, Tsuchikage and the Mizukage. While I will heal the Kazekage and the Raikage." Sakura commanded as she jumped into action. She could hear the others running towards the leaders.

Sakura only had forced to get to Gaara-san and A-san. Once she was there, she could tell Gaara was exhausted from using so much of his chakra any more use would kill him. Sakura went to her knees and started to heal him. Slowly she plumped a food pill into his mouth and watched as his eyes opened.

"Gaara-san…You have used too much of your chakra and any more used you will die from it." Sakura stated calmly to him.

Gaara nodded his head and slowly got up and replied," Thank you for your concern but this is a war. I will protect my friends, this land and the future, even if I'm to die. "

Sakura smiled and nodded her head and moved towards the Raikage leaving Gaara to fight some more. She healed the gashes and cut that were bleeding, Sakura was almost at her own limit when the Raikage opened his eyes and stared at her.

"Raikage-san." She stated and bowed to him. A nodded his head and got up, he looked at the medic-nin and narrowed his eyes at her. "Why are you here?"

"I came to heal you and help you too." Sakura answered and got up as she stumbles backwards. She regained her footing and looked at him.

"You chakra is almost gone, rest." An ordered as he jumped back into the fight. The jounin's and the chunin's that were fighting was either dead or injury. Most were bring the injury back and were getting healed by the two medic-nin that came by.

Sakura could see one had long black hair and a slender form indicating that the medic-nin was a female while the ones near her was short blond and had a built of a male. She walked over to them and sat down.

"Haruno-san, are you okay?" The female medic-nin asked.

"Hai. I'm just tired." Sakura told them.

"Haruno-san. I'm checking your chakra levels." The male medic-nin told her. His hands glowed green as he ran his hands over her body.

Sakura breathed in and out. She continued to look at the battle as she somehow could see every movements and detail to the fight. Her eyes widen and uttered," C, what do my eyes look like?"

C looked at her eyes and shook his head." Gekko Dojutsu! I thought it was gone forever…?'

Sakura gasped at his words and stood up she continued to watch the fight. "Haruno-san?"

She turned and looked at C and sighed," My uncle Kane Haruno was the last one to have this bloodline limit. It seems this war as awakened mine. I wondered what happened to awaken it now?"

C thought about it and stated," Maybe you awaken it when you were watching the five Kage fighting or healing them."

Sakura thought about his answer and wondered …until she remembers her uncle saying hers had just started to awaken. Maybe it was a fast moving bloodline. She looked at the leaders as they were smashed and crashed into the ground.

She continued to watch the fight. While she heard the others resting and muttering what was going on. Sakura slowly gathered information on this fighter and turned back to the allies.

"C, I think I know how to at less hurt him." Sakura stated to C.

"Haruno-san, let's hear it." C uttered. Sakura explained to the allies what she learned from watching the enemy and came up with a plan to get him.

"C, blind his eyes with light. Kikyo-san, let the leaders know the plan. The rest of you wait until he appears again, remember don't look into his eyes." Sakura said.

"Naruto needs us…" Hinata stated. Neji snapped out and looked at his cousin and nodded his head.

"Let's go Hinata, Uncle." He ordered, and then he looked back at Haruno. "Lee, Tenten help Shizune get Haruno to safety."

Hiashi looked at his nephew once more then looked at the Haruno Sakura was she was carted off the battle field deathly pale. He knew that his nephew and the whole Hyuuga clan would be grateful. He watched as Neji took charge and order Hinata, and everyone to continue to attack the enemy.

Neji became a fine young man. His father would be proud of him. Hiashi knows that he was very proud of Neji and his daughter; Hinata. She was actually becoming a stronger person and he was proud.

Neji turned and hit another enemy. He use all his strength to kill or defend against them. He watched his allies and friends either kill or defend. He could see medic's taking turns with healing their wounds allies.

Soon his mind went to Haruno Sakura and what she had done for him. She almost gave up her life for his. And that was something that he couldn't repay back. He could try after they war is done.

"Neji!" Neji turned to see Tenten and Lee running towards him and Naruto. His light pale purple white eyes narrowed at this.

"Naruto, Uchiha Sasuke is coming this way." Tenten uttered once she made it too them.

