As both groups begin walking towards their destinations, Lee walks up to Troy at the back of the line of prisoners. Carley, Clem and Shawn look back. Troy sighs. "What?"

"Is there any way I could stay with the prisoners in the pen tonight while Carley and Clementine go to their room? I.. Need to talk to my group." Lee asks, receiving a small chuckle from Troy in return. Kenny and Chuck turn their heads.

"You wanna stay in the pen? Tch.. I'll ask." Troy clicks the side button on his walkie talkie, walking a few feet away. "Hey, Bill, you ain't gonna believe this..."

Carley and Clementine approach Lee with the supervision of Shawn. "What are you doing?" Clementine asks.

"Taking a necessary step in getting my group to listen to me. Both of you should stay with the elites, do whatever you can to make sure they're on our side. I need to handle the others, they're all.. Sad and sapped of hope. They can't go on like this, they won't make it here. I can tell."

"Come on, guys, we gotta go!" Shawn shouts.

"In a minute." Carley replies, turning and glaring at the bearded traitor before rejoining the conversation.

"Lee.. I dunno." Clem mutters, rubbing her arm.

"This is for the best, Clem. You'll get better care for at least a while. You can just rest easy tonight while I make everything else better." He tries to smile, but Clem sees right through him.

"I know it's not that easy." His smile falters. Troy gets in between the three and grabs Clem's arm.

"You're stalling!" He pushes the girl back. Lee tightens his fist.

"Don't you touch her again, motherfucker." He growls, taking a step forward. Everyone stops now, looking at the group.

Troy rolls his eyes and turns to Shawn. "Shawn, get them outta here. Lee, Bill approved ya, seems like he has more respect for you than I thought." He steps away, motioning his gun for Lee to join the rest of the prisoners.

Carley looks into his eyes. "Just.. good luck. And don't be a stranger."

"I won't." Lee watched them walk away, their eyes staying on him as Shawn moved them along as nice as he could for a guard with an automatic weapon. He yells for them, "I.. I love you, both of you." They smile back at him, tears in Clem's eyes for the second day in a row. She nods while Carley holds her shoulder and talks for her.

"Us too." With that, Shawn, Carley and Clementine separate from the group, whilst Lee joins the rest of the prisoners, Tavia, Troy, Justin and Bonnie on their way to the pen. As they begin walking again, Carver's voice can be heard on the loudspeaker.

"We've got some familiar faces back with us tonight. Now I understand some of you are confused as to why we'd bring these people back, when they left us as they did."

"Think I've got an idea."

The room they walk through is where the truck is backed up against, a garage/storage room that before the end of the world was used for delivery trucks to load off food items. At least a year's worth of food, ammo and other goodies stuffed in boxes could be seen throughout the stocking shelves, the tables set around the area and bags of vegetables lying around. The lights were on, and the fact that the speakers worked implied generators were also somewhere in the facility too. Bonnie led the pact, while Tavia and Troy stayed behind and covered the tail ends of the prisoners. Shel walked past all of them with Tisha, opening the double doors for them leading into the store itself. Justin stayed on the right side of them all, skimming his eyes across the huge haul of people they had secured, sizing them up.

"It might not come all at once, but time will heal these wounds. So be patient with them until it does… and take solace in knowing they're here to make our home a better place." The hardware store was full of aisles of boxes labeled food, batteries, gas, you name it they probably had it. Lee watched in amazement along with a few other survivors at the sheer amount of supplies just out.

"Imagine how much they got on lock up." Chuck said, sneaking up next to Lee with Molly near the back of the line.

"Yeah.." Lee replied, distantly. On top of the shelves were guards, including Stan, the man Tavia talked to so often on the walkie talkie who was also apparently one of the elites, a blonde man wearing glasses with freckles across his cheeks and a hint of disdain for the group in his eyes, and a fourteen year old girl with short black hair and a bored look on her face - Becca and Wyatt. The double doors shut behind them, with both Shel and Tisha dispersing from the group to do other things.

