"That pretty much sums it up, yup," Sonic shrugged.
"Alright…" Gohan muttered, "Well…I could have been worse…" he sighed.
"How?" several asked.
Gohan innocently swung his hands to motion to his Father, who was currently picking his nose with his pinkie finger.
"The kid makes a point…" 18 muttered.
"Oh no totally…" Krillin agreed, "We love him…but…it's Goku…"
"You don't hold back on Family…you're honest about how much they make things worse," 18 added.
"So true at times," Bulma nodded in agreement.

"Which is why Sonic, Roll, and whoever else is joining will go to the Gaia Temple, beat whatever Dark Gaia monster is guarding it, and restore that part of the planet," Bulma stated.
"Which given how strong these things are…we'll need some extra muscle in case it's not Night time for me to become Werehog." Sonic added.
"So we're officially calling it that?" Sally sighed.
"Yes!" Sonic cheered.
"Well…you can take Vegeta…" Bulma muttered.
"How do I know he's not gonna shoot me, too?" Sonic argued.

"Well Doctor…if they are such a pain in your keister…" 13 spoke while spinning around in Eggman's favorite chair, "Look at it like this: if that idiot Goku goes after them…either they deal with him…but more likely a powerful pure organic alien…will be more than they can handle."
"...That's a good point," Eggman blinked, "...That's brilliant actually! Make Goku deal with them, leaving them out of our hair…and possibly Snivley since he wasn't in that pod I trapped him in."
"Also explains why I remember you making the Iron Queen a Grand Master, but she's not registered as one in the records," Lien-Da noted, rubbing her chin in thought and annoyance, "Another change due to that Genesis Wave, huh?"

"Well look at it like this, if that Monkey is too much for you…what does that mean he'll be for them? They ain't got me," 13 smiled, "And I doubt that Goku is gonna hold back against anyone they control to fight him. He relies on the Dragon Balls after all. That means we sit back and watch them deal with him. We could send some of our stealthier ones to take care of that temple. But for the most part, getting to deal with Goku is to our benefit. Two birds, one buckshot~"
"Excellent!" Eggman beamed before rushing over to a nearby console and turned it on, "Conquering Storm, I want you to send out a small group and have them wait near the entrance to the Gaia Temple. Goku will be keeping the Iron Dominion busy, so you can focus on Sonic and whoever he brings with him."

"Good," Eggman grinned before looking back at 13, "Good call there. Had I not given the command, no doubt both the Raiju and the Iron Dominion would be dealing with Goku while Sonic and his little pesky group gets to the temple scot free…minus whatever Dark Gaia monstrosity is guarding it." he clapped his hands together, "And whatever remains of the Iron Dominion, I'll bring into the Eggman Empire! Victory all around!"
"And we get to sit here…and relax while my boys get fixed," he turned around and turned on a music player which began blasting Country Music with long Banjo solo.
"Egh…" Eggman muttered, deciding to try to ignore the noise.

Back down in their secure location, the others were all busy in preparation for the trip should they need to take the long way if Goku couldn't sense someone to lock on to.
"Okay…so my father distracts your enemies…potentially traumatizing them…or even hurts them deeply…" Gohan spoke.

"...While we go to the temple and deal with the monster, use the Chaos Emerald to sink the chunk of Earth down…and then we just leave without going back to deal with the enemies you mention…beyond letting my father…who is a super powered alien fighter…with zero sense of restraint just…have fun with them? Doesn't…that seem…unwise?"
"...Gohan-kun, this is your Tou-san we're talking about," Roll reminded, "In all honesty, I'd rather be out there taking a decent pound of Raiju flesh, but…I admit that I much more enjoy their honor and integrity being ruined because Goku-san's nature."
"Besides, Goku is so unpredictable we can never be sure what he'll do," Sonic smiled.
"I know that…I grew up…as his son. I love him dearly, he's my dad…but with all the love I can…he did not raise me so much as he nurtured and trained me. Again…I love him…but he is an unpredictable man," Gohan stressed. He motioned with his hands as Goku suddenly appeared with a very confused and panicked Miyuki.
"Hey, guys! I had an idea!" Goku smiled.

"Okay, so here's what I found. I remembered that Miyuki is friends with that overly eager about clothing cat girl who poked me a lot!" Goku smiled, "I found her around where we need to go, so I figured Miyuki could come with us, and then we can stay with that girl while there? Huh? It's good, right?!"
"That's…not…a bad idea…actually…" Gohan blinked, "I mean…it seems rude to just…kidnap her…but…well you never asked Mom for permission when you kidnapped me for training."

"...Right…" Sonic nodded, "Well…Ancient evil god broke the planet, monsters made of its energy come out at night, the Chaos Emeralds need to go to these Gaia Temples to make the planet repair itself and make the evil god go back to sleep, and I become a big fluffy Werehog at night that Roll likes sleeping in my fur."
"And you said learning how to make the 'pockets' would be a bad idea," Roll giggled, "Well…that and pointing out how you could carry more Chili-Dogs on your person."
"You know I expected this to be weird…I mean the alien man who can go super on command was strange enough at first. But yet I still get surprised, kyu…" Miyuki sighed.
"But it's never boring." Sonic smiled.
"Hmm…" she pouted at that, not in the mood for his brand of nonsense.
"Oh! Hi, Miyuki!" Videl smiled, carrying in a big backpack full of supplies, "Did you guys just get back?" she blinked.

"He sensed Honey and figured if we bring Miyuki with us, she'll help us," Sonic explained.

"In all honesty, I feel like there's no choice since he did bring me down here, kyu," Miyuki noted, "...I will admit that it honestly saved me from a sudden awkward moment since I'm still not sure how to introduce them to each other and…" she covered her mouth as she blushed.

"A-ah…Oh! Uh, l-let's get going to see Honey-chan, kyu! I'm sure she'll be near a fashion store that's near a good eatery for the after-fashion store visit!" Miyuki spoke quickly, sweating a little.
"..." Goku blinked at that before he grabbed everyone, "Banzai!" he shouted as they all poofed.

"H-Hai," Haseo replied as he put Roll's towel on the counter before going over to the nearby couch, pulled out a black and white blanket with a gray fox print on a corner and proceeded to fold it up into a pillow, "Oyasumi…"

"?! A Sakurai….how?" he frowned, "...matters not. Our mistress took care of them before…what leaves a few st-"
"HA!" Goku and Gohan shouted as they powered up, releasing a shockwave that knocked the soldiers over.
"Guys…just sit back…and enjoy." Videl smiled as she and Roll sat down on her giant backpack.
"Well it seems like they were about to say something rude…so…have at em guys." Sonic smiled plopping down next to the girls.
"Wait wait wait…" one called out before Goku grabbed his spear…and flung the weapon and him high into the air.
"...what in the queen's name?" another whispered in disbelief before Gohan elbowed him into an empty cart, "GH!"
"Sorry, but we're only defending ourselves here," Gohan stated.
"Just what are they!?" another screamed as he was flung into the air.
"Sorry, not trying to hurt you to much, you guys should be tough enough to take a fall like this." Goku tossed yet another high into the air. He then blinked as one stabbed him…only for the spear to shatter on impact with his torso, "Wow…cheap stuff…"
"That…that was a titanium tip…" he wheezed out in shock, losing his breath from surprise.
"Bye~" Goku smiled, tossing him into the air.
"Considering how much trouble these guys gave us, this feels rather cathartic," Sonic grinned as Chip sat down on his head, munching away at a chocolate bar as he watched in awe.
"AH!" one shouted smacking Gohan with the spear only for it to snap, "Oh…that's disheartening…"
"Sorry." Gohan smiled tapping his head and sinking him into the ground up to his shoulders.
"R-retreat!" the lead soldier commanded, yelping as he and the few conscious soldiers began to flee, "The Freedom Fighters are here..and they brought demons with them!"
"Eh. More so super powered aliens, but semantics," Sonic shrugged
"Nope." Gohan cut off their path making them all pause, "None of that now." He lifted his hands and channeled ki into both palms before clapping them together and unleashing a shockwave which blasted them all over and slid across the ground towards his father.
"We're really sorry guys, but we're trying to be sneaky." Goku smiled, picking them up one at a time and tossing them over the same shoulder into a stack of guards.
"Gh?! How…"! The lead soldier began before a yellow Blur ziped by the stack of guards, all of them now tied up together, "?!"
"And captured before they could squeal," Videl said, giving a Thumbs up at Roll as the hedgevixen tied the other end to a metal lamp post.
"Phew." she sighed as Goku and Gohan went about tapping each one on the noggin to knock them out so they couldn't go about shouting for help, "This…is so easy with them."
"Stealth is so easy when anyone who can ruin it gets knocked out in an instant." Sonic chuckled.
"Hey you look like the boss," Goku smiled, stopping at the captain, "Where are your Boss's…I'm gonna deck them in the nose."

"Yeah gonna stop ya there…chances are they're gonna get their butts royally whooped by these two, so probably best to answer our questions," Sonic grinned, "And given how fearful these people are….I take it ol' queeny used the planet splitting to get a heads up and take over Chuunan, right?"

"I feel like that's something we mentioned once…" Sonic muttered.
"You did." Gohan replied, "I think he tuned out most of it." he chuckled.
"We never said he was loved for his brain." Videl chuckled, "Goku is loved for being a good hearted guy."

"...AHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Sonic cackled uncontrollably, "He…he got caught!" he wheezed…before he was encased in ice as well.
"What did we learn?" Roll smiled.
"That it's not polite to laugh at someone's misfortune…even when they are a jerk and it's totally funny…" his face just barely sticking out of the ice.
"Best we'll get…" Videl shrugged.
"Did you see anything else?" Miyuki asked Goku once more, a look of worry growing on her face, "Anything on Honey?"
"No…I think she managed to get into hiding with some folks near here, but…I did see a really short guy with a pointy nose," Goku answered, making Sonic tense up.

"Eggman's nephew and personal buttmonkey when he messes up," Sonic answered as the ice began to thaw, "Don't underestimate him though…just as cunning if not more than ol' Eggy."

"Probably figured out a spell or something," Sonic shrugged, "She may be a technopath…but I wouldn't be surprised if she learned a spell-probably by Sinvely's suggestion-to control whatever nasty beasts were lurking in the temple."
"I'm gonna call Mr. Piccolo…" Gohan muttered.

"...guess he overheard us," Chip guessed just as a Warp Ring appeared near the group.

