I don't own any of this Loud House belongs to Nickelodeon.
Through the many years of its existence; Loch Loud had never looked as horrible than it currently is a couple of years under Morag's rule. The once blue sky is blocked by a layer of gray smog from air pollution, graffiti with very offensive imagery and words are sprayed on every wall, benches along with several old statues that have been around for many years have been smashed, all shorts of trash littered not only the ground but also the water, which is a great problem for the wildlife, especially the fish that the village very much depended on.
As for the Loch Loud citizens; they are in constant fear from the delinquents that ran through the streets on their motorcycles. It was never safe to come out for the delinquents took the liberty of taking whatever they have in their hands from money to anything else that's valuable. Heck, they weren't exactly safe in their homes either as some of those delinquents do raids and proceed to trash the houses they choose to raid from.
Despite these large problems, the Dutchess Morag didn't care in the slightest as she relaxed herself in a nice, warm bubble bath. These past few years have been the happiest time in her entire life as ever since she became in charge. She outlawed all of the Louds activities, threw out everything they own over the cliff, made them her servants that catered to her every need and they couldn't do anything about it for if they complain, she'll simply toss them into the dungeon that she added in the castle a few years ago.
Yep. Things have never been better for her and she knows that her ancestors would've been proud of her finally getting those obnoxious Louds out of the line of royalty. Leaning herself down further in her bath, Morag releases a very relaxed sigh as she figures that she'll stay in this bath for another half hour before getting herself out.
Her moment of relaxation doesn't last for another five seconds as a knock interrupted it. Cringing as well as grumbling for her relaxing bath being so rudely interrupted, Morag slightly raises herself up. "What!?"
From the other side of the door, the timid voice of Angus came through. "Um. Morag. I mean Dutchess. I really wish to speak with you."
"Not now Angus! I'm in the zone right now!" Getting herself back down in the warm water, Morag hoped that bumbling Angus took the hint and left her alone. Unfortunately he didn't and instead knocks on the door again, annoying her even further.
"We really need to discuss the environmental issues we're under right now." He anxiously urged.
"The environment fine. Now leave me alone!" She firmly ordered.
From the other side of the door, she could hear him let out a sigh before slowly walking off. Now with that ninny gone, she can finally relax again.
"Yo! Morag!" Hawk's loud voice suddenly called out from the other side of the door.
Sitting herself up again while letting out an audible groan, Morag looked at the close door with fire in her eyes. "What!"
"We gotta a bone to pick with ya!" Hank replied.
"Yeah! We went to the market for some food, but they had virtually nothing besides black licorice!" Becky complains as she didn't like black licorice and it's an utter outrage that it was the only thing at the market.
"What do you want me to do about it? I ain't no dirty farmer!" Morag shouted for all she wanted is to have a nice bath, not be bothered by whatever problems are happening at that expendable village.
"Well you are the Duchess. So we figured that you could see what's going on with the food deliveries." Becky replied.
"It ain't my job! Go bother someone else. Just take their food for all I care. I just want some peace and quiet for crying out loud!" She would chase them off right now if it weren't for the fact that she didn't feel like getting out of the tub at this moment.
"Man. She's a horrible duchess." She faintly heard Hawk mutter under his breath.
"What did you say?!" She snapped.
"Nothing! Just, uh, wonderful weather we're having!" Hawk quickly replied before he and the two bimbos ran off.
Finally devoted of anyone bugging her. Morag comfortably laid herself back in the bath with a huge grin.
Gathering themselves in Lori's room that had been stripped of many of her things. The Loud siblings sat around in a circle with miserable frowns as these have been the worst years of their entire lives. It wasn't enough that their father and brother died, something that they all still grief about, it became absolutely worse by the way Morag has been running things ever since she took hold of the crown things around here have been nothing but misery.
She is the most laziest, uncaring, tyrannical, nastiest, bad hairdo, smelliest Duchess ever. In just a couple of years she turned their beautiful village into a polluted and desolate mess. Not to mention that she lets those thugs have the run of the place with an iron fist. Lisa predicted that the village is doomed to be abandon because of how the fishing trades have been destroyed, thanks to all of the pollution. She also predicted that if things don't change for the better, the village might find itself in a war if people no longer fear the delinquents.
The utter thought of a war breaking out in Loch Loud is horrifying of itself. It's more horrifying if you consider that would the residents of Loch Loud would even have a chance against the delinquents who were more used to fights and conflicts? The answer is what truly scared them for it wasn't very likely odds for the residents of Loch Loud.