"All these feelings you have of anger… betrayal… hate. They're all valid. No one needs to forget what they did. But we do have to find it in our hearts to forgive them." Lee looks up and sees Bill talking into the microphone. They monetarily make eye contact.

"Look how much food they have.." Duck whispers to Sarah, walking alongside her to comfort her. Kenny overhears.

"Oh I hope you ain't saying what I think you're saying, boy." His son lowers his head.

Sarah nudges his shoulder. "You're right.. It's a lot. But we had food at the cabin too."

"Yeah, and at the lodge. It's not that impressive." Duck smirks.

"Heh, yeah, we're way better."

"As many of you already know, a large herd of lurkers are gathering just south of us. We're keeping an eye on the movement, but rest assured if it does turn our way, it's nothing we can't handle. Some community members have voiced their concerns over the safety of our recent expansion project, but this is not up for debate; we have no choice but to move along with construction, which will be safely done within the walls of the store. Please understand and be patient with us all as we continue building our community. If you have any questions, Tavia's office is on the first floor."

"Yup, just throw it all on me." Tavia mutters, rolling her eyes.

Molly bumps into Lee's shoulder to catch his attention, whispering in his ear. "I can't believe you're actually siding with this fucker, Lee. Like, I seriously don't think you're capable of it."

Chuck whispers back, "Whether he is or isn't, having someone on Carver's side is a good thing."

"Guys, we should discuss this when there's less people around. Alright?" Lee says. Molly narrows her eyes at him suspiciously.

"Yeah.. whatever you say, Lee."

"Are you guys.. Okay?" He asks cautiously.

"I nearly got raped by that scumbag Troy, Chuck is beaten and bruised, that Matthew guy is dead, apparently Kenny's group is alive and now in danger because of us and you're once again separated from Carley and Clementine. What do you think?"

"Nick's fine." Chuck suavely shrugs, all eyes on the cap wearing redneck in front of them.

Molly's cheeks become a soft shade of red as she grits her teeth and furrows her brows. "Really? Now?"

"Too soon or not soon enough?" Chuck asks, earning a small laugh from Lee.

"This is serious, Chuck."

"So is this, ain't it, Lee?" She rolls her eyes at the two of them as they share another small laugh. Kenny looks back and shakes his head, alongside Sarita.

Carver continues over the speaker. "...And with the added manpower joining us this evening - and trust me it's a lot of able hands - I have no doubt that we will continue to grow and prosper. It's no longer enough to just survive. It's our obligation to make this community a beacon of hope."

Bonnie gets down on one knee and unlocks the large metallic garage door guarding the prison. She lifts it up with some help from Justin. "Make sure y'all stay off the fence. Bill can see if you're messing with it." She almost whispers the advice, but says it to most of the group, specifically looking at Luke, Nick and Pete. They look behind themselves at the huge glass window in Bill's office facing the prison. Luke looks back at Bonnie and nods sincerely.

"Thank you, Bonnie."

"Yep." Most of the group passes her by. Most.

Nick glares at her for a few seconds too long, something Lee, Molly and Chuck pick up on. Bonnie looks back at him before looking down shamefully. Troy pushes Nick forward, causing him to stumble into the pen. "Hey, quit standing around and get inside."

"Yeah.. sorry." He mutters, looking back at the brown haired creep with a hint of rage deep inside of that quiet exterior.

Pete looks up at his nephew sternly. "Nick.. relax."

He takes a deep breath. "I am relaxed." The prisoners walk inside the camp made for them, which looks like it used to be the gardening section of the store. All of the shelves have been transformed into bunk beds, there's a fire pit in the center of it all and fences as tall as the building itself with barbed wire on top of the edges for safe measure.

"...To provide a light - a bright light - bright enough to shine in all this darkness. So that is what we'll do. Goodnight."

Troy, Justin and Bonnie begin removing everyone's bindings whilst Tavia guards the entrance. "Y'all best get some rest," Troy starts as he cuts off Rebecca's, "cause there ain't gonna be much for you tomorrow." he looks at Molly and smirks. "You're gonna be working hard."