"I'm cool with it," Sonic shrugged, "Not much of a leader-type of guy…that's more Sal's job."
"Yeah we know, its why we don't trust you with much besides blow things up and be fast." Piccolo responded, "You do a select few things right…go and do them."
"Gotcha."
"...The recon team hasn't returned yet," one soldier whispered, them and a large group of others standing within the courtyard of a large, metallic silver and purple fortress. The front gate was skull like and had an arch atop its brow almost like a crown, with two towers framing it to either side, its teeth being the front gates.
"Did they get caught?"
"Bùt we locked up Monkey Kahn and the Freedom Fighters once her majesty took over the continent."
"Then what could…" another soldier began, at that moment of pause the front gate trembled once, "It have…been?" he gulped.
The gate trembled again as it tilted inward, before finally falling over as Goku and Piccolo walked over it. And just casually strolled into the courtyard with smiles on their faces.
"?! INTRUDERS!" one of the soldiers screamed as they aimed their weapons at the two, "HALT! IN THE NAME OF…!"
"Yeah, no." Piccolo swung his hands as explosions suddenly went off sending them all flying.
"Bye!" Goku grabbed the spear of one and tossed him into the sky before he…shone like a star and vanished from sight.
"Bring out your boss…Demon King Piccolo has come for a visit." Piccolo smiled.
"And I am Son Goku, A Saiyan raised on Earth!" Goku smiled as the two ignored the barrage of bullets, blasts and missiles which pelted them.
"Have fun?" Piccolo smiled, cracking his neck as the smoke cleared.
"Ah that's nice, it was like a message." Goku stretched.
"And no doubt…" Piccolo began as the ground began to rumble, "...it caught their leaders' attention."
"Who dares intrude on the realm of the Iron Dominion?" a low growl was heard as a large figure walked down the stairs, the smoke clearing to reveal them to be a large Mobian Ox with light brown fur in metallic dark-silver armor as they hefted a large mace over their shoulder.
"Ahh! He's the minotaur guy I saw!" Goku realized.
"Ox, Goku," Piccolo corrected.
"Oh…like Chi-chi's Dad…" Goku nodded slowly, "Wait a minute…" he paused, "That's another thing just like my life! You guys don't have a weird turtle hermit in there do ya!?"
"..."
"...Well d-" Goku began before the Ox slammed his mace against his side, sending him flying through the wall, "...ok…that…actually kinda hurt."
"Fools…do you not know who you are mocking?" the ox frowned as he glared at Piccolo, "I am Jun Kun, the Iron King…and you are intruding on my realm!"
"I'm the Demon King's son, half of God, and an Alien from across the universe…" Piccolo explained simply, "You gotta get a lot weirder than that," he took off his turban and cape before tossing them into more of the soldiers…crushing them under its weight, "Alright…I came here for a fight, let's do this."
"Ah…but…I called dibs…" Goku complained.
"You can tag in later," Piccolo replied.
"But by then he'll be all weak and hurt!" Goku argued, "Oh hey wait I don't sense normal ki…he's a cyborg!"
"...hm. The fool catches on…but you are right, son of the Demon King…" Jun Kun grinned a bit as he hefted his mace up, "If it is a battle you want…then I shall be happy to oblige as I crush your will!" he roared out as he prepared to slam his mace, only for Piccolo to dodge as the resulting slam created a fairly large crater in the courtyard.
"This might actually be fun." Piccolo and Goku smiled in unison.
With that Piccolo swung his leg and kicked at Jun Kun, who blocked with his arm but was still sent skidding back and into a wall. He shrugged the attack off before looking at his arm and the damage it dealt to his armor. He paused…that wasn't like any attack he'd taken before, these two…things that attacked were stronger then any Mobian or fighter to ever come before him. Of that he was sure, it was…honestly exciting.
"So…for once actual Monsters have appeared before me." Jun Kun smirked.
"The cosmos are vast." Piccolo replied, "Had you all appeared a couple years earlier…this would indeed be a difficult battle for us. But we've survived a lot of harsh fights…against much more horrible monsters." Piccolo smirked, taking a stance, "You're not gonna find yourself dealing with regular kids anymore. Now the real warriors are taking the stage."
"Heh…" Jun Kun smirked, "Then I look forward to this…"
"Don't take too long Piccolo! I want a turn soon!" Goku complained as he was now standing on the front gate of the castle entrance.
"You can go when I'm done."
"Aww…"
"What fresh hell is this?" a soldier asked as Piccolo and Jun Kun clashed, causing a shockwave which blew them all away, "AHH!"
Piccolo growled as he punched Jun Kun making him skid back only for the tall Mobian to spin around and swing his mace around, which Piccolo stopped with a kick. The impact sent out another shockwave. Piccolo growled, pushing with his leg and knocking the weapon aside. Piccolo swung around and kicked with his other leg as he struck Jun Kun making him stagger back…only for the Mobian to swing his head forward and headbutt Piccolo sending him skidding back. Jun Kun smirked as he pressed forward and tackled Piccolo, slamming him into a wall.
The dust began to settle before a powerful flash of light sent the Iron King flying away and slamming into another wall. He growled before his eyes widened as Piccolo's arms stretched out and grabbed him by the horns…before yanking him back across the grounds and into Piccolo, who slammed his head into his…denting Jun Kun's helmet and sending it flying off. The Iron King stumbled back a bit in surprise before he was punched in the abdomen and sent skidding back once more. His eyes shut from the sudden impact, opened as he saw a powerful beam of energy impact him face first and knock him over.
"This…what is happening?!" a soldier asked in shock, "No one is as strong as the Iron King!"
"If you think I'm amazing…" Piccolo pointed to Goku who watched in interest, "That thing…easily much stronger than me, and has no limit to how strong he can become over time."
"That…that Overlander?"
"He's not an Overlander or Human, he's an Alien." Piccolo smirked, "We're both visitors from beyond the stars."
"...ahh…" the soldier groaned as he fainted on the spot.
"Aliens…fascinating…" Jun Kun grunted while getting up, revealing he was not as hurt as all those attacks would imply, "No wonder it feels like for once…I have a battle worthy of my time. And you claim that one is even more powerful."
"You Mobians have a concept of Super Forms…his race can freely attain the same power…genetically." Piccolo smiled, "Telling you spoils nothing…cause he has power beyond even that. And…as it stands he might not even get the chance to show you."
"Hehehe…a prideful one aren't you?" Jun Kun smirked, "So you intend to best me alone?"
"We don't gang up on one enemy here." Piccolo smiled, "We're warriors. One on one, we don't dishonor a fight by ganging up on one enemy."
"Hahaha!" Jun Kun laughed, "Yes…that…that sounds most fantastic! Finally…someone who honors the strength of the Iron King!"
"The Demon King needs no help." Piccolo smirked showing his fangs.
"Hmm." Goku smiled, 'Piccolo is enjoying himself…'
With that the two clashed sending out yet another shockwave. The two growled before striking one another across the face. Piccolo recovered first as he punched Jun Kun sending him skidding back, the Iron King roared as he slammed his mace into Piccolo's stomach lifting him off the air…before swinging him around and slamming him into the ground. Piccolo's hand shot up and shot a ki blast right into the Iron King's snout, sending him stumbling a step back. Piccolo got up in an instant before pressing on and swinging a punch to Jun Kun's face, the Namekian swinging around to land a kick to the same spot as it staggered him a step. Jun Kun smirked through the attack and grabbed Piccolo's leg before swinging him around and tossing him at another wall, only for Piccolo to flip around and land with his feet on the wall. After a moment that same wall suddenly crashed and crumbled as the Namekian shot through the air and landed a flying punch to Jun Kun slamming him into the castle itself.
The dust cleared as the two clashed again with Piccolo landing a kick to Jun Kun as the Iron King struck the Namekian with his mace, the two sending the other flying and tearing through the walls of the castle. After a second the two fighters rushed back through the paths they made before colliding headfirst with one another. Both their eyes went blank for a moment…before both snarled and clasped hands with the other as they began using raw strength to overpower the other. Piccolo's arms swelled in size as he used his ki to bolster his strength, the force of their pushing against one another causing the ground around their feet to crack. People within the castle began panicking as it shook like a horrible earthquake from the two using raw strength alone to disturb the ground around them. Jun Kun smirked and slammed his head into Piccolo's, making his head stagger back…only for him to snap his head back and open his jaw before blasting a ki beam from his mouth which impacted Jun Kun point blank and set off a massive explosion.
"GH?! Wh-what on Mobius was that explosion?!" a short balding man with a rather…pointy nose exclaimed as the area rumbled a bit, "...tch. That buffoon isn't venting again is he?...hmph. Matters not," he huffed as he looked back at the cell doors, "Most of these filthy rebels have been taken care of by Regina's men…whatever those dark creatures are…they're no match for her magic."
"Oh wow…you are so confident in her aren't' ya?"
"Well of course I…" he began before blinking…and slowly turned to see Sonic smirking at him, "..."
"Hi."
"GYAAAAAH!" the short man screamed as he jumped back, "HEDGEHOG?!"
"Quick heads up, Snively…that wasn't anyone you knew that caused that small tremor," Sonic smirked, "OH and BTdubs…don't' count on any guards coming out help ya…"
"...why?" Snively asked before Sonic jerked a thumb behind him, making him look over…and saw the pile of tied up, frozen, or beaten up guards with Gohan and the others standing nearby, "...More Freedom Fighters?!"
"Eh. On the debate for a possible name change," Sonic shrugged, "Now then…how's about letting out those prisoners?"
"...you do realize once she finds out your here…your head will be on a pike, correct?" Snively asked with a frown.
"...Gohan, I leave this to you, buddy," Sonic said as he walked away from Snively.
"What are y-AHH!" Snively yelped as he was picked up.
"Hi," Gohan smiled, "My name is Gohan, I'm half alien." he explained, "This…this is what happens when you make my kind…angry." his eyes flashed green before turning Super Saiyan, the pressure of his ki bending the bars of the cells away from him and causing the ground to crack and buckle, lights flared on and off before exploding as the room was now filled with blinding gold light, "You don't…want to make me angry…" he frowned as his facial change from becoming a Super Saiyan made him greatly more intimidating, "and I don't like people threatening my friends…or people in general. The last person that made me mad…not a single living cell is left of him…"
"...a….a super….transformation…." Snively whispered as he began to lose color.
"Yup," Sonic grinned, "And unlike me…he doesn't need Chaos Emeralds to transform either."
"I'm a peaceful man Mr. Snively…but my father…is a warrior alien who lives for combat and the thrill of deadly hand to hand combat…and is not a forgiving man if you cross him." Gohan added, "And unlike me…he has one more transformation."
"I'm sorry…did…did you say…o-o-o-one more?" Snively asked.
"That's right, there are levels to their stuff." Sonic smiled, "Gohan~" at that Gohan dropped Snively.