The oldest of the siblings would've left this very sick village as soon as they could, but they couldn't due to two things; one was that they have a duty to care for the village and two was that they didn't want to leave the younger siblings or their mother who had grown very depressed from the combination of the death of their two family members and the current state of Loch Loud. They just couldn't leave her after all that happened, even at the dispense of their own happiness.
"Morag's a no good scumbag." Lynn suddenly exclaimed.
"Lynn!" Lori shouted in fear for her sister's safety as Morag or one of her delinquent friends could've heard her and then throw her into the dungeon. Something that almost all of them have experience once in awhile, they were thrown in there especially during the beginning of her rule and she outlawed their activities.
They hated the dungeon as it was nothing but dark and the cells themselves didn't have anything but a stone cold floor. Even Lucy didn't like the darkness in that dungeon, it was simply far too deary for her liking.
"What?" Lynn shrugged defensively. "It's the truth isn't it?"
"Yes, but it's best to keep your negative thoughts down if you know what's good for you." Lisa warned in advance.
"She does have a point though." Lola spoke up, not caring that Morag or those bozos could hear her. "Ever since she became in charge. The whole village has gone downhill, I don't know what daddy was thinking about giving her the crown as it's been an absolutely horrible decision!"
"I know what you mean dude." Luna agreed. "That crazy Duchess stripped us out of everything we enjoyed and turned us into slaves."
"She doesn't even let me play in the mud!" Lana pouted for that was just taking it too far.
"Dad is probably rolling in his grave right now for what she's done here." Luan exclaimed, she knew that her late father would be very saddened on not only the horrible state of Loch Loud, but also the way Morag has been treating the family.
"Lincoln would've never let this happen!" Lynn then shouted before suddenly going stiff when she realized on what she had just said. The mere mention of their late brother is always a sore spot for all of them, they could all just remember all of the things he used to do before that fateful day when his life got so cruelly taken away from them. Why sometimes, they could almost just see him coming out of his old room that Morag had taken over.
Poor Lilly though had it more rougher than them as since he had been killed when she was only a baby. It has been far more difficult for her as she doesn't remember him that will, she only has some images of him in her memories, but that was just it. The only thing that helped her get to know him a bit more are from the stories her sisters tell of him as well as some pictures of him in the family photo album that she scans around every now and again.
"Do you think he would've been a good Duke?" She quietly asked her sisters.
"He literally would have been." Lori fondly reminisce. "He had been very kind, took leadership when he went with his plans, and most of all he would never throw all of our stuff over a cliff or throw us in a smelly dungeon. If he were around right now. He would wake up and think on how to improve things around here."
Getting up from bed, all Lincoln could think about is having some breakfast.
The passing years have really changed the former future Duke of Loch Loud. He had grown taller, began to develop a mustache and beard, and the back of his hair had grown a bit longer, but perhaps most of all is that his sideburns were now even that is all thanks to the Mcbrides who he is currently living with.
Lincoln very well remembered the day Clyde had introduced him to the two. It had been just after their fun day out with the gang when he and Clyde have been left alone. Once they had been alone, Clyde concernely question him on where he's going to be spending the night? Truthfully seeing how he didn't have any money with him, Lincoln considered a park bench or that cardboard box in a alley where he hoped that he didn't meet some creep who would do not so pleasant things to him.
However Clyde wasn't having it. He shuttered at the thought of a kid that's the same age as him having to sleep in some scary alley or on a park bench. So instead, after much begging and a lot of convincing, he brought him to his house where his dads happily welcomed him into their home and had been more than happy to let him stay for the night.
Through the coming days that soon turned into weeks that slowly turned into months and then into years, Lincoln had become a permanent resident of the household, once Clyde explained the situation Lincoln is currently in. The two couldn't imagine letting a boy be homeless, it just tugged on their heart strings as they could easily imagine Clyde being a similar situation, which would be their absolute worse nightmare. So after those events, it was how Lincoln came to live with them.
During his stay here. Lincoln and the Mcbrides have become very close with each other, especially with Clyde who has basically become a brother to him, something that he would never admit to his sisters, but he always secretly wanted a brother.
Now as for the rest of the gang, he became very close friends with them as they hung out with each other, told stories, and tell jokes with one another. Yet, out of all of them he hung out with Ronnie Anne the most as since she has a large family like him, it was only natural that he gravitated towards her the most. But speaking of her family, tonight is a night of celebration as they were throwing a fiesta tonight for her grandma's and grandpa's anniversary.
It's going to be grand and fun, but most of all the food is going to be provided by Grandma Rosa herself. Lincoln already knew that the food table is going to get rather crowded with people trying to get the first dips on that famous Grandma Rosa food. Oh, how he can practically taste it right now.
