Detrametal - Yep. Re-Destro understood the point of it. Also, even if Izuku doesn't seduce Hypothermia, I'm 90% sure that Ko will try to pull her bestie into it, she's horny enough xD

Shahryar - Look, the name of my longfic series on AO3 is 'Curious cases of family bonds or lack thereof'. It comes in a package xd

D'yavol Lucifer - Let's just say that the situation with the siblings changes faster than everyone expects xD Siblings especially.

Geo995 - Yes xd

Three days after the arrival of Ko and Michiko, the inevitable occurred.

Gina Soma and Michiko Soma (also known as Geten and Hypothermia) battled it out at the outskirts of Deika, a significant part of the MLA warriors taking to the rooftops to witness the clash of titans at the horizon.

Midoriya was explicitly forbidden from leaving Detnerat Tower because everyone (especially Re-Destro) was afraid that he would run up to the hills to get a closer look at the battle so that he could witness two incredibly powerful meta-abilities up close.

To be honest, there was a very good reason why Re-Destro placed several force field generating meta-ability holders at the verge of Deika in the direction of where the two titans clashed.

Especially as Geten tended to lose track of his surroundings while fighting .

Re-Destro should have probably had them fight elsewhere, but seeing what sort of powerhouses they had on their side was a big boost to morale, so it was worth the risk. For as long as the MLA made sure that no outsiders were in Deika at the time.

So instead, as a sort of consolation prize, Izuku Midoriya was allowed to watch what was happening from the rooftop of the Detnerat Tower, right next to Re-Destro's own penthouse. It was an offer that Notebook enthusiastically took.

However, he wasn't alone on the rooftop.

"So…" Ko leans to the side of her wheelchair. "... I heard that you love analyzing meta-abilities."

She can't actually see the fight. She is interested in the outcome, since apparently it's no longer Hypothermia one-sidedly slaughtering Geten (it got kinda boring after a while). She expects Izuku to tell her when it ends.

She has a bit of a different goal in mind, though. Since her daddy is out there, making sure that there are no damages to Deika City, she has Izuku all to herself! No one is there to interrupt their personal time!

Well, if you exclude the spectacle of powerful meta-abilities in front of Izuku. That was very likely to interrupt them. Yet she'll persevere!

"Y-Yes, I do, Y-yotsubashi-san." Midoriya replies, slightly mumbly. At that very moment, Ko Yotsubashi manages to achieve the impossible. A feat that would make All for One and All Might, hell, even Inko Midoriya, raise up a white flag.

She makes Izuku focus on something else rather than the powerful meta-ability displayed in front of him.

Of course, this is a 'roll with advantage' for Re-Destro's daughter. Since Ko was actually a girl of Izuku's age, this was something that Izuku Midoriya had absolutely zero resistance for.

Izuku Midoriya has never had a true conversation with a girl his age.

The ones at his old school were rather scary and hated him, so he didn't approach them if he could help it. While he did meet some children of the supervillains out there in the country (it was rare, but sometimes they showed up with their parents to his mom's tea parties), none of them were girls.

Eclipse had a daughter, but they had a very thorny relationship so she never showed up. Purity had two sons (only one of them willing to talk with her, the other had long ago run away to join Knuckleduster's vigilantes). Beast had a daughter, but he was vetoed from showing up at the Midoriya's.

This didn't leave an awful lot of alternatives.

Miyuki Tagawa was, arguably, the closest thing to a girl his age he ever talked with, and, well, to be honest, he was too busy focusing on her meta-ability to honestly and genuinely notice that fact.

It was then that Ko decided to kill him.

"Call me Ko." She says with an angelic smile.

"K-K-K-K-Ko-ooooo?!" Midoriya almost dies right then and there. "N-no, I, I c-couldn't, I m-mean w-we just m-met and…"

Oh. Oh, he is just adorable! Ko finds it extremely hard not to just randomly squeal while imagining how flustered he had to be, how much he had to be freaking out over her words! She's going to enjoy every second of this.

If she pushes him far enough, is he going to faint on her? They are far from the edge of the rooftop, so it's not dangerous (besides, there is a railing there just in case). And, while he was unconscious, she could totally touch…

… his supposedly fluffy-looking hair. Yes, that was certainly her first idea on what part of Izuku would she check out with her fingers if he was unconscious.