"Ha…" he growled as lightning began arcing off his body, his hair spiking up even more as he burst into Super Saiyan 2. The literal air around him grew heavy and ionized from the bioelectrical energy discharging from him, "The more we transform…the angrier we get inside…honestly it's taking all I have to not hit something~" Gohan smirked almost evilly at Snively.
"...P-Please! Don't hurt me!" Snively begged, getting down on his knees as he slinked back, "I-I-I I didn't mean to speak so ill! It's Regina! She has me under her thumb and everything!"
"Oh god this guy's pathetic," Videl groaned while Miyuki tapped the floor underneath them.
"...Roll," the kitsune vixen whispered to the hedgevixen, "The floor…"
"...?!" Roll tensed up when she noticed Snively getting near a torch on the wall.
"Just please…please don't hurt me…" Snively begged as he got up, "I've seen how scary Super Transformations are…and yours honestly scares me the most!"
"Oh trust me the next form is much worse," Sonic chuckled, "You should see his dad. You feel an earthquake a while back before the world split?" he asked, getting a slight nod, "That was this guy's dad just transforming to the next stage after this."
"Please…please no more! I can already feel my knees weak from fear! I might just…" Snively began…before smirking as he pulled the torch down, "FALL!"
"Wh-?!" Sonic began before the floor suddenly opened up underneath him and the others, "Woah!"
"Uh…Sonic…we can fly." Videl recalled as Roll grabbed Miyuki.
"...oh…right. Sorry…reflex," Sonic chuckled sheepishly.
"Wh…wha…?" Snively whispered in disbelief as Sonic and Gohan just floated there, "You…you can fly now…without a Super Form, hedgehog?!"
"Yeah…its easy." Videl argued, "Even kids can do it."
"It takes time to learn." Roll smiled.
"Everyone can fly now." Gohan smirked transforming back to normal, "By the way Mr. Snively…I lied to you a little." he smiled, his eyes closed to add to his goofy smile, "I have one more form but its not as spectacular as the other two." his eyes opened before becoming sharper, his hair stanging up again as a burning white aura erupted around him, causing the cells around them to fall apart, his face one of pure rage now, "This…is my last one…its not very dramatic…but its all my power at once…with no limits…I wonder what would happen if I layered my Super Saiyan form on top of it?" he asked.
"Are you sure? You've been training for months just to try it," Videl asked, "If you lose control everyone could die!" she gasped dramatically as she lightly tapped Roll's leg with her own to send a silent message.
"Oh hai! It would possibly take out the entire continent!"
"?! Th…the….entire…" Snively began, utter fear in his voice as he pretty much lost all color…even down to his clothes.
"Heck…the whole planet could go!" Sonic declared, "These aliens are crazy man, blowing up planets was chump change for them!"
"And that's not all..on the full moon-apologies in advance…" Miyuki whispered to Gohan before looking back at Snively, "They can apparently turn into giant wereapes that can leave the planet as nothing but ashes, kyu!"
"It's true…I've been able to do it since I was a little boy." Gohan smirked, "The world is changing Mr. Snively, the level of combat and power has reached new extremes."
"Oh and spoiler…this…is the smartest one." Sonic smirked, "So…he can hold it back…what do you think the others lack?"
"...oh no…"
"Eeyup…and said others-especially his pops?...He legit scares Eggman."
"No…" he spoke in shock, "That's…but he's insane…that…" he backed up and tensed as he backed into something sturdy that was not wall.
"I sensed power levels rising! Where's the fight! Who can I punch?" Goku asked excitedly.
"Oh also he can teleport." they all nodded.
"...ahh~" Snively groaned as he fainted, his eyes blank as he began to foam at the mouth from pure fear.
"...wow. I…think you broke him," Chip blinked, poking at Snively with a stick.
"Oops…" Goku muttered before another tremor went off, "Oh man, Piccolo come on when is it my turn~?!" he complained teleporting away again.
"...that was the most fun ever…of all time." Sonic smiled happily.
"Is…is he alive?" Gohan asked.
"Eh…" the girls shrugged uncertain and uncaring.
"He'll be fine…he's been threatened a lot before by Eggman," Sonic shrugged, "...frankly seeing him faint from all that was just peachy."
"Well I sure hope I don't have to do that to him again." Gohan muttered.
"Are you kidding, that was great!" Videl cheered, "Where did that come from, it was amazing…and kinda hot."
"Huh?!" Gohan blushed.
"You two need some alone time, kyu?" Miyuki teased with a light giggle.
"E-eh?!" Gohan further blushed at that.
"Maybe later," Videl smiled, "But save folks now,"
"Wait…Videl…that wasn't a no…wait…Videl!" Gohan panicked as the floor closed itself after a timer ran out and reset the trap.
"Right!" Sonic clapped his hands as he grabbed the keys from Snively and ran about to all the cells that weren't ruined, "Rise and shine folks time to save the world, no time to sleep in people, get your beauty sleep after!"
"Good job shorting out the security system," Videl awed.
"I…uh…but…" Gohan was still lost in his blushing panic.
"He'll be fine," Videl giggled, "He's heard worse."
"Oh you mean your blonde friend who wants to share…" Roll nodded.
"What?!" Gohan shouted.
"Go back to panicking Gohan, we'll handle this!" Videl called out.
"Right!" Sonic nodded as he, Miyuki and Roll were helping escort some of the prisoners out.
"Ugh geez…that was some nasty rumbling…" a tall female Mobian Dragon with teal-green scales groaned a bit, rubbing her eyes while the chains bounding her arms and legs together rattled a bit. She blinked for a moment however when she noticed Sonic, "...Sonic?"
"...uh…yeah?" Sonic blinked, "Do..I know you?"
"Well of course ya do!" the dragon exclaimed with a big smile, "We've fought together for so long when Eggbutt was still Robotnik!"
"...wait…" Sonic began as it began to click, "...DUCLY?!"
"Duh~! How could you not recognize me?!...Then again we haven't seen each other since I left for Chuunan years back…"
'...I'll just chalk this up to 'another change thanks to Eggman's stupid machine,'' Sonic thought
"Sonic, we got people to move," Videl called out, "Oh you must be Dulcy!" she smiled, "Sally told me all about you, quick catch up, I'm Videl, that's my boyfriend Gohan, we're new friends and here to help."
"Oh! That's perfect then!" Dulcy beamed before looking back into her cell, "Hey girls! We're helping break people out!"
"Ugh…finally we can get out…" a female white-tiger Mobian groaned a bit, popping her neck a little while fixing the red bandana on her head…all while the metal tip of her tail clanged a bit against the floor.
"We just needed to be patient," a female Mobian turtle added as she was busy helping escort a small female Mobian Pheasant walk out.
"Too tired…need my spicy candy…"
"That sounds like it would end poorly," the tiger deadpanned, "And we're already stuck in a cramped room as is."
"...wait…" Videl blinked as she looked between Dulcy and the other girls, "...A…are you an all-girl Freedom Fighter group?"
"Yup! The Shinji Warriors!" Dulcy beamed, "The Tiger's Jian, the Tortoise is Bunker, and the Pheasant that's still kinda waking up is Cinder."
"Oh that's so cool!" Videl awed, "And oddly thematic…" she muttered, "Roll, I got an idea!"
"Don't you have a boyfriend you turned into a blushing mess?" Sonic asked with a smirk.
"Oh he'll be fine," Videl waved off.
"But that would mean…but then…what is my life?" Gohan panicked.
"Now you broke our super alien!" Sonic chuckled.
"It's not my fault he doesn't grasp the fact he's literally the hottest person our age." Videl argued.
"I am!?" Gohan gawked.
"Oh you are so lucky I love you…" Videl sighed, "You could not have stood a chance with other girls…" she leaned to the others, "Literally the smartest and strongest teenage boy on the planet but he can't read a sign from a girl to save his half alien butt."
"Oh my boyfriend was practically the same way with me before we started dating, kyu," Miyuki admitted with a nod.
"God the world would just eat them up without girls like us…" Videl sighed playfully.
"Did…you say half alien?" several blinked.
"Uh yeah…Gohan looks human…but…he's actually half Alien." Sonic explained, "It makes him literally one of the strongest beings on the planet. I am the fastest…but Gohan and his Dad are for sure the Strongest things alive."
"..wow. I've certainly missed a lot," Dulcy blinked.
"I'm surprised you're not freaking out about it," Videl noted.
"I'm a dragon…we can tell whenever someone is lying or not," Dulcy shrugged.
"Wow that sounds crazy useful…" Videl muttered.
"So then the shaking above is…his dad?" Dulcy asked.
"Huh…oh no…well..uh…kinda…that's actually another Alien named Piccolo, he kinda raised Gohan so…its like he's got two dads." Videl explained.
"Aww lucky…" Cinder said once she was awake a bit.
"Let's just get out of her before the queen notices something's amiss," Jian suggested with a sigh, "We've trailed off enough as is.."
"Right, Gohan snap out of it!" Videl slapped Gohan.
"Ah! I'm back!" he shook his head, "Who do I punch!?"
"No one yet, now come on we're getting out of here." she ordered.
"Yes!" Gohan nodded simply. He then walked past Snively before picking him up and putting him in one of the still working cells…and tying him up in bed sheets like a straight jacket, "For his own safety." he gently rested him against the wall.
"...eh. Good enough for me," Jian shrugged as the group began to escort the other prisoners out of there.
"...AHH!" Snively screamed as he shot up, "Oh…that was a horrid nightmare…wait….why can't I move?" he slowly looked down and saw the 'straight jacket' he was in….causing an annoyed look to grow on his face, "I…loath…that hedgehog…"
"Have a good day!" Gohan waved as he appeared back with super speed before vanishing and leaving behind a smiling afterimage.
"...d'oh~"
"Okay, so is there anyone left to save?" Gohan asked as he knocked out guards one after another while dashing ahead with Sonic.
"Buh…lets see…" he muttered counting with his fingers as he knocked out several himself as the two dashed around as blurs.
"And that's what learning Ki control can do." Videl smiled having explained everything to Dulcy and her friends while Sonic and Gohan looked like impossible to follow blurs that just…cleared the path of anything moving, "Getting to the actual shooting laser part is hard for me though…but once you learn how to fly it gets so much easier."
"42…" Gohan trailed off.
"43~" Sonic smiled.
"Ah man…you win this round." Gohan chuckled, "Your so hard to keep up with,"
"You do much better than anyone else ever has." Sonic smirked, "But thank you my good man, my speed is indeed the best."
"So where did you put yours?" Gohan asked.
"The bathrooms." Sonic smiled.
"I put mine in a broom closet." Gohan muttered.
"Okay extra points if it was just one closet." Sonic chuckled, "And to answer your earlier question…ugh…Monkey Kahn….in fact…" he began as he looked over at Dulcy, "Hey, Dulce!"
"Yeah?"
"You happen to see Monkey Kahn in the cells with ya?"
"No."
"...and now I'm concerned a bit," Sonic muttered, earning a look from Gohan, "Long story short, Khan's…kind of a cyborg…and he got taken over by the Iron Queen…twice."
"Ooh…that is bad…" Gohan muttered, "Well if that's the case, she might have put him in a special prison so she can try and control him again. As a sign of domination and as a power move to have a new loyal tool."
"Yeah that tracks…" Sonic sighed.
"You never explained why you and this Khan fellow have such…a bad past." Gohan noted, "Is he trouble?"
"You don't even talk about Shadow this badly…" Videl noted, "And you two are like Goku and Vegeta…"
"...well..it's not that he's a bad guy…he usually means well, but…" Sonic began to trail off…before adapting a deadpan stare, "He's arrogant, aggressive, vengeful, and pretty quick to judge."
"So he's just a bit of a prick…" Videl bluntly replied, "Well I guess I can see why you don't get along. Your a bit of a jerk, but in a likable way. And I can say it as a friend of your girlfriend, but I guess if he's so bad even you can't fully get used to him…its pretty bad…"