Chuck and Lee both glare back at him, but Molly nearly explodes on him. Luckily, a distraction appears in the form of… "Hey, guys!" A chipper, accented voice from behind Troy. A balding thirty-something with brown skin and an amputated arm strolls up to the group, smiling. All eyes are on him.

"Reggie!" Rebecca waddles towards him, embracing him in a hug as Luke, Nick and Pete follow him. Sarah stays by Duck's side. Reggie hugs back, cradling her. "I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry! What did they do to you?" She pulls away, the entire cabin group looking pretty guilt ridden.

"It's- it's my fault." Nick mutters, scratching his mullet. Reggie waves his hand.

"No, it's really not. I would tell you if it was."

"Oh shit, they're back?" Another voice belonging to another brown man with two arms this time asks, the face of Danny appearing alongside him.

"Poor Danny, always behind on current events. Is it too hard to stay in your own time?" Justin teased.

"Psht, shut up, man, I've been in the pen! Becky, gimme some love!" Danny wraps his arms around Rebecca's waist and puts his nose on her shoulder, the reunion just as sweet. "Nicky, Peter, Luke! Guys, gimme some sugar!"

"Good to see you again, man. You know, relatively." Luke and the boys smack fists with Danny, small smiles returning to their lips.

"Ay, right back at you." As he went in to hug Pete, he noticed his missing limb and froze. "Shit, Pete.. what happened?"

Pete sighs. "I was.. Bit. Thank god Clementine was there when she was."

"Who's Clementine?" Reggie asks.

"Little girl, one of the new members of the group we found while we were away. She's tough as nails. You'll see her." He explains.

"Who are they?" Duck asks Sarah.

"Reggie and Danny. They helped us when we ran away." She answers.

"What happened to them? Why didn't they come with?"

"Well, they were supposed to. I dunno what happened to Reggie's arm, but we were all running, all of us except for Danny. He got caught trying to escape from the hole in the fence. So we kept running. But then Reggie fell, and we left him behind. Dad said we had to, but we didn't want to."

"Wow.. Is that why he doesn't have an arm?"

"I don't know."

Speaking of which, "in case you're still worried it's your fault, Nick, I lost my arm after you guys left. They got me working outside. Lurker snuck up on me while I was hammering something, saved my life."

"That's awful.. I'm so sorry."

"Hey, you two." Troy demands, standing in front of Reggie and Danny.

"Oh, hey Troy." Reggie greets back, a bit startled.

"What's good bro?"

He gives them both a look. "Bill's real close to letting you two out. Don't go fucking up now. You make sure things stay nice and quiet out here tonight and I'll be sure to let Bill know just how helpful y'all were."

Reggie eagerly says, "You can count on us, I promise."

"Yeah, man, we got this. Don't even sweat it." Danny nods. Troy begins walking away.

"And thank you, Troy." The one armed man says, disgusting Walt, Kenny, Molly and Sarita.

"Don't mention it. Come on." He nods at Bonnie. The guards begin to leave together, aside from Justin, who lingers at the garage.

"Be good, dude. You're real close."

"I will. You can trust me."

"..Okay. Rebecca, that bed is for you." He points to a cot with no blankets, but a mattress. "The rest of you can find a bed. Goodnight." He leaves with his allies, closing the door behind him. The prisoners are left alone.

Lee, Molly, Chuck, Kenny, Walter, Sarita, Ben, Sarah and Duck stand across from Luke, Nick, Rebecca, Pete, Reggie and Danny. Luke clears his throat and walks into the middle of them all. "Right, these are our new friends-"

"Speak for yourself." Walt snaps, bottom lip quivering with his fists tightened as he walks away to find a place to sleep. The groups watch him go.

"Uh…"

"It's been a rough few days. Please excuse him." Sarita mutters, approaching Sarah and Duck from behind to place her arms around them.