And she could always claim that she was just checking if he was alright! For additional flustering, if he woke up in the middle of the procedure.

"Yes, but aren't my dad and you pretty close?" Ko, in the meantime, replies. While fully playing her 'adorable, handicapped angel' card. "I'm pretty much on a first-name basis with everyone close to him that's even remotely around my age."

Which, to be honest, is mostly Michan and Gina, although she calls the latter that just to piss Geten off because he absolutely hates his first name. They are both also a few years older than she is.

"Eh?" Midoriya lets out. "Eeeehhh?!" What was it about? Didn't he notice how her dad is… well, being a father to him, pretty much? Why is he surprised by it? "I, uhm, I'm n-not s-sure, I… errr…"

Alright. Time to take a step back. There is freaking out and there is this. Ko isn't a sadist, she isn't enjoying this at all!

Well, she isn't enjoying this because they aren't in the bedroom and he didn't explicitly consent to it. If they did, and he did, then she would… well, she's very open to (and hoping for) experimentation.

"Very well," Ko replies. "If you're uncomfortable with that, we can go about it differently. Any nicknames I can give you? Something cute, preferably?"

"N-Notebook?" Izuku replies. Oh, no, that won't stand.

"No villain names." Ko strikes his idea down immediately. "Come on, they aren't cute! What are your friends calling you?"

"N-N-Notebook?" Izuku replies, clearly even more nervously.

"No, like, friends outside of the MLA?" Ko asks. "From before you joined it?"

Silence.

Uh-oh. Ko Yotsubashi might not be a villainous mastermind like her father, but even blind, she can still see that something's seriously wrong here. She's going to get to the bottom of this.

"I, I, uhm…" Midoriya lets out. "... d-didn't really h-have any f-friends. I-in s-school t-they c-called me D-Deku."

"Deku?" Ko replies (doing her best to stay calm). "Like, 'useless'?" She hears a meek confirmation from him, so she continues. "But, why?"

Surely, no one could be dumb enough to call a person that managed to become an MLA's First Advisor at that age 'useless', right? His meta-ability usage tips made Geten last twice as long against his sister than the last time (and the fight was still ongoing)!

"W-well, I'm q-quirkless." Izuku replies, clearly afraid of rejection even after the time spent with the MLA. "A-and I was a-attending Aldera M-Middle School." He adds. As if the name itself was enough of an answer.

Since Ko Yotsubashi listened to the news from Japan while on her trip overseas, it actually does.

For a precious few seconds, Inko Midoriya freezes, her senses overtaken by an unfamiliar feeling that she was going to need a moment to unpack. Then, Mischief's back to her business.

"I'm…" Wolfram is, clearly enough, completely undaunted by Inko Midoriya slowly and viciously killing every single one of his sidekicks (aside from those that ran away in horror) and promptly defeated the supervillain himself before tying him to a chair. "... not telling you anything. You can torture me all you want, I'm not betraying All for One!"

"Wolfram, my dear." Inko smiles innocently while leaning over him. "You've got it all wrong! I'm not going to torture you! I'm not a monster, I'm just a very concerned mother whose children were taken from her and might be in danger."

He is glaring at her defiantly. Oh, this will change very, very soon.

"This is why I'm going to slowly pull out your teeth and nails. " She says, smiling at him through her mask. "Then I'll pull your joints out of your limbs, rendering you an effective quadriplegic for the rest of your miserable life. Then, I'm going to pull out all those small parts of your inner ear, rendering you completely deaf. After that, I'm going to tear off your testicles, to top the amount of pain you've already felt, in case you were going to go numb by then. Finally, I'm going to pluck out your eyes, but only once that defiant look will be gone from them."

It already is. But what replaced it is disbelief, not a fear of god. She'll work on this.

"And then, then you're going to tell me everything you know about All for One's operations and safehouse where my children might be kept." Inko adds, booping him on his nose while smiling widely. "Because this is the only thing that will make me kill you, rather than leave you to the heroes. Who are going to save your life… just to put the miserable, broken cadaver of a man that you'll be at that point in a prison. Until you die there of old age, perhaps decades from today."