"Yeah…well when he and Sal….ugh. Dated…she was able to reign him in and make him more…decent kinda…." Sonic muttered, "...still can't stand the guy though. He protects his people with good intentions…but I still don't like him."
"Oh…so thats what happened…" Videl nodded in understanding now.
"We still can't leave him to be a tool. He at least cares for his home and people…and he doesn't deserve to be turned into a weapon to be used against them." Gohan spoke, he put a hand on Sonic's shoulder, "Besides, you've grown much stronger since last you met, and I bet being his savior would sting his pride a bit!" he smiled in the same cheeky way his father often did.
"...oh that totally would…" Sonic grinned.
"Alright," Videl sighed, "Gohan, you go with Sonic and Roll to help Monkey boy, me and Miyuki will lead everyone to safety…away from the super fight happening up above."
"Are you sure?" Gohan asked.
"Oh please…like these goons are even a problem."
"Plus she'll have us to help back her up," Dulcy added as she and her team stood beside her.
"Alright," Gohan nodded, "Stay safe."
"I got it, I've gotten much stronger since that time. Plus I'm not alone. I got tons of new friends. It's sweet of you though," she smiled, "Definitely extra boyfriend points." she winked as she walked ahead, "Come on, if Gohan's dad joins the fight we really don't wanna be down here!" she called out.
"Aww~! But I wanna s-" Cinder began before Jian picked her up.
"Come on you…"
"...It is often rare to see such an innocent love outside of the Sakurai clan's," Bunker noted as she looked up at Videl.
"Gohan and I understand each other on a level most folks don't." Videl replied, "He's goofy, doesn't get most signals and lacks good table manners. But…he's the one person in the world who saw me…for…me. Not just my status as the daughter of the world's richest, most influential man." she smiled, "Sides when a boy is willing to fight an all powerful demon older than the universe to avenge you…you know you snagged a winner."
"Wait…are you a princess?!" Cinder gawked.
"Eh...pretty much." Videl smiled.
"Regardless of title…love is what love is, kyu," Miyuki said with a small smile
"Exactly." Videl smiled, "I don't need more than that to explain what Gohan and I have. 'Sides he makes for a good teacher if any of you want to learn Ki control, as my new friends, I'm sure I can convince him to teach you~" she winked to Dulcy and her friends.
"That…would honestly make dealing with the Raiju and the Iron Dominion a bit easier," Dulcy admitted.
"Well I think the only fast way to find your friend…is up." Gohan stated to Sonic.
"I am all about fast." Sonic smiled as their ki aura flared and they flew straight up through the ceiling and to a higher level and so forth through the castle.
"GH!" Jun Kun and Piccolo grunted as they skidded back, panting as their bodies were littered in bruises while the Iron King's armor was dented and cracked.
"Hmph." Piccolo rolled his neck before spitting up a bit of blood.
"Heh…not bad…" Jun Kun grinned, cracking his neck a bit before wiping his own blood from his busted lip.
"For once, something that can take a punch from us." Piccolo spoke, "Whatever you're made of…it's a lot more durable."
"I could say the same of you…" Jun Kun replied as he banged his fist together, "No one has been able to survive me for this long…it truly excites me!"
"I've been whipping these kids into shape, but I can see why you are a problem for them." Piccolo spoke, "I will enjoy this."
"Mmm…" Goku pouted sitting down and watching
"As will I…" Jun Kun grinned, picking his mace up as the sun began to set in the distance.
Silence befell the area as any soldiers that were still conscious ran for their lives, dragging their unconscious allies with them. Both Piccolo and Jun Kun said nothing as they stood ready, waiting for their opponent to strike as it began to grow darker and darker…indicating that night was about to fall. Flames soon roared to life at each different part of the courtyard, lighting the area up.
"RAAGH!" Piccolo and Jun Kun roared as they prepared to charge…only for the latter to suddenly stop.
"Hmm?" Goku blinked.
"Grr…Regina….!" Jun Kun managed to snarl, trying to force his body to move, "You dare…!?"
"Silence, Jun Kun," a voice spoke up, earning both Goku and Piccolo's attention as they looked towards the stairs leading into the castle.
Stepping down was a human woman, her long green hair done up into a ponytail as a golden mask-like crown adorned her face. She wore a long-sleeved robe that was a mix of red and black as her wrists were covered in what looked like cybernetic bracelets while the 'shoes' covering her feet were cybernetic as well. In her hand was a golden staff, a glowing cyan crystal ball being seen within it as she aimed it at the Iron King.
"Your ceaseless lust for battle has nearly destroyed my castle in the process," she frowned a bit at him as she walked up to him.
"But…you cannot…"
"You are finished," The woman commanded as Jun Kun's body suddenly went limp, "You may be the king…but do not forget who truly rules here…"
"Hmm…so all women are pains in the neck…" Piccolo noted.
"Can you say that given Namekians don't have genders?" Goku blinked.
"It gives me insight you all sorely lack." Piccolo smirked.
"...I don't get it."
"Hmph…a buffon," the woman scoffed before looking at Piccolo, "And who might you be?"
"Alien, Demon King, God…pick one. All of them are correct." Piccolo smiled.
"Is that so?" the woman noted with an intrigued smile, "And given how casually you are speaking to me…you know who I am..or you are an utter fool for acting reckless towards the Iron Queen."
"Lady…I've died more times than I can count. I have three minds in my head, I raised this idiot's kid. I don't give a shit who you are." Piccolo listed while pointing to Goku, "Far as I see it…you folks from Mobius landed on our land…and we're just sharing it equally. So we're gonna go about this simply, either back off…or I send you and your little boy toy…"
"Not that one." Goku pointed to Jun Kun.
"Straight to hell by leveling this entire castle into a barren salt flat." Piccolo finished.
"...ahh. I see now…" the woman noted with a small grin, "You are these beings from the other world that has fused with Mobius."
"Ah..so you somewhat know of us." Piccolo noted.
"Yes..Snively often kept tabs on his fool of an uncle," she grinned, "His mistake for having me work with the Dark Legion."
'Oh god damn it…' Piccolo mentally cursed/groaned.
"So is this the part where I fight someone now?" Goku asked.
"No it's still my turn." Piccolo sighed.
"What?! But you got to enjoy fighting the big guy!" Goku complained.
"Well too bad!"
"That's not fair, I get to fight the next thing!"
"This is not a freakin democracy Goku! You get no vote!"
"That's tyrannical!"
"I am the son of the Demon King! Of course I'm tyrannical!"
"But the next fight is mine~"
"No!"
"Hoh? So you want to battle now…fine," the Iron Queen grinned as she held her staff up, dark-purple energy beginning to surround it, "My new pets need to eat anyhow…"
"Pets?" Goku repeated before two massively large figures slammed into the ground next to the woman, "?!"
"Conquering Storm warned me of the spawns of Dark Gaia," The Iron Queen grinned as the shadowy figures of the two beasts next to her glared down at the two, "Thankfully I am fluent in learning a rather...handy trick created by the Ixis Wizards."
"Oh goody…another magic user…" Piccolo sighed, "I hate how common that's becoming for us…"
"Great now there's two things to fight!" Goku cheered as they stared down the two creatures covered in black and purple energy. The first was a giant Phoenix and the other a giant dragon/Dinosaur. But…they seemed off, unlike the many other Gaia Monsters that you could almost see into…it was more like this dark energy was covering them.
"Wait…that dragon…" Piccolo spoke as he looked at it, "There is something…familiar about it?"
"Huh?" Goku blinked. He then yelped with a blast of fire, slammed him into and then through a wall, "MY BUTT IS FLAMING!"
"...not even gonna comment on th-" Piccolo began before a tail from the dragon slammed into his side, sending him crashing through a wall on the opposite end.
"Well…I'd say I'm dissapointed but…" she paused as the two walked back in…borderline unharmed.
"Alright…so this is happening…but this works fine too." Piccolo sighed.
"Now can I?" Goku asked.
"Goku…do the thing." Piccolo ordered.
"I like doing the thing~" he smiled as his eyes turned green, "HAA!" he roared powering up and unleashing a blinding golden light, the ground shaking as his aura flared out.
"Whoa…okay that…that's Gohan's dad." Videl spoke as everyone stumbled to catch themselves as a violent tremor shook the ground.
"...that...that was his dad?" Jian blinked.
"Hai," Miyuki replied before shivering a bit, "I recall this feeling back during the tournament…"
"That must mean he's about to go all out!" Chip gasped out, "...ahh and I'm missing it…"
"Come on you. We agreed it would be safer if you weren't around crazy evil people," Videl sighed.
"But…d'oh…fine…" Chip pouted as he floated down into her arms.
"We really want to get to a safe distance." Videl added, "Gohan can hold back, but Goku…he likes to use all his strength to respect his enemies."
"Respect?"
"He's a freaky fighter," Videl explained, "He loves fighting strong people, and gets crazy…cause he's an alien super being." she paused, "So okay…you've heard of Sonic going Super before?" she asked, "Well picture that…but on demand…and he once spent an entire weekend walking around in Super form…for fun…and that's how casually and crazy strong this alien race is."
"...wow," Dulcy slowly blinked as she and her team slowly took that info in.
"Yeah it's crazy," Videl nodded, "But…I mean…villains didn't last long on our planet…a week at most…"
"Looks like my Dad's turn is next." Gohan spoke as he kicked down a large metal door, which Sonic dashed in before exiting.
"Nope not that one…" he sighed.
"This is so hard, he just had to be a cyborg…" Gohan groaned as he knocked down another door.
"Right? And…" Sonic began as he motioned to his Werehog form, "What cruddy timing to transform…"
"Then I guess we can knock down twice as many doors…" Gohan shrugged, "...and fast…" he muttered as the shaking continued.
"Good point," Sonic nodded as they began breaking down doors, "Monkey! Monkey! Answer me! I'm here to save ya! Again…for like the 13th time…"
"I think I found him!" Gohan called out from another door, causing Sonic to run over and see a Mobian monkey chained up to the wall, his fur a bit messed up while his red and turquoise vest was ripped in a few spots.
"...yup. That's him…though just to be safe…" Sonic began as he walked in…and slapped him.
"Gah! I will not…!" the monkey began as his eyes shot open…and saw Sonic staring at him, "...Sonic?"
"Yo."
"...you look horrid."
"K, bye," Sonic waved as he began to walk off.
"Wait! I….ugh…" the monkey growled out a bit before taking a deep breath, "...I'm sorry…"
"Mm-hmm…" Sonic nodded walking back, "Now I'm gonna save your butt…so what do we say?" he smirked.
"I'm his friend, so while I don't approve I don't think I can stop this," Gohan sighed.
"I need to hear this, Gohan. You are a great and understanding dude. This guy has smacked me upside the face with an electrified stick…multiple times." Sonic pointed out.
"What could I say? You had a face that practically asked for it at the time," Khan countered.
"Mmm…Kinda have to side with the monkey," Gohan admitted, "You do tend to get a face that I feel the need to hit with a staff…especially when we do track at PE."
"Dude…come on," Sonic deadpanned before hearing a slight giggle from Roll, "...Really, Roll?"
"Gomen…"
"...A new girl?" Khan noted once he saw Roll, "...wait….are you a Sakurai by any chance?"