Stepping into the bathroom for some hygiene, Lincoln picks up his signature orange comb and happily began to comb his white hair into his signature style. After his combing, Lincoln is just about to brush his teeth when a knock came from the door. "Lincoln! Breakfast is ready!" Clyde's voice called to him.
"Alright! I'll be there in a second!" Brushing his teeth rather quickly. Lincoln rushes out of the bathroom and met up with the McBrides who are all sitting at the table with a good size breakfast in front of them.
Sitting himself down at his usual spot at the table, Lincoln smiled to the family. "Good morning."
"Good morning Lincoln. Did you have a nice sleep?" Harold Mcbride asked.
"I sure did Mr. McBride." Lincoln happily replied.
"That's nice to hear. It's always good to have a good night's sleep." Howard McBride happily said.
The four then began to eat their breakfast, the sounds of utensils clanging and glass cups being picked up and set down echoed around the table. Harold soon places down his cup of coffee and looked to the two boys. "So you boys ready for that party tonight?"
"We sure are dad. It was really nice of Ronnie Anne to invite us. I gotta give her a thank you card when we get there." Clyde exclaimed with much thought.
"That would be very kind of you Clyde." Harold happily remarks.
"Indeed. But do you two remember our agreement?" Howard asked for he wanted to make sure that the two remembered the talk about the party they had yesterday. He didn't doubt them, but he just wanted to make sure.
"Yes Mr. McBride. Stay away from the alcoholic beverages, stick close to the people we know, and come home before ten thirty." Lincoln happily answered which very well pleased the two older McBrides.
"Very good Lincoln. We hope you and Clyde have a fun time at the party." Harold happily said before going back to his breakfast along with the rest of them.
After finishing up breakfast; Lincoln and Clyde left the house and met up with Zach, Rusty, Liam, and Stella at Ronnie Anne's house in order to help her set up for the party. Ronnie Anne herself stood in front of them like some general with a sheet of paper in her hands. "Alright guys. Here are the things that need to be done before the party can begin."
"Don't worry Ronnie. I know that you want my decorations skills for the party, so I can just get started on that." Rusty proclaimed quite proudly.
"Not so fast Rusty." Ronnie Anne stated with slight smirk. "Your setting up the chairs with Zach."
"Aw what?" Rusty whined in disappointment as setting up the chairs were the most boring job in setting up a party. Ronnie Anne ignores his pouty face as she turned to Liam and Stella. "You two; got helping grandma bring out the food."
"Oh boy! I can already smell that delicious food." High-fiving Stella, the two happily ran off to do the task for the quicker they get the food out, the faster they can eat it. This leaves only Lincoln and Clyde to be assign with a task.
"Alright Lincoln and Clyde. Your with me on setting up the pinata." Ronnie Anne instructed.
"Lucky's." Rusty muttered under his breath with his arms crossed for how come he couldn't have that job? Other than the fact he would most likely eat the treats before putting them in the pinata.
The trio went off to the table where the guitar shaped pinata laud, right next to it are pieces of candy and wrapped snickerdoodle cookies that Clyde gladly made for the party. Standing behind the table, the three picked up the treats and place them into the pinata with care as the cookies needed to be handle gently, so that they wouldn't crack or break in half.
Doing this task together, the three managed to get the pinata filled up in no time. When it was finished, Ronnie Anne carefully glued the lid before closing it up. "Alright. Pinata filled up. Now it's time to set it up."
Leading the two over to a tree, she hands Lincoln the pinata while she picked up a rope. "Clyde, can you help me with this rope?"
"Gladly" Grabbing the rope, Clyde wraps the rope around the pinata and hands it over to Ronnie Anne who happily tied a knot on it. Grabbing hold of the longer end of the rope, she next throws it up to a very sturdy branch which the rope wrapped around it and fell right next to her. She finally then ties the rope around the tree trunk which completes their task of setting up the pinata.
With this task complete the three looked up at it very proudly. Ronnie Anne couldn't help but clap her hands together. "Well that's done."
"Great. So is there anything else that we can do?" Clyde asked for he is always happy to help out a friend.
"A few things, but with us working together will be done in no time." Ronnie Anne exclaimed in great confidence in not only herself, but also her friends.
Ronnie Anne's statement is very well indeed true as together with the others, the party was ready just before sun down and way before the very first guests have arrived. Once the guests came, the fiesta went on in full swing: Latina music played through the speakers, the guests talked with each other as they mingled about, and plates have been filled up with food.