"That was Walter. He just lost his partner, so.. Yeah. Be patient with him." Luke explains.

"Oh, that's awful.." Reggie replies. Danny tries to change the subject, approaching Lee's side.

"Who're the other newbies?"

"I'm Lee, this here's Molly and Charles." Danny shakes Lee's hand, then Chuck's.

"Just call me Chuck."

"Nice to meet you all!" He holds his hand out for Molly who hesitantly also accepts his handshake, but only for a moment before stepping away.

"Nice to see I'm not the only armless guy here." Reggie says as they shake their right hands.

"It's nice to not be asked about it." Lee smiles.

"Tell me about it." He shakes his head, laughing.

Rebecca takes over the introductions. "That's Sarita,"

"Hello.." She looks into Reggie's eyes and nods, putting her head back down.

"That's Ben, Duck's next to him with Sarah."

"Hi." Ben waves.

"Hello!" Duck chirps, waving faster. Danny and Reggie smile and wave back.

"And that's Kenny."

"Heya." He nods at them.

"I'd say it's great to have you all here, but.. You know. Hey, where's Carlos?" Reggie asks.

"Bill took him upstairs, for whatever reason. I think he's looking at some people." Pete answers.

"Oh, good. What about Alvin?" The group goes silent, looking around for an answer to magically manifest before them.

"...We don't know." Rebecca whispers, feeling the waterworks coming along. Danny grabs her hand with both of his and raises his, looking into her eyes.

"Look, I'm sure he's fine. Bill isn't the type to just.. Dispose of useful people. Alvin is useful. He'll be okay." For a brief moment, Rebecca nodded and agreed, brushing away tears from her eyes. Danny smiled back and let go of her hand.

"Say that to Matthew, who your friend up there gunned down." Kenny says, unable to contain his frustration anymore.

"What?" The ex con questions, confused. Chuck puts his hand on his face while Lee keeps a careful watch of Kenny's words.

"Kenny.." Lee warns. Kenny ignores him.

"He was bit in the wrist and nobody knew, so 'Bill' just pulled out his gun and killed him mid-sentence. Right in front of my son." Duck winces, looking down. Sarah holds his hand and squeezes it.

"It's okay.." She murmurs bashfully. They both become stiff as an argument escalates.

"Well.. he was bit. He had his reason." Danny replies.

Sarita gasps. "How dare you? He could have cut the hand off, or-"

Reggie gets between the groups. "Guys, please, not tonight-"

Kenny points at his own chest, glaring daggers at Danny. "Oh yeah? I got half a reason to shoot him for what he did to my home!"

"Kenny, not now!" Pete orders, wheeling towards him.

He looks down at him condescendingly. "Shut up, Peter, you don't understand what the hell is happening here."

Pete scoffs. "Excuse me, son? You don't think I understand the situation at hand here?"

"No you don't. Your groups got all it's members, your group was already on the run before you met us, and now you're back at home, ready to protect and serve the community like nothin' happened, like we weren't held hostage just to be driven here!"

"Guys, please, be quiet!" Reggie pleads.

"I've been quiet for hours!" Kenny barks.

"Kenny, now isn't the time." Chuck enters the argument.

"If we had that mentality back in Savannah, the boat woulda gotten taken by Vernon's group."

"This is different, goddamnit, shut up!" And Molly, too.

"Vernon?" Danny questions.

"Hey! Save it for tomorrow! Some of us have to get up early in the morning!" A voice from across the pen yells, a black, bald man in the corner laying down on his side. Lee knows he has to say something before either a fight breaks out or Reggie and Danny get into trouble.

"Oh, sorry, bud, am I too loud for ya?!" Kenny wasn't doing himself any favors here.

"Kenny, Chill!"

"You really have no loyalty, huh kiddo? First no feelings towards selling out Travis, now Matthew's dead and you couldn't care less!"

"You're such a fucking asshole, dude, there's no need to argue about this, we're on the same goddamn side!"

"Are we now? Lee isn't! He's with these fuckers."