"I am," Roll replied, "Roll Harmonia Sakurai and Bonded to Sonikku." she bowed, "A pleasure, King of the Free People."
"I'm Son Gohan, Sonic's new buddy, and keeper to prevent him from causing nonsense…" Gohan sighed.
"He's also an Alien Monkey man with super power enough to rattle the planet." Sonic chuckled.
"...I feel I should be offended, yet…I'm not one to talk since I'm a cyborg monkey," Kahn admitted.
"No…I'm literally an alien," Gohan explained, "Half…"
"Yes…and I was making a joke."
"...was that a simian-based joke?" Sonic raised a brow.
"Well if we're done with the questioning me…" Gohan motioned to the tremoring.
"Ahh…right," Sonic nodded, grabbing the chains holding down Khan as he tore them apart, "There we go."
"Took you long enough…" Khan muttered as he flexed his arms a bit, "Now…to find the Iron Queen…"
"...I'm curious on this, but…how did she catch ya?" Sonic couldn't help but ask, "...Did she take over your mind again?"
"No…she took control of the corrupted village guardians and had them attack me," Kahn frowned, "Right after she had the Raiju steal the key meant to unlock the Gaia Temple's gate."
"Okay…we're getting that," Sonic stated.
"Come again?"
"No, don't worry about it. We got more reliable people dealing with her," Sonic stated simpy, "So let's focus on getting the key back…and by that, I mean mostly you and Gohan…cause I…" he used his now giant hand to grab Roll and lift her up, "Keep her...from getting murder happy."
"Mmm…" Roll pouted.
"...Because of course the Raiju are in the area," Khan sighed, rubbing the side of his head in exasperation, "Any chance you have a Power Ring on hand? My last one ran out an hour ago."
"Huh?" Gohan pondered as Roll dug into her tail and pulled out a Power Ring that Khan proceeded to put on his head like a headband/crown of sorts.
"Power Rings act as a barrier from Magitek," Khan explained, "I wear them so I don't fall under the Iron Queen's control."
"Oh that explains it," Gohan realized as he looked it over, "Hmm…if you…and then…" he mulled over in his mind, "You could expand its life expectancy by at least…duh…duh…7 years."
"Hm?! 7 years?!" the Werehog and Cyborg Monkey gawked.
"You forget Gohan-kun is as smart as Tails and Bulma…" Roll muttered.
"Oh come on. I'm not that smart…" Gohan sheepishly rubbed the back of his head.
"Where do you find these guys?" Khan asked Sonic.
"Long story short…our Zone mixed with theirs thanks to Eggman messing me up while I was fixing things thanks to a machine of his that could bend time and space," Sonic responded.
"...because of course he'd make something to manipulate time and space…"
"But now we all share a world together." Gohan smiled, "So thanks to us things should be easier."
"Him and his Pops are crazy strong." Sonic smiled, "Like 'oh wow…it's not even hard anymore' strong. Hahaha…that fight you probably felt earlier was this guy's teacher kicking the Iron King around for a bit…and that shaking is his dad powering up to Super Form…that he can access whenever he wants. You should see the face bad guys make when they do it, it's priceless! He almost gave Snively a heart attack! Hahaha!"
"You shouldn't enjoy that so much…" Gohan and Roll complained.
"Snkr….s…sorry…" Sonic snickered.
"That does explain the strange not-dragons and the other creatures that have shown up in areas…and the areas I've protected before being much bigger than I remember," Khan noted.
"Yeah, those are just like…flying Dinosaurs…" Sonic chuckled.
"We called them Dragons before the worlds merged…it was simpler then…" Gohan muttered, "But we're getting off track; we need to get back to saving the planet."
"And to do that, we need to get the Key to the Temple, and possibly beat back the guardian beasts that have been corrupted," Sonic added, "...Speaking of, anything to note on those in case we bump into them?"
"One is a sacred Phoenix…one that has protected the Dragon Kingdoms for eons…while the other is a purple dragon that recently protected us from an army of Iron Queen's men."
"Eh? Purple dragon?" Roll blinked.
"That sounds…familiar…" Gohan muttered, "Wait…could it be?"
"Gohan?" Sonic blinked.
"Hold that thought," Gohan stopped them as the castle trembled again.
"Ahh!" Goku screamed as he was sent crashing through another wall, "Ah…they want to play…"
"Only you could turn fighting two monsters into a game, Goku…" Piccolo sighed before dodging a stream of corrupted purple flames.
"But I don't wanna hurt 'em!" Goku argued, "I just don't know how to help them."
"Goku, you can talk to planets and ask them for their power!" Piccolo snapped.
"Oh shoot! That's right!" Goku shouted, "Man, am I glad you're here, Piccolo, or I would have spent all day at this!"
"Goddammit, Goku…how are we not all dead 'cause of you!?"
"I don't know…Spinach?" Goku guessed.
"Ahahaha! Ahh…This is a treat," the Iron Queen mockingly laughed as her twin beast stood next to her once more, "It would be almost hilarious..if you weren't so pathetically fending yourselves against the guardian beasts of Chuunan…"
'I wonder if pulling a Vegeta and blowing her up would stop these two…' Piccolo thought, getting tired of her boasts.
"My beasts? F-" The Iron Queen began before tensing, quickly turning as her staff deflected an incoming Ki Blast, "Who dares…?"
"DAD!"
"Gohan?" Goku blinked as he noticed Gohan running in.
"Gohan, what the heck are you doing!?" Piccolo demanded.
"I had to check and whoa!" Gohan called out, spotting the two, "I figured something was up…Wait a second…that dragon…"
"What's wrong with it?" Goku asked.
"I knew it!" Gohan smiled, "It's Icarus!"
"Your pet dragon?!" Piccolo gawked.
"Well, technically, the working name for them is Hire Dragons," Gohan explained, "It helps us explain them as different from Mobian Dragons, since they can't breath fire."
"Oh right…" Goku blinked, "Wow, I could not tell…he got so big! He used to be the size of a horse before…"
"I haven't seen him in years. I thought he migrated to be with his own kind…Guess he ended up here when our worlds merged…" Gohan then glared at The Iron Queen, "That's my friend you're controlling…"
"And I should care why?" The Iron Queen asked coldly, making Gohan's eyes narrow, "All of Mobius will soon be within my grasp, so you best learn your place, child."
"...Goku…we're tagging out," Piccolo smiled.
"But…I just got my turn…" Goku complained.
"It's okay, dad. I can handle her," Gohan spoke, "You can take care of the big ones."
"So you intend to fight me yourself?" The Iron Queen noted, "...Fine then. But just know…" she began as she held a hand up, "You're within my realm…"
?!" Gohan quickly tensed as he jumped out of the way, causing two large metallic fists to collide with one another.
"Since joining the Dark Legion, I gave my castle a few upgrades should anyone try and face me," The Iron Queen stated as her staffed glowed, "In a way, it has familiarity to that Lynx's nanites back in New Mobotropolis…"
"It's had a bit of a name change…and not really made of nanites anymore due to the Genesis Wave and all that's-OH GEEZE!" Gohan yelped, barely dodging spikes that came out of the ground.
"You may resume your fun, my pets," The Iron Queen commanded her two beasts as she began to walk up to Gohan, "Mommy is going to have fun putting a whelp in his place."
"The funny thing about that…is you think I'm actually trying. Or any of us are trying," Gohan stated, "The simple truth of it is…we're being nice here. If you didn't have prisoners…we could have wiped this entire castle out from the sky." he jumped around attacks aimed at him, "But I think a point needs to be made. Like the one I made to the small man in the basement. I'm sure he's still alive…maybe…"
"!? What did you do to Snively?!" she demanded.
"I dunno…I just powered up…and he stopped moving." Gohan smirked, "I don't really give Bad Guys much attention when they hurt nice folks." he stated, "I'm not like the good guys you faced before, when you upset me…I react much more…violently. I've killed Monsters before…"
"That's my boy," Piccolo and Goku said in unison as they pushed the two giant Dark Gaia influenced beasts through walls.
"So let us send a message to you…why you're not going to get another chance in this new world…" Gohan added as his eyes flashed, "HA!" he roared, flashing to Super Saiyan and blowing the spikes aimed at him away, "If you're smart…you're gonna take this warning…and never hurt anyone again. If you're not…" he raised his arms up, "Ka…me…" he swung them back as they began forming a sphere of blue energy, "Haa…Mee…" the light began radiating outwards as the orb of ki grew exponentially larger, "HAAA!" He aimed his arms and fired the signature attack of his Father as it flew past the Iron Queen and into the wall before blasting through it…and causing the entire ceiling above their heads to vanish within an instant.
"...Impossible…." The Iron Queen whispered with wide eyes, "A Super Form…without the need for Chaos Emeralds…"
"My name is Son Gohan…the first son of Son Goku, the Legendary Super Saiyan, and student of the Demon King Piccolo." Gohan introduced himself, "And this is our world now too…so either get with the program and get along with everyone…or stay out of our sight." he glared, "And if you have trouble believing me…let me show you my next form beyond this one…HAAA!" he roared as he changed into Super Saiyan 2 causing the ground around him to crack, "By this point your little boyfriend almost passed out from the pressure, but you got strong nerves…you can take it…right?!"
'...Tch! Blast it…That fool Eggman should've been clearer on just how strong these beings are!' The Iron Queen thought with a growl, her shaking hand gripping her staff as she tried to calm herself, 'D…damn it…it's as if I'm being stared down by the Legendary Enerjak of Echidna yore…these beings….they're truly dangerous.'
"So what's your answer…?"
"...Fine," she scowled as she began to walk away, "I shall stand down….but know this, Son Gohan…" The Iron Queen paused, stopping next to him as she gave him a light glare, "Without me…those two Guardian Beasts will raze this land due to Dark Gaia's influence."
"If that were the case…we would stop them," Gohan spoke, "You might not believe this…but my father has an actual God in his corner, and my Master is training all of the Freedom Fighters you've met before, making them stronger. So…I hope you're ready to fight a steep uphill battle…Because if I return…and people are suffering…" his eyes glared at her, "I'm not afraid to hit a woman."
"Oh please," the Iron Queen spoke, still keeping a calm exterior, "My whole life has been one. You're just another degree in that angle."
"Then you can learn to be a better person by that logic," Gohan argued, "Cause we're not gonna tolerate another Monster ruining innocent lives on our planet, not again!" he gripped his fist as his ki flared violently, "We had our monsters…and the differences between our worlds is a simple one…We don't extend Mercy more then once…"
The Iron Queen didn't respond to that. She just continued her walk and tapped her staff, causing the wall before her to part and then reconnect the moment she was past them.
"Hmm…I really hope this goes over well…"
"And that…is what happens when Gohan gets mad." Sonic spoke up as they saw the explosion from Gohan's attack.
"It's a Saiyan thing." Roll nodded.
"I don't know if I should feel disappointed someone else did it…or enjoy the fact such powerful beings are…humiliating them…" Khan admitted.
"Enjoy it man, I personally love it. Goku has literally made my life easier by giving Eggman night terrors," Sonic chuckled.
"...he gave Eggman…night terrors…" Khan slowly noted, "...Now I really wish to see that…"
"Know how you complain about me sparing him…well imagine a guy with the power to track you across the globe, teleport to your location, and blow up planets…doing it. It feels less stupid and more…insulting don't it?" Sonic smirked for numerous reasons, "Cause trust me…if Goku wanted he could have done worse then pop in on him at random to try and scare him into being good. Which while it won't work…the fact he's giving Eggy health problems from the terror of such a being never leaving him alone…makes my days wonderful."
