The Insurgency Base

The four started walking inside of the base of the Insurgency.

"Well, I better keep my eye on Joker." Harley said, about to leave when Billy got her attention.

"Joker?!" I-I thought he was dead!"

"He is." Batman assured him. "However, there's a Joker from the other earth that I accidently brought in this dimension."

Regime Billy then nodded in understanding. "That makes sense."

Insurgency Harley kissed Shazam's cheek and left along with Batgirl. That was when Prime Green Lantern showed up.

"Hey, if you have another plan to take down Superman, we need to go now." That was when he saw Shazam. "What's he doing here?"

Regime Shazam got into his fighting position.

When the Justice League from the other earth saw Regime Shazam, they were unsure if he could be trusted or not, especially when Prime Aquaman called him a diplomat. However, Batman assured them that unlike the other regime members, Billy hasn't hurt nor kill anyone, much to everyone's relief. They decided to hear Billy out.

"So this are the counterparts Supes was talking abou-... Green Arrow?! Is that you?!"

"Yep." Prime Arrow said. "Sounds like you're happy to see me."

"I am." He then hugged him, truly happy to see him after everything that happened.

That was when Regime Shazam was telling everyone about Regime Superman's next plan, much to everyone's shock. However, some didn't believe it. Not because he was a former regime member or because a kid (well, he's a seventeen year old now, but still), but because they wouldn't think that he would do it, despite him becoming more dangerous than Joker and Doomsday combined. Even Insurgency Batman and Prime Batman hoped that this isn't what Superman was planning to do.

Now with The Flash (Regime)

After seeing his best friend be killed in cold blood by Superman, The Flash decided to do what Iris told him and what he should've done a long time ago... Defect and Stop the Regime! He already defeated Yellow Lantern and Solomon Grundy. He was now heading to the direction of the Insurgency Base, provided by Killer Frost so she could confirmed her theory. While he was running straight, Flash saw a beam of light at the other side.

"Time for a detour."

It turns out that Regime Sinestro has already prepared his forces as he makes his speech to his fellow Regime soldiers while Regime Flash hides behind one of the Regime trucks to hear it.

"Those I've gathered here are the elite," Regime Sinestro said before continuing his speech, "The best and bravest soldiers this planet offers. Yours is a heroic mission. It requires that you transcend your humanity. Embody the highest One Earth principles: Obedience. Order. Control." Regime Sinestro then shows six former members that were being brought by the guards to be executed. "But those who defy the High Councilor's commands. They will be executed without qualm or hesitation."

The Regime speedster rolled his eyes while hiding and listening to this bullcrap. "Man loves to hear himself talk."

"Firing Squad, assemble!"

The firing squad did as they were told as they were about to shoot the former guards. Of course, Barry Allen wasn't going to let that happen!

"I don't think so."

With his super speed, he manages to disarm every soldier's guns away while standing tall near Regime Sinestro.

"Now then, Sinestro. Enough talk!"

However, Regime Sinestro uses his ring to shackle the Flash in place. "Yes... Quite enough." He slams Regime Flash a few times and tosses him into the air.

Abandon Wayne Manor

Barry then crashes into the abandon Wayne Manor as Regime Sinestro appears before him.

"Desertion, Flash? Poor timing, don't you think?"

"You're right... I should've done this sooner."

Regime Sinestro wasted no time making a scene near the abandon Wayne's mansion, but Flash resort to using the Speed Force to knock him out cold as Sinestro did not expect to get hit that fast by Flash.

"Hmmm," The Flash thinks while looking down at the knocked-out Sinestro, "I can't leave you just lying there." He uses his speed to seal Regime Sinestro by creating his own version of a pyramid. "Now to warn the Insurgents." He then ran off.

Back in the Insurgency Base

While Regime Billy Batson was telling the rest of the Regime's plans Batman and the Prime Justice League about Regime Superman's plans, Green Arrow was sharpening his arrows while looking at a picture of his wife, Black Canary.

"What do you think, pretty bird? Perfect as always?"

That was when he heard the sound of intense running. He hoped it was 'his' Flash, but remembering that Prime Flash is in his universe, he got himself ready to attack the intruder, who was no other than Regime Flash himself, who was shocked and happy to see him, considering that Insurgency Green Arrow was killed by Regime Superman years ago.

"Oh my god! Ollie, is that you?!"

"In the flesh." He shoots an arrow at him but Regime Flash catches it.

"Where's Batman? My Batman?"

"He's off somewhere, not being a murderer." Arrow answered his question.

"Oh, come on, Ollie. You know you can't hit me."

"Wasn't trying to..."

He ducks away as Regime Flash looks closer on the arrow he holds and realize too late as the arrow he's holding has a timer and explode onto his face.

"Gotta think fast to be fast."

Despite his good planning, this tactic doesn't work twice on Regime Flash as he manages to grab all the arrows and toss away the explosives one. As soon he gives it back the arrows to him, Regime Flash disarms him and knocks him down without injuring each other.

"That's enough, Ollie. I'm on your side."

He was about to walk towards him until he was shocked by lightning. Once he got back up, he was shocked to see who it was.

"If you were on his side, you wouldn't attack him."

