Arizona runs through the doors of Grey Sloan, and immediately darts to her mom, who is in the waiting area. Barb is pacing around, barely keeping it together, but the moment Arizona put her arms around her mom, she slowed her breathin enough to explain to her daughter what had happened. Barbera tells Arizona that her dad had a heart attack, and he is unresponsive right now. When Daniel fell, he hit his head pretty hard too. Now they have cardio and neuro involved. After receiving this news, Arizona calls Callie. While Arizona is crying and trying to explain, Callie is on the other end trying to comfort her, unfortunately it's hard to do when you're not physically there. Callie says "everything is going to be okay babe, you're dad is one of the toughest men I know, he is the colonel after all." Hearing her love's reassuring voice helped, but she wished so badly for Callie to be there.
A couple hours go by, and Dr. Shepherd comes out to the waiting area, she tells Arizona and Barbera news that will make them a little happier, Daniel is awake. There is a few more tests they need to do, but he conscious. Arizona and Barbera walk up to see Daniel.
Before they get to Daniel's room, a code blue is blasted over the PA. Arizona runs to her dads room, but Dr. Pierce stops her and explains that he had another heart attack, and they managed to bring him back, but he needs surgery right now. As this was being explained, Daniel is wheeled out of the room and rushed to the OR. Barbera leans into Arizona and bawls.
Arizona updated Callie shortly after her dad was rushed into surgery, but there wasn't an answer or reply of any kind. It has been a few hours, and they still haven't been updated on Daniel's condition either. Both of the women were growing impatient now. As Arizona gets up to get an update, Dr. Pierce walks out to the waiting area. She tells Arizona and Barbera that Daniel had suffered a myocardial infarction, but they caught it in time, and repaired the damage. Daniel will need to stay in the hospital for a few days, but his outlook seems good. Barbera and Arizona are so relieved, and Barb tells Arizona to go home and get some rest. At first Arizona was hesitant, but she eventually caved. "I love you mom" Arizona says before heading towards the hospital doors. "Love you too sweety" her mom responds.
Arizona pulls into her driveway, and a sense of relief washed over her. Still worried about her dad obviously, but all she wants to do is soak in the bath with some wine, and eventually go to bed.
Just as Arizona sets down her wine glass on the edgd of the tub and removes her robe, the doorbell rings. Her first thought was "who is at my door this late?" Arizona pulls on her robe again, and answers the door, "Calliope!"