"And chances are after today…Goku will visit often to…do the same to the Iron Dominion." Roll sighed.
"Hey, maybe he can teach you a thing or two. I mean, the guy is the greatest Martial Artist in the universe," Sonic smiled.
"Careful…your smugness is showing," Khan countered, making Sonic frown a bit in annoyance, "And even if he is…how do you know there isn't someone stronger out there?"
"There might be," Roll replied, "But from what I've learned, Saiyans actually grow stronger through fighting and healing up from the fights. So if he loses, he'll just be stronger in the rematch."
"Also…he loves fighting…" Sonic chuckled, "The dude was excited to fight me…and literally anyone I told him was strong."
"Hm…noted," Khan said as they stopped before a pair of large doors, "It should be in here."
"And here is…?" Sonic began.
"The queen's quarters…"
"Well it's rude not to knock," Sonic smirked, raising his arm and stretching it back before slamming his giant mitt into it and knocking it over, "...wait. Is this…a lab or something?"
"She must do research in here…" Khan whispered as they cautiously stepped in.
"Uh oh."
"What?" the two boys asked, turning to the Hedgefox who was running a hand through her tail.
"I forgot my towel back at Bulma-san's lab," Roll replied.
"...A towel?" Sonic deadpanned.
"They're quite useful for ninja," Khan replied before cringing as he rubbed his behind at the memory of phantom pains, "One being a makeshift whip."
"...Seriously?" he sighed, "Well not like we can go get it right now. Goku can't teleport us while he's fighting a giant monster and Piccolo has the Warp Ring which he doesn't share 'cause he doesn't trust anyone younger than him…."
"Mainly because you'd use it to go to every place that sells a Chili-Dog, Goten and Trunks probably places they're not allowed into, Gohan for…" Roll trailed off, "...Ano…"
"We know Gohan is the favorite," Sonic smirked, "And probably the only one to never abuse the power. Mostly because he probably can ask his Dad to learn Instant Transmission. And like I said…we all know Gohan is the favorite student; he still smacks me upside the head for thinking sarcastic comments…which, how does he always know?"
"Adults tend to just know," Roll shrugged before her tail grabbed Khan's and pulled him back a step, "Pressure plate." she grabbed Sonic's shoulder, the arm of which was stretching out to a painting, "Sensor that will go off if you move that painting." she took a few steps ahead, curving around a spot in the middle of her path, "Pressure-sensitive spike trap."
"...Uh…" Sonic began before Roll giggled.
"It's like my old home's playground," Roll compared with fondness in her tone, "Only thing different is instead of embarrassment-inducing punishments, they're mainly fatal or alarm-setting."
"I feel like you're only doing this 'cause you think it will kill us," Sonic muttered.
"Well you're not Goku-san…" she smiled as she peeked under the bed and quickly covered it up with her cheeks pink, "Nothing of importance under there."
"...I don't want to know," Khan muttered as he was carefully moving some scrolls away, only to stop when he noticed something, "...hey. Come look at this…"
"Hmm?" Roll blinked as she walked over as Kahn held up the scroll, "?! This is…"
"Information on the Gaia Temple for Chuunan," Khan noted with a frown, "She already knew of Dark Gaia and its beasts…and used the people's fears to get the upper hand."
"Then how was she able to control them?" Sonic muttered.
"An Ixis Spell most likely," Khan stated before looking at a nearby can, the burnt ashes and remains of a scroll within, "And no doubt she made sure no one but her would use it…"
"I can easily bet and win a Chili-Dog from ya on knowing at least one guy who probably knows the spell," Sonic snorted.
"You do?" Roll asked.
"If you ever meet a wooly mammoth in a suit that runs a casino with a big vocabulary, don't fight him and avoid him," Sonic huffed, making Roll tilt her head before looking at Khan.
"I honestly have no clue what he's talking about," Khan shrugged as he gestured to the other scrolls aside from the one on the Gaia Temple, "Mind storing these on you to read later?"
"Hai~!" Roll replied, swiping her tail over the pile and revealing them to be gone as her tail went over them, "..." she looked to Sonic, "You don't have to read them if you don't want to."
"Great!" Sonic gave her a thumbs up, "So what's the scroll on the Gaia Temple say? Got a location?"
"I did," Khan replied, "It's hidden within Dragon Road. I know where that is, though…" he paused as he poked Sonic a bit, "I doubt this form can swim as well as you normally can…"
"Well, good thing I can fly now." Sonic smirked.
"Boys, boys, you're both pretty," Roll moved between the two, "So let's get going to the Gaia Temple and return this part of the planet back to where the other two are. Hai? Hai."
"Oh I know I'm pretty," Sonic huffed, "But I've seen better looking monkeys~" he smirked.
"Oh, you did read my family tree!" Roll beamed, her tail wagging as she hugged his arm.
"Yeah…Gohan kinda talked me into it while I was all jacked up from the fight with the space demon…" Sonic sighed as Khan snickered at the failed shot fired by Sonic, "Oh laugh it up, monkey boy. I'm keeping track of this to use for ammo later."
"Right, well we should hurry. Your friends might need us to move fast."
"Pfft…yeah right, they are loving this!" Sonic laughed.
"Bad birdy!" Goku chuckled as the Dark Gaia Phoenix pecked at him, "No! We can play after! I just need a moment to focus!" he laughed as he grabbed it by the beak and held it aloft in the air, "Wait…no…no flaming hugs!"
"Goku, it is not a pet! It's a sacred animal to the nation!" Piccolo complained as Gohan held down the giant Dragon that is the current Icarus.
"Now…calm down…it's me…Gohan!" Gohan grunted, trying to wrestle the giant Hire Dragon down as gently as possible, "This…is just like the time I tried taking you to the vet all over again!" he grunted, adding a little more force to it, "Now this is for your own good…so just stay." he firmly ordered.
"All we need is the oversized needles and Icarus running through the wall," Piccolo muttered.
"Where?!" Goku panicked as he tossed the Dark Gaia Phoenix higher into the air, "Oops…" he chuckled as it struggled to correct itself from the sudden velocity.
"I need to tell Roll and Amy to remind me that Goku probably hasn't had a medical check up in a very long time…" Piccolo sighed, "Hah…Why am I the adult in all this?"
"But..I am an a-"
"No…No you are not," Gohan and Piccolo stated in unison.
"Oh not you too, Gohan…" Goku sighed.
"Sorry, still love you Dad!" Gohan grunted, "No…that is a bad boy, Icarus!"
"Just…fix this!" Piccolo ordered to Goku.
"Right, Spirit Bomb time!" he raised his hands.
"That's the plan!?" Piccolo complained.
"Well if you have an attack that can destroy evil without hurting the good…I'd love to hear it! 'Cause the last time we did your attack, it wasn't exactly gentle!" Goku argued.
"I knew you still held a grudge!" Piccolo snapped.
"Can't hear ya! Charging my attack!"
"This is gonna suck, isn't it?" Gohan groaned.
"Yep…" Piccolo groaned before grunting when a set of talons slammed him into the ground, "Oh kami!" he grunted in surprise.
"It won't take that long; I just need enough to clear the darkness out," Goku spoke, holding his arms up as he charged the specs of lights into two small orbs of blue light.
"I am not food!" Piccolo grunted as the Phoenix tried to swallow him.
"No! That is a bad pet dragon! Bad boy!" Gohan complained as Icarus slammed him into the castle, "This was much easier when you were a baby!"
"GOKU!-!" Piccolo roared as he struggled to keep the Phoenix in place as it pecked at him relentlessly.
"DAD!"
"Just one more second…" Goku spoke forming two moderately sized Spirit Bombs in each hand, "Forming two at a time is not easy," he explained, "Also the world isn't exactly whole, so I just had this continent to draw from!" He raised both up before tossing them at the two giant beasts.
Piccolo and Gohan responded by swinging the two Dark Gaia influenced beasts around and letting them be right in the path of the Spirit Bombs, which colided with both and set off a powerful surge of energy from them which knocked the two Fighters away. The two roared as dark and light energy circled around them before suddenly it stopped and the dark aura which covered their bodies lit up…and began falling apart to reveal their original appearances. The Phoenix's eyes opened as its feathers returned to a bright and wide combination of colors. Icarus blinked as he returned to his bright lilac purple color, his big green eyes returning to normal as he looked around…before focusing on Gohan.
"Icarus?" Gohan belinked…before the giant dragon slammed snout first into him and dragged him along the ground…before licking his face relentlessly, "You remember me!" he laughed as he grabbed the dragon and returned the affection.
"Phew…it worked," Goku sighed in relief as the Phoenix rose up and looked at both him and Piccolo in curiosity.
"For the record…I feel like I've made up for that moment with your brother…" Piccolo groaned.
"I don't know…you used to be pretty evil." Goku joked.
"Says the alien sent to destroy the planet."
"But I didn't~" Goku smirked.
"Because you fell on your head as a kid!" Piccolo snapped.
"Well…"
"Ahh!" Dulcy gasped out as she rose up out of a nearby trap door, "Yeesh…It felt like a maze in there…no wonder barely any people get out of this place…"
"Oh, about time you made it," Piccolo spoke, "I've been waiting for you kids to make it out of there."
"Oh cut them some slack, Piccolo…mazes are hard," Goku spoke as the Phoenix began nuzzling him, "Oh you're a nice bird, aren't ya? Well, you're welcome!" he smiled, patting its head gently.
"The Guardian Phoenix," Bunker gasped a bit as she and the others got out, "You…you managed to purify it?"
"Yup!"
"Okay…Icarus…down…sit…good boy," Gohan spoke as he got the giant dragon to stop, he then gently pushed him over to his side and began scratching his giant belly, "Oh who's been good…you have…who's the best Hire Dragon ever? Yes you are~"
"...We were wondering why the Guardian Dragon felt so calm around civilians…" Jian muttered, "...Also, Cinder! Please stop rubbing its belly!"
"Aww~ But it's so warm~!" Cinder whined a bit as she nuzzled against Icarus' belly.
"Ahem," Miyuki cleared her throat, earning the others' attention, "I do believe we have some prisoners to escort out of here, hai?"
"O-Oh, right," Dulcy mumbled, having forgotten it all with the sight of the two beasts freed from the dark influence.
"I'm just happy to be out of that maze," Videl sighed a bit before looking at the two guardian beasts…mainly at Icarus.
"Videl! It's my pet, Icarus!" Gohan cheered happily, "He grew! He's really big now…He must eat as much as Dad does!"
"Gohan, stop treating it like a pet!" Piccolo complained as Gohan stopped scratching Icarus and stood at attention.
"...Hold on," Goku spoke up, blinking for a moment as he rested on top of the Phoenix's head, "These guys protect the temple, right?"
"Yeah…?"
"Couldn't they just…I don't know, take us to the temple?" Goku asked.
"..." Piccolo pinched the bridge of his nose, inhaling deeply before exhaling slowly, "Always once in a full moon with Goku being smart outside of a fight…or at an all-you-can-eat buffet."
"The secret's avoiding the bread-related foods until you want to finish the meal off," Goku grinned.
"Goku, I don't care…I don't eat," Piccolo sighed, "Alright…Gohan, you and Videl keep everyone safe and get them out. Goku and I will go with the Phoenix to the temple. Hopefully Roll has kept Sonic and that Monkey kid from screwing things up."
"I get the feeling someone tempted fate," Sonic muttered, keeping hold of a struggling Roll with one hand as the other was covering her mouth as the trio quietly crept past some Raiju in the area.
