"Cassidy, stop this please."

His eyes locked with hers, the daughter trapped in the Puppet. Her long arms clasped together near her heart and it made him sick.

"Why." He merely hissed.

She said nothing, the grip tightening. She knew what she was about to say was going to make him angry.

"He has suffered enough."

Golden Freddy scoffed. Suffering wasn't the word he would use. In fact, he wasn't suffering enough.

"Please. He deserves every bit of this." He said, crossing the nothingness to watch as he sits yet again, fighting for the life he lost. "After what he did to all of us... After what he did to her."

He felt the Puppet's presence hover next to him, watching as William was holding them off. The killer seemed so composed, making sure that both doors were closed at the right time, fingers flying effortlessly on his screens. The Puppet squirmed a little where she stood, remembering that day where she took her last breath by those very hands...

Rain pounded. Her hands slammed against the glass, body shivering at the cold rain. "Help! Daddy! Help! Someone!"

Behind her, his hand gripped on his side, feeling the blade's handle through his dense jacket. Another lie was spewed from his mouth, that he didn't have the key to get back inside. The little girl believed him, trusting in the stranger and panicking as any child would. Through the glass, the Puppet sprawled from it's box, the mechanisms making it's movements loose and smooth. It glanced around, it's eyes scanning the children playing inside.

She must have known it's capabilities because she went back pounding on the glass, her voice becoming shrill against the rain. "HELP! HELP ME PLEASE!"

Suddenly, there was a tug on her hair and she fell to the ground with a harsh splash. The girl let out a cry as the window started to get smaller and smaller, the realization that she was being dragged hitting her like a train. "OWW- PLEASE! PLEASE STOP! OWW! THAT HURTS!"

Slamming her head against the ground, she let out a shrill screech, her throat strainer as her eyes blinked away the rain. The man was standing above her now. A grin was spread on his face. A car loomed next to her, glistening in the rain, the only witness to the murder. Pain exploded in her chest. Again and again. The man's arm shot up and down at a quick pace, the grin turning wide and wild. The light slowly left the girl's eyes with every stab, her blood mixing with the fresh rain.

Finally, he ceased his attack, standing up and staring at the mess he made. Blood oozed out of the girl's chest, seeping through her clothes and down onto the pavement in a river. He didn't mind a little attention this time, he'll let this one slide. Stepping back, he hopped into his car and left with a screech of his tires, leaving her to rot.

When the police made it to the scene, there was Henry's daughter, pale and frozen, lying next to the very Puppet that was inside a few moments ago, deactivated and yet alive.

"You feel the same as I do. Why don't you join them?" Golden Freddy asked, jolting her from her thoughts. "Surely, you feel anger."

"I do."

"Then why not be down there?"

"I..." She let her shoulders sag. "I can't. Not anymore."

Golden Freddy glared once more, hatred blazing in his eyes. "Because you forgave him."

"Because I let go, Cassidy."

With a sharp turn, the bear grabbed hold of her. "Stop calling me that! That name means nothing to me..."

The Puppet remain in her place. "It's the name of your true self that you've only forgotten."

With a snarl, he pushed her aside, receding back into the darkness. Letting go?! Ridiculous! Only a fool would believe such things as forgiveness. He deserved this, all of this, every last drop of pain he put them through. Cassidy was a name he wanted nothing to do with. Cassidy meant nothing. And yet, Cassidy was the reason he was here now.

Trapped.
Angry.
Because of her, he was still here.
