Rose awakens to find herself in a near endless shapeless landscape of ever-changing features. "Where am I?" "Where do you think?" Says a gruff harsh voice

that makes Rose turn around to its direction and she sees an angry anthropomorphic triceratops woman. Then she sees she is surrounded by a circle of eight

anthropomorphic dinosaur woman of her various forms except her raptor form all chained by their legs to the ground. The compy one being the smallest and

is cowering in fear. Ornithomimus being seductive. The pterosaur one trying to fly but like the others is chained. The ankylosaur woman is like an old cranky

lady. The troodon is writing equations and is babbling intelligent jabbering. The kentrosaurus woman trying to reach a leaf, "So close yet so far." Lastly the

Dinosuchus shouting, "How about we get off our haunches and start being productive."

Rose, "Hey who are all of you? And where is here?" The Triceratops lady, "Well first off I'm Cera." Points to the compy cowering near her when she points,

"This is Cassey." Gestures to the orninthomimus women, "That's Veronica. She is very athletic and Vain." Looking at the ankylosaur lady, "Gladys, or as we

prefer grandma or granny." "What was that you young wiper snapper. I may be old but I'm stronger than steel." Cera, "The smart talking one is Donna. She

can fill your ears with hours of useless information and keeps acting so superior." Pointing to the hatzagopterix woman, "The pterodactyl one is named Sora.

She thinks herself and artist." The Dinosuchus woman, "The bitter over there is Diane." Then looking at the Kentrosaur woman, "And miss slow brain pot belly

over there is Kattie."

Then looking at Rose, "As for where we are. We're in all in your blasted mind." Gladys, "It's her subconscious horns for brains." Donna, "Technically speaking

we are all in the deepest part of the subconscious and for your information Rose. We are all you, or rather we are each separate personalities or egos of you."

Rose with a puzzled look on her face, "Well that's going to cause things to be more confusing." Then she asks, "Why I am and the rest of us here." Gladys,

"Isn't it obvious. We're prisoners of Ultima." "Who's Ultima?" The others look at one another stunned. Cera, "You seriously don't know." "Know what?" Cera

holding her head, "Oh you have got to be kidding me. Look! She is the one who put us here after dear old dad Victor Veloci made you go to sleep so she would

take control of the situation and had us placed here so we would be out of the way." Rose with a shock, "Wait back up! You called Veloci dad. He's not my

father." "I'm afraid he is Rose," says Ms. Moynihan as she fades into sight.

"Ms. Moynihan, Ms. M is that you?" Ms. M, "It is." "How are you here?" "I am both here and fighting Ultima in the first mental level. So, to make a very long

story short. Only part of my consciousness is here. I am basically nothing more than a phantom. Only to give you guidance and moral support. But I was the

one who roused you from your slumber. Which is why we are able to speak now." Rose, "Is everyone okay?" "They are currently battling Veloci's dinos, but

Max is free." "Then we have to help them." "You will and fortunately you have time on your side." "I do?" Donna, "Of course. Every dream level lower moves

100 times faster than the previous. It therefore stands to reason that this the lowest dream level. So, time moves a lot faster here then it is in the real world."

Ms. M, "Exactly. Here one second out there can be a month here. Out there it maybe moments and seconds, but for you here. It will feel like an eternity."

Rose then asks, "Ms. M. Donna says my memories are not real and that Veloci is my real father. It's not true is it. Please tell me it's not true."

With a deep saddened face Moynihan says, "I'm sorry, but it's all true Rose." "No! It's a lie I remember my family. My parents and my siblings and relatives.

How much they loved me and cared for me…" Donna, "Implanted false memories to be placed there to make it so the Dino Squad would accept you in so that

you would eventually deliver one of them into Veloci's hands." "But I celebrated my birthday with my grandparents and my mothers' brothers family before

the incident." Veronica, "Actors. Who were not told that you were the only one who didn't already know it was all an act." Rose then looks at Ms. M again and

asks, "How long?" "You and your other siblings are just under six months old." Rose getting down on her knees sobs as she says, "So, everything I thought I

knew about myself. Everything I believed to be true. Is a nothing but a lie." She changes into a child who whimpers and cries. Ms. M floats closer down to her

to reassure her, "Yes, but only the parts that Veloci made. He may have made your body, sculpted your personality, morality, even your alter ego, but not this.