"WAIT, I'M GOING TO TELL YOU EVERYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

Inko will leave investigating the reason why for a short moment she felt an unspeakable… connection, some sort of emotional alignment with someone for later. It felt as if there was a long-lost twin of hers, somewhere out there.

As Yotsubashi exhales and inhales loudly a few times, Izuku actually starts to worry about her reaction. Eventually, she manages to control herself and starts acting as if nothing happened.

"Well, your quote-unquote friends at school were all horrible people, clearly enough." Ko decides. "Aside from your school life, I actually envy you, you know?"

"Eh?" Izuku blinks at her in shock. Why would…why would someone envy him?

"Look at me, Midoriya-kun." Ko sighs, her eyes staring blankly into space. "If I was only blind, I would still be at least somehow useful to the organization. I would still be able to find a job if I didn't want to follow my father. But I also can't use my legs, thanks to my meta-ability. Which has been a curse more than anything else."

Her leg muscles, pulverized. Her bones were almost dusted. Oh, the doctors patched both of them up, more or less. The real problem was the fact that she completely destroyed the joints and nerves.

Honestly, it was a miracle that she survived the blood loss alone.

"What options do I have left?" Ko asks. "Don't you think that never having any meta-ability would be a better option? What I'm jealous of is that you can actually do things. You've done more to help my dad in a bit more than a month than I did in my whole life! So no looking down on yourself, or it'll be like looking down on me. And you wouldn't want to look down on me, right?"

(***)

Midoriya actually freaks out over this.

Trying to apologize to her for acting that way, and making it feel like he was looking down on her.

If Ko Yotsubashi ever had any doubts over whether she was going to get him for herself, they vanished right now. He's just so, sooo, cute! Teasing him is sooo fun! He must be making the funniest of faces right now!

He freaks out even more (and makes her decision even more stalwart) when she asks him if she can hold his hand for a moment. The noises he was letting out were just absolutely straight up adorable!

She is also going to find a way to change his bullies' lives into a living hell if she can. Not like she can do a lot in her current state of self, but… she's creative! She'll find a way!

He really, really needs to get more confidence, though.

"So…" Ko asks, playing lightly with his fingers, just for some additional 'awawawawawa' energy that he's vocally emitting right now. "About your quirk analysis. I think that I'd like you to… analyze me."

He completely misses the implication of the slight flex on the first half of the word, but it's perfectly fine! Him being oblivious just makes it better! She's enjoying one more thing that she honestly wasn't sure she would get to experience due to her disabilities and it's absolutely amazing!

She manages (during the course of his quirk analysis ramble) to get him to agree to Ko Yotsubashi officially becoming his friend (they'll get to the next step of it eventually, and no, it's not the 'best friend for life' step she's talking about).

She gets to call him Midori (she'll get to some variant of his name later, once he gets used to a girl having a nice nickname for him!), and he gets to call her Koshi, a mix of her first name and the last part of her surname.

Victory!

Now, onward to the subject of immersing herself into a beautiful, imaginary universe where she can actually walk and use her meta-ability to slowly and purposefully butcher his classmates and teachers from Aldera Middle School, just to display their severed heads on the fence in front of what once was the worst middle school in the country.

Wait, weren't they all forgetting about something?

"I WON!" Geten shouts, the last decade of his life finally finding its validation. "I WON AGAINST YOU, MICHIKO!"

Then, out of sheer exhaustion, he collapses not far from her. Both of the siblings are surrounded by a ruined landscape straight out of the ice age.

Michiko is a bit too busy staring at the skies above Deika, trying to figure out what just happened. Sure, it was only a marginal defeat, but… she always curb stomped her dumbass of a brother!

What happened?!

They were out for less than two months, how could that…

She beat him in the volume of ice she could control, but Geten somehow improved the quality of what he could deploy, and at least several times in fact!

"How?" She asks, not having enough strength to rise from the ground (for now). "How did you do it?!"

"Hahahahahaah!" Geten laughs loudly. "Wouldn't you like to know?"

"It's Notebook, isn't it?" She replies with a question. She can immediately hear his laughter die out in the background.