"B-Billy?! Is that you?!" Barry asked in shocked. "You're alive!"

"Yeah, no thanks to you."

"Billy, I'm sorry that I didn't save you. I was about to bu-"

"I'm not mad about you not saving me. I'm mad that you have the audacity to come here, say you're on the right side and attacked Green Arrow!"

STAGE 2: Shazam (Regime) vs. The Flash (Regime)

Due to another misunderstand and despite not wanting to fight his old friend, the speedster knew he had no choice to the matter. The Flash tried to slow time, but Shazam threw lightning at him, causing Flash to get shocked. Next, Billy teleported behind Barry and attacked him with a 6-hit combo.

The Speedster then charged up his speed and attacked Billy with a 7-hit combo, followed with fast furry punches. However, The Earth's Mightiest Mortal blocked a few punches, counterattacked and struck him with lightning bolts, lightning punches and a throw to the ground.

The Earth's Mightiest Mortal then tried to attack the Speedster again, but they both blocked each other's attacks.

"I'm taking you down!"

"Then try and catch me!"

The two charged and at each other, with Shazam being the victor of the clash. The speedster got up quickly and slowed down time. He then attacked the Earth's Mightiest Mortal and kicked to the air. However, after time went back to normal, Shazam threw a lightning bolt at Flash, punched him 4 four times, and threw him to the ground. He then defeated him with a 5-hit combo, finishing the battle.

"Why come here?" Shazam asked, walking up to Barry and picked him off the floor.

"I came here to warn the Insurgency about Superman's plan."

The two then looked at Green Arrow, who smiled and confirmed Flash's truth.

"Okay, let's head to the meeting room."

Insurgency Main Room

After Prime Green Arrow and Regime Shazam told Insurgency Batman and the Prime Justice League about Regime Flash coming here, they decided to hear him out. Barry Allen then told them everyone about the Regime's plans, thus confirming Shazam's truths about Regime Superman's attack.

"I'm telling you, Gotham and Metropolis will be history. And then, he's coming after your world."

"I can't believe he'd do it. It's insane." Prime Cyborg was shocked.

"You were right, Shazam." Prime Aquaman said.

"I know... Killing the Joker was one thing, but destroying major cities and invading worlds in other dimensions... That's too much to take."

"That's not all..." The Flash said, getting everyone's attention. "After the meeting and Billy's "death", I overheard them talking about Fawcett City... Once they finish destroying Gotham and Metropolis... Fawcett City is next." He had a sad look on his face.

Billy Batson didn't like what he was hearing. "What?! Fawcett City?! My family are still living there, as well as other innocent people! I can't let them destroy the city I swore to protect!"

"We need to stop him." Prime Wonder Woman said with determination.

"It's going to be a helluva fight." Prime Green Lantern agreed.

"No...," Insurgency Batman suddenly said, causing everyone to look at him. "I brought you here to get the Kryptonite weapon. And that plan failed." He then looked at the Prime Justice League. "You're going home. Then I'm destroying the inter-dimensional transporter."

"That won't stop him from coming over." Prime Arrow reminded him.

"It'll buy you time to prepare."

Regime Shazam didn't like what this was leading. "Batman, we need their help!" He yelled, surprising everyone in the room. "Luthor's death is my fault. And that's something I'll regret everyday in my life now. They can help stop Superman and bring back hope... I should've let Luthor use the Kryptonite weapon on him..."

"Billy, Luthor's death isn't your fault," Prime Wonder Woman assured him. "For all we know, that Kryptonite weapon might've killed him if you'd allowed that."

"It wasn't going to kill him. It was only to incapacitate him. Nothing more." Insurgency Batman reminded her.

"Even if Shazam allowed Luthor to use the weapon on Superman, he still sacrificed himself. We won't dishonor him by just leaving."

Prime Batman then got an idea. "We have an alternative. We bring over our Superman. Finish this fight."

"One Superman in this world is enough." Insurgency Batman argued.

"He's not like yours. Don't let emotion cloud your judgement."

That was when everyone heard an explosion. Insurgency Batman looked at Regime Shazam.

"Billy! Hide!"

"What?! I'm not leaving your side again!"

"Go! Now! We can't let the Regime know that you're alive."

"Okay..." Regime Shazam then teleported out of the area.

Insurgency Jail Center

Regime Shazam then appeared from the main room to the jail center of the Insurgency base.

"I'll be safe here... At least, for now."

That was when he saw the roof breaking. "What th-?" Before he could get closer, the roof broke competently, revealing Regime Nightwing and Killer Frost. They didn't see him due to him teleporting into a hiding spot.

"This must be the Jail Center." Nightwing replied, "I bet we'll find Joker and Harley here..."

"Good, I was getting bored, anyway." Killer Frost complained, "Grundy was acting very different once we got here."

"He did got his undead-ass kicked by that coward. Now, come on... We got some clowns to look for."

"I got Harley." Killer Frost said.

"Fine, keep Joker alive," Nightwing said with a smirk. "We'll bring him to Superman as a gift."

"Not a bad idea."

The two Regime members starts looking for Harley and the parallel Joker.

Shazam heard everything they said... "Not on my watch..."