"The Iron Queen probably had them waiting in case anyone got curious," Khan guessed quietly.
"Well…They are most likely about to lose that castle. Their boss will have a new fear of extremely handsome men with spiky black hair and the color gold. So either way, we won most of the day. Now…we just need to get to the temple and fix all this," Sonic stated, "Which is easier said than done 'cause the smartest person among us…has gone into a genetic blood rage…"
"Are you saying you're stupid?" Khan asked as he glanced at the struggling Hedgefox.
"No, I'm saying we're stupid. Plural, you and me are dumb as a sack of bricks that make annoying sparks when we clunk our heads against one another. 'Cause we…are just plain dumb compared to most folks I've met." Sonic explained, "And I'm okay saying it 'cause Goku proved to me I don't gotta be smart to be right~" he smirked his iconic annoying smirk.
"...Right," Khan frowned as he looked around, "...Don't see any sign of Conquering Storm…and that concerns me…"
"Ninjas are crafty, I should know…I'm currently dating one." Sonic nodded, ignoring the muffled correction from Roll, "Either she left now that her work is done…or…and this is a big guess…"
"What?" Khan asked with a sigh, knowing Sonic would either be totally right or it'd be the dumbest thing he'd ever heard today, or maybe even worse…both.
"She's sneaking up on us right now." Sonic stated.
"You'd be right, hedgehog."
"...Called it!" Sonic shouted as he and Khan rolled out of the bushes, avoiding the electrified ki blast as it left a small crater, "And oh goody…she got upgraded, too…"
"See? See?! This is why you take down a Raiju! Things like this happen!" Roll growled, glaring at the Lynx.
"You have a lot of nerve coming here, Sakurai," Conquering Storm scowled as she glared right back.
"Okay…Roll…you are not a useful Smart person when you get like this. It's kinda hot…but that doesn't really help us." Sonic sighed.
"I just question how…how could you have guessed that?" Khan asked.
"Oh I totally didn't dude, I just heard rustling behind us with my Werehog ears." Sonic chuckled.
"..."
"What? You asked."
"You are going to be the death of me…" Khan sighed.
"Ah don't worry. We got Dragon Balls now, man. It's all good~" Sonic smirked, "I even thought it'd be kinda cool 'cause Goku says the Other World has this giant snake-themed road that takes days to run on foot…I wanna run it so bad…but you know I got the thing with Roll now so…eh…gotta wait till he can just teleport us there for that…lousy 10x gravity keepin' me away…only at 6x right now…"
"Are you saying you want to die just to beat someone's record of running on something?!" Khan shouted.
"Well, when you say it like that it sounds stupid…" Sonic frowned.
"Because it is stupid!"
"Enough!" Conquering Storm snapped as an electric purple aura surrounded her, the sound of thunder going off as her Raiju stood ready, "I've grown tired of your buffoonery since the day we met, Hedgehog…and considering you brought the Iron Dominion's most wanted enemy, along with the Sakurai…this will be cathartic."
"...yeah about that…" Sonic began, his ears twitching as he pointed up with a grin, "Look up~"
"?" the head of the Raiju raised a brow before a phoenix's cry went off, "?!...How…?!"
"Oh…right you forget…uh…we have a Goku now," Sonic smiled, "You know he's just an Alien…who can't die, never stops growing stronger, has trained with God…specifically to learn a technique that destroys Just Evil."
"What?" she asked before something slammed into the ground between all of them.
"So this is where the fun is at!" Goku smiled as the air suddenly rose around him, blowing away the dust, "So…who wants a fight?" he smiled as he flashed into Super Saiyan form.
"Told ya we have a Goku," Sonic joked.
"I also brought this pretty bird!" Goku motioned to the Phoenix as it flew overhead, "They don't like bad people in this place…So if you could leave, that'd be great. But…if you don't wanna leave, well I'm sure I can use the work out."
"...tch…!" Conquering Storm growled out a bit, her aura flaring up before she took a deep breath, "...Raiju, we are leaving…"
"Storm-sama?"
"If we engage with him and the phoenix…it would be a losing confrontation," Conquering Storm stated, her fist balling up a bit.
"Also, Piccolo already kinda blew up your base…and the people inside," Goku muttered.
"They'll live!" Piccolo shouted, "...Maybe!"
"Piccolo!" Goku and Sonic complained.
"...It stings, doesn't it?" Roll asked Storm, earning a sharp glare from the Lynx, "How you have to retreat from a threat you can't conquer?"
"...This is not over," Conquering Storm scowled before tossing something at the ground, causing a bright flash to engulf the area.
"Ah drat…Ninjas…they always got tricks," Goku sighed.
"Have you fought Ninjas…a lot?" Sonic asked.
"Well just one…kinda…" Goku muttered.
"Oh~! Beautiful," Roll awed, looking at the phoenix.
"...Seriously, it's like a switch," Sonic muttered after trading looks with Khan.
"True," Khan agreed.
"Hm?" Goku looked at Khan, "Ah! You're the guy, aren't you?!"
"Hmm?" Khan blinked at that.
"The Mobian Saiyan!"
"The Mobian….what?"
"He thinks you're a Mobian version of him," Sonic smirked.
"..."
"He's an Alien Monkey man who fell from space and was raised by a martial artist, and had super strength and near limitless combat potential. He rode around on a flying cloud, used a pole in combat…had a monkey tail," Sonic listed.
"And he thinks that I'm a Mobian version of him," Khan deadpanned.
"I am so sorry for Goku-san," Roll apologized, repeatedly bowing.
"I mean…it's not inaccurate," Sonic argued, "Goku is much cooler."
"...You're enjoying this, aren't you?" Khan frowned in annoyance.
"Oh immensely…"
"...Let's just open the damn temple so I don't have to deal with you for a long while."
"Someone's a cranky Monkey…" Goku muttered, "Brr…it felt weird saying that…" he shivered, "Never saying that again…it just reminds me of Frieza…"
"Goku?"
"Yeah, yeah…"
"...Is it ok to come out yet?" Chip asked once he poked out of Goku's shirt.
"Huh? Oh, hey Chip! I forgot you were in there!" Goku beamed.
=You blithering idiot…!= the Iron Queen growled as she glared at Eggman through a monitor =You had to anger the wrong enemy, didn't you?!=
"Gh! Now, Regina I….wait. How do you…?!" Eggman began before Snively poked his head from the side, "?! SNIVELY!"
=Greetings, uncle…= Snively frowned.
"...Have you been keeping tabs on me?!"
=Yes…and it seems you failed to mention at how scary and powerful these new beings are!= Snively snapped.
=My castle is now in ruins thanks to your incompetence…= Regina scowled as she glared at Eggman.
"Hey, hey, hey! You're the ones who didn't bother to check for any updated files," Eggman replied, "Nothing about new threats or on recent technological advancements due to the other world we got fused with. I mean, have you even tried a Capsule from Capsule Corp before?" he grumbled, "Can't believe I had to get a proxy to purchase one so I could reverse engineer the blasted thing…"
=What was that?= Snively asked.
"Like I said, your fault for not keeping in touch with the latest profiles we've compiled," Eggman snorted.
=Silence= Regina ordered as the area on their end rumbled a bit =Tch…Those Freedom Fighters have already restored the temple…and no doubt it will gain Dark Gaia's attention…=
"Come again?" Eggman blinked.
=The only time Dark Gaia has ever felt threatened was against Light Gaia…but this new being? This…Goku and his offspring…= Regina growled a bit =He will surely feel threatened by this…and attempt to take care of the problem before it gets worst for it=
"Hmm…I hadn't considered that…" Eggman mused, rubbing his chin in thought.
"Oh for real? We can get the planet to kill the Monkey!?" 13 shouted, appearing behind Eggman-who, to his credit, managed to barely jump, "Doc, think about it…we don't gotta do a damn thing! We can throw back a cold one and enjoy the show! I've been roasting a bird on the grill for the last couple minutes~"
"Wait, you don't have a stomach…do you?" Eggman blinked.
"Shoot, Doc, don't mean I can't enjoy some good old country cooking! You built this here matter-to-energy converter in me! Let's stress test this here baby! Woo~!" 13 hollered loudly, "Who's the fancy bitch and nerd?" he looked to the screen.
=What?= Regina growled.
"Nobody important," Eggman quickly said as he shut the screen off, "But…hmm…let Goku and Dark Gaia go at it…even if this fails, I can gain research from this….so…" he began before pressing a button, "Lien-Da, grab some snacks! We're gonna watch that stupid moneky Goku get his butt whooped by a dark god!"
=Sn-?! Do I look like I'm your goddamn servant?!= Lien-Da snapped.
"Don't care, I'm enjoying the fact I have a loyal subordinate who not only punches problems…but takes time to help me calm down," Eggman smiled.
"Hell yeah! Cookout! 15 Get the good stuff!" 13 shouted, "14, fire up the diesel powered grill!"
"Diesel?" Eggman repeated
"Shoot if it ain't loud and blasts dark smoke into the sky…does it really cook?" 13 asked.
"...You have a good point," Eggman admitted with a nod before patting his shoulder, "Brilliant idea! Keep this up and you and your boys are looking at a promotion!"
"Ah shoot, Doc, I ain't care for that none. I literally live to kill Son Goku…and any other roadkill that gets in my way," 13 smirked, "What else is a super fighting Android for if not to accomplish his primary directive~?"
"...And that is why you are amongst my top favorites around here," Eggman grinned excitedly, "Anyways…let's enjoy ourselves with the eventual show!"
"Hey Bossman…we might have a short on the rum…" 15 muttered.
"We need to have a talk about that…" 13 muttered in concern.
"I thought I'd hate my days after meeting Goku…but yet I find myself oh so lucky at times," Eggman smiled, "And as long as I never tell Snively about the Ki blocking unit…he can be Goku's prime target should he survive this."
"So…what exactly should we expect as a problem from all this…" Snively sighed, "At first, we had the Hedgehog who drove my lunatic of an uncle to pure insanity…now we have alien super men…on top of the dark entity inside the planet?"
"Yeah…it's…pretty bad." Goku nodded, standing between Snively and Regina, "You guys did not help at all. Oof…talk about a pain in the keister." the two flinched and turned to stare at him, "Hi~"
"Gah! H-How in the…what in the…When did…and the…HOW?!" Snively exclaimed.
"I'm Goku," he smiled.
"That answers nothing…How did you get here?!" Snively snapped.
"Mah Instant Transmission." he smiled, "I can teleport anywhere I want…almost…well…instantly. We tested it…Bulma wanted to do science stuff."
"But how did you find us?!"
"Oh…well that's easy. I can sense Ki…which is like life energy. So…you know…as long as you are alive…I can…find you anytime…anyplace…really anywhere…cause I often travel to the Afterlife and back…but don't tell King Enma…I'm not supposed to be doing that," he whispered, "But mostly I'm here…to check in on you two. And your buddy." he smiled, "See you guys look like bad guys, and on our world…we don't like that, cause normally we either blow them up or make them into friends. So I'm gonna check in on you two…to keep you out of trouble."
"A-are you talking down to us…like children!?" Regina gawked.
"Well I am a Dad…it's kinda hard to turn off," Goku explained, "I mean…you in particular look kinda young."
"I AM IN MY 30S YOU BUFFOON!" Regina snapped.
"I'm like 40…" Goku argued simply, making them blink, "Oh yeah…everyone says I don't look it. That's a Saiyan thing…we kinda…stop aging." he explained, "I mean, I've also died like twice so…my body doesn't look its proper age…"
"You…you've died?" Snively asked.
"Yeah…I just…came back." Goku explained, "I mean I tried to stay dead…but it just wasn't for me." he sighed, "Turns out, the world still needs me. So I came back to life. God kinda helped."