"Don't you dare!" Geten replies with fury in his voice. "NOTEBOOK IS MY BROTHER AND I WON'T LET YOU TAKE HIM AWAY FROM ME!"

"I'm your sister, doesn't it mean that he's also mine…" Hypothermia tries to interject, but that's when she discovers that Geten had enough energy to somehow crawl up to her and bite her in the shoulder.

They end up fighting on the ground like two demented, berserker-ish caterpillars until Re-Destro arrives and separates them.

(***)

Thankfully, Izuku set a camera right next to his position to record the fight before Ko successfully stole his attention from the fight. He quickly watched it once he remembered the reason why he was on the rooftop.

As a result, he could coo over Geten and how powerful he was when the man returned from the fight, looking the happiest in Re-Destro's memory of the man. But he barely had the time before Geten grabbed him, hugged him, raised him up, and proudly declared that from now on Izuku is going to forever be his little brother and Geten is going to kill anyone who disagrees.

Despite Geten being badly exhausted, no one wanted to risk that.

Besides, in Re-Destro's opinion, seeing their weapon of mass destruction obtain some actual human emotions (aside from spite, smugness, and looking down on others) is actually long-term beneficial for the MLA.

"A-alright, G-Geten… G-Geten-niichan?" Midoriya asks, clearly confused about the situation.

Geten dies.

Like, instantly, the man that Re-Destro knew for years - the uncaring, nearly sociopathic leader of the quirk supremacist wing of the MLA - ceases to exist. The man that replaces him beams at Izuku with a look of familiar love and an overbearing desire to protect someone's smile that Re-Destro never expected to see on him.

Then he hugs Izuku with twice the intensity.

"Uhm, what's happening?" Ko asks, clearly confused.

"You won't believe this." Hypothermia sighs while taking the handles of her wheelchair from Izuku. "I actually lost. Marginally, but…" Ko gasps loudly in shock. "Looks like I'll have to train myself harder to compensate."

"Or, you could just ask Midori for tips too?" Ko asks. She can immediately feel the angry glare that Geten's giving her. Well, see if she cares.

"Geten-niichan." Izuku decides to intervene. "Why are you fighting with your sister so much?"

Geten gives said sister an angry 'I'm going to fucking kill you for pulling my little brother into this!' glare, before deciding to reply.

"She was born with a stronger meta-ability." He replies, clearly hating to admit that it was stronger. "I was trying to catch up to her with training, but she just kept defeating me! And looking down on me for being weaker! I hate her!"

Izuku digests what he just heard, Re-Destro deciding to take a backseat on this for a moment.

"Uhm, Soma-san?" He then glances at Hypothermia. Yes, Geten is still hugging him. It actually looks kind of hilarious, Re-Destro decides. "Are you actually looking down on Geten-niichan?"

Hypothermia isn't sure how to feel about this, but that kid is supposedly Kocchan's conquest target, so it might be best to not antagonize him or anything. So, she speaks the truth.

"Yes, yes I am." She admits. "But it's not because his meta-ability is… was weaker than mine. It's because he keeps trying to fight me and be hostile towards me, despite me not being interested in fighting him."

"You didn't want to fight me because you thought that I was beneath your notice!" Geten shouts back at her.

Re-Destro has a weird feeling when he looks at Midoriya's face. It's as if he was seeing someone having a traumatic retrospection. But, once again, from the outside. It's incredibly weird.

"Uhm, Geten-niichan?" Izuku asks, Geten's face returning to his cherished younger brother. "Did she ever fight Re-Destro-san?"

"N-no?" Geten replies, clearly confused at where it was all going.

"Does that mean that she was looking down at him, or simply that she wasn't interested in fighting him?" Izuku asks.

Geten, being the emotionally constipated manchild that he was, actually stands there in silence for almost fifteen seconds, trying to process what he just heard. He practically bluescreened in front of them.

"Uhm." He blinks at Izuku, his external emotional processor. "Wait, so she wasn't looking down on me?"

"I think that the best way of finding out is to ask her if she would help you train if you asked." Izuku replies, before glancing at Hypothermia. "Wait, would you?"

