The letter from Radar brightened everyone's day, but it also made everyone realize how much they all missed him. The 4077 wasn't at all the same without the short, somewhat naive company clerk who would do (and had done) anything for anyone. They were so looking foreword to speaking to him over the phone, but the news from his mother left them all heartbroken and ready to help the O'Reilly's as best as they could. But they could only do so much from Korea. Sending young Park Sung to help was a small gesture considering all that Radar had done for them.