"Sakura-chan is okay and she is going to see Hokage-sama and help out here." Lee told Neji.

Neji looked at Lee and Tenten and nodded his head at them. While in his mind was, Haruno-san is okay? Will she be okay? Why did she go to that battle field? And many more questions came up within his mind. One thought was," she couldn't just stay with the other medic's and be safe here."

Neji jumped and dodge many hits as Lee took care of the enemies. Slowly they were winning the battle.

Sakura counted to three and C shouted out," Raigen Raikōchū! [1] The area was bathed with white pure light, blinding Madara Uchiha. Sakura raced behind him and grabbed hard.

"Now!" Sakura shouted as she struggled with holding Madara.

The others attacked with full forced as Sakura summoned her chakra into her arms and legs holding Madara still as they came closer and closer. Sakura didn't let go of him even when he was hit, she felt the burning, tearing, scorching and ripping of her fresh and bones as she screamed in pain. Slowly she dropped the body onto the ground as she summoned a bit of her chakra and thrust her hand down.

When Madara jumped up and kick her right side breaking her arm and a few ribs, she felt a rib tearing into her lungs, as the lungs was slowly filling up with blood. She gasped in pain as she stood after a few paces back.

Madara growled at her, Sakura placed her left hand and left leg out first and was ready to fight again when Tsunade form was seen from behind him. With a well-aimed kick Madara was sent flying into the sky as Gaara's sand attacked him from above.

"Haruno-san!" Sakura cough up blood as she looked to the side to see Raikage appearing beside her. "Hai, Raikage?" Sakura whispered as blood was coming from her mouth and lips.

"C!" Raikage yelled as soon as he seen this, he grabbed Sakura gently and appeared by C.

"Raikage-sama, please place her down." C ordered his leader. Once Sakura was down, C started the healing progress as Tsunade raced towards them shouting something.

Sakura looked up and grimace in pain as she used more chakra as she pushed C and Raikage out of the way as she punched up faster than she could do before. Sakura screamed in pain as she felt her whole arm shattering, blooding seeping out of her chest, her eyes glanced down to see Madara summoning a large fan sword had pierce her chest but hadn't made it to her heart. Her chakra had gathered protecting it, as she knew that Madara could tell.

He pushed his sword downwards a bit and pulled out, blood gushing out as Sakura cough and cough more of her precious liquid of life. He glanced down and noticed her eyes.

The others were frozen in a jutsu of slow motion, Sakura had seen as she cough and placed her hand onto her wounded chest and pumped chakra into her body, but she was stopped by Madara fan sword again as she was stabbed. His hand grabbed her face and brought to up to him.

Sakura closed her eyes and whimpered in pain." Open your eyes!"

"No." Sakura gritted out. Her eyes remained closed. "Open your eyes!" Madara could see that she wasn't going to show her eyes, as he pulled his fan sword out and stabbed her shoulder bone, breaking into it, he heard her scream in pain as her eyes had opened.

"Gekko Dojutsu!" Madara whispered thus his concentration was broken. " So you are from the Haruno clan, that hails from Konoha south location."

Sakura could see her life was slowly dying when sand came out of nowhere and attack Madara thus letting her go, when sand gently wrapped around her and moved her near Gaara.

"Tsunade! C!" His words had commanded.

Tsunade and C took Sakura and placed her down, C started to healed her chest wound while Tsunade started on her shoulder wound. Slowly Kikyo and the others made a circle around them to protect their allies.

Gaara's sand attacked with no mercy while Raikage used his speed and lighting jutsu, Tsuchikage and Mizukage attacked with different ranges of attacks. Nothing was working on Madara was he was trying to get to Sakura.

Sakura was healed by the skilled hands of Tsunade and C. Her eyes opened and smiled at Tsunade who was crying. Sakura looked at C and smiled at him too. Tsunade grabbed Sakura and hugged her tightly.

"Please don't ever do that again. And what is up with your eyes?" Tsunade asked, but she had a feeling what it was.

"Tsunade-hime!"

Sakura felt pain again as it was once again in her chest. The fan sword had cut into her chest but missed her heart. Madara smirked and pulled out his sword and grabbed Sakura falling body.