"S-so…you…tried to stay dead…but…F-Fate literally didn't let you stay dead…" Regina chuckled in shock.
"Yeah, I thought all these evil monsters only showed up for me. But I mean, that was wrong so I decided to stay alive and keep fighting, getting stronger and protecting my home," Goku smiled, "Oh don't worry. The next time Aliens show up asking for a fight, you can count on me." he patted their shoulders, "Really wanna meet these Xorda guys Sally told me about, too!" he smiled, "I can't wait to see if they are as good a fight as Frieza was, he was our evil alien who blew up planets. But he's dead now…Vegeta's son from the future killed him."
"What fresh hell is this?" Snively asked.
"...You claimed to have come back from the dead a few times…" Regina questioned as she began to calm down, "How was this possible?"
"Hmm? Oh, the first time it was the Dragon Balls."
"Hmm?"
"Dragon Balls. It's what we use to wish people back to life. We summon the All Mighty Dragon Shenron." Goku explained, "Collect all 7 and call upon him and he will grant your wish…maybe…he's kinda cranky. He also has a lot of strict rules."
"...truly now?" Regina questioned, stroking her chin in intrigue, "Interesting….Snively?"
"Y…yes?" he asked once he got over his shock.
"Come along…we need to rebuild our empire," Regina said as she began to walk off, "...oh, but fair warning…" she paused as she looked back at Goku, "Now that three of the temples are restored…and considering the vast amount of power you wield…Dark Gaia will be targeting you."
"Really?" Goku smiled, "Oh awesome~!" he then blinked, "Oh right! I should warn ya, if you try anything bad…" his smirk grew as his eyes flashed green, "I won't go easy on you. I'm all for us playing this goodguy/badguy game if that's how you want to have fun…but I don't like people getting hurt for no reason. So you better behave…" his hair began rising up and flashing into gold, "Cause if you don't…" his smile faded a little to a more serious expression, "I won't forgive you…" he frowned as he fully became Super Saiyan, "We've had monsters who kill people for no reason…and I do not like that." his hair flashed and lightning sparked off him, "I really…" his eyebrows slowly faded away as his hair began growing out, "Really…Don't like that…" the air around him shook as the sky began to darken, "We understand each other?" Super Saiyan 3 Goku asked with a smile.
Then as soon as he showed off his amazing powers…he reverted to the happy and goofy looking Goku with his simple spiky black hair and the dopiest grin they had ever seen.
"Okay, bye~!" he vanished leaving the two just utterly stunned.
"It's a monster…" Snively wheezed out after a few moments to make sure his heart didn't stop.
"A-Agreed…" Regina agreed, hugging him from behind while trembling.
"Where's Goku?" Sonic asked, "He just vanished."
"Something about chasing down those two, and getting them up to speed," Gohan spoke as he looked into the distance, "...I think he just gave them heart attacks…he went Super Saiyan 3."
"He really likes going to that form to spook people, doesn't he?" Roll asked, putting a wooden circle container into her tail.
"He's been training to use it better." Gohan stated, "I guess this helps. Plus the form does seem kinda scary. Remember the first time he used it after our worlds merged?"
"Yeah, it's kinda intimidating to see your dad look so angry," Sonic added.
"At least we were able to get people out," Chip added, looking over at the small crowd of people within the village as a few of the villagers were happy to see their loved ones once more.
"This is the last time I try to book a venue during a world pandemic," Honey shook her head in slight mirth from nearby behind a screen with Miyuki, "Still…it does give me more time to study the local fashion."
"Kyu!"
"Ah! Sorry, Miyuki!" Honey sheepishly apologized.
"So…what? We wait for them to return now?" Khan asked.
"No…Goku's gonna keep an eye on them," Sonic explained, "He's gonna check what they're doing once a day. If he finds them plotting stuff, he'll just blow up their house at the moment maybe. Or talk down to them like kids…Also probably give Snively heart problems."
"Still probably best to keep an eye on those two," Piccolo stated with a slight frown, "Especially that woman…if she's capable of controlling the Guardian Beasts when they were under Dark Gaia's influence…who knows what else she could do…"
"That's a good point. She was a real problem before." Sonic nodded.
"Right…I'm not letting the fighters here stay like they are…" Piccolo sighed.
"Hm?" Sonic and Roll tilted their heads.
"Alright everyone line up!" Piccolo roared, making everyone tense, "If you don't want these annoying bastards to ruin your lives again, then line up and prepare to begin training! I'm gonna whip your fighters into shape to be able to protect this place," his arm stretched out and dragged Khan over to him, "That includes you…" he growled.
"W-wait, what?" Khan blinked.
"Did we just get drafted for boot camp?" Jian asked with a raised brow…before she, Dulcy, Bunker, and Cinder were dragged over as well, "Woah!"
"Listen here, I like peace, and you Mobians brought a lot of problems to my planet. And I have good ears, I hear everything." Piccolo growled, "So listen up, I'm going to train all of you into Fighters strong enough to take on Alien overlords who can blow up planets! You're gonna train, you're gonna be strong and your gonna help me take care of this planet and all its idiots…and I'm not taking no for an answer…do you hear me!?" he roared at all of them making them stand at attention, "Good…Gohan…find me a wasteland…I need to whip more kids into shape."
"We're gonna be here a while, aren't we?"
"Yep."
"Fine with me," Videl shrugged, "Gives me time to look around the place…I wonder if I can get a souvenir for dad…and Buu, because he'll feel sad about feeling left out if I don't get him anything."
"Hmm…Gohan, you look soft…you spent too much time in bed," Piccolo spoke, looking at his student, "Training begins when the world is safe!"
"Ah! R-Right…" Gohan nodded.
"I have a whole case of the chocolate-filled steamed buns just for Buu-san," Roll noted before giggling, "The chef of the store that makes them even gave me a copy of his recipe. I'm going to work on it for strawberries and blueberries."
"That's perfect! Buu mostly loves sweet based dishes anyway. Papa had to hire all the best pastry chefs in the world just to keep him happy," Videl sighed, "But…Papa loves Buu like family…so we have to try for him."
"Everyone will begin training!" Piccolo called out, "Videl, Roll you have the basics of Ki control down, but your idiot boyfriends will be helping me…I need practice dummies for examples."
"Wha…" Sonic complained.
"You want me to start murdering all your enemies?" Piccolo leaned in real close to Sonic, making him lean back, "I'll do it…I am the Demon King reborn, boy, don't you doubt me. I've killed wizards before for having annoying voices…" he waited for an answer, "Mmmhmm…yeah. That's what I thought. Training begins now so they can practice after we leave!-!" he grabbed the ones he picked out, "You must earn your food rookies!"
"I can't tell if he's serious when he says stuff like that," Sonic sighed to Gohan.
"...I know…but…Piccolo is just out to protect us," Gohan sighed.
"Yeah yeah…but you know how I feel about it," Sonic complained.
"I feel the same, but sometimes being scary works better to make people stop." Gohan argued.
"Now wait just a…GAH!" Khan grunted as Piccolo punched him in the stomach, "You…are…very powerful…"
"Don't talk back to me, boy…" Piccolo spoke, "I dealt with one monkey child and I blew up the moon to control him!"
"It's true. Would've been simpler to just rip my tail off, but he went the extra mile for the moon just to be sure," Gohan chuckled sheepishly.
"Still a bit mad from that. I just got a new telescope when it blew up like that," Videl noted with a small pout.
"When I'm done, all of you will be able to blow up the moon!" Piccolo declared.
"Yay!" Cinder cheered.
"The moon controls the tides and helps with the weather patterns, which means it may take longer for your favorite seeds to be ready," Bunker pointed out.
"Not Yay!" Cinder cheered in the same tone as before.
"I feel like I need to give special attention to you, Monkey boy." Piccolo said to Khan, "You reek of self confidence, ego and high levels of energy…but you have potential. I will break you down and make a true warrior who can protect this land, and I will do it with…great pleasure." he smirked evilly, he then reached into his gi and produced a phone, "Amy…prep the special training course I built…yes…the one for Knuckles…but…ramp it up a bit…No I am not enjoying myself to much…No I'm not being sadistic…well it gives me personal joy so I'm not gonna stop breaking down teenagers…well your one of my good students so you and Tails are exceptions…"
"...well…if I'm about to be tortured…" Sonic began as the sun started to rise up in the distance, his form changing back to normal as he looked at a lone table with a meat bun on it, "...May as well get my grub on."
He quickly blurred over to it, grabbing a pair of chopsticks as he prepared to pick it up..only to tense when Chip was flying before the table…a look of intent in his eyes as he looked at the meat bun.
"...Oh, this isn't going to end well," Roll noted.
"How so?" Jian asked.
"Sonic has a bit of a stomach to him," Dulcy noted, "Not sure about the little guy, but my Rings are on Sonic getting the bun."
"...3…2….1…" Gohan counted down before Goku suddenly appeared.
"Hey guys! Wh…ohh~" he began to drool…soon spotting the meat bun before he vanished once more, reappearing just as he, Sonic, and Chip grabbed the meat bun in unison, "..."
"..."
"..."
"...Oh no…" Piccolo spoke, "Kids…avert your eyes…"
"What, but…"
"Master said avert your eyes!" Piccolo snapped.
"Ahh!" they yelped as they quickly did so.
At that, three blurs moved around as the dumpling bounced around. Goku cheered, grabbing it out of the air as he moved it away from Chip. He then flinched as a blue blur took it from him. He grunted before using instant Transmission to cut the blur off. Suddenly, both were gripping the dumpling at the same time…but not with enough force to damage it. The two moved their arms around as Goku used his height to make it harder for Sonic who grunted and tried to take it back. The two blinked as Chip…tried to take it from both of them only for them to chuckle in amusement. Then the two smirked smugly at the other as they began spinning around one another, forming a small vortex.
"Okay, for those who ignored me and are watching…this…this is what you should be able to do…if you wanna survive Aliens from our dimension," Piccolo explained.
At this point, Goku and Sonic were both rolling across the ground, both keeping the Dumpling from falling as they struggled with one another to claim it. The Dumpling suddenly bounced into the air…before the two jumped up and grabbed it at the same time while floating in the sky. Both grunted as they each grabbed and knocked the others chopsticks away while bouncing and juggling the dumpling in the air. Goku chuckled as the two grabbed it at the same time. He then swung his arm…and began swinging Sonic around the air in an attempt to literally shake him off. Sonic grunted before loosening his grip and rolling around so he kept his back against Goku and used his elbow to force Goku to curl his arm and bring the Dumpling closer to his mouth. Goku panicked as he used his free hand to cover Sonic's Mouth…the hedgehog mimicking him and using his free hand to cover Goku's jaw before he could copy his maneuver. The two growled before blinking as they looked to see Chip…once again…trying to take the dumpling. The two Fighters blinked before spinning around as the three picked up amazing speed before falling towards the ground.
"Kids, get behind me…" Piccolo sighed.
"Oh not again…" Gohan sighed while getting in front of Videl and Roll.
"...Mind if I get in on that and vote Gohan's dad?" Videl asked Dulcy.
"Mmm…I guess someone has to pick Chip-chan to win, ne?" Roll pondered.
"Not cheering for Sonic?" Videl asked.
"Oh, I am. But Chip-chan is so tiny and fluffy."
"Hmm…you make a very strong and valid point." Videl nodded simply, "Honestly can't find flawed logic in that."
"Yeah, see what Sonic learned since the worlds merged is called Ki control, with it you can move even faster, be even stronger, and fly without wings," Piccolo explained, "You can also take a punch and condense your own ki into beams of hyper destructive energy. No Cinder…you can't use them to blow up annoying people…unless they're evil. Then yes…always do."
"Whoa!" Goku and Sonic yelped, slamming into the ground and leaving a rather sizable hole shaped like them, with Chip left to slowly float down his eyes as spirals. He shook his head before looking up to see the Dumpling falling behind them, having been flung up by Goku and Sonic.
"Hah!" he drooled as he flew up as fast as he could just as a bright blue and red flash of light came from the hole beneath him. Chip swung his arms to pick up speed as time seemed to slow down just as Goku and Sonic flew out flying at top speed with their full power. Chip opened his mouth and was able to catch the dumpling…just as the two Super Fighters slammed into him at the same time.
"Okay…well consider this lesson 1…never…ever…get between a Saiyan…and good tasting food. It never ends well…for anyone," Piccolo sighed, lowering his cape he used at the last second to cover their eyes.
"...buly….boeted…." Chip groaned, his lips squished together…as if he had sucked a hard lemon as he was stuck between Sonic and Goku, "...Bi bant Beel bah bash…" a moment passed, "Bo'th ib."
SZ: Pfft…I never get tired of that dumpling scene from Unleashed.

GT: *looks around before spotting Z0 with a tranq gun* Uh-oh.