Hypothermia is only a bit less emotionally constipated than her brother. In Re-Destro's opinion, they were both dumbasses, Hypothermia slightly less, thanks to Little Ko's influence. As a result, she is slightly more social. Slightly being the key-word.

But she still stares at Izuku in shock for a few seconds before managing to reply.

"U-uhm, yes?" She decides to say. "I mean, I don't think I could help a lot, my skills are pretty natural and I don't think that I can explain how I do things? But if he asked me for a spar or something, just without being hostile, I wouldn't mind it? Unless I'm busy with Kocchan."

Silence. Geten just had his entire worldview rapidly rearranged and he has no idea how to process it.

"So why didn't you just tell him, instead of clearly belittling him for his attempts to fight you?" Izuku then asks, and Hypothermia - a walking ice nuke that she was - actually looks down, not sure what to say.

As Izuku somehow ends a lifetime feud between two walking weapons of mass destruction with just a few words (downscaling their years long war into awkward neutrality), Re-Destro realizes that the reason why Midoriya didn't have a meta-ability was that he would otherwise be too powerful for this world.

(***)

"Uhm, Yotsubashi-san?" Izuku asks Re-Destro thirty minutes later, once Hypothermia and Geten (under the arbitration of rapidly called Trumpet and Ko) are sufficiently busy trying to work out their issues.

"Yes, Izuku?" Re-Destro replies.

"I have a question." Izuku says, because of course he has. "I-it's about Koshi. Uhm, I mean your daughter." Ohhhh, they have nicknames now! Re-Destro is incredibly happy that they have clearly befriended each other! "Most of her permanent injuries are in her nerves and joints, right?"

"That's correct, yes." Re-Destro nods. "I've tried every possible meta-ability and conventional therapy that money could buy, but it's still practically impossible to reconstruct them. Joints could be fixed with mechanical replacements, but it's ultimately pointless if she doesn't have the nerves to move her legs."

"And her eyes?" Izuku asks.

"Underdeveloped nerves." Re-Destro replies. "Birth defect, she barely has any optical nerves at all. Why do you ask?"

"Shouldn't Overhaul be capable of healing all of that with a touch?" Izuku asks, looking at Re-Destro with his patented 'you know exactly what I am talking about, right?' look. "I mean, he can reshape the human body on a molecular level on touch and he has incredible knowledge on human anatomy. He should be able to restructure nerves and joints easily."

"I call to start an official emergency meeting of the MLA Inner Council." Skeptic announces dryly. "Since our leader is currently undisposed…" Said leader was lying face-down on the table, his forehead resting on his forearm. "...I'll be the one to speak."

Curious, Trumpet and Geten are here. Curious looks vaguely happy, while also trying to avoid eye contact with Skeptic. Geten is clearly suffering from Midoriya Withdrawal Syndrome and was anxious to get himself some hugs. Trumpet, in the meantime, looks dead in the eyes, staring blankly into space.

Midoriya was, technically, a part of the Inner Council now. However, Ko kidnapped him due to the recent, well, events. He was thus unavailable.

"We are an ancient conspiracy." Skeptic continues speaking. "We're supposed to be hidden from the world. I'm the person responsible for scouring the internet for materials that can potentially threaten our secrecy. Even for someone as good as me, this isn't an easy job and I don't take it lightly when people make my work harder."

He clicks a button. An image is displayed from a screen behind him. It's a recording from a CCTV camera.

On it, Re-Destro is running down the screen, holding his daughter in his arms, the girl clearly overwhelmed by her newly-found ability to see for the first time in her life, having issues processing all the sights.

Right next to him Curious - suddenly at least twenty years younger - is running down the same street, a sleeping (or unconscious) little girl with a single horn on her head in her hands.

Around them, at least fifteen members of the Detnerat Security (all MLA members) are running after Re-Destro and Curious, with various degrees of existential horror on their faces, one of them clutching a large silver suitcase as if his life depended on it.

Far behind them, thanks to the odd angle of the camera, they can see a fifty meter tall ice figure of Destro (armed with a shield, spear and armor made of ice of different hue, for some reason) battling it out with a kaiju-fied Overhaul. There is a TV helicopter hovering over the battle.

"So, who goes first?" Skeptic asks dryly.

(***)

That escalated quickly, didn't it? ;V