Lincoln along with Clyde and Ronnie Anne sat themselves down at a table, while their friends are busy dancing in front of the speakers. "This is an awesome party." Lincoln stated a bit loudly in order to be heard over the noise of both music and people talking.
"Yep. No one throws a party like the Casagrandes. Oh, and thanks for the card Clyde." Holding up a blue card that had "Thank You" written on it with a smiley face drawn on the bottom corner. Ronnie Anne waved it a bit to Clyde who gave her a thumbs up before she placed it back down on the table.
"No problem Ronnie Anne, but you know something, your family definitely picked a beautiful night to throw this party. I mean just look at those stars." Ronnie Anne and Lincoln looked upwards to the night sky where the twinkling stars are proudly showing tonight and since there is no moon along with zero clouds, there were more stars that showed, which included a certain L shape constellation that Lincoln very well spotted.
Staring at that constellation brought up bad memories for Lincoln. Memories of his old life, his old family, and his late father. He still very well remembered the night where his dad introduced him to that constellation along with how his family would be there for him whenever he looked at it. If only he knew that night was going to be his last one with his dad, Lincoln would've tried to spend more time with him along with not going to that canyon.
Letting out a some air, Lincoln dejectively leaned himself down on the chair with a small frown. How he missed his father so much, he couldn't go a day without thinking about him. If only he was alive than he would've been proud on how much he had grown.
"Are you alright Lincoln?" Clyde asked in concern, bringing him out of his sad thoughts.
Looking to both of his friends who both looked back at him with worry. Lincoln quickly pulled up a smile, he didn't want to ruin the celebrations with his moping. "Oh, it's nothing."
"You sure? You did have a pretty sad face on you." Ronnie Anne pointed out in concern.
"Is it about your past?" Clyde asked. The two didn't really know a lot about their friend's past as he never really sat down to discuss it. His past his very mysterious and they would like to know a bit about it, but they respectfully held in their questions since they knew that it makes Lincoln very uncomfortable to even think about it.
"Yes" Lincoln admitted and for a second, the two thought that he was finally going to talk about his past, but instead he quickly shook his head. "But that not important right now. Tonight is for celebrations after all and I believe that the pinata event is about to begin."
Quickly getting himself up, Lincoln rushes in the direction of the pinata with a very worried Ronnie Anne and Clyde behind him. Whatever happened to him is still a mystery and Clyde knew from his sessions with Doctor Lopize that with all those emotions being kept in, it will only be a matter of time before it bubbles on out and when that happens, Lincoln will be very happy to know that he and Ronnie Anne would be right by his side.
As the party continued on through the early hours of the night, back in the Loch Loud castle; Lucy is currently on her nightly walks through the darken halls. It made her beam in joy that Morag couldn't take this away from her as this made her feel like a vampire, but if she did take this away from her, then Morag is going to be in for trouble.
These nightly walks helps Lucy clear her mind, which especially helps her during these dark times. Many thoughts came to her; like her next conversation when she contacts the dead, to the hidden thoughts of dethroning Morag. It's a very risky thought that could very well get her thrown into that dungeon or find herself disappearing from the face of the earth. She couldn't help it though as something needs to be done about Morag, she's caused way too much damage to their home to keep that crown on her head.
Soon turning a corner, Lucy is just approaching Lori's room when her sister came out. Without looking at her, (as she honestly didn't notice her), Lori rushes for the kitchen to have a little snack, unaware that her phone dropped from her back pocket.
Picking up the phone. Lucy was just about to call out to her, until she looked down at it and notice that on the screen is a social media site of Bobby's profile. Lucy wasn't normally snoopy, but she couldn't help but look and read the hashtag above the latest picture.
#Wish you were here babe. This is an awesome fiesta my grandparents thrown.
Taking a look at the picture. Lucy saw that Bobby had done a selfie with his family behind him, but in the right top corner of the photo Lucy's eyes caught something very interesting. Looking closely at the thing that caught her attention, Lucy saw a guy with a very familiar white hairstyle. "It can't be." She muttered to herself.
Looking more closely at the guy in the photo, Lucy picked up more familiar features from a chipped tooth, the freckles on his cheeks, and the overall shape of his head. In the first time in years Lucy felt a large smile form on her face. There was just no doubt about it, she very well recognized that guy in the photo and now they all have a hope to get out of Morag's tyrannical rule.
"Lincoln's alive."
Rushing back to her room, Lucy had a lot to do in order to find his location as well as a way to talk to him for she sensed that he's been filled up with lies and needed guidance to help steer him in the right path and free their home from that tyrant.
Picking up her hooded cloak, Lucy looked out the window with determination. "I'm coming to find you Lincoln."