For I see you as you really are. A beautiful child with a beautiful loving heart and soul. He may have made your flesh, but not that which makes you, you. He

didn't give you a soul. You are good, kind, brave, loyal, and love UN-conditionally. That is the real you. Not the pseudo personality ego of Ultima."

Rose thinks for a bit and then says, "Hey if this a world of the mind. Then maybe if I imagine there is a key to unlock these chains." She concentrates and

makes a key appear, "Yes." She uses it to unlock her chains. "Alright who wants to be free?" Cera, "Hard pass." Cassie, "Yeah, it's safer here." Rose, "Why,

don't you want to be free." Cera, "Huh! That's a rich one." Rose, "What do you mean?" Cera, "I mean, even if we did somehow escape from here. That would

just put you back in-charge. So how does that make me free?" Sora, "I don't want to agree with her, but she has point." Gladys, "Yeah." Diane, "That's right."

Veronica, "Why should you get all the control." Gladys, "Why should any of us listen to you." Then Kattie shouts, "Quiet! Who cares who was first. I might not

be a genius, but I know for a fact she should be in-charge because she really is the best of all of us. She's smarter than me but has my love. Not ruled by fear

like you Cassie. Is more caring then you Gladys. Is more cool minded and levelheaded than you Cera. Less egotistical and being a know it all like you Donna.

And, unlike you Ronnie, she is not vain and knows how to choose a boy who is a true keeper and is a much better dancer." Veronica, "Hey that's going to… to…

Oh it's true." Kattie looking straight at Rose, "I have faith in you Rose, and I promise to be a help to you. Not a problem. So, course I will help you stop Ultima

and Veloci. We all will, right." There is a long and awkward silence until Sora says, "I really do want to do something heroic and meaningful. So, I guess I'm

in." Gladys, "Well I suppose if we're going to die. At least we'll go down fighting." She stands up as her hips crack with Rose asking, "Are you alright?" "If

you're joints and disks aren't cracking you must be slacking. Now what about the rest of you." Veronica, "Well beats just sitting with nothing but just admire

myself. Which now that I think about it would actually be quite…" "Mm-hmm!" "Fine, let's go kick some bad guy's tails." Diane, "It'll nice to channel my

aggression to someone who deserves it." Cassie, "I'm with you. Are you crazy, you can't do this. Yes, no, maybe, I don't know." Ms. M, "You can't spend your

life worrying about what could happen to you when there are lives at stake." Cassie, "Okay, you can do this Cas." Everyone looks at Cera who gives them a

stern look before saying, "I just hope I won't end up regretting this." Rose, "Alright Cera." "Don't ruin the moment, and no hugs." "Fair enough." She unlocks

all of their chains and then says, "Alright then team let's get what needs to be done over and finished." Everybody looks at her confused, "I'll work on that last

part. But first, how do we get out of here?"

Donna points to a cone shaped tower in the distance, "That way." Rose sees that it is covered in spikes with menacing combo T-Rex, Triceratops, and raptor

head. "That's our way out?" Donna, "You are telling me you still haven't figured it out. This whole place is a jail, and the tower/citadel is the only in or out.

Now come on, we might have dream time on our side, but we best not waste it."

Rose going ahead of everyone, "Alright everyone. I know what we will be facing will be terrifying and will be full of dangers. But Max and everybody needs us. I

f there is even the slightest chance, we can stop this madness and destruction Veloci intends to unleash on the world. We have to try. For even if we have only

a 1% chance of success. It's still a chance. Ultima thinks we are useless and worthless. Time to prove my dark side wrong." She finally changes into her T-Rex

form, "Lets roar it and move it DinoSquad. Roar!" Cera, "Now that's inspiring. Gonne be a short trip." Kattie shoves her forward, "Will you just get going."

Rose changes back to human and tells Sora, "Sora fly up ahead of us and find us the fastest route to the tower." "Right, I'll show you the way and will be right

back." Gladys is struggling as walks with her walking stick. Rose changes into her T-Rex form and offers, "Need a lift old timer." "I'm not that old, but yes it

would be appreciated."

Sora returns, "Okay, good news I found the path that goes straight to it. The bad news is that by foot it's going to potentially take four to five days to get

there by foot. Longer for Gladys if she had to walk herself." Rose, "Well since we have nothing but time here. The sooner we start. The sooner we'll be there."

As the group walks Rose tells herself, "I'm on my way back to you Max. Please stay alive. Please be alright."
